Prologue
Minato Namikaze stood before the altar he had summoned to seal the 9-Tails, Kyubi no Yoko, into his children. The newborn triplets had each gained a part of him. While he split the Yin and Yang parts of the foxes Chakra into his two daughters, Narumi and Natsumi, he put the soul of the fox into his son, Naruto.
He saw the 3rd Hokage, his predecessor, come closer from the distance. He knew what he had to do. His son would be a necessary sacrifice to protect the village, and his daughters from the hate of its inhabitants. He just needed to find a way to keep his wife from finding out what he and Jiraiya had planned. Acting quickly, he placed some seals on his son. The first one transformed his red hair with black strands into white hair. The second one he placed on the boy´s eyelids, which transformed his violet eyes into green ones. He would, once he had more time, place more seals all over Naruto´s body. They would be enough to stop Naruto from ever becoming a threat to the village.
When Hiruzen Sarutobi and the squad of Anbu reached Minato, the former Hokage spoke up.
"Minato-Kun? What happened here?"
"I needed to seal the demon into my children, although, my son did not survive the process. I was forced to take a newborn orphan to reseal the Kyubi´s soul into it. My daughters hold its Chakra."
"I am sorry to hear that…poor Kushina…we…" Hiruzen rubbed the tears that started flowing out of his eyes. "We will need to hold a council meeting."
"Anbu! Call all the surviving clan heads and the civilian councillors! Dismissed!"
The Anbu squad nodded, gave a salute and vanished in swirls of leaves.
Minato went to his house with his daughters and held Kushina close to him, when she began to break down after hearing of her son's death. They then decided to honour the sacrifice of their son by naming the unnamed Jinchuriki orphan Naruto Hiro. Kushina wanted to adopt him into their family, but Minato reassured her that the boy would be given to the orphanage where he could grow up surrounded by other children, he argued that they needed to focus on their daughters, so they would not loose control of the demon Chakra. After a long argument, Kushina relented, and Minato moved to the council chamber.
In the council meeting, it was decided to announce to the village that Narumi and Natsumi would be named heroes of the leaf because they would keep the demon at bay. The civilian side demanded Naruto´s death, so the demon's soul would die with him, but Minato refused. He argued that it would be best to keep the demon alive, so he would not reform. When the civilian side asked if the Kyubi had overtaken the boy, Minato said that the boy´s features changed once the demon´s soul got sealed inside of him and that it is probable.
Minato and the clans knew that this was a lie, but everyone knew that the villagers needed something to blame, so everyone, except the Hyuga and Inuzuka clans, agreed with the notion of declaring Naruto the demon. When Hiashi Hyuga asked if he could adopt the boy, Minato declared it a law that no one would be able to ever adopt him. Both Hiashi Hyuga as well as Tsume Inuzuka grew angrier by the minute and demanded concessions. After arguing for 2 hours, they managed to get Naruto the opportunity to join the academy once he was old enough. They also managed to stop the council from sealing his chakra by threatening to tell the truth to the whole village and spread rumours that the Namikaze twins were the true demons.
After the meeting was over Minato moved Naruto inside one of his sealing rooms and began working on the boy.
He:
-Hampered the boys intelligence
-Gave him weight and resistance seals so his movement would be slowed
-made Naruto constantly leak Chakra
-hindered the Chakra flow inside his body, to make controlling it harder
-created a suicide seal that could be activated by him, should the boy become a threat
-created a tracking seal, so Minato could always know where Naruto would be
-blocked all of Naruto´s bloodline traits, except his enhanced healing capabilities
-applied development suppression seals that would hamper the development of Naruto´s body, including growth of the body and muscles
-applied libido suppression seals, so Naruto would never be able to procreate
-applied seals that would change his blood, so he couldn't be recognized as his son
-applied a hiding seal, that would make it hard to spot all applied seals
Once he was finished with his work, he went to one of the orphanages of Konohagakure and gave them the order to keep the boy until he turned six years old. He told them to keep the boy alive, but that he didn't care about how they would do it.
Once he got home, he cuddled together with Kushina and their two daughters.
