"Natsu-nii?!" Romeo's voice echoed with shock as his eyes widened at the sight of the man before him. Natsu stood frozen, his own surprise mirrored in his expression. Of all the people he could have encountered, he hadn't expected to run into Romeo.

"Here, let me help you up," Natsu offered, extending his hand toward the fallen boy. Romeo grasped it gratefully, allowing Natsu to assist him to his feet. Once standing, Romeo bowed before the two slayers.

"Thank you. I'm sorry for bumping into you," Romeo apologized, his tone laced with embarrassment. Wendy stepped forward, her gaze curious as she studied the boy before them.

"Where are you headed, if you don't mind us asking?" she inquired gently.

Romeo ran a hand through his hair sheepishly before responding.

"I'm on my way to the guild. I need to check on everyone, make sure they're okay," he explained, his voice tinged with worry. Natsu and Wendy exchanged glances, sensing the weight behind the young boy's words. Their curiosity piqued, especially since it presented an opportunity to assess how the guild had fared in their absence.

"Could you elaborate on what you mean by 'making sure everyone is okay'? Is something troubling the guild?" Wendy asked, her concern evident in her tone. Despite the passage of time, her empathy for others remained steadfast.

"I'm sorry, but I can't involve you in our guild's issues. Besides, I'm sure you remember how we treated you before," Romeo replied, his voice heavy with guilt. He carried the burden of the guild's past transgressions, feeling responsible for the pain inflicted upon those they had once called friends.

Natsu interjected, his voice firm yet compassionate. "Despite how we were treated, we would still lend a hand if you needed it. Our journey here serves a purpose beyond mere curiosity."

"What purpose?" Romeo inquired, his hope flickering to life at the prospect of reconciliation.

"We're here to understand what happened and to seek the truth. However, revisiting doesn't equate to rejoining. We've found a new guild during our travels," Natsu explained, his words tinged with finality. Romeo's gaze shifted to Natsu's shoulder, where a crimson dragon emblem now adorned his skin, replacing the Fairy Tail mark. He then glanced at Wendy, noticing the matching emblem on her shoulder, albeit in a shade of light blue.

"I see," Romeo murmured, his disappointment palpable. "I shouldn't have allowed myself to hope for reconciliation. After everything, I should've known better."

"We're just trying to move forward, to leave the past behind," Natsu clarified, his eyes betraying a hint of remorse. Despite his outward demeanor, he harbored no ill will toward Romeo or any member not directly involved in their expulsion. He couldn't help but feel a pang of sympathy for the boy standing before him, caught in the aftermath of their departure.

As the conversation lingered, emotions swirled within the small group—regret, forgiveness, and the lingering ache of unresolved grievances. Though their paths diverged, the bonds forged in Fairy Tail continued to weave their lives together, even amidst the scars of the past.

"If you don't mind, Can you wait by the guild building that way everyone that is currently with us can be there," Wendy asked.

"If you mean the old guild building? I'm sorry but our guild has been relocated to another area. We don't have access to our old guild location anymore. We have been replaced already." Natsu and Wendy both gave a quantitive look.

"What do you mean by replaced? Who is representing Magnolia now?" Natsu spoke inquiring for more information.

"A guild called Twilight Ogre. They replaced us a year after the guild incident took place."

"I see, And did anything else happen in that time?"

Romeo thought in his head trying to make sure they wouldn't find out about the harassment he guild would face every week. They didn't need to be involved in any further hassles.

"Well, How can I put it? We sometimes get bothered by the guild constantly asking us to repay them for financial help." Romeo tried to convince them with his words however both slayers could read between the words and the tone the boy tried to use. He wasn't fooling them.

"Something tells me that you are only sugarcoating it by telling us like that. There is more going on isn't there? Don't bother trying to lie to us. We know there is more to it than just simply being bothered by them."

In the amount of time that Natsu, Gajeel, and Wendy have been in Draco Fang they have picked up on a lot of things. And one of those is knowing when someone is lying to them.

"If anything, Just get everyone together and we'll see if anything is happening." The boy spoke as he then headed over to the direction of the hills. Natsu and Wendy looked at each other and then back at the figure of the raven-haired boy slowly disappearing out of site. Even if he disappears from their sight they can still track him with their dragon noses.

