Timmy blinked, staring at the kid in front of him. Cosmo and Wanda, had brought the boy to a party in Fairy World. There were lots of kids, with their Fairy godparents...
but one girl was sitting all by herself... looking lonely. Timmy decided to cheer her up... and wished he hadn't.
"Wait, Wait, Wait." The girl appeared startled. "You actually believe you got a Fairy, just because you're miserable?" The girl was gaping. "You're literally the mortal descendant of Jorgen Von Strangle. Like how I'm a descendant of Luna. Both are 'Royal Fae', whom make a point of having their anti-bodies, look after their mortal children."
"Antibodies?" Timmy tilted his head.
The girl just looked at him... her expression both kind, while clearly thinking him an idiot. "That's what your fairy godparents are... literal antibodies for General Von Strangle. They are tiny organisms, that inhabit his dimensional body. Acting independently, while still part of his body, they keep him healthy. While doubling as his servants."
"... Dimensional Body?"
Now the girl was looking at him with flat out annoyance, "Didn't you ever, ASK, your fairies, where they come from?"
"Of course I have!" Timmy insisted. "They just told me 'Fairy World'."
The girl sighed, obviously forcing herself to be patient. "The Fae City, is where General Von Strangle lives. It's a massive, interdimensional, cross section. Where your fae originate, is the city sized pocket dimension, inside Jorgen."
"Smartholomew Mouthitcus!" What kind of gibberish was that!?
A fairy quickly glided over... He had blue skin, black hair, pointed ears... and bat wings... He even looked a lot like Cosmo... just kinda... evil... "What have I told you, about calling the Royals by name."
The boy flinched, "Sorry, A.C." His fairy gave him a stern look, before flying a short distance away. Enough to see the pair, while still giving them privacy.
"Soooooo, Smartholomew?" Timmy tried to switch gears. "Thought you said your name was 'Susan'."
The girl blushed. "I have a lot of names." She said, cryptically. "Smartholomew Mouthitcus, is Gallifreyian for 'Cheeky Word Smith'. You humans do love to simplify our language."
"riiiiiiiiight," Timmy was even more confused.
Smartholomew sighed. "My guardian thought he was being clever, giving me a defiant name like that. So I chose the name 'Susan Foreman'. Which is kinda the opposite... it's my promise to be obedient and helpful... Pran-father 'Other' was very pleased by that name."
"You mean 'Grandfather'?" Timmy tilted his head.
"Nah," The girl waved off. "A 'Pran-Father' is the progenitor of a clan. Their true immortals, whom serve on the High Command. My people don't actually have a word for 'Grandfather'... as our family's work different then humans.
"We are a genetically engineered species. With children born in clutches, a few thousand at a time. We are raised by the whole clan. With the head of the clan called our 'Father'. While the other adults called our 'Aunts' or 'Uncles'.
"I'm a bit weird... cuz I do have a grandfather, but he's not so much my parent's parent... as more then my father. A 'Grand' Father, ya get it. He adopted me, and personally raises me."
Timmy... really didn't understand. He understood the words, but he'd never heard of a culture like that. Was genetic engineering even possible, on that level?
"I'm from a different dimension then yours," said Susan... errrr Smartholomew? Not sure which to call her. "The mortal kids here, are from all over the multiverse. This is kinda a Cosmic playdate. To celebrate our Fae Pran-Parents. It's one of the few times we meet other people's fairy ancestors. Normally we just interact with our own."
Timmy slowly nodded, then couldn't help but ask. "You're fairy is pretty strict with ya, huh?"
Smartholomew sighed, "Way too much, General Luna even gave him permission to spank me."
Timmy blushed, "Why'd she do that? Fairies are supposed to make our lives better, right?"
"Where Jorgen only looks after, the truly miserable of his descendants," The girl explained. "General Luna looks after us all. It helps she doesn't have as many kids as Jorgen. I hear he was quite... charming, in his day."
"Timmy!" Wanda finally found the boy in the crowd. Cosmo right behind her, as always. As they approach, The blue Cosmo flew over to meet them.
Timmy's Cosmo spoke to the girl's fairy. "Sorry about this Anti-Cosmo."
