Dinner had been mostly between the teenagers taking up residence in Haru's home. He put out dinner on the retractable table that rose out of the concrete floor and went back into the elevator, claiming he had some work to do regarding the teen's training schedule.

Feeling a bit flustered, Izuku and Mina spoke to Toga and offered the teen a bit of an apology. They felt that things were going a bit backwards for them as Toga started at sex before they all got to know one another. In their sex deprived states, seeing the girl offering them a good time left them thinking with their hormones before considering where Himko stood in the relationship. Clarifying that they were still interested in giving the former villainess a chance; Mina offered the older girl a chance for them all to start talking with one another as things started to work out between them.

Funnily enough, Toga simply said that she would like that. Her usually impulsive nature made things a little erratic when she decided to show interest in others romantically. When she told them about how she lured Ochaco and Tsuyu into an abandoned house for nonstop sex for three days; Izuku and Mina felt their desired arouse once more at the prospect of hearing more about that incident.

After dinner, the three of them retreated to the bedroom. Toga gave both of her new found love interests head and even got passed between them like a party favor after she drank her fill from Izuku and Mina. It felt even better than what she imagined it to feel like.

The Next Day

Waking up to the sounds of their phone alarms going off, Izuku courteously shut off the irritating racket on both his and Mina's mobiles. He gently awoke Mina for their new day of physical torment while trying to not disturb the blonde bombshell sleeping to the right hand side of the bed. Despite her sharp eyes and intense demeanor, Toga looked absolutely adorable as she whimpered at the loss of Izuku's warmth in her sleep. Only the resolve to stick to his training kept the two lovers from just snuggling back into the bed with their newfound partner.

Exiting their bedroom, the outer edges of the room had what looked like windows looking out onto an endless salt plain with the sun shining through. To keep some familiarity with the time, the walls of the room projected a simulation of the sunlight all around whoever woke up to help bolster some energy for the start of the day.

Rather than waking up to the same dark room as last night, this felt much more preferable. If anything, breakfast actually felt like it was taking place in the morning with the artificial lighting helping to reinforce their internal clocks.

Once they managed to cobble together a rolled omelet and side salad for themselves, they enjoyed the peace and quiet before returning to their hellish training. Lingering aches deep within their limbs pulled a few grunts and moans of pain as the both sat down at one of the couches to enjoy their first meal of the day.

Based on the quality of their quick meal, Izuku could see that even the stuff that Nakamura personally used for his own meals were top notch ingredients. Going on the occasional shipment pickup with the man in his mobile kitchen illustrated for Izuku how involved of a process it was for Haru to get all his ingredients. Up before the crack of dawn to visit multiple vendors while maintaining a full mental catalog of their interactions put what Haru did as a food truck owner as nothing short of overkill. Many top end restaurants didn't bother to spread out their searches for ideal ingredients as far as Nakamura did on almost a daily basis.

Picking up the remote off of another couch, Mina turned on the tv in front of her and Izuku to look at what the news had to report on current events. As it were, society was a bit on a hair trigger with the current events at large.

The reports on the Paranormal Liberation Front incident had a good amount of overeager civilians act out of instinct and try to take justice into their own hands. Claiming that they were trying to only help; footage of people being arrested for vigilantism regarding the purchase of illicit weapons and random attacks on innocent civilians suspected to be liberation members put the whole situation into perspective over how nervous people felt at the sudden shift of societal norms.

Publicity agents from the ESD were asking the public to not take justice into their own hands, since their resources already had identified remaining liberation members for containment at a later date. This warning advising the public in remaining uninvolved with the investigation obviously went unheard by a good majority of the public. In retaliation to the expected uprising of civilian vigilantism; the ESD created the nationwide curfew as one of their measures to draw out those seeking to instigate illegal manhunts on innocent people they deem worthy for their ire.

Exiting the bedroom, Toga stretched as she approached the kitchen for a quick snack after waking up. Much to her amusement, she relished in the attention she received from the younger teens eyeballing her as she stretched in her skimpy sleepwear for their entertainment. She definitely could see herself enjoying this sort of treatment from those she desired in the biblical sense in the future.

