AN: Another long period between this and my previous chapter, another chapter to write that took a while. Just a reminder, I do have jobs to work, but don't worry, I have time to work on the story.

Also, if those of you haven't seen Transformers One yet, I highly recommended this film to you all. You won't regret it watching. Anyway, let's begin this chapter shall we?

Chapter 9: Hunt for Primus - Vehicle Chase

Back to the Falcons, they entered highway 57 and transferred to highway 91. Just as Hector was driving, he heard a thud sound from above. Julian's team heard it as well.

"What was that?" Julian asked. Just then, claws poked through the roof, sliding down from middle to the back. It was a Crankcase with its crab-like claws as it attempted to open the roof.

Just outside of the DB-17, Team D drove close. Inside of the van, one of the troopers by the middle seats, pulled a level by the door. Out on the right side slide door, it opened, revealing a double machine gun as the trooper, a door gunner, aimed it at Crankcase.

He begin to fire at Crankcase by it's head, who felt the pain. The gunner keeps shooting at the beast as he headshot in its head, causing it to loses it's grip, letting go of DB-17. It fell to the ground as it rolled in defeat and left damaged. Hector looked through the rear window and see the beast's demise. Everyone looked through the window to see Crankcase's offline.

"Great work, team D," Hector complimented.

"Yeah, take that you ugly beast!" Julian said, "That's how we do it in Scotland, you rust bucket."

Just as the was over, over at Team B, Amity looked through the window and saw something that she felt her abomination power were glowing, like bubbling in her spines.

"I sense something is coming," Amity said. Just as she said it, there was an explosion near them, like something had shot towards them. Driver lost his steering for a moment, but maintained his control, back on his track.

The driver looked through the rear window for the source. The driver sees six vans and a truck in the lead, approaching them. He tapped his radio through the stereo, contacting Hector

"Hector," Team B driver said, "we have incoming from behind, six o'clock." The teams looked behind and saw Pandacons approaching towards them from about 2000 feet away, but at high speed. The truck, driven by The Dark Minder, was looking spooked that it had six sharp claws below the bumper grill. There were six smokestacks, three on each side of the truck. It puffed heavily that dark smoke came out with fire. On it's back, it had an attached/wielded weapon, plasma cannon. It drove with six wheels. On the left side by the driver's door below, a rocket launcher was pulled out, revealed to be the source. It reloads another rocket as it drives.

Hector saw this and punched the gas to speed it up. DB goes twice than the average speed as many cars made a way for them to get through.

The Pandacon came in hot as they passed the speed limits, nearly causing a traffic, by ramming a few vehicles to the side, flipped them out of the highway and damaged them.

"Pandacons," The Dark Minder said through his radio, "take out their supports. Ajay, pulled up our go-kart." Ajay tabbed his tablet, as the backside of his van dispatched Three scooters, customized motored-kart like a bumper cart in a small entertainment center. It was wired with no driver, only wireless driver, painted in red and black colors. The karts then sped ahead towards the falcons. Team D saw this and had a door gunner to turn his weapons towards the speeding kart, shooting at them. However, one of the karts pulled out it's bazooka. It fired towards Team D and it was a bullseye. The van flipped up in the air like a burger patty flipped, only the van was demolished as it hit the ground,

Team A saw this. Star sees the roof and hatch it open as she gets on the roof. Luz and Anne were confused.

"Star, what are you doing?" Luz asked.

"To give them a taste of my medicine," Star said as she transformed into her butterfly mode, shot up at least 40 feet high. She pulled out her wand as she began to cast out.

"Sparkle lightning blast!" Star shouted as she aimed her wand at the three karts approaching. The wand shoots out an electric energy towards the moving cart as it makes impact, causing them to steer crazy haywired as the electric circuit is shorted out. They went to the sides of the highway, crashed into it.

Star flew back to her van as she reverted back to herself as she went through the roof. As she sat down, Luz and Anne looked at her, like they were surprised that their mouths dropped for a moment before they closed it up.

"You turned into a butterfly?" Luz and Anne asked simultaneously, "How?"

"It's a long story," Star answered. Then, they heard humming. They looked at their right side and saw the drones approaching them. The drones loaded themselves with armed laser rifles. It aimed at the van. Luz summons stringbean, who was a keychain then turned into a staff, as she tapped the staff to the ground, formed a shield just as the drones began to fire at them. It was unaffected, but barely showed damage or dent to the shield.