"Let's gather together. I feel like whatever is gonna happen can't be good."

"I agree, we should do it quick." Wendy spoke in agreement.

...

-Outskirts of Magnolia, Fairy Tail Guild Tavern-

Arriving on the outskirts of Magnolia, Natsu, Wendy, Gajeel, Sting, Rogue, Lindsey, and Raven approached the town with a mixture of trepidation and resolve. The lively atmosphere they remembered seemed to have been replaced by a heavy silence.

As they neared the address Romeo had given them, they saw not the grand guild hall of old but a small, rundown tavern. The structure, was a downgrade of the guild hall that was the center of Magnolia's glory a symbol of Fairy Tail's strength, now appeared weary, and neglected.

Romeo greeted them outside, his face showing relief mixed with apprehension. "Natsu-nii, Wendy, thank you for coming," he said, his voice tinged with regret.

Natsu, his expression stoic, nodded. "We're here, Romeo. Let's go inside."

Inside the tavern, the familiar buzz of Fairy Tail was replaced by an uneasy quiet. The room, dimly lit and sparsely furnished, was filled with a mix of old faces and newcomers. The remaining Fairy Tail members looked up, surprise and wariness evident on their faces as they took in the sight of their former guildmates.

Romeo stepped forward and introduced them to the group. "Everyone, these are Natsu, Wendy, Gajeel, Sting, Rogue, Lindsey, and Raven. They've come to see what's been happening."

A murmur of recognition and curiosity rippled through the room. The older members, including Max, Warren, Nab, Droy, Jet, Reedus, Vijeeter, Alzack, and Bisca, approached, their expressions a mix of sadness and cautious hope. Macao, Wakaba, Laki, and Kiana joined them, each showing signs of exhaustion and stress.

Macao, looking worn but resolute, spoke first. "It's good to see you all again. It's been rough since you left."

Warren, who had been working tirelessly to keep the guild running, added, "Twilight Ogre has been relentless. They've imposed heavy debts on us, and we've been struggling to keep up with their demands. It's been a constant battle just to stay afloat."

Reedus, his usual cheerful demeanor replaced by a somber tone, continued, "Our resources have dwindled, and we've had to sell off many of our assets just to make ends meet. The tavern is all that remains of what used to be our guild hall."

Jet and Droy, standing side by side, nodded in agreement. "We've had to cut back on everything," Jet said. "We're barely getting by."

Bisca, her eyes filled with concern, added, "Our morale is at an all-time low. We're all doing our best, but it's hard to keep hope alive when every day is a struggle."

Alzack, his usual stoic expression softened by weariness, spoke up. "We've tried negotiating with Twilight Ogre, but they're unyielding. Their demands only seem to increase, and they've been using fear tactics to keep us in line."

Kiana, her face lined with worry, interjected, "The debts keep piling up, and we're afraid that if we can't pay soon, they might take even more drastic actions."

Wakaba, always a voice of reason, said, "We've tried reaching out for help, but it feels like no one is listening. We've been left to fend for ourselves."

Laki, who had been working hard to keep the guild's spirits up, added, "It's been tough, but we're doing our best to hold it together. We've tried to stay united despite everything."

Romeo, his voice heavy with emotion, concluded, "We've been fighting to keep the guild alive, but it's been an uphill battle. We're grateful for your visit and hope that maybe, just maybe, there's something you can do to help."

Natsu's expression hardened as he took in their stories. "We'll do whatever we can to help. We need to understand everything fully and find a way to get you out of this mess."

The room, though still tense, seemed to breathe a collective sigh of relief. The presence of Natsu and his friends brought a glimmer of hope to a situation that had seemed almost hopeless. The reunion, though fraught with challenges, marked the beginning of a renewed effort to confront the adversity facing Fairy Tail and to navigate the path ahead together.

As Natsu and his friends settled into the small tavern, the mood grew more somber. The Fairy Tail members, each with their own story of hardship, began to share the full extent of the guild's decline.

Macao, his voice heavy with the weight of the past, began to recount the tale. "After you all left, things started to fall apart. We were hit hard by a series of unfortunate events. The death of some of our most valued members left a huge gap in our strength and morale."