"For the last time, my name is Anthony Cosmotious," The fairy scoffed, adjusting a monocle. "I may be your interdimensional counterpart, but kindly stop lumping us together."
Cosmo hugged the blue fairy, "I love you to!"
Cosmotious sighed, "Yes yes, good show old boy, and whatnot. Now kindly take your ruffian elsewhere. He's annoying Susan. She's just to shy to voice it." That was definitely her "uncomfortable rambling". Not her more gleeful "Info Dump", like when she was excited by a topic.
"WE SHOULD SET UP A PLAY DATE!" Cosmo screamed, eagerly.
Cosmotious just sighed, "Very well, but later."
Wanda spoke up, "Yes, thank you for keeping an eye on Timmy. Come along, sweetie."
Timmy left Smartholomew's side... having not meant to make the girl uncomfortable... she was just such a fountain of information.
"Are you alright, Timmy." Wanda began to fuss over the boy.
"How come you didn't tell me I was related to Jorgen?" Timmy cut to the heart of it.
Both his fairies shared a look.
Wanda explained, "Fairies don't tend to teach their charges, about stuff like that, until they turn 12."
"That kids 12!" Timmy demanded. "she's shorter then me!"
The fairies shared another look, before Cosmo sighed "She's actually 34-"
Before his Fairies could explain more, Timmy eagerly jumped in with, "Did she use her Anniversary Wish, to give herself eternal youth?" Timmy had honestly been debating the same. It was against, "Da Rulez", but the Anniversary Wish was rule free.
"No, much worse then that bit of childhood mischief," Wanda sighed. "She's actually... sorta... an alien. Her people just age slower then humans, so she has trouble relating to most of her fellow Fae descendants."
Timmy Slowly processed this. Then asked, "How come her Fairy looks like Cosmo."
Wanda just sighed. "Let's find Jorgen."
After the girl "spilled the beans" about Timmy's own Fairy ancestry. Cosmo and Wanda brought the boy to the best fairy to answer his questions. They brought Timmy before Jorgen, and explained what Timmy wanted to know... and where he got the first tidbits of info.
"You really are my most troublesome descendant," Jorgen groaned. "You're great great grandmother, never gave me this much trouble." he grumbled. Then muttered. "I'll be having words with Luna... She tolerates far too much from that girl."
Then gave Timmy a lesson, the boy was surprisingly eager for.
Fairies:
• Royal fae are a giant water bear, made of clouds. Although they can create Avatars to interact with "mortals", that look more humanoid.
Their insides are actually a pocket dimension. Roughly the size of a city.
They are a Cosmic Parasite, that latches onto larger dimensions, to feed on a "Cosmic Force". Which they absorb through mortals, they collected.
• Smaller Fairies, are really the fae's antibodies... and servants. Organisms that manifested inside them, from the moment they were conceived. Caring for their dimensional body, and keeping them healthy just by following their instincts... and living their lives.
• Fae antibodies were born with their Royal Fae. And couldn't die of old age. There were very few things that could kill them at all. They were immortal, and couldn't naturally reproduce. Looking after the royal fae's mortal descendants, for the sake of their Royal... and to fill their own void at being sterile.
• All Mortal Fae, have a rare "fae gene", that manifest within the first face, of every 7 Generations.
These mortal fae have light bending, telekinesis, conjuration, and longevity.
If exposed to enough Fairy magic, from their Fairy Godparents, mortal fae may ascend into Royal fae. Which is actually why Royals breed with mortals, to increase their own numbers.
It was rare, and skipped most generations, but mortal fae could be born from any family line exposed to a royal... even a few trillion generations later.
• While fairy wishes were no "Monkey's Paw", Fae Antibodies don't actually have the power to affect reality.
Rather they guide the children's own abilities, as a living dimension, to create a complex illusion, filled with mirror images of the people they knew.
Fairies antibodies can use permanent conjuration, to create near any object, and are grand master Illusionist, but that's the limit of their powers.
If the child wanted something world altering, they would just make a fantasy, for him to play in... that would use "Tough Love" to teach him a lesson, according to Fae Morality.
These fantasies would teach all descendants, to understand the fae, and be worthy of their power. But in a safe... although painful, environment.
• As a Royal Fae was a living dimension. They are extremely magically powerful.
