It's been three years already, Loke and Lucy's marriage became something else than just appearances, they decided to stay together even after their missions ended, but they grew to be so fond of each other and actually fell in love with each other, and they also grew fond of their daughter Helen. Loke didn't return her to the orphanage he adopted her from, he had been honest with his feelings; he loved that little girl as his true daughter, no matter if she wasn't his blood, Helen was his daughter, and got to become a better father for her, she still assisted to Fairytail by her own choices, he'd told her that if she wished to, that she could left Fairytail and be in a normal school, but the girl had settled for it, she couldn't abandoned the few friends she's made in the three years she's been there.

One night, Lucy had returned from her doctor's appointment and she looked pretty shocked in the inside, she had been told a big news; she was pregnant. Her family was growing bigger now, with a new addition to it, she didn't know how she would tell Loke and Helen.

"I'm home!" She called, being received by Helen who now was nine.

"Mama!" She said happily hurrying over to her, she had been doing homework with Loke, it was done now it only had to be checked. She hugged her and Lucy smiled returning the hug.

"How was your appointment?" Loke asked her, revising the homework and nodding, it was good. Not bad, Helen was getting better at it, she had improved over the years.

"Oh it was good. Nothing wrong is with me." Lucy replied walking over. Aside from the fact that there is a baby forming inside me... She thought in her mind.

A baby?! That means Helen will be a big sister?! Helen thought, after reading her mother's thoughts. Her powers were still unknown to both her parents.

"That's good. I was starting to get worried with how you seemed to get dizzy constantly. What did the doctor say, dear?" Loke asked his wife moving to sit next to her, an arm around her shoulders.

"Well... I have... I have some news to say. So this calls for a family meeting." Lucy had decided, she wasn't so sure what reactions she would get from Loke and Helen, hopefully good ones.

"Then we should make some tea and get snacks for it. Family meetings are important." Loke nodded and Lucy got up. "I'll make the tea, you can prepare Helen's favorite cocoa. The two went to the kitchen to do that, while Helen looked at her pet dog Bond.

Bond what Mama has to tell us is that she's having a baby and that means I'll be a big sister! She thought, then Bond wagged his tale.

A big sister? Wouldn't that make you feel a little jealous?

Not at all, Helen will love her baby sibling!

The little bronze and her dog were playing, while Loke and Lucy had finished the tea/cocoa and snacks and went to the living room right as Helen and plue had finished their telepathic conversation.

"Well family, it's time for the news." Lucy started after a while, getting the attention of Loke and Helen. Though Helen already knew what was the news, she pretended to act as if she was excited to hear what her mother had to tell them. The assassin took a deep breath.

"I'm having a baby!"

Loke choked on his tea and spat out a bit of it. "W-what?!" Okay screw rules, those news really caught him off guard.

"Helen will be a big sister!" Helen cheered, though she already knew beforehand and was acting excited. Lucy poked her fingers together.

"Yes, Loke, we're having a baby. I-I'm sorry I didn't mean it to ha-" before Lucy could finish her sentence, her husband had engulfed her in a tight hug.

"Oh Lucy, those are great news, the family's growing!" He twirled his wife around, with Helen cheering and clapping at that scene. At first he had never really wanted a family, not at least until he deemed it safe to get into that business, then with his mission of finding a wife and a child, he got Helen and Lucy, that was only for appearances, but as time went on he grew to love the two as his family, so having an own child by his blood, it thrilled him. Now he loved his daughter so much, and was sure he would love his upcoming child too. Now it meant he had to be more protective of Lucy and the forming life inside her. Well he hadn't told her yet that he was a spy and he didn't know she was an assasin, he was waiting for the right time to come, but he trusted her quite a lot, she had been very loyal to him and he himself had never been disloyal to her, nor he would ever be. They were married truthfully and didn't have to keep making appearances to the outside people.

"You mean, you aren't upset?" Lucy had squeaked a bit when Loke had hugged her so suddenly, spun her around and told her that he was happy with the news.

"Of course not, dear! Why would I be upset with you? This family is growing and I mean it to keep getting bigger." Loke stopped and looked at his wife's red eyes.

"Now, you know I love you correct? I'm not keeping the appearances protocol, I truly love you and I'm happy I'm going to have a child with you." Loke told her softly with a warm face, being quite honest as that was how he felt; total joy. Lucy smiled softly and took both of his hands.

"Of course I know you love me, you were quite the charmer with that confession of love to me, back then. I never doubted your love even when we were just a fabricated fake family, I knew we would become something else. A real loving family." She had found the correct words to say, without stuttering nervously like she had before when they were starting as a fabricated family.

The two were brought out of their love trance by Helen throwing confetti around and cheering. "Helen will be a big sister, Helen will be a big sister!" Causing the two to laugh.

"You sure will, Helen!" Loke pulled his hands away from Lucy and moved to pick up Helen and held her in one arm, using his other arm to wrap around his wife. "And this family is growing!" Lucy laughed and nodded, her worries vanished, both her husband and daughter had reacted to the news very warmly. Now the next step was raising a new baby.

"Loke! The baby's coming!" Lucy woke one night when her water broke and she had announced the news. Loke sprung awake in a second.