Warren nodded solemnly. "It was a tough time. We lost some of our best fighters and mages, and it felt like the heart of Fairy Tail was ripped out. The guild tried to keep going, but the loss was too great."

Droy, his gaze distant, added, "We tried to stay strong for the sake of the guild, but without the support and leadership we once had, it became harder to maintain the same level of unity and spirit."

Jet spoke up, his voice tinged with frustration. "The debts started piling up after that. We were already struggling to keep the guild hall in good shape, and then the financial burden became too much. We couldn't keep up with the maintenance costs, and eventually, we were forced to close down the guild. It wasn't an easy decision to make"

Reedus, who had been busy documenting the guild's struggles, said, "We tried to find alternative sources of income, but nothing seemed to work. Twilight Ogre saw our vulnerability and began to tighten their grip, demanding more and more from us."

Bisca's voice cracked with emotion as she continued. "They used our situation against us. Every time we tried to make a payment or negotiate, they would increase their demands. It felt like they were trying to break us down deliberately."

Alzack, standing beside her, added, "We tried to reach out for help, but no one seemed to be in a position to assist us. It was like we were being pushed to the brink, with no one to turn to."

Kiana, her eyes filled with tears, shared her perspective. "We started losing members as well. Some left in search of better opportunities, while others simply couldn't handle the stress. It felt like everything was falling apart, and we were powerless to stop it."

Wakaba, always the calm mediator, spoke up. "Eventually, we had to face the reality that we couldn't keep the guild hall running. We were forced to move into this smaller tavern and let go of our guild's itself. It was a bitter pill to swallow."

Laki, her voice filled with resolve, concluded, "Even after all this, we've tried to keep the spirit of Fairy Tail alive. We still train, we still help the people of Magnolia when we can, but it's been a constant struggle."

Romeo, standing beside the group, looked at Natsu and his friends with a pleading expression. "We've been replaced by Twilight Ogre because we couldn't meet the demands of the town. We're now a shadow of what we once were. We don't know how much longer we can keep this up."

Natsu listened intently, his expression a mixture of anger and sorrow. "I had no idea things had gotten so bad. We're not here to relive the past, but we need to address this situation. We'll do what we can to help, but we need to understand your guilds current needs and what we can do to relieve the pressure from Twilight Ogre's debt."

Sting and Rogue, who had been quietly observing, nodded in agreement. "We're with you on this. We'll figure out a way to confront the issue regarding Twilight Ogre and find a solution to your financial troubles."

Lindsey and Raven, too, showed their support. "We'll stand by you and assist however we can. It's clear that Fairy Tail's spirit still exists, and we will need to help you regain your footing or at least some of you bearings."

The guild members, though still wary, began to show signs of hope. The reunion had brought them a renewed sense of purpose, and with Natsu and his friends ready to assist, there was a glimmer of optimism that Fairy Tail might yet rise from its struggles.

As the group prepared to strategize their next steps, the air in the tavern seemed to lift slightly, the weight of despair momentarily lightened by the presence of old friends who had returned to help.

The tavern buzzed with quiet conversation until the door was thrown open, and a group of intimidating figures stormed inside. The leader, a burly man with a scar across his face, surveyed the room with a scowl.

"Looks like Fairy Tail's got some new guests," The leader of the twilight ogre guilds gang sneered, his eyes narrowing at Natsu and his group.

Natsu, Wendy, Gajeel, Sting, Rogue, Lindsey, and Raven braced themselves as the Twilight Ogre members advanced, their presence radiating menace.

One of the brutes, a towering man with a mohawk, looked around with disdain. "So, who are you lot? More guests for us to deal with?" he growled.

Natsu's expression turned icy. "We're here catching up with some old flames," he said, his tone sharp. "But if you're here to stir up trouble, you should leave now. We're not in the mood."

The leader's smirk widened. "Oh, is that so? We're here to remind Fairy Tail of their debt. We've been patient, but our patience has run out. You owe us a considerable sum, and we're here to collect."

Macao, his voice tense, stepped forward. "We've told you before, we don't have the money. We've been struggling just to keep this place running."

The Twilight Ogre leader's gaze turned to Natsu. "And who exactly are you to tell us what to do?"