"Good morning. Forty minutes until next session."

Brief in delivery, Haru exited the elevator while looking down at his tablet to inform the teens under his tutelage as to when their next training session would take place.

Again, he was a bit distant with the both of them as he retrieved a water bottle to then exit the room once more through the elevator. Both of them followed their teacher out the room with their eyes with the somber reminder of where Haru stood with this whole arrangement.

Returning their attention to the news, the reporter on screen started to narrate witness accounts of the carnage wrought by none other than the infamous Bloodsoaked. Interviews with random people made it obvious how distraught people felt with such a violent individual that took down so many top heroes on his own, running around free to do as he wished. Some were even ridiculing the heroes in being unable to bring in one guy that they outnumbered almost a hundred to one.

A bitter reminder about how fickle the public could be. None of the demonstrated abilities of Bloodsoaked were kept in mind as these people lambasted the heroes openly on air for all to hear. They only said what they wanted to, throwing those who risked life and limb under the bus with their limited knowledge.

Although Mina voiced her distaste for such harsh criticisms, Izuku fell silent at the revelation that the public he fought so hard to protect were starting to infuriate him. Despite still wanting to be a hero for the fearful, their words ignited a sort of anger he never knew he had.

Out of nowhere, the channel changed to a morning cooking show. Neither Izuku or Mina knew what caused the channel to flip until they saw Toga leaning over the back of the couch with the remote in hand.

"Never liked to watch the news in the morning. A whole bunch of garbage got in the way of the weather segment."

She vaulted over the couch to seat herself next to Izuku. Burying her face into his neck, Himiko nuzzled into her new lover like an affectionate cat. Her playful presence helped alleviate the headache setting in for the two younger teens. For her breakfast, Toga snuck a few bited from her lover's meal before stretching seductively while returning to the bedroom for her change of clothes. It had been their time to go down into the training facility as well for their training as well. Izuku took Mina by the hand as they did their best to steel themselves for their training.

Several Hours Later

Compared to the previous day, the intensity didn't make these two feel sick at the end of their workout. Haru had given the teens some athletic wear and some bands that went around their midsections. These bands were equipped with sensors that would help give Nakamura an accurate reading on their vitals so that he could adjust their training however necessary.

From one form of workout to the next, Izuku and Mina were put on separate equipment and regiments for their own development. Breaks with water and sport formulas designed for ideal hydration were given to keep their progress consistent. Reps of weight lifting and aerobic exercises pushed them to their limits while still allowing them to still maintain pace for the hours they were required to move around. By the end of the first workout, both teens were back on the floor while trying desperately to get more oxygen back into their bodies.

After a quick rinse in the showers was the first actual combat training exercise. Through a set of sliding doors on one side of the expansive room, an even larger room with higher ceilings possessed all sorts of training equipment for combat.

Sandbags of different sizes and shapes were lining the walls with mirrors reaching all the way up to the ceiling. Cameras had been tucked up into the upper corners of the ceiling in several meter intervals. As much as they wanted to honor their teacher's request, all of this brought more questions than they could process themselves. None of this looked like someone who was just interested in combat sports as a hobby. This sort of money couldn't have come from someone making their living off of their food truck business; no matter how profitable it may be.

"Impressive, aint it?"

Behind Izuku and Mina, a voice startled the young teens. Not even the doors opening and closing registered for them when the newest arrival walked into the room. Who the person was pushed that mild surprise into full on shock.

"H-H-Ha-Ha-Hawk?!"

Being such a fanboy, Izuku couldn't believe his eyes as they were about to leap out of his skull. Hawk, the number two hero in the country, had his signature smirk plastered on his face while he looked at the two stunned teens. His amusement at their reactions made his dramatic entrance worth the scare he gave them.

"Keigo, you're here. I have to review their data, so come and help get the system up and ready."

"On it, pops."

Walking around them, another major truth bomb fell on top of Izuku and Mina. Several moments passed before they ran straight up to Nakamura with only one question in mind.

"Pops?!"