"Stay calm, Lucy. I'm taking you to the hospital!" He got out of bed, very worried for he had never had this experience before of course, this is the first time he's experience the birth of a child. He threw on any other clothes he had close and helped his wife stand. "Helen can stay home with plue, nothing can happen to her and I'll tell a friend to keep an eye on her. We need to get out quickly!" He helped her out of the house and rushed to the hospital.

At some point he hoisted his wife up in his arms and quickly ran inside the hospital. "She's in labor! Someone help, my wife is going to have our baby!" With just saying that a stretcher was fetched and Loke placed down Lucy on it, taking her hand all the way to the maternity ward. "Breath, dear. You'll be fine." He had read about childbirth in a book while the nine months were going by so he knew what to do when the time came.

Lucy who had came down with her first contraction squeezed his hand back. "L-Loke... this is... this is painful...!"

"Shh, just breath, darling. Keep breathing."

...

Hours later, Lucy lied on bed holding a bundle in a blue blanket when the doctor give it to her, exhausted from the birth, she could finally hold her baby, with Loke next to her watching as their new bundle of joy snoozed away. A healthy baby boy with a orange patch hair, inheriting Lucy's blond hair.

"You did a good job, Lucy. Our baby is healthy. A very beautiful baby at that." Just a few moments born and Loke already was so fond of the tiny baby. When waking up the two would see the color of the baby's eyes.

"What should we name him?" Lucy asked, lightly grazing a finger against the sleeping baby's cheek. She had wanted to have Loke's word in this one.

"Hmm... how about Leonjet ? Leonjet Leo?" Leonjet was the name of an interesting character in a nove he'd read before he got into the married life and got Helen, therefore was his favorite character of the novel. The character's name was Leonjet , so the new change it would be Leonjet Leo, the name of a warrior. Lucy smiled at the suggestion, their baby was going to be named Leonjet .

"Leif it is then." She blinked when it seemed like newly named baby Leif was about to open his eyes, revealing them to be Loke's hazel color. The perfect mix of both parents. "He got your eyes, that's so cute."

Loke over to see his son's closely, a very soft and warm smile crossing his features. "This cute little fella will certainly be the new certain of attention." He gently pet the little orange blond patch on his son's head. "Helen will surely love him."

"Oh, Helen! I almost forgot, she's back home with Bond but I'd like her to come meet Leif." Lucy wanted a family picture together with the newborn's first day. A memorable day to remember.

"Of course, dear. I'll go get her, since it's still late she should be sleeping. I'll get back soon." He leaned over, kissing his wife's forehead and the top of his little son's head, putting on his spy hat and walking out of the hospital, behind him Lucy snuggled back on her hospital bed and snuggled with the tiny baby.

Loke walked back home calmly, keeping his eyes open for any surprise attacks, when he deemed it safe he hurried over home, opening the door. He checked the area to see if someone had infiltrated but found it clear. He walked inside his daughter's room, smiling when she saw her snuggling plue in her arms, he walked over to her bedside and gently shook her awake.

"Helen, Helen. Wake up, I have something to talk with you." At her father's voice and shaking, the bronze haired girl opened one eye drowsily.

"Hm, Papa?"

"Your little baby brother is born and your mother is with him at the hospital, I came to get you so you can meet him." He told his daughter who shot and sat up immediately, fully awake now.

"Helen's baby brother?! Helen wants to meet baby brother!" Loke took out the girl's sweater and put it around her pajamas.

"Let's go then, hold my hand." Both father and daughter left their home, not before Loke told plue to take care of the house and off they were to the hospital which took them around twenty minutes to arrive. Then they went right into Lucy's room where the woman was still holding little Leif and she turned her head to see her arriving husband and daughter.

"Mama!" Helen ran over to Lucy mother's bedside, bouncing up and down a little. "Is that baby brother?! Is that Helen's baby brother?!"

"Settled down, please Helen. You must stay quiet for your baby brother he's still sleeping." Loke told her softly and lifted her up so she could see the sleeping newborn. Leo had both his tiny hands balled into fists and he seemed to be having a great sleep. Lucy smiled.

"This is your baby brother, Leo."

"He's so cute, Mama." Quietly as her father told her to be, Helen whispered when looking at her brother, the baby looking like bother parents but looking more like Loke from the face shape, facial features and his eyes were hazel like his. From Lucy he got her blonde hair, a very cute baby indeed. "Can Helen hold baby brother?"

"Yes, just be careful." Loke set her down by Lucy's side and took little Leif from his wife carefully(He had read infant care and how a baby should be held properly.) he supported his son from his little hand and gently put him on Helen's arms, holding the baby's head for her and instructing her to wrap her arms around him. Helen did as she was told and was very gentle with Leif. The two really looked very cute that way, a picture was in order and a passing nurse happened to walked by upon which she was asked to take a picture of the family.

Now the Leo family had grown bigger. Will little Leo grow up happy in said family? Nothing could go wrong when in the family the father was a spy, the mother and assassin, the daughter was a telepath and the family dog could see the future. This baby was going to be safe and sound. And thus the new mission had just begun.
