Traveling through the thick jungles of Africa was Breakdown's squad, the moon and stars bared down illuminating the lush environment as the Decepticons walked through the dark jungle focusing on their mission in hunting the Mechanical Autobot Beasts, as they walked through mud some of the Vehicons groaned in disgust and cussed in cybertronian they would rather be back at the Nemesis doing other things not trekking through a jungle.

After walking for several minutes Breakdown froze as he heard Knockout's voice come through the com link "is anyone there?"he cried in a excited and panicked tone "Knockout?"Breakdown asked in confusion.
Australian Outback
Starscream and his squad wandered the Australian Outback until they heard Knockout's voice "Knockout have you killed your assigned target?"Starscream asked as that was he was concerned about the most "No Lord Starscream,this beast...she...ambushed us,tore my team apart,I'm the only one that's left."Knockout said with distress in his tone.
At the Congo Breakdown raised a confused eyebrow at one fact "She..how do you know it's female?"he asked curiously "because and this part is going to change your understanding of the situation:the autobots came and with them was the water beast we encountered, it's...he's name is Paddles."Knockout said " Paddles that names is little familiar to me."Starscream said with a thinking face "he told me everything, the Mechanical Autobot beasts we're hunting is Grimlock's team." Knockout said with alarm everyone froze greatly intimidated "The Lightning Strike Coalition?!"Breakdown exclaimed as the Vehicons murmured in alarm at the mention of the legendary autobot team.
"They are called the Dinobots now,Grimlock's team are the beasts we are hunting!"Knockout exclaimed the Decepticons were shocked that the gravity of the situation has now elevated to the extreme. However Breakdown was a little bit confused on a couple of facts,He knew that there was 4 other members on Grimlock's team, it now acurred to him that there are 4 more members on their team and how did they become this way.
"Who are the 4 other bots, and how did they get this way?"Breakdown curiously "the other 4 must be new recuits and how they got this way...thank Shockwave for that, from what Paddles told me, Shockwave kidnapped them and experimented on them but they escape and chased him off Cybertron to here."Knockout said Starscream nodded now fully beginning to understand things "that explains Shockwave's corpse, the Dinobots killed him,but what about the Predacons?"Starscream asked "that...is still a mystery,and to correct you my leige Paddles killed Shockwave,the rest of them fell in some black substance,which was that black stuff we found them in."Knockout said, Starscream took a few seconds to absorb this revelation although he too was a bit intimidated by the Dinobots he was still driving to complete the objective "Decepticons don't let this, discourage you, Grimlock and his team are tough but we are tougher and we have them out numbered,continue with your tasks and keep on the look out for Autobots no doubt they'll try to rescue the Dinobots before we scrap them."Starscream said with disdain as he and his squad began to search for their target.
"You heard him let's move."Breakdown said as he began to continue to walk into the dark jungle with the others began to follow behind,except for one who paused as he heard some bushes rustling in the distance,the Vehicon looked around into the darkness as the purple glow of his arm blaster illuminated the darkness,then something big darted past him out of the corner of his eye and disappeared into the underbrush,the vehicon pointed his weapon in that direction but saw nothing then he pointed his blaster to another direction as he heard bushes rustling and footsteps coming closer and closer to him. The Vehicon got into a defensive stance as he got ready to shoot a potential Dinobot, "come on out you Dino dolt,come on out, time to join the allspark."the vehicon muttered under his breath as something came out of the bushes but it wasn't a Dinobot it was an male Okapi.
The Vehicon glared at the creature with disgust as it looked at him and ran away into the night, the Vehicon shook his head with annoyance at the creature getting his spark racing for a blaster fight with a Dinobot "ugh stupid earth creatures."he said with distance as he began to turn and catch up with his team until he felt something hit him on top of the head, "What the...?"he said feeling on his head and he felt something wet then he looked up to see something staring down at him with 4 orange glowing eyes and then whatever it was jumped down at him with a frightening screech that echoed throughout the night air.
Elsewhere
Optimus Prime,Bumblebee,Arcee and Bulkhead walked through the forest with determination on getting to the Dinobots first "I still think we should have waited for Ratchet to fix Slash."Bulkhead said "that would take too long,and the others would probably be scrapped by the Decepticons by the time we found them."Arcee said "which is why we are here,we need to find the other Dinobots before the Decepticons do."Optimus Prime said moving the leaves out of his vision while he walked on. "so who do we find first?"Arcee asked Bumblebee buzzed an answer "Whoever we run into,yeah that's a good plan."Arcee said sarcastically as they continued to walk through the jungle their headlights illuminating the way until suddenly something dropped from out of the darkness and land in front of them. "Whoa what?!"Bulkhead exclaimed pointing his headlights at a unmoving Vehicon. Bumblebee checked on the Vehicon and then he looked at his teammates with a little shock before buzzing "he's dead...how?"Bulkhead asked curiously as he looked at the Vehicon trying to find any wound it was then after lifting him up a little bit Bumblebee noticed a rather large puncture wound on his back.
Bumblebee examined the wound he was no doctor and he has seen and inflicted wounds before but he has never seen wounds like this before,he noticed something else very bizarre Bumblebee buzzed making everyone look at him funny "he is missing all of his energon?"Bulkhead asked bewildered Bumblebee buzzed again "you think he's...hollow?"Arcee said confusion as Bumblebee buzzed as he stood up and backed away a little bit while Arcee began to gently lift the dead Vehicon and saw how suprisingly light he was, Arcee wasn't a physically strong cybertronian but she's fought enough cons to know how heavy they are,for her to easily lift one without much difficulty tells that something isn't right.
"Hey he's lightweighted."Arcee said with suprise "but in order for a con of his size to be light weight means that..."Bulkhead said "he was hollowed out somehow."Optimus said with grim concern "how in the name of primus was he hollowed out?"Bulkhead asked "who hollowed him out, it couldn't have been one of the Dinobots could it?"Arcee asked Optimus was thinking about that himself,of course the Decepticons are known for their infighting but they never exactly hollowed each other out, they may be savages sometimes but never ghouls. It was then Optimus Prime's attention was directed behind him as he heard something and he saw 4 glowing eyes quickly disappear into the darkness as bushes rustled as something ran off, Optimus narrowed his eyes and his ever vigilance was heightened "Autobots we're wasting time here, we must find the Dinobots."Optimus said as the others then proceeded to head into the jungle as Optimus followed behind looking around him for what he saw,he was sure that whatever it was killed the Vehicon and he was sure in his spark that it wasn't a Dinobot,there's other danger in this jungle.
Meanwhile
The Decepticons walked through the jungle until they came across a massive river,the sound of flowing water reached their audio receptors Breakdown looked around while he walked on on the ground it was until he almost tripped over something he looked down shining his headlights at what looked to be a giant footprint on the ground,then he heard something something in the distance,it sounded like a earth rumbling bellow,it was a little faint but they heard it crystal clear,"Is that one of them?"a vehicon asked "it's got to be."Breakdown said as he began charging through the jungle with the others following behind him.