Gajeel's eyes narrowed, his usual stoic demeanor unchanged. "You're harassing people who are already down," he said, his voice cold. "If you don't want a trip to the hospital, you better get out of here. Now."

The leader's smirk faltered slightly, and he exchanged a look with his subordinates. "Is that a threat?" he asked, his tone icy.

"Consider it a warning," Gajeel replied, his voice steady. "You've got no right to keep pushing these people around. Leave, or face the consequences."

The Twilight Ogre members seemed to hesitate, their earlier bravado giving way to unease in the face of Gajeel's unwavering stance. The leader scowled but signaled for his group to retreat.

"Fine," he growled, his voice dripping with irritation. "We'll leave for now. But don't think this is over. We expect full payment by the end of the week, or there will be consequences."

With that, the Twilight Ogre members exited the tavern, their footsteps echoing ominously as they left. The Fairy Tail members let out a collective sigh of relief, their tension momentarily eased.

Natsu turned to Gajeel, gratitude in his eyes. "Thanks for stepping in, Gajeel. We needed that."

Gajeel grunted in response, his usual gruffness returning. "No problem. They need to know they can't just push people around."

Wendy, her expression a mix of relief and worry, added, "We need to come up with a plan to deal with this. Twilight Ogre won't stop until they get what they want."

Sting, Rogue, Lindsey, and Raven nodded in agreement. "We'll figure out a way to help," Sting said. "Fairy Tail deserves better than this."

As the group gathered to discuss their next steps, the air in the tavern was filled with a renewed sense of purpose. Natsu and his friends were determined to support Fairy Tail and confront Twilight Ogre, working together to put an end to the harassment.

-One week Later-

The days following Twilight Ogre's departure were quiet yet heavy with unresolved tension. Natsu, Wendy, Gajeel, Sting, Rogue, Lindsey, and Raven spent the week reconnecting with what remained of the Fairy Tail guild, though the atmosphere was far from lively. The guild hall, now a rundown tavern, carried the weight of forgotten memories and festering wounds that had yet to heal.

As the week progressed, the tension slowly eased, allowing the former Fairy Tail members and the newly introduced Draco Fang members to reconnect. Though the air was still heavy with old wounds and unresolved emotions, conversations began to flow, making it clear that time had changed them all.

Natsu, Wendy, and Gajeel gathered their former guildmates to introduce their new companions from Draco Fang. The atmosphere in the small tavern-turned-guildhall grew quieter as Lindsey and Raven, the two original Draco Fang members, stepped forward to speak.

Lindsey, with her silver hair and fierce demeanor, crossed her arms as she glanced at the Fairy Tail members. The conversation going to when the members of Draco Fang joining and the misadventures and time they shared in those times.

"We were part of Draco Fang long before these five joined," she began, her voice firm yet calm. "Draco Fang isn't a guild that's widely known, but it's one that's built on strength, loyalty, and survival."

"We operate with different rules than Fairy Tail but the guild is a lot more stricter then what you would probably imagine."

Raven, the more reserved of the two, nodded as she stood beside her. "It was in Hearth City where Draco Fang was born. We were always small, not many members, but strong in our own way."

Laki, Warren, and the others from Fairy Tail listened with growing curiosity. The unknown guild, Draco Fang, had somehow become the home for the group of Dragon Slayers that had once been part of their family.

Lindsey continued, her eyes flicking toward Natsu and Gajeel. "It wasn't until some time later, after Natsu, Wendy, and Gajeel were banished, that they came to Draco Fang. They found their way to Hearth City, where our guild's base is located."

Bisca, her voice soft but curious, asked, "So, they just joined your guild after everything?"

Raven, with her quiet intensity, nodded again. "It took time. They were lost, searching for a place to call home. Gajeel was the first to connect with us, given his past. Natsu and Wendy weren't far behind. But they didn't come alone."

Lindsey picked up the story, her tone shifting slightly as she spoke of the others. "There were five of them in total—Natsu, Gajeel, Wendy, and two others—Sting and Rogue. They were all Dragon Slayers. Each one carried their own weight, their own burdens. And there was another girl, Chelia Blendy, who joined our ranks along with them."

