"So why are we assembled here?" asked Natsu with a confused look."As you know out of all the pirates in the world there are four pirates that are the strongest and mostly unrivaled. . .the yonkou" Sengoku said as he and Aokiji led the four teens through the halls of Marineford. "SATC is going to be trained to rival both this current and any future yonkos" Sengoku said.
"Whatever is needed from me Fleet Admiral-sama" Esdeath said in her mature voice but Naruto shook his head."Sorry no can do sir" Naruto said much to everyone surprise."What sort of answer is that!" Maki asked confused on who would turn that opportunity down."Being an admiral would mean I have to serve the Celestial Dragon right? I refuse to do that" Naruto said and Sengoku narrowed his eyes.
Naruto sweated but stood his ground and returned Sengoku glare."Now that's what I like to hear" a voice said and Naruto saw his Garp standing behind him."Let's settle this. . .i will handle sending out the missions. .no Celestial Dragons" Garp said and Naruto backed down."Alright then so everyone suit up and head out to training field one" Garp said firmly and the group ran off.
"Are you sure you could put aside your own bias for this" Sengoku said and Garp nodded with a grin."Naruto has a dream. . . What type of pseudo gramps would I be if I held back his growth" Garp said
Naruto stood with baggy blue pants and sleeveless white navy jacket with a hood with his panama to him was Esdesth with her new uniform (Cannon clothes with One Piece Navy decals).Natsu wore his same clothes from before (Earlier Natsu clothes but blue and white color).Maki wore a solid white battle skirt (her Jujutsu uniform but solid white) with a pack on its back.
"Alright shrimps time for the Garp Special Training Session" Garp said and with a wide grin and Naruto deadpanned."There nothing special about it. . .your training is nothing but beating people up" The blond pointed out and Garp's large smile turned menacing.
"You're right. .now dodge" Garp said and the 9 foot man grabbed a cannon ball."Oh you got to be fucking kid-" Naruto said before he tackled Natsu out the way just as the ball zoomed out of way with the force of three cannons."Holy shit" Natsu yelled and Garp smiled."Bwhaha" Garp laughed "Try and land a clean hit on me eh?" Garp said and launched another at Maki who weaved past it.
"Oh Zenin Maki already has a grasp on observation haki as small as it is. . .wait isn't she that one bounty hunter's niece?" Garp thought as Maki pulled a red three section staff from her pack."Playful Cloud!" Maki yelled and swung at the staff that Garp deflected with the back of his kicked back and swung at Garp legs and the Vice Admiral jumped out the sensing someone looked up to see Natsu with his fist on fire.
"Ace?" Garp paused and whispered
"Searing Dragon Fist!" Natsu yelled and Garp grabbed the fist ignoring the flames to Natsu's surprise."Don't be surprised. . .my hands have been through a lot" Garp chuckled before he threw Natsu down towards the locked in and raised his fist back."Storm Storm Lance!" Naruto yelled, firing the spear of clouds and pressurized wind that Garp dodge with a super leap. In the air Garp saw storm clouds that gathered and Geppo'd out the way of bolts of lightning that came crashing down.
"You gotta do better than that brat" Garp said, landing picking his nose before he was caught off guard as his surroundings became a wall of ice."Aokiji?" Garp asked and from mist out came was Esdesth with a long rapier in hand."I'm honored for my ice to be compared to an admiral" she said calmly."Not compared mistaken" Garp said with a grunt "So that must be one of those graded swords?" Garp asked, noticing the solid black blade and Esdesth nodded.
"Demons Extract" She said, aiming at Garp who raised an eyebrow."So that must hold you back?" Garp asked and Esdesth flinched."It's for the best. ." She said and brought the sword down and Garp felt the wind cut his uniform though not touching his skin."Huh,Not bad" Garp thought as Esdeath and weaving in and out he sword strike.
"She's the best one here. .just a little better than Naruto" Garp noted and he caught sight of a funnel of fire which brought down the wall of ice."Fire Dragon Roar!" Natsu yelled out blowing a wide wave of flames at Garp who leaped up and out the way and it struck Esdeath."Oh shit" Natsu said and Esdeath shrugged it off."It's fine. .My skin is naturally colder than ice as a side effect of my devil fruit" Esdeath said as Maki landed in between them.
"Okay does anyone have a plan?" Maki asked as Garp landed just across from them."I got an idea" Naruto said, pulling the group into a huddle.
Garp watched them whisper for a bit and while normally the enemy won't give them a midfight planning this was a training waved her hands and a plume of smoke appeared. Through the snow Maki and Natsu ran out and Natsu leaped up with a kick that Garp deflected and he weaved out the way of naginata from Maki that and her began trading blows with Maki using limited observation haki to dodge and block on instinct.
A blizzard of snow and ice slammed into the vice admiral and he looked up to see Esdeath walk towards him calmly within the blizzard."Snow Warning" She said and ice began to coat Garp. Naruto flew out, raising his hand above his head and turning it into clouds."Storm Storm Sabre!" Naruto yelled and brought his arm down with his cloud arm firing blades of pressurized leaped out as the wind sliced into the arena floor.
