"So... is my mom-"

"Ssssssssshhhhhh." Saya shushed Rei to be silent as they watched Naruto working on picking the lock to the downstairs area where it was suspected the spare tire and firearms were. Rei had a voice that carried, so if she talked in the hallway it was possible that she could wake up some of the people.

"Your mom is going to be okay, the wound was shallow enough to not need stitches. She's safe in the RV right now." Naruto knew what Rei was going to ask. He needed to focus on picking the lock, since getting that spare tire was the key to getting out of the school's safe zone without putting themselves in danger. The RV was also their protection from the elements, so until they could find a permanent location to settle down, taking care of the RV was a top priority.

Confirmed Innocents: Naruto, Saya, Rei, Saeko, Kiriko, Shizuka, Asami
Unconfirmed Traitors: Takashi, Maresato
Likely Innocents: Alice

Simply put, now that the only people who were still suspicious were Takashi and Maresato, it was time for them to confirm the exact location of the spare tire and make a point to get their firearms back into the RV. After they recovered what needed to be recovered, they would have the position needed to just escape without anyone being able to do anything to really stop them.

"What do we do about Maresato and Takashi, and Alice... Alice is going to want to stay with her Dad, and her Dad is going to want to stay here... and Takashi-"

"Has made his bed. He let himself be seduced, and as immature as you think he is, he's man enough to realize he needs to stay and protect the mothers of his kids." Saya looked at Rei. The brunette was visibly uncomfortable with that information, seeing as even if she logically got over Takashi, emotionally she still wanted to be close by him.

Just because you started to fall for one person, didn't mean you didn't still love another person. Rei had strong feelings for Takashi, and even if she decided she was going to get over those feelings, it wasn't so easy to just stop feeling.

Naruto just sighed.

'Saya has a crush on Takashi and is pissed he got seduced, and Rei is getting over her crush, and is pissed he got seduced. Takashi, I feel sorry for you.' Naruto was glad that he was old enough to mostly be over and done with this kinds of situations. He wasn't ignorant to women anymore, not after he had to deal with his fiance pointing this stuff out to him. Naruto placed his head to the door and heard clicking sounds as he tried to pick the lock.

"Could you be any slower, they make this look so easy in the movie?" Saya asked Naruto.

They had been picking the lock for 20 minutes now.

"Hey, lay off him, he's trying his-" Rei stopped when Naruto stood up, and with both hands he grabbed to doorknob.

There was a crunching sound as Naruto forced the locked doorknob to turn against it's function, and the door was opened. They looked at the lock on the door and saw it was just plain broken. Naruto had failed to pick the lock, so instead he decided to brute force his way by forcing the lock to open by turning the knob and forcing the door itself to break the lock.

"Ladies first." Saya offered Rei.

Naruto went first.

"Both of you stay behind me." Naruto stated to them as he started to make the walk down the stairs. Saya gestured for Rei to follow him, and the girl did. They followed Naruto down into the boiler room of the school building, and there was a warmth in the room.

There were also many supplies.

"The tire!" Rei whispered in happiness when she saw the spare tire was behind a stack of canned food. The large room was empty of any people other than them, so she rushed over to it and took the tire away from it's resting spot. She tried to lift it, but struggled with it. Naruto instead grabbed the tire and lifted it with one hand, before he grabbed several guns to pass towards Rei and Saya. "Oh, yeah... that makes more sense." Rei could more easily handle carrying guns than she could the large tire.

Saya didn't say a word in protect towards carrying the guns and ammo that were stolen from them.

-3 Hours Later-

'Okay, the tire is fixed, and the sun hasn't come up yet... and it's about 30 minutes before the girl that goes to the hidden room goes there to get breakfast supplies.' Naruto looked at his watch. It wasn't exactly 30 minutes, but he had enough time to go and get the others to let them know that it was time to leave.

"Na-Naruto... what are you doing...?"

"Maresato... you're up earlier than I thought. What are you doing with that gun?" Naruto asked the man, and he closed the RV door before Rei or Saya could come outside, and Kiriko was expected to stay inside anyway. He stood up back to his full height and looked down at the more feeble man, who was visibly nervous.

The man looked shifty.

"I... I saw you fixing the RV when I was taking Alice to the bathroom. You... you want us to leave here... this place is safe?" Maresato pointed the gun at Naruto. "... As long as we're here, Alice is safe... you can't just expect us to leave." Maresato lowered the gun when Naruto glared at him. He had only raised the gun out of fear, and it was more fear that made him realize keeping the gun raised was a bad idea.