• While royal fae do collect mortals, they often pamper these individuals. Treating them like treasured pets. While their Fae Antibodies, help care for them.
"Satisfied?" Jorgen grunted. Although feeling strangely pleased with how focused Timmy was, paying wrapped attention to the impromptu lesson.
Looking at how the boy absorbed the nature of the fae, it was shocking to think he was a straight "F" student. Maybe Jorgen should check in on his more unworthy descendant. It wouldn't do, for the forced mortal to abuse the fae in training.
The Anniversary wish... wasn't just an act of kindness. But meant to give the child the tools to care for themselves... 8 boons... which most used to give themselves super powers, skills, knowledge, resources, and (more often then not) their ideal life.
These boons weren't truly given over yearly "Anniversaries". But rather, at a mile stone towards adulthood. Susan was given them Very sparingly... over the course of thousands of years. Given Time Lords aren't legally adults, until they regenerate into their first face.
Susan had regenerated into a Hispanic boy, looking all of 13. Although they had a Norwegian bone structure, large Anime eyes, and blue fluffy hair. While his lower legs were colored a dark grey, with orange highlights. Along with blue hooves. Then a floofy orange fox tail, with a blue tip.
On the night of his final wish. Luna went to Smartholomew, and made the offer. An Offer Susan already knew was coming, from his own Gallifreyian education.
Either become one of many champions, too fight in her army across the multiverse. Or forget all interactions with the fae. He would still keep the boons, that he gained from his anniversary wishes. But he would forget how he gained them... forget his fairy godparent... forget Luna herself.
All fae descendants, of every royal fae, are given this choice... and is in fact where odd manifestations of magic come from... mortal fae, that forgot their fae family. That the mortal fae's own descendants, either inherited the powers and talents their own Pran Parent, asked for... or inherited fae magic of their own. None gaining both.
Like how the Doctor had enhanced magical power, faster learning abilities, enhanced durability, temporal powers, permanent conjuration powers, an endless wonder, and superior luck. but Smartholomew didn't have any of that.
Regardless, the choice was simple. Either become one of many champions, too fight in Luna's army across the multiverse. Or forget all interactions with the fae. He would still keep the boons, that he gained from his anniversary wishes. But he would forget how he gained them... forget his fairy godparent... forget Luna herself.
He had 42 hours, after he reached adulthood, to decide if he wanted to live in service to Luna... or forget everything about fae-kind... including forgetting the people.
Once the deal was made, he couldn't back out... either option was a permanent, unchangeable, Choice.
Smartholomew Mouthitcus, The Susan, chose to trust his fae Pran-Mother. Trust she had his best interest at heart... for he had seen her kindness, was aware of how she used the mortals she collected... she was a true General... a defender of the cosmos. Even without the ultimatum... he would have gladly been made a part of that.
"I don't need to think it over," Susan informed the fairy god. "I think we've both know, what my choice will be." Smartholomew smiled. "I will gladly fight by your side... just... please don't tell my Grandfather..."
Luna smiled, "You think they didn't suspect this would happen?"
Susan sighed, "I'd still like to be the one to tell them, myself."
"Very well," Luna reached out her hand, "Do we have a deal?"
There was no hesitation, as Susan shook the hand, sealing the bargain.
Later That Day.
Luna's realm was like the night sky. With a billion trillion glowing orbs, and different colored chest covered in locks and chains. All floating in a blue and black void. While Susan could only guess what was in the small chest... Each orb contained a fantasy.
Susan gently cupped a dream, which floated too close to him, and awed as he peered into it. Seeing a proper nightmarish scene play inside. Filled with death and destruction.
"The dreams of my mortals," Luna smiled, standing next to him. "They are quite delicious." She caressed the Orb Susan held. Before plucking out another passing dream, and showing it to Susan. This one a beautiful landscape, of impossible shapes and colors.
Susan gently let the dreams float away, before facing his fairy Pran-Mother. Susan knew, obviously, why Luna was so keen on claiming him. But hadn't actually talked about it, with the Fairy Princess. Mortal fae were the most dangerous... as they were not bound by the Cosmic laws that governed the fairies.
