Back at the Nemesis,Starscream was assembling troops to attack the Mechanical Dino Autobots,so far he amassed half the population in the ship to go after the beasts,Starscream looked at the squadron proudly "Ok Soundwave had sent the terrible beasts to 3 seperate locations so i'm going to split you into three teams,Team 1 you will go to this location."Starscream said as an image of the Atacama desert "Team 2 will go to this location."Starscream continued as the image of an African jungle, "and team 3 will go here."Starscream finished as the Australian Outback came on screen "Now Knockout, Breakdown and myself will lead each team."Starscream said making Knockout look at him as if he was insane "What no way I'm still recovering!"Knockout exclaimed Starscream gave him an annoyed glare "you are fit enough for duty,stop acting like a little human girl,now move out."Starscream ordered.
Meanwhile
After filling them in on what happened everyone was beyond stunned "Grimlock is alive?!"Ratchet exclaimed in suprised "So what's wrong with him?"Jack asked "Well he has a problem with his temper sometimes, and due to Shockwave's experiments, Grimlock temper is more elevated,he can't transform at will anymore,so instead whenever he gets really really angry he changes into dinomode."Paddles explained, "so he can only transform into dinomode when he's angry?"Raf asked curiously "just like the Incredible Hulk."Miko chimmed in everyone looked at her wierd "the what?"Bulkhead asked "this Marvel comic book character, guy can change into a green monster when he's angry."Miko explained "a T-cog triggered by emotion,that is unique and unheard of."Ratchet said with astonishment "that may be only part of the issue i think Grimlock has the same issue i had with my Cybo-dentron,not just him i suspect the others are out there somewhere and their Cybo-dentrons are damaged."Paddles said.
"Which makes finding them more important than ever."Optimus Prime said reconizing the danger of out of control Dinobots "but where do we start looking?"Arcee asked as they could be anywhere on earth "well we start by looking at the Dinosaur legends we have."Raf said as he began typing up dinosaur related monsters again and came up with the same results.
"Ok first which Dinobot had what Dino mode,You have the Elasmosaurus,Grimlock has a T-Rex,what else?"Raf asked as everyone looked at the big monitor where various pictures of dinosaurs Paddles immediately reconized some of them "ok Slash was that one."Paddles said pointing to a Velociraptor and then he identified other dinosaurs which other dinobots had.
"Ok, so Scorn is a Spinosaurus, Slug a Triceratops, Slash a Velciraptor, Swoop a Pteranodon, Snarl a Stegosaurus, Sludge an Apatosaurus, and Slam an Ankylosaurus," Raf said as he made a chart of the remaining Dinobots. "So, where do we find them?" Arcee asked "every culture has their stories of seeing Dinosaurs in modern day, but there are specific ones that has Dinosaurs like these."Raf said as the Arica Monster came on screen.
"This is The Arica Monster,it is said to be a theropod-like creature that inhabits the vast Atacama desert of Chile, South America."Raf said then he pulled up the country of Africa. "Africa is a hotspot for dinosaur sightings because of the forests and jungles,which provides plenty of places for these creatures to hide."Raf said as another crypid dinosaur image came up this time it was a long necked one.
This is the Mokèlé-mbèmbé, which means the one who stops the flow of rivers, Mokèlé-mbèmbé lives in the Congo Basin, It has been said that Mokèlé-mbèmbé does not like hippopotamuses and will kill them on sight and will overturn boats and kill the people from the boats by either biting them or hitting them with its tail."Raf explained Paddles shook his head seeing that was the opposite of what Sludge would do "Sludge wouldn't do all that,he's a gentle giant."
"It's true,the nicest bot you'll meet."Bulkhead said with a proud smile then Raf pulled up another crypid which was a horned monster "The Emela-ntouka,it also lives in the Congo and it is said to be an killer of elephants, and attacks anything that it encounters."Raf explained looking up at Paddles.
Paddles hung his head a little "Slug can be a little passive-aggressive rather than suffering from explosive rage like Grimlock, he likes to get sarcastic digs in at those around him,enemy or friend,he's stubbornness. Slug takes the straightest path in life and enjoys testing his strength against any challenger,he believes that victory through strength is what life is all about, and no amount of coaxing, reason, logic, debate, or threats will convince him otherwise, he would literally rather slam his head against a solid wall than find a way around it."
Raf pulled up the next dino,which was an Ankylosaurus "this is Muhuru,not much is known about it,except it's an Ankylosaurus."Raf said as Paddles nodded "Slam,he's as tough as he is fierce,his armored shell is nothing to scoff at."Paddles said firmly then Raf pulled up another cryptid and it was a Stegosaurus, "this is Mbielu-Mbielu-Mbielu, or "the animal with planks growing out of its back."Raf said "Snarl."Paddles said.
"I met him once,he's so antisocial and quiet,suprised Grimlock managed to get him on a team."Ratchet with mild irritation,then Raf showed another crypid which was a Spinosaurus like creature. "This is the Nguma-monene."Raf "Scorn,he's just as ferocous as Grimlock and just as a capable fighter."Paddles said "i heard he defeated Grimlock in a gladiator fight once."Bulkhead stated.
Then Raf put up the final cryptid which was a Pteranodon "this is a Kongamato,Its name means 'breaker of boats' or 'overturner of boats', as the kongamatos are said to have capsized the canoes of natives and attacked people who ventured too close to the nearby rivers."Raf said as Paddles "Swoop...a really good guy."Paddles stated. "Ok so we have the locations on where they're likely to be,so where do we start first?"Arcee asked Paddles looked at the screen for a moment "let's get Slash first."

The Atacama Desert,Chile
The sun beamed down over this vast South American Desert,the breeze gently blew some dust as a groundbridge opened up and Knockout and his squad came through, Knockout was not happy at all "this is fragging ridiculous,I should be in sickbay resting not out here getting dust and sand on my finish."Knockout complained the Vehicons were annoyed by Knockout's whining about his finish and some of them wanted to shoot him and make up some story later. "Ugh let's just get this over with."Knockout grumbled as they proceeded to roam around the area looking for any signs of a mechanical Velociraptor. "This wastland has no places for it to hide,we have it dead to rights."Knockout said deploying he's sawblade, keeping his optics peeled they roamed for several minutes so far seeing nothing but,dust,sand and rocks.
It was then they came onto the Geoglyph of The Atacama Giant,a mysterious figure of legend Knockout tilted his head in confusion as he stared at the drawing from far away "I don't know what that is but something about it reminds me of someone..."Knockout said with curious tone of voice it was then One of the Vehicons called out to Knockout and pointed up towards the Valley Of The Moon to see a metal Velociraptor figure running into the Valley. "There it is get it!"Knockout shouted as the Vehicons ran after the beast with Knockout following behind them. They came into the Valley to see that the creature was gone they began to tread very lightly looking around at the various rock formations around, "Scrap where did it go?"Knockout growled looking around at the environment just then there was a loud screech behind then followed by a gurgling sound,everyone turned around and saw a Vehicon holding his throat which was gushing energon and sparks and then he collapsed dead "Whoa!"a trooper exclaimed as he scanned around and then they heard another scream and they saw a Vehicon being dragged away be the creature behind a rock formations.
Knockout and a Vehicon ran over to behind the formation to see the now dead body of their comrade, his head was ripped off "Oh this is going all wrong."Knockout said now getting scared just then there was a scream and then blaster fire Knockout and the Vehicon immediately came out from behind the rock formation to see a Vehicon who was disemboweled, he was on his knees with his belly was sliced opened with energon,sparks and wires coming out. "Oh Primus!"Knockout exclaimed in horror.