"That's your choice, you can stay, you can Alice can both stay. This is a safe place, but this is also a Sex Cult... you know it, I know it. This is a safe place for you and your daughter, but a cult is a cult. If you can live with the fact that your daughter will be used as a baby factory when she is old enough, you can stay. I'm leaving, and anyone who wants to come with me can come." Naruto wasn't going to mince words.

Maresato winced at the truth.

"... I have 2 kids on the way... I can't leave."

"Then don't leave. This place is a paradise for you, and I won't fault you for staying. You have your kids to look after. I don't have that responsibility." Naruto wasn't going to judge Maresato for any choice that he made on a personal level. His only point of judgement was Alice's future if she stayed in this cult location.

The man was making a harder choice than most men ever had to make.

Safety with a Sex Cult.
Danger with a Roaming Group.

Still, since they had been caught by Maresato, the simple fact was that the plan was boned. Naruto raised his own handgun up and fired a single bullet into a brick wall.

"Everyone will be out her soon... and everyone will be allowed to make their choices. Nobody will fault you for staying. Do what you think is right." Naruto stated as the sounds of people shouting could be heard from the school. That was enough.

It was time.

When people started to come out of the building, it was instantly obvious what had happened just because the RV's spare tire had replaced the broken one.

"What is going on!?" The leader of the cult demanded.

The act of kindness was gone.

"I'm leaving, and anyone who wants to leave with me can come." Naruto opened the RV door, and the 3 girls in the RV almost came spilling out since they had been listening to Naruto and Maresato's conversation. Naruto looked at them, and Rei sent him a sheepish smile. "If you want to stay, just stay, and if you want to come, then come. Alice... your Dad wants to stay, and I won't be mad at you if you want to stay with him." Naruto looked at the young girl directly when he spoke.

He wanted her to understand that she could make the choice to stay with her Dad, and nobody would judge her for it.

"No... please take her with you... Alice... please go with him." Maresato leaned down to his daughter and spoke. He had tears in his eyes, and he looked at his daughter, who was starting to understand what was happening.

"That's messed up." Takashi whispered to himself.

"Papa..."

"I need to stay here and take responsibility for what I've done... I've been a bad man, but this place isn't good for you. I can't think of a safer place for you to be, than with Naruto." Maresato had made a hard choice. His voice was choked up as he spoke, and it was clear that he was going to hate himself for what he was doing.

Rei locked eyes with Takashi, and he actually turned his gaze away from her in shame.

"I'm going." Kohta didn't take much time to make his action known as he walked towards Naruto and entered the RV.

"Hey! You should stay, it's a paradise for men here. You can have sex with any of us if you wanted to."

"Sorry, but I follow the Captain." Kohta apologized, and Saeko just smiled at Kohta and followed him. She nodded to Naruto as she passed him, since her choice was obvious from the beginning as well. "Asami?" Kohta asked as he turned and faced the former police officer.

"I'm going too!" Asami rushed towards the RV.

"Me too!" Shizuka rushed to the RV.

"He-hey! You're a nurse, and we have 5 pregnant women here... you need to stay to help us!"

"Nah, she isn't needed. I'll stay and help deliver the babies, as long as you promise not to kill me. Shizuka here is better suited for staying on the van with these guys." Kiriko started to walk off the RV and pat the confused and concerned Shizuka. "See you later Rei. Once these babies are born, I'll teach these kiddos how to do it themselves, and then I'll catch up with you." Kiriko smiled at her daughter.

"Mom..." Rei looked down, before she smiled at her mother and gave her a thumbs up. "See you later! You better not die, or let these bitches kill you."

"Oh, they won't kill me, now that there isn't a nurse here anymore... will they?" Kiriko wouldn't lie.

This was partially revenge, she was going to make these girls realize they fucked up by calling her too old to have a good kid, and making her seem useless. She also wanted to get revenge on them for getting her so drunk constantly. There was an air of nervousness from the cult members, who were seeing Alice and Maresato cry at being parted from each other, and seeing a mother and daughter part on better terms.

"Kurama, memorize her scent." Naruto stated.

Everyone was shocked when Naruto's pet fox jumped off the top of the RV and approached Kiriko, before yipping when it sniffed her.

"When did Kurama get back?" Rei whispered as she looked at Saeko, who shrugged.

When did the fox return?

"Takashi?" Naruto looked towards the man, who didn't look him in the eye. Instead, Takashi was locking eyes with Rei.

"... You don't want to stay?" Takashi asked Rei.