"Pops?!"

As if it had been the most obvious thing in the world, Haru nonchalantly turned to the teens while Hawk looked up from the computer station he was working at and gave the two the same look as his father.

"Yeah, he's my son. I adopted him years ago."

Looking in disbelief at Keigo had them almost floored at the little wave he gave the two. Hearing that their mentor was the actual adoptive father of the number two hero in the country sounded like some sort of weird prank rather than the truth. Midoriya knew that Hawk had been an orphan and went into a foster family, though that now looked to be a lie as the hero had clearly been adopted by someone else.

Keeping things moving, Haru informed the teens of their next bit of training in detail. They were all going to be trained in the fundamentals of combat sports as a start to their lessons.

"Alright, let's get warmed up."

While lzuku helped Mina through their warm ups, Keigo started to wrap athletics tape around his wrists and ankles before starting his own warm ups with Haru. Watching these two go through the routine they did truly amazed the teenage boy as Hawk struck at the hand pads that Nakamura wore for his adoptive son to hit with a flurry of punches and kicks.

Mina and Midoriya finished quickly enough to just let themselves watch the father and son duo go through a lengthy routine of practicing different strikes. Haru pointed out what Keigo was doing wrong while the young man absorbed the information without breaking tempo.

"Lean into your cross more."

"Got it."

"Twist your hip, not your ankle."

"Sir."

Without their insight, neither Mina Nor Izuku could see anything that constituted Hawk's fighting form as anything less than perfect. Several more minutes of this intense practice went on before Haru called time for Keigo to stop and take a breather.

Huffing for some air left Hawk lightheaded enough for him to put both hands on his knees to catch his breath. Nakamura looked unaffected by the exercise, despite having to keep up with his son during the whole affair with his arms.

All the questions these two had been struggling with just a few moments ago were temporarily put on hold as they began their first actual lesson in how to fight.

Following this were hours of Haru readjusting the teen's stances and drilling into them the correct way of moving on one's feet. The room itself had about three large padded floor areas designed for sparring, but that wasn't the extent of their functionality. Tapping something on the monitor that Keigo had been on earlier, the cushioned surface displayed lines and boxes that Nakamura wanted to use in his training.

Footwork had been a major concern for Haru after watching these two in action for the past several months. As he explained it; the fact that neither Izuku or Mina snapped their ankles at the joint by now was nothing short of a miracle in his eyes.

They were starting to notice a pattern in how harsh Haru had been with them up to this point. On top of the questions all piling up in their heads, his cold and distant act put the teens in a strange place emotionally. Mosty, they were beginning to realize that maybe they didn't know this man all that well. Perhaps in asking him for this favor, he now was forced to reveal things about himself he didn't want to share. What those things were still evaded their understanding.

9This part of the training lacked none of the intensity of the exercise previous to this session. Demanding focus from them both put the teens in a very taxing trial for the knowledge they sought.

Coordination exercises had Izuku start stepping in and out of the ladder boxes on the floor in rapid succession. As Haru supervised Midoriya with their progress, Keigo watched over Mina while she worked on her head movement.

Although not uncoordinated in the least; her speed was severely lacking for Hawk's tastes. Whenever she came up slow on the bags, Keigo would follow through with strikes of his own. Despite the padding, the pain felt very real with every solid impact.

Which was all of them.

Izuku was starting to struggle with keeping up with his mentor's pace as well. Every single attempt required him to use his own physical stamina to achieve the time that Haru required of the teen. Use of One for All had been strictly forbidden as Izuku kept failing to meet the time set by Nakamura.

"What are you doing?"

After Izuku collapsed onto his hamds and knees, Nakamira stood ominously over the young man as Keigo did the same for a physically drained Ashido.

"Get up, now."

Both men had a look in their eyes that told the youths one thing.

We're not done yet..

"What are you doing?"

Hitting their limits, Mina and Izuku both collapsed a few hours into their training session. Stood above the teens were their trainers with a serious look of disapproval at the teen's resignation to continue at the pace the older people in the room demanded from the teens.

"We're not done yet."