Team B saw this as Pandacon vans were speeding up, catching up to the falcons. Amity managed to get through the roof with two troopers. Amity attempted to use her staff to make a spell, casting an abomination goo towards the drones, hitting only two of them, destroying it. The remaining drones aimed towards Team B, as Amity formed a shield in front of her and the troopers. The drones fire at them, yet the shield was unaffected. As Amity held her power, the falcon troopers aimed their blasters at the drones as they nodded to Amity, who nodded as well. As the drone ran out of their amos, Amity released her shield, the troopers aimed and shot at the remaining drones, malfunctioning as they crashed to the highway.

The Pandacons catched up to the Falcon as the Generals got into the roof. One van had General Pam as she aimed her fusion forearm cannon towards Team B. She shot it as Amity swung her staff to deflect it. The troopers managed to fire at her to allow to dodge before she shot both of them, dead. Amity flies over to Pam's van as they fight on. Pam pulled out her energy blade daggers from his hands.

"I was hoping for a better fight!" Pam said. Amity grinned as she formed her hand into an abomination goo daggers, both sides.

"Same with me," Amity said.

"Then let's dance bitch," Pam said. They charged towards each other as their daggers had made an impact.

Another Pandacon van catched up to DB-17 as General Jermone and Captain James got on the roof. Jerome swung his arms around as the whip were released. He aim his whiplash towards the vehicle as it grabbed a hold of it, securing the line, like a rope was tied to a moving vehicle. Jerome holds it as James walks across it, like a circus performer.

"Keep it tight, Jermone," Captain James ordered as he approached DB-17. He grabbed the side. Just as this occurred, Dipper decided to go up the roof.

"Dipper?" Hector said as he looked through the view mirror to look back.

"What the hell are you doing?" Julian asked as he placed the key to a gray suitcase.

"I got some business to intent to," Dipper replied

"Dipper, don't do this!" Molly said.

"He must pay!" Dipper said as he got into the roof. He sees Captain James gotten on top as well.

"You got balls, i appreciate it," James said, "now where's the key?"

"You want it? Come and get it from my dead hands!" Dipper said as he charged towards the Captain, who stood down to embrace. Dipper jumped lean towards James, pushed themselves off the DB-17, back to the van James was riding. Dipper and James got up from the fall and engaged. Dipper threw the punch towards James, who deflected it by going under and kicked him by the ribs. Dipper cringed as he felt the pain. James then flipped around to kick him to the ground as Dipper moved to his left. Dipper punched James in the jaws upward, causing James to flip back as he spit his mouth out, revealing his tooth to fall out.

"Is that all you got?" James said as Jermone jumped into another van as it approached DB-17. Dipper rubbed his hand as it hurt, but it didn't matter to him.

"Just getting started," Dipper said, "motherfucker!" He charged again towards James as they got back to fist fight.

Team C had their slide doors, both sides, opened as Marco on the left and Olivia on the right with machine guns while Marcy got on top of the roof as she armed herself with her bow arrow followed by two troopers standing by her side.

Another Van, led by Daniel and Samuel as they were ahead of them. Team C speed up towards them as they begin to fire at them. The Pandacon van got some dents as Jermone and Daniel got on the roof. Daniel and Jermone looked at each other and nodded as they knew their next move. Jerome gone back to the van as he swinging his bulldozer as he activate his shoe magnate.

"Hey, driver," Samuel said, "Time for some fun time, Daniel's time."

"Yes sir," Driver said, Daniel then throw his Bulldozer towards Veronica's van as it grabbed the van, Veronica's van then speed it up just enough for Daniel to pull it back to flipped the car to the left as Samuell held on to change his hand into a rocket launcher. Just the car is facing back and move backwards. Samuel shot a rocket towards Team C.

"Driver, hard right!" Marco shouted from outside as the driver saw the rocket, steered the wheel to his right to avoid. Just as it did, a rocket nearly passed through next to Marco, so close that he could feel the heat almost close to his face. As it passed him, the rocket then made an impact towards an approaching truck, exploded. Team c's van then returned back to the lane forward as they move towards Daniel's van as they begin to fire.

Back on Team B, Pam and Amity were still in dagger combat as they attempted to slice them off but they kept deflecting it. Amity mostly got the upper hand as swoop around below as she kicked Pam's leg off the floor as she fell behind to the ground, pinned by Amity.

"That was fun, wasn't it?" Amity said as she pointed her Dagger at Pam's face.

"Sooner than you think," Pam said grinning. As soon as she said it, The loud honk, like an actual truck but more grounded, came out of nowhere as Amity heard it. She looked up and saw the armored Truck past her. It was the Dark Minder speeding up to DB-17. The falcons just realized that they were unintentionally clearing a path for the DM to get through. He hit the back of DB-17. Julian, Molly and Libby looked behind and saw him.