"No, I'm not going to stay. I'm going with Naruto." Rei kept it simple. She didn't give a reason, because she knew that Takashi was smart enough to understand why she was going with him. Takashi looked down in shame, before he closed his eyes and looked up at the dark morning sky, before he finally looked at Naruto.

They stared into each other's eyes.

Naruto smiled.

"You've become a real man Takashi. I understand, and I'll take care of her." Naruto walked towards Takashi and offered a hand to the boy. The boy, the man, was confused for a second when Naruto offered him those kind words.

"I... didn't say anything."

Naruto looked into his eyes again, and Takashi calmed down his own confusion.

"... Yeah, you're right. Sorry, but I can't be a kid all my life. Sorry Rei, but this is where I'm staying. I've got to take responsibility now... and yeah, you better take good care of her. She's a lot of trouble, and you're going to have to deal with her bullshit... but keep her safe." Takashi took Naruto's hand with those words said.

They shook hands twice, and parted there.

Naruto approached Alice and Maresato, who were crying, holding onto each other as they said their own goodbyes.

"Alice... You can stay with your Dad. This doesn't have to be goodbye. He wants you to come with me, but you can chose to stay with him." Naruto offered the girl. She was crying, and it didn't seem like she heard him at first. It took several minutes before she calmed down enough to talk, and she turned to Naruto after letting go of her dad.

"... I'm going too..."

Naruto smiled and accepted the girl into his arms as he comforted her.

"Okay... I promise, I'll protect her with my life." Naruto promised her father, and he wrapped his arms around Naruto and his daughter.

"Thank you. I know you will, you're a good man." Maresato whispered.

He had a duty as a father to protect his unborn children, but he also had a duty as a father to protect his daughter from joining a sex cult when she got older. No matter what option he chose, he would be forced to abandon one or the other. He felt comfort in knowing that Naruto would protect his daughter.

His daughter might be safer with Naruto than in a protected zone.

"Mom..." Rei couldn't hold it, she rushed to her mother to give her a quick hug, the emotions of it getting to her. The hug lasted for a minute as she tried to commit everything about her to memory, before she parted and her mother kissed her on the forehead.

They parted without another word said.

"Don't leave! This is the safest place there could be!"

Shizuku started up the RV as everyone piled into it.

Takashi, Kiriko, and Maresato were all watching as everyone of their friends and family who were leaving got into the RV, with Naruto being the last person. Naruto looked back at the cult leader, and his gaze held no warmth or love for her in it. She recoiled at the change in his face.

"There is more to life than being safe." Naruto closed the door behind him with those words said.

They left.

-Daybreak-

"Okay... I've got to know, so who was the traitor?" Kohta asked after hours of silence.

"Huh... traitor?" Alice asked in confusion, looking towards the teenage boy with her head tilted.

"Who knows who the real traitor was. It could have been anyone... but it doesn't matter at this point. Lets just be glad we're leaving that place... are you okay Rei?" Naruto asked as he placed a hand on Rei's shoulder.

"Yeah, they can't afford to kill Mom this time, so she'll be safe... if anything, I feel sorry for those girls, Mom is going to be such a brat to them." Rei grinned at Naruto.

She was hiding her pain well, so Naruto didn't say anything. He just wrapped an arm around her and allowed her to know he was there for her.

"Wait, so the mystery of the traitor is just going to go unsolved... I was super invested... was it Maresato, seduced..." Saya didn't say anything else about seduction in front of Alice. "... or was it Kiriko, drunk off her butt... maybe it was Takashi, convinced by the cult... we had narrowed it down to those 3."

"Traitor... oh... OOOOOOH... sorry... uh... yeah... the guns were me." Asami admitted when she realized what was happening.

"WHAT!?"

Everyone was shocked.

"Well, they told me that letting the guns stay in the RV would be bad for them, so I helped them move the guns to a secure location. I saw Kiriko passed out in the RV, drunk, when she was looking for a change of clothes... and the spare tire was gone at that point."

"Wait, so the traitor..."

"The traitors were Kiriko and Asami." Saya palmed her face when she realized both of the traitors had been traitors by complete accident and without any ill will towards them. Kiriko didn't even know she did something bad, and Asami had her innocent nature taken advantage of. Saya looked at Naruto, who didn't seem surprised.

Saeko was giggling.

"Wait, traitors... what?" Alice was so confused over what was happening.

Traitors!?

"But... Takashi and Maresato, they have the most reason... they had motives... it would have made sense." Saya would have bet money on that outcome.

So the real traitors... just boiled down to a drunk and an idiot?

Who could have guessed that!?