The name Chelia piqued the interest of Max and Alzack, who exchanged glances. "Chelia?" Max asked. "I've heard that name before. Isn't she a Sky God Slayer?"

Wendy nodded quietly, her blue eyes soft with memory. "Yes, Chelia is… a good friend of mine. She and I became close during that time. Right now she is in her own little group of with other mages that have rare magic. One of her new friends is a red haired guy named Barry a water god slayer."

Lindsey nodded in agreement. "Chelia was like Wendy—kind but strong. She had her own reasons for joining Draco Fang, just like all of us. Together, they became a core part of our guild."

Natsu stood nearby, his arms folded as he listened to Lindsey and Raven recount their story. His usual grin was absent, replaced by a somber expression as the past came flooding back. "Draco Fang wasn't what we expected at first," he added, his voice quieter than usual. "But it became our home when we had nowhere else to go."

Gajeel grunted, crossing his arms as well. "Yeah, Salamander here couldn't keep his nose out of trouble, but Draco Fang gave us a chance. We trained, grew stronger, and found something we thought we'd lost."

Wendy, standing beside Lindsey and Raven, smiled softly. "It wasn't easy, but we found our place there."

Rogue, ever quiet, nodded. "It was where we belonged."

Sting, with his usual bravado, grinned and clapped Natsu on the back. "We've been kicking butt ever since. Draco Fang isn't as flashy as Fairy Tail used to be, but we've held our own."

The Fairy Tail members, now listening with a mix of awe and sadness, absorbed the tale. Macao, standing at the forefront, sighed heavily as he looked at Natsu, Wendy, and Gajeel. "It seems like Draco Fang became what Fairy Tail couldn't be for you back then."

Natsu shrugged slightly, a faint grin playing on his lips. "Something like that."

Happy, perched on Natsu's shoulder, nodded enthusiastically. "Aye, sir! Draco Fang was a new start for us."

As the conversation continued, the Fairy Tail members began to catch up with their old friends. Laki, Kinana, and Bisca found themselves talking with Lindsey, Raven, Wendy, and Carla, Wendy's white-haired Exceed, who was eager to catch up with her longtime friend.

"You've changed, Wendy," Carla said with a soft smile. "You've grown."

Wendy chuckled. "So have you, Carla. We've all come a long way."

Lindsey and Raven, though newer to Wendy's life, listened intently as they shared stories from their time apart. Bisca, ever curious, asked Lindsey about her experiences in Draco Fang, while Kinana and Carla spoke to Raven about the new guild dynamics they had found themselves in.

Meanwhile, Gajeel found himself catching up with Max, Alzack, and Nab. His gruff demeanor hadn't changed, but there was an unspoken bond between them as they exchanged stories of the past. Max, who had always admired Gajeel's strength, couldn't help but ask, "So, what's it like being in Draco Fang?"

Gajeel smirked. "Different. But we make it work. Salamander over there keeps things interesting."

Nab chuckled. "I can imagine."

Sting and Rogue, not ones to be left out, introduced themselves to the remaining Fairy Tail members, their Exceeds—Frosch and Lector—by their sides. Frosch, ever the agreeable and lax exceed, waved at everyone. "Hi! Frosch is happy to meet you!"

Lector, more serious than his companion, nodded in agreement. "We've heard a lot about Fairy Tail from Natsu and the others."

Romeo, standing with Macao and Wakaba, looked up at the group of Slayers in awe. "So, you're all Dragon Slayers? Like Natsu?"

Sting grinned proudly. "That's right, kid. We're the real deal."

As the interactions continued, the mood slowly lightened. Natsu, Gajeel, and Wendy, once tense and uncertain, seemed content as they caught up with their old guildmates. They had grown, matured, and found new strength in Draco Fang, but there was still something bittersweet about returning to the place where it all began.

For Lindsey, Raven, Sting, and Rogue, being introduced to the remnants of Fairy Tail felt like stepping into a different world. The guild that had once been the most powerful in Fiore was now a shadow of its former self, yet the bonds of friendship remained.

As the week wore on, the new and old members of the two guilds continued to exchange stories, share laughs, and, in their own way, begin to heal from the wounds of the past.

.

.