"It's the Dark Minder!" Molly shouted to Hector, who was shocked to hear. He looks at the GPS, he's close to UCLA, like another six minutes ahead.

"That clever beast!" Julian said, "his troops drove ours to the side for him to get through."

"Protect the key!" Hector said, "Julian, take a wheel!" Julian ran to Hector, who then get out so Julian get behind the wheel.

The Dark Minder pulled the lever forward to label, AUTO, activate his truck to an auto-pilot. He gets out of his truck as he goes to his hoof, walking towards DB-17. He jumped over with his metal claw as he climbed to the roof. Inside DB-17, Hector can hear his footsteps as Libby holds onto the suitcase while Molly stands next to Hector as they get ready. Just when they heard the DM's footsteps, they heard nothing. They were confused at first.

"Where is he?" Molly asked.

Just as it was nothing but silence while everything was going on outside we were fighting, it was odd.

Next thing, sparks coming down below the ceiling where Hector and Molly stand, who moved to the sides. The spark formed a circle As it was finished, the circle marked ceiling fell to the ground as The Dark Minder dropped in. As soon as he landed on his feet, he looks at Libby, who holds on to the case, He approaches her before being tackled down to the ground by Hector. The duo begin to fist fight them, while Libby goes to the back with Molly. As Hector threw many punches, The Dark Minder pushed him with his feet, back to the bus. Hector and The Dark Minder got up.

"Man, love your fire, hector," The Dark Minder said, "but soon you and others will die on this deception planet."

"If I go down, I'll take you down with me" Hector said as he charged towards The Dark Minder, who charged. The duo stick their fist out as they Pow it! Their fists made a painful impact. Hector groaned while The Dark Minder undercut him to his lower jaw. Just as this go out back to the hole ceiling. She climbs over to the roof with Molly. They slowly crawl to the back. However, they were confront by Jermone as he jumped to the moving bus. Libby and Molly stand as they attempted to escape back. Yet the Dark Minder also jumped up to them. The girls were surrounded for a moment.

"Alright, turtle girl, hand over the key," The Dark Minder said, " and I'll spare you."

"I'm not gonna," Libby said as she tightened the case.

"Why did you need to do this?" Molly asked, "is this worth everything? To hurt everyone?"

"If it's to bring my master here, then this is the way," The Dark Minder said.

Just then, Hector got up to the roof, sneak behind TDM as he threw his fist to TDM. However, The Dark Minder turned around and grabbed Hector's fist, blocking it.

"What's wrong?" The Dark Minder asked, "Claw got your hand?" He twisted Hector's fist, as he flipped him around to hit the ground, igniting their fight on the roof.

Jermone then lashed his whip to Libby and Molly. They dodged by jumping high like a jumping rope as Molly goes over Jermone. As Jermone gets ready for another whiplash Molly, Libby pulled out her taser behind the case. She aimed her taser, she shot it at Jermone, impacted with electricity. It shocked him so much as he fell and went to the back, landed at DM's truck. Molly looks at electrocuted Jermone and looks at Libby. She smiles at Libby.

As this goes on, Julian sees UCLA, but nearly heading to the intersection. He pushed the gas, speeding up.

"Hold on, everyone," Julian, " be prepared to embrace!"

He made a hard right to the freeway by Wilshire Blvd as he turned DB-17. As he turned, everyone outside held on the roof except The Dark Minder as he grabbed Hector's ankle. He still held on until he flew away as well as his truck hit the side of the freeway, but managed to land close to UCLA.

The vans of Falcon then departed as they impacted the Pandacon's vans with their electrical bomb as they shot out at their engine, causing Pandacons vans to short out of engine and die slowly, lowering their speed. The falcons managed to follow DB-17 towards UCLA as it made a turn to Westwood Plaza. The falcon's vehicle was parked just by the alumni center and engineering department. Julian pulled the brakes and went outside to see his fellow comrades.

"Are you chaps, okay?" Julian asked as he noticed Hector, Libby and Molly were shaken for a moment until they shook it off.

"Yeah, we're okay," Molly said as she regained consciousness, shaking her head. Libby looked at her hand and saw the suitcase still attached to her. Hector regained his consciousness as he shook his head.

"This may take a while for my headache," Hector said as he stood up. As the falcon vehicles arrived, most of its people were getting out.

Sasha and Pacifica approached Amity.

"You have the power, huh," Sasha said, "I'm impressed, sister."

"You sure have the guts, girl," Pacifica said.

"Ah, it's nothing," Amity said.

Luz, Star and Anne got out as they approached Molly and Libby.

"You guys alright?" Luz asked.

"Yeah, we're okay." Libby answered. Marcy managed to run up and saw Libby hold a suitcase.