They were fae, but weren't limited to the need for informed concent. They could make changes, at alarming rates, if not properly guided by their Pran Mother... potentially devouring whole universes... instead of just taking what they need, to survive.
"Are you ready?" " Luna calmly asked. As she gently laid a massive hand on his torso... as large as his torso.
Susan gulped.
Luna, to insure her descendants wouldn't become a threat to each other, or the Omni-verse itself, needed to take something. A Cosmic law, as her own father took something from her.
Susan may have a mortal's soul... but his fae biology still required him to feed on Cosmic laws. With his power growing the more he ate... obviously this could become addictive... and dangerous to the universe they inhabited.
Fae were, at their core, parasites. However, being aware of the fragility of their host, they limited themselves. In order to co-exist.
To better focus this need, to prevent them from just eating everything, and potentially destroying universes, fae only fed on one thing... and only took enough to grow their power slowly, in moderation.
Adding a hole in their power, lessened the addiction, despite making feeding more of a necessity.
Susan gave a hesitant nod, and Luna began to strain, as she moved her hand away... holding onto some kind of light, that was trying desperately to stay attached to Susan
Regardless, this didn't hurt. As Luna was simultaneously feeding the boy waves of pure bliss. Making him WANT to give Luna whatever she asked for. Feeding him emotions of trust and love.
"From you," Luna smiled, as she informed. Seeing this as a fae's first true step on the road to adulthood. "I take your strings.
"Where Celestia feeds on potential, you will need to feed on fate. Destiny will never bind you. You won't have a future, unless you take it from another. Time is not your master. Forget a Time Lord's Oath to preserve the timelines. Only by changing the future, can you feed. I take... your temporal presence."
Susan yelped, as he felt something pinch him. Like popping a particularly big pimple. A jab of pressure and pain, then relief it was gone. Susan sighed a bit.. feeling... something missing.
"You can either, manually, change the future." Luna explained, as she conjured a red chest. "Or make a deal to take someone's destiny." She calmly placed the light inside, before conjuring multiple chains and locks around the box. Sealing it shut. "Both methods will feed you." She let the box float away. Now ignoring it. "Even having your Clerics, do the same, will feed you."
Later still, that very day. Susan danced in the Palace of the fae city. Dancing to music that could not be heard, only felt.
Timmy was dancing with him. The 19 year old human eagerly bouncing around.
Last year, by Timmy's time zone, Jorgen had taken the boy's ability to want. Meaning Timmy had to grant mortals their desires, in order to have his own. A fitting punishment / assignment, given Timmy's youth... and boons.
Timmy wished he had the power to grant other people's wishes.
Timmy also gave himself Susan's ability to load into a past body. Along with Susan's true Gamer powers. Able to respawn, and infinitely "Level Up". Even able to go inside any videogame, TV Series, Movie, or Comic book, and play in those worlds... even taking others with him.
He later wished for a fairy dog, as his own familiar. Which increased his own fae powers, having a fae animal as a pet... which was actually unintended, as he just wanted a talking dog.
He also used one of his boons, so his fairy godparents could have a baby.
Then he wished he had all his favorite anime powers. Which gave him all Naruto Bloodline traits (as spell like techniques), Jutsus, Yusuke's and Kuwabara's spirit powers (from Yu Yu Hakusho), and all ki techniques from the Dragon Ball franchise, including Super Saiyan like transformations. He also had Naruto's transformation Jutsus, and Shadow Clones. Along with flight and space travel.
Timmy later wished he could store everything he owned, in his own personal subspace, and even go inside it.
But Timmy's first wish, after his boon to reclaim his fairy godparents... was getting Cosmo and Wanda to stay with him... forever. Even if he lost the right to them, as Fairy godparents, or grew too old for them. He wanted to stay friends... even if he was deemed unworthy, and didn't know they were fairies... they would stay with him.
"I see someone is enjoying themselves," A grey cloud chuckled.
Susan just grinned. "This is GREAT!"
"I'm glad to hear," Said the dark cloud, still shaped like a water bear. "This party is for you, after all."
And it was, this was Susan's welcoming party. He had been accepted into the family, by accepting Luna as his. With the fae pantheon, eagerly welcoming him.