However one evening, as the sun began to set, Macao gathered the courage to confront the painful past. He approached Natsu, Wendy, and Gajeel, his steps slow and deliberate. The air grew thick with unspoken words, the remaining members of Fairy Tail watching from a distance with trepidation.

Macao stopped in front of the trio, his expression strained with remorse. His voice cracked as he spoke, "Natsu… Wendy… Gajeel…"

The three of them stood in silence, their faces unreadable. The tension between them was palpable, like a thread stretched to its breaking point.

Macao hesitated, feeling the weight of their silence pressing down on him. He could barely meet their eyes, but he forced himself to continue. "We—no, I—failed you. All of us did. When you needed us, we turned our backs. We didn't protect you when the guild turned on you. I didn't stand up for you when Master and the others banished you. It was wrong… it was so wrong…"

His voice faltered, and tears welled up in his eyes as the weight of guilt finally overwhelmed him. "You were our comrades, our family, and we abandoned you… I abandoned you. You have every right to hate us… to hate me."

Still, Natsu, Wendy, and Gajeel remained silent, their expressions hard to read, but the pain in their eyes was evident. The tension hung in the air like a storm about to break.

Macao, unable to bear it any longer, dropped to his knees before them, his hands trembling. "I'm sorry," he choked out, his voice thick with emotion. "I'm so, so sorry. Please, if there's anything we can do to make it right—anything at all—just tell me."

The remaining guild members—Max, Warren, Nab, Jet, Droy, Reedus, Vijeeter, Alzack, Bisca, Macao's own son Romeo, Wakaba, Laki, and Kiana—watched in somber silence as their guildmate fell to his knees, his apologies echoing the regret they all carried.

Wendy's eyes glistened with tears, but her voice remained soft, almost fragile. "Macao… you don't have to—"

But Macao interrupted, his voice breaking, "No, Wendy. I do have to. we should've fought for you. For all of you. You deserved better. You didn't deserve to be cast out like that."

Gajeel crossed his arms, his stoic demeanor hiding the flicker of old hurt in his eyes. "You all turned your backs on us. You watched as we were thrown away like we meant nothing. And now, after all these years, you want to apologize?"

Macao's shoulders shook as he bowed his head lower, his tears falling freely. "Yes," he whispered.

"I don't expect forgiveness, Gajeel, not from any of you. I just want you to know how much I-no, how much we regret it. None of us can change what happened, but we'll carry this guilt for the rest of our lives if we have to."

Natsu, who had remained silent the longest, finally exhaled deeply, his eyes dark with unresolved emotions. His fists clenched at his sides as he looked down at Macao. The memories of their banishment, the betrayal, and the years of isolation gnawed at him.

For a long moment, Natsu said nothing. Then, in a voice low and restrained, he finally spoke, "What's done is done."

Macao looked up, his face streaked with tears, as Natsu continued, "We've all changed since then. We've had to move on."

Wendy wiped her tears away, her voice shaky but resolute. "We've learned to live with it… but hearing this now, it does help."

Gajeel grunted, his arms still crossed. "Doesn't mean we've forgotten. But maybe… we can stop carrying the past around like it's all that matters."

The silence that followed was thick with emotion. Macao, still on his knees, nodded shakily. "Thank you," he whispered. "I know it's not enough, but thank you for hearing us out."

Sting, Rogue, Lindsey, and Raven, who had been watching this unfold from the side, were quiet, witnessing the old wounds of their comrades being brought to the surface. There was no denying the deep pain that still lingered, but seeing Natsu, Wendy, and Gajeel confront the past was a moment of growth and healing.

Rogue spoke up softly, "Sometimes, putting the past behind you is the only way to move forward."

Sting nodded, placing a hand on Natsu's shoulder. "You've all come a long way. This guild may have hurt you, but seeing you handle this… it shows just how much stronger you've become."

Macao slowly stood, wiping his tears away. The remaining guild members, still somber, each stepped forward, their apologies unspoken but written in their eyes. They had all shared in the guilt, but seeing Macao take the lead, they understood it was time to begin healing, too.

Natsu, Wendy, and Gajeel stood in silence, their growth and maturity evident in the way they faced their past. The week of reconnection had been filled with difficult moments, but as the sun set on that day, it felt as though a new chapter was beginning for all of them. Slowly, the old wounds began to mend, and the weight of betrayal started to lift from their hearts if even slightly. it would be a work in progress but they would heal with time.