"You got the key? You got the key!" Marcy squealed like a teenage girl at a concert for a boy band, "That's incredible, Libby!" Libby was happy to hear this.

Dipper, who managed to jump to the falcon's Team C, was walking approaches with some hits he took. Pacifica ran up to him and hugged him.

"I'm so worried about-" Pacifica said before Dipper unhandled her as he touched gently to his chest.

"Pacifica, the pain," Dipper said as he cringed as his chest was in pain, like a bone was nearly damaged on the inside like a branch. Pacifica moved back as she noticed it.

"Sorry, babe," Pacifica said. As the falcons gathered around, many students around them were shocked and confused by all of their activity.

"What's happening man?" a student asked.

"Uh," Hector said.

"Ah, do you know where the Powell library is?" Julian asked, "we have something urgent here."

"Yeah it's over at northeast of the campus," a student replied, "we can-"

"Oh my god, everyone run!" another student shouted as she pointed down south before she turn away to run.

As she ran away, everyone looked at her pointed direction. Just approaching, few vehicles came in. It was the Pandacons. Few students begin to run away.

"Oh, shit," Hector said, "Everyone get out of here! Take cover!" The falcons armed themselves as they cover just by the bushes, vehicles and walls. The campus sounded the alarm as it begun it's lockdown, man students got to a safe place, some ran far way and some stay hidden. Few police officers stand by the falcon soldiers as they get ready.

As the Pandacons approached, Luz's group managed to make a defense when Amity and Luz formed a shield around them while Molly and Anne pulled out their bags of magical generades..Just as the vans stopped, the pandacons troopers got out with their weapons, and they immediately began to fire at them. The shield barely received a dent as the laser bullets had no effect, like it was deflected. Anne and Molly threw their generades out of the shield and aimed towards a van, which caused an explosion with a few pandacons soldiers getting hurt, or killed.

"It takes no effect, sir," a Pandacon trooper shouted to one of his generals. General Jermone goes ot one of the vans.

"Then it's time to crack this sucker up!" General Jermone said as he tap the side door, it opened and revealed a cannon blaster. It was also similar to an auto machine gun and a laser pointer combined, yet its bullet was filled with laser bullets. He hops on it and aimed it at the shield.

He blasted it and the laser went to the shield, impacted as it destroyed the shield, sending Luz and Amity backward. Luckily, Anne and Molly managed to grab them both. Although they were fine and received a , they ran back to cover as the Pandacons pushed through until the falcon soldiers fired and blasted back to the Pandacon, it was a huge shootout battle.

As the shootout goes on, Luz and Amity, Anne and Molly run far. Getting behind the falcons as a soldier or two were hit and died. The quad then slided under through DB-17 as one of the falcon soldiers grabbed a bazooka and launched it towards another Pandacon van, as it hit and flipped the van up high and fell backward, injuring five soldiers.

As the shootout continues, Captain James receives a call from the DM through the radio.

"Captain, pull back our troops, fall back," The Dark Minder said through the radio.

"But my lord, we're nearl-" James replied before.

"I will not tolerate this delay," The Dark Minder said, "your leader had spoken."

"Yes my lord," Captain James said as he channeled the radio, "All troops and Generals, our lord ordered us to fall back. I repeat, our lord ordered us to fall back."

The generals looked at each other and nodded as the troopers hold their fire and ran back to the streets. The General followed as they got back to the car. Just as everyone see this, Luz's group looked surprised. Dipper walk and stared at Captain James, who looks back at him.

"You tell your boss that he will die by my hands and so will you and the generals," Dipper said, "Mark my words!"

Captain James stared at him before he got inside of the van, They all drove away, out of the campus. General Pam pulled out her radio

"My lord, i don't mean to question you," General Pam said, "but why all of a sudden?"

"We were just getting close!" General Jermone said.

"It seems to be off," General Ajay said.

"And you just let them get away!" Captain James said.

"Not this time," The Dark Minder said through the radio, "I have a mole when they acquired the last piece."

AN: While I was writing this chapter, I was figure out the plan for the chase sequence. I took some inspiration of mainly the prey chase in TF: ROTB, but I also attempted to take in some elements from Fast and furious vibe and Terminator 2, like the whole fight both physically and weapon used. I gave Dipper a fight, just to show the person he's slowly becoming, consumed by rage, like his stage of grief.

I also want to show the fight take place on the highway, just to travel between Fullerton and UCLA. I was also gonna include a score for a chase sequence, but I decided to keep it out.

The last fight was something I added to wrap up the chase, like the shoot out, similar to a piece from Rogue One when death troopers shoot out on scarif beach. It would bring the tone a bit down.