The teen stretched out, with his fae Senses, and gently felt this God's presence. A.C. had taught him, this was proper... as it was actually rude, to ask a fae their name.
Susan saw a title, on their mind, that made him freeze. He stopped dancing, to stare at the gray beast of glowing clouds... looking as if the fairy was smoke from a fire.
The proper Royal Fae, was actually a good deal bigger then Susan, by several lightyears, yet in this realm... he seemed smaller. Susan felt like the size of a 9 year old, compared to this fully grown adult. Despite the proportions being far greater then that.
Susan ignored this trick of perception. And declared, "YOU'RE HADES!"
The fae smiled. "Not the Reaper God, but I share many traits with my dimensional counterpart."
Susan squirmed, feeling like a little kid, meeting a grandparent for the first time. He might very well explode with excitement.
"I know that!" In Susan's eagerness, He might have spoken a bit too loud. Adjusting the volume, he informed. "Luna taught me a lot about you. You're her father/uncle."
Hades chuckled. "Yes, the family trees of Gods, can leave mortals confused."
Susan nodded attentively.
Timmy draped an arm around Susan's shoulders. "I'm going to take the newbie around the realms. Show him the best hang outs."
Hades gave Timmy condescending head pats.
The Next Day:
School... there was no escaping it. Susan was now expected to attend classes, with other mortal fae. Although it was more like a college environment, as the "kids" had a good deal of independence... but it also had elements of preschool.
Today, Celestia was supervising the younger mortal fae. While teaching how to care for mortals. Which acted more like a "Petting Zoo".
Some of the other "Adults" were here, supervising, and teaching the children how to care for Celestia's mortals... whom blushed and squirmed.
While they also watched Celestia materialize the mortal's proper food, and showing the fae kids how she cared for her mortals needs.
Given they were all born as mortals, Susan felt these lessons we're redundant... but apparently, it's something mortal fae really do forget, over time.
Susan may not need to learn something he already knew... But it was a good opportunity, to bond with the other mortal fae. Forcing him to realize, he was still a toddler, despite finally reaching the Gallifreyian definition of adulthood. His inner Doctor, raged at the thought. But he still tried to be obedient... as to not embarrass Luna.
Celestia seemed quite impressed by his skill with the mortals. Seeming to not understand he was one, less then a week ago.
"Gallifreyians have three names," Timmy Turner walked through the ruins of their latest battle field, with his best friend... Susan.
"There is the name we are assigned at birth. The name our mentor assigns us, when we turn 8. And the promise we make to ourselves, through a title.
"Like how the Doctor's own mentor, called him 'Theta Sigma'. But His promise was to be a Doctor. While the universe may have adapted that word to mean 'Healer' or 'Wise-man'... on Gallifrey it means to never be cruel or cowardly. To never give up, and never give in... it's our word to describe determined heroes. And grandfather dreamed about becoming a Time Lord, since he learned of them as a toddler."
Timmy rolled his eyes, "You're not going to distract me."
"Caught that did you." Susan grimaced.
"What's your name?" Timmy demanded.
"Grandfather named me 'Smartholomew Mouthitcus', and I named myself 'Susan Foreman,'" Susan shrugged.
"But what's your REAL name?" Timmy glared. Then groaned as he stepped in demon guts. Why did so many demons serve cosmic horrors? He'd never understand. They were supposed to be more chaos then evil.
Susan sighed, "I can't tell you."
Timmy's eyes left his shoes, to glare at Susan.
"Really, I can't. Father would kill me. My clan head isn't one to break tradition. True names are precious to Gallifreyians. To the point no one is allowed to speak it once you choose your title. It's only stated during the most holy of rituals. Even among rituals and ceremonies, most will use your title. Your clan, and only your closest of friends, will call you by the name your mentor gave you.
"Me allowing you to call me 'Smartholomew' is already showing you a great deal of love and respect."
Timmy blushed, then sighed. "Guess I should feel honored... but Fairies tell people their true name, to show the same."
"Which you share too often," Jorgen growled, cleaning his axe.
Timmy sighed, "The only non-fae who even remember my name are my parents. my two best friends-"
"And every girl you've ever slept with." Smartholomew teased.
Timmy blushed.
And THAT successfully distracted the buck toothed boy.