The Next Day...

The week had been a bittersweet reunion for the former Fairy Tail members and the group from Draco Fang. There was a sense of healing, old bonds being mended, and wounds slowly beginning to close. But just as things seemed to be getting better, trouble came knocking once again.

The doors of the rundown tavern that served as the Fairy Tail guildhall creaked open, and in walked the thugs from Twilight Ogre. Their heavy footsteps echoed through the room as they entered with an air of superiority. The Fairy Tail members tensed, recognizing their old tormentors.

The leader of Twilight Ogre surveyed the room with a sneer. "Well, well, look at this," he drawled with mock pity. "The great Fairy Tail, reduced to this sad bunch of chumps. We're here to collect. Seems like you're behind on your payments again."

Macao and the others exchanged worried glances. They had endured years of harassment from Twilight Ogre, and the constant pressure was wearing them thin. The looming threat of violence added to their already heavy burdens.

The leader of Twilight Ogre stepped forward, his demeanor threatening. "Pay up now, or we'll have to remind you why it's a bad idea to cross us."

Before anyone from Fairy Tail could speak, Natsu stood up. His movement was deliberate, his posture calm and commanding. The room fell silent as Natsu walked toward the leader, his expression uncharacteristically stoic.

Natsu reached into his coat and pulled out a large leather pouch, tossing it at the leader's feet. The pouch hit the floor with a heavy clink, spilling a significant amount of Jewels. "Here's the full amount," Natsu said flatly, his voice steady. "Take it and get the hell out."

The leader's eyes widened slightly as he saw the amount of Jewels scattered on the floor. He bent down, picked up the pouch, and studied Natsu's face. There was a seriousness about Natsu that was hard to ignore—a calm, controlled demeanor that spoke volumes. The usual intimidation tactics of Twilight Ogre seemed ineffective against him.

The Leader counted the Jewels and after a moment, the leader straightened up, his expression one of grudging respect. "Alright, we'll take the money. But don't think this is the last you'll hear from us."

Natsu's gaze remained unyielding. "Just leave now. You won't get any more from us."

With that, Twilight Ogre exited the guildhall, their earlier bravado replaced by a wary caution. The doors slammed shut behind them, leaving the Fairy Tail members in a state of mixed relief and confusion.

Happy, perched on Natsu's shoulder, looked at the departing thugs with a satisfied grin. "Aye! They won't be bothering us for a while now!"

Macao, visibly relieved, looked at Natsu with gratitude. "Natsu… thank you. We didn't know how to handle this without you."

Natsu nodded, though his expression remained serious. "You don't need to thank me. Consider it a one-time thing."

He then glanced at Gajeel, Wendy, and his fellow Draco Fang guildmates, who were standing nearby. "I need to make something clear. My team and I have other important matters to do. We'll be leaving soon. Take care and don't get into trouble again."

Gajeel crossed his arms, a smirk playing on his lips. "Guess this is where we part ways, huh? We've got our own path to follow."

Wendy, who had been quietly observing, nodded in agreement. "At least this visit did us some favors. Things have changed a lot but at least you will be alright now."

Natsu continued, his voice firm but carrying a hint of finality. "We're heading out to focus on our own goals. It's time for us to move on. I just wanted to make sure you're not completely at Twilight Ogre's mercy."

The Fairy Tail members exchanged somber looks, realizing that while they had been given a temporary reprieve, their future was still uncertain. Natsu's intervention had been a lifeline, but the road ahead would be theirs to navigate alone.

Natsu gave one last look around the guildhall, his gaze lingering on the familiar faces. "Take care of yourselves," he said. "I hope things get better for you."

With that, Natsu turned and walked toward the exit, Gajeel, Wendy, and the Draco Fang guildmates following close behind. The Fairy Tail members watched them go, a mix of gratitude and sadness in their eyes.

As the doors closed behind Natsu and his group, the room fell into a contemplative silence. The Fairy Tail members were left to face their challenges with a renewed sense of resolve, knowing that while they had been given a brief respite, they would need to forge their own path forward.