Swinging his arm around Naruto was surprised to see Garp block the attack."Hmmm" Garp hummed seeing that it left a small Naruto joined the fray using his wind saber to attack with Maki using her naginata while Natsu tried to fire off blast of raised her blade and gritted her teeth as she began to freeze the water-heavy clouds Naruto created."Hey Garp" Esdeath said and Grap holding Naruto by the the wrist and holding Maki naginata.
"GUESS THE MIX!" She yelled as she brought down a large icicle towards the on instinct to protect the group let Naruto and Maki go and winded up his clenched his fist and in Maki eyes Garp arm turned solid up Garp threw a punch and had it connect sending cracks all across the iceberg before it the bits of ice came down Garp was surprised as chains wrapped around him.
"What the hell!" Garp said looking to see Maki with a small worm like being poking its head out of her a pocket on the dogs back was the chain that was wrapped around his body."Meet my friend Coco. .he ate the Pocket Pocket fruit" Maki said with a the snow veil Naruto and Natsu came out with a fist of flames and clouds."Storm Storm Lance/Fire Dragon Iron Fist!" Naruto and Natsu yelled slamming their fist into Garp face breaking him free from the chain and sending him flying back.
"We pushed ourselves to our limits only to land one hit" Naruto thought as the snow veil came down and Garp stood back up with a small bruise on his chin "But to land a hit on Garp "The Fist" is noteworthy for a bunch of rookies like us".Garp rubbed his jaw and looked over to the four recruits and grinned.
"Well it looks like you pass" Garp chuckled and the group cheered."We'll set up a ship and have you guys and some others move to Alabasta for a while" Garp said and the group saluted. The vice admiral turned and walked off and Kuzan walked u next to him."Alabasta seems pretty random" The blue pheasant said and Garp frowned.
"There word that there is a group of criminals working out of Alabasta. . .and I have a strong hunch that Crocodile is behind it" Garp said and Kuzan nodded leaving the Hero of the Marines to his own devices.
"Our rooms Are huge!" Natsu yelled as he ran around the rooms of the ship."As the ship commanders you guys get special privileges" Kuzan said as the Natsu took a top bunk."Our first day in the Marines and we are already in charge of a ship" Maki murdered leaving the girl side of the room. "It's strange isn't it" Naruto said.
"Oh yeah by the way before I forget" Blue Pheasant said before he toss a justice coat to Naruto. "As the elected leader of the group you are in charge Captain Fox" Kuzan said turning and leaving a shocked Naruto."Since when?" Naruto muttered and Esdeath smiled."You rallied is and made a plan to land a hit on Garp The Fist. . .you deserve your position Captain Fox" The bluenette saluted alongside Maki and Natsu.
"Thank you team. .I will work hard to earn this honor" Naruto said."I think it's time we get to know each other, eh?" Naruto said with a smirk hanging his coat up."My name is Dragneel D. Natsu" the pinkette said "I come from the Fiore Isles and I lived with my dad a retired Marine admiral Igneel the Salamander" Natsu said."Your dad is Dragneel D. Igneel? . ."The Roaring Dragon"? . .Slayer of Shiki the Golden Lion?" Maki asked in disbelief.
"Yep he's great" Natsu said "Oh I have the ancient zoan devil fruit the Dino Dino Fruit Model: Dragon" Natsu said and Maki shrugged."Very fitting for the son of the Roaring Dragon" Maki said."What about you Maki" Naruto asked."Not a fruit user not a big fan of not being able to swim no offense" Maki said to the others.
"No problem" They said in unison
"Well I was the daughter of a celestial dragon" Maki said and the others balked."Celestial Dragon?! Why would you give that up?" Natsu asked and Maki looked away with a glare."Long story" she said curtly before she turned to Esdeath "what about you blueberry" Maki asked the girl
"No" Esdeath responded coldly sending shivers down the back of the others
"Okay then i think we should get some rest because we have a long ride to Alabasta" Naruto said and they nodded and began unpacking.
"How did we get in this situation again?" Naruto said as the four of them and their crew stared at the various pirate ships surrounding drew her blade as the crew all man their position in hopes of fighting off the various pirate crews
"Uhhh about that?" Natsu said sheepishly.
Devil Fruits of the group:
Cold Cold Fruit(Paramecia):Allows the user to drastically reduce the temperature of the around them and generate structures of ice and snow
Dino Dino Fruit Model:Dragon(Ancient Mythical Zoan): Allows the user the traits and the ability to transform into an ancient western Dragon
Storm Storm Fruit(Paramecia):Allow the user to create and control storms clouds and weather elements
Maki doesn't have observation haki like normal users does just enough to enhance her eyesight and also I made it so that people with observation haki can see haki colors like the viewers could with only conquerors being invisible.