It wasn't that Susan didn't trust Timmy. It really was Time Lord's believe their true name is too holy to speak.
Susan might be a fairy now, but he would always have a few customs of his birth race. Same reason Timmy kept giving his name to his girlfriends.
It's just what they grew up with. It take a few millenniums, before they forgot their mortal habits... may even be longer for Susan, considering Gallifreyians had a maximum lifespan of 10 thousand years, per face. Luna speculated it take him half a million years, before he unlearned mortal habits and customs.
"Ollivander Toma," Susan calmly informed, half not realizing he was talking.
Timmy blinked.
"That's my birth name," Susan sighed.
"Seriously, Ollivander?" Timmy raised an eyebrow
"Don't SAY it!" Susan hissed.
"Here I was, thinking it's something cool and alien, Like Daldricore." Timmy snorted. "But no, It's just some fancier version of 'Oliver',"
"You guys evolved out of us!" Susan reminded. "Everything about you is a bastardized version of Gallifreyians!"
Timmy smirked.
"Besides, I prefer 'Olive'," Susan shrugged. It wouldn't be so bad, hearing his real name, if it was a nickname. He could get used to that.
Timmy gave another snort. "What's with you and girl names?"
Susan looked affronted, "It's unisex!"
"In what Universe?" Timmy laughed.
"In mine!" Susan glared.
Timmy just laughed.
"I take it you forgot I was born a girl." Susan continued to glared. Here he was, trusting his best friend with something as important as his birth name. AND HE WAS GETTING LAUGHED AT!
"Yeah well, you're a boy now, try acting like it." Timmy snickered.
"Gallifreyians aren't so concerned with things like 'gender norms'. We're a higher evolved species."
"Seeing as your the first sapient species in the Omni Verse, Wouldn't that mean I'm 'higher evolved',"
"More like de-evolved." Susan mumbled, with extra snark.
Timmy gaped, "Hey! That's not very nice."
Jorgan spoke up again, "Neither is laughing when Susan showed such trust, to gift you with his true name." the giant of a fae, waggled a disapproving finger in Timmy's face... making Timmy feel all of 10 years old again.
It was pretty embarrassing Royal Fae always think of their descendants as children... at least until their fae magic fully takes over their bodies, and they leave all traces of mortality behind.
Regardless, "Sorry Olive," Timmy apologized.
Susan nodded back, satisfied. A simple, and sincere, apology was enough to immediately earn his forgiveness... and he was, admittedly, a tiny bit pleased by the use of the Nickname he enjoyed.
13,957 years later.
Susan, had lived a full life. All 13 of them. Living with humans, these past few regenerations... living as ONE of them, gave their life meaning.
A technique they learned from the Academy, and expanded thanks to their own... unique biology, allowed then to send their next regeneration, as an unborn child. and live as that species, until... until their next face died a mortal death.
Then Susan would absorb their body, and they would become a voice in their head. While using up a Regeneration... which didn't, particularly, matter to Susan. For various reasons.
Susan had done this... for all their faces. Living the mundane life of a human, while the main body watched out for them. their willingness, and even masterful way they did this, led to their being contacted by the Time Lords.
Susan pondered their options. While fully aware they had none. This wasn't a real request... it was an order. their talents had been recognized, so they were being drafted.
"As you know, our universe is a 'Canon Verse'. The nerve cluster of a Leyline, bleeding into 42 multiverses, each with a billion trillion dimensions." Time Lords did love explaining things everyone knew. Susan patiently waited for her to get to the point. "The Canon universe, determines 'Canon Events', things that must happen, in every universe... even if it only happens in stories."
Susan raised their eyebrow, subtly demanding the Time Lord get on with it.
"... The Daleks... are interfering with Canon Events." The Time Lord hesitantly informed.
Susan sucked in a breath. That could rewrite entire Multiverses.
"They are preventing champions from being conceived. We need you to keep doing, what your doing... but with our targets. You'll often be the mother to Champions... and occasionally an unrelated Champion. It may even be helpful to add your... unique Heritage."
"We know the Doctor blood adopted you, at a young age... in your first life, no less. Regardless of the implications of, THAT!" For a moment, the Time Lord raised their voice, in scandal.
Susan couldn't really blame them. Time Lords don't really have traditional families.
Susan, having parents, gave them a unique perspective... and compelled them to have children of their own.
The Time Lord calmed, "Regardless, you could use your... lifestyle...to save our Leyline."
Time Lords don't really have sex, either. Deciding to birth their children, through genetic engineering, in devices called "Looms".
By all accounts, this Time Lord was being very polite. Susan's human-like "lifestyle" was very taboo to Time Lords. Although socially acceptable by Human standards... it was a different morality.
"How many champions were erased?" Susan asked.
"...13," The Time Lord reluctantly admitted. "and you'll likely be reincarnated into most, 2 or 3 times... sometimes as often as 5. Depending on how much damage the Daleks did. Not like it will really matter to you. How many times we send you. We are aware of your fae ancestry." That alarmed Susan.
Being the first born, of the 7th generation, had activated Susan's fae magic. Something even the Doctor hadn't done.
Susan had wondered, why the High Council never tried to actually take them away from Grandfather. Despite Gallifreyians thinking the nuclear family, they had with the Master, was indecent.
If the High Council was aware, of Susan's awakened fae blood, it would make sense they gave some allowances, in how Susan was raised.
"A side effect, of the Doctor's blood adoption. It gives you infinite regenerations. and the ability to switch between your faces."
Which was a bit like Multiple personality disorder. As each face was a separate person, although part of the same whole. Susan effectively reincarnated themself, which clouded their memories, until they merged with their previous face... which their previous face decided when that happened, triggering regeneration.
"I suppose it's a good thing, he's a hybrid." At least they didn't say "Half-Breed".
The Time Lord explained their thought, "It puts fae magic, under Gallifreyian control."
"You think you control me?" Susan playfully smirked.
At the light threat, The Time Lord stiffened. "I believe, you'll work towards preserving as many lives as possible. If nothing else, that makes us allies."
Susan gave a nod of recognition. Unlike their parents, they didn't have to view Gallifrey as enemies.
Susan realized, they had no choice... but this might be something they would do, on their own. It wouldn't hurt to have Time Lord resources. "When do we start?"
Gallifreyian Abilities and Education:
• Universal Spell Casting: knows different styles of "magic', from all over the Omni-Verse.
While Susan specializes in "Dark Magic", Illusions, Restoration. Along with creating Magical artifacts, and potions.
• Intuitive Aptitude: The power to instantly analyze, learn and understand the complexity and exactness of organisms, objects, etc. without the need of long-term or special education. They merely see it and understand the basics of how it works.
May use further scanning equipment, usually with a psychic interface, to learn the greater details of how something works. And this lets them truly comprehend everything about it.
• Reading Comprehension: Due to their more advanced "Intuitive Aptitude", they can read a billion words a minute, at an average of 97% comprehension.
• Motion Mimicry: User can mimic the motions of other people and objects, whether linear or rotational, without needing any object used for the motion in general. For example, mimic a person swinging on a vine without needing a vine, mimic motions of people turning corners or objects like a yoyo, moving as if they were suspended on a string spinning and doing yoyo tricks.
This can be applied to any motion with any possible object being used in the motion, or none at all if there is none.
• Ability Intuition: By seeing an ability at work (whether supernatural or not), they learn to use it. Intuitively understanding how it works, how to control it, and how to master it.
Susan can teach others, how to control their own abilities, to their full potential.
• Freeze Time: They can manipulate localized time streams. To "Pause" an individual, a localized area, or entire planets. With the larger the field, the easier it is to use. Pin point accuracy requires concentration, and greater magical cost from the Chakra Pathways. With a steady drain on their magic, the longer it is active.
• Teleport: Susan can bend time and space, in order to disappear in one spot, and reappear in another. They can do this repeatedly, for very little magical cost. Meaning they can teleport around their opponent, attacking from all angles.
At a far greater Magicka cost, they can use this power, in connection with a psychic link to a TARDIS, to teleport inside it, from any distance. This is only possible, because TARDISes exist outside the Omni-verse, while simultaneously being at every point in existence.
• Portal: Susan can create a gravity well, straight into the Time Vortex. While they can't use this power to travel, they can send hostile entities into it, so they can be disintegrated.
