WS: I am Dysterra, the people of Canis Major Overdensity.
Summary: "It would come after the First Contact War when Humanity was given the shock of its life that another race of beings similar to them in every shape and form lived alongside the people of the Citadel. They were known as the people of Dysterra and they have claim to have originated from Canis Major Overdensity. And while many still remain skeptical of this claim, it cannot be denied that the people of Dysterra are an advance and formidable society that have fought with the Citadel during the Rachni Wars and Krogan Rebellion."
I had to write; I needed to write. I've been really obsessed with the idea of a Naruto/Mass Effect crossover, and I added different elements to make this work. Naruto and Mass Effect are the main focus of the story, but I needed a way to make it work where it isn't just Naruto slapped into the story. I've added other games, but it is mostly to give that sci-fi futuristic theme into it like making another society. The games are Dysterra and Galaxy on Fire. Any of the ship designs belong to Galaxy on Fire and the armor and lore belongs to Dysterra. Naruto is not alone in this crossover but it's mostly for show - Naruto IS the main character of this story.
I've also set up a - NightStar123 - for continued support, explanation is on my and profile. Please review and tell me what you think.
There is no harem or double pairing, it is a strict Naruto and Tali'Zorah pairing

Chapter 1
...
He had used a smoke bomb fashioned in the same style as his home. It was a small little orb big enough to fit in the palm of someone's hand, the outer shell was made of layers of paper balling it all together. And once it hit the ground hard, it exploded in a thick white plume of smoke that cover a small section from where they were.
The Batarian mercenaries hadn't expected it, and like a Thresher Maw he came out of nowhere and attacked.
He had been perched on one of the cargo containers before jumping down into the smoke. He landed but hardly made any noise. He sped quickly but silently, moving through the smoke and seeing the heat signatures through the visors of his helmet.
He pulled out a knife, snuck up from behind one of the Batarian mercenaries, and made the attack where he grabbed onto the Batarian's jaw and forced his head back just before sliding the knife's sharp edge against the Batarian's throat.
Shink!
Squelch!
Thump!
Dropping the body and keeping the blood off of him, the footsteps heard from the others were like thunder. Slipping through the smoke the mysterious assailant moved.
Though the smoke obscured everybody's vision, even his own, it meant little to someone as trained as he was. The closest mercenary screamed out for the others, trying to make his way through the smoke before feeling cold hands grab onto his mouth before the sick - pop! - was heard. He snapped that Batarian's neck.
Two became three, three became four and pretty soon it didn't take long for the Turian leader Jacobus to realize many of his men were being killed off through this smoke. Far from the center the commanding Turian pulled back the remainder of his men, retreating and needing to come up with a plan before more were killed.
Once they left, the smoke began to clear.
Tali'Zorah nar Rayya and her companion Keenah'Breizh hadn't gotten the chance to see what happened, they hid behind a few cargo crates when the smoke started. The two Quarians huddled close behind one of the crates before they were caught in whatever crossfire they wounded up in.
When the smoke cleared Tali chose to look over and see who or what happened. Tali was able to get a good look at the person who just saved her and her friend.
He had already spotted her and approached with an unconscious Batarian lifted up by one arm. Separated by a medium sized cargo crate, Tali was on one end and him on the other. He dropped the Batarian unceremoniously.
"Huh? You usually don't see Quarians away from the Flotilla. What brings you here to Illium?" He asked the Quarian, voice slightly distorted from the helmet he wore.
Tali guessed from how the person's body was shaped that it had been a man.
It was a complicated looking helmet covering the person's whole head and didn't go beyond from where the start of the nape was. The headwear extended around the lower jaw and secured it. The metal that made up the helmet was dark grey in color. What obscured the face was a broad visor that extended left and right where the eyes were and stopped from where the temples would be. It curved slightly to a point downward towards the chin. The metal frame that protected the lower jaw had round, built in filter.
The man's whole right arm was completely bionic. The mechanical hand ended with five digits, four fingers and a thumb. The metal was a non-reflective black and grey. The outfit he wore was a combination between clothing and armor. He sported a grey jacket where the left sleeve covered the left arm, and the right sleeve was cut away to reveal the bionic arm he had. It was zipped halfway where it revealed that some sort of chest plate was worn underneath. He wore black trousers protected by black braces that secured the legs, protecting the thighs, knees and shins and ended with steel-toed boots.
Tali could see the jutting of weapons magnetically suspended on his back and waist.
"Tali." Tali replied softly, answering only because this person was technically her and her friend's savior. When she replied, Tali's voice slightly altered from the helmeted mask she wore. "Tali'Zorah nar Rayya."
"And your friend?" He questioned, which made the other Quarian begin to stand up from the crates.
"Keenah'Briezh." Kennah responded.
"Tali'Zorah and Keenah'Briezh, mind telling me why a group of Batarian mercenaries are after you?"
There was a short moment of silence between the three. Tali wondered if she should say something, the man did just save her life and her fellow crewmate. Keenah whispered as much as he could if it whether they should trust him.
Tali saw that it was right to trust him. He singlehandedly saved them from getting killed when there was nothing for him to gain from it. After dealing with such prejudice since they got here on Illium, it was a change of pace that Tali preferred. So, the Quarian did answer his question.
She explained to him that while they were on their Pilgrimage - a tradition where Quarians who reach maturity to try and bring something to contribute to their fleet. For them it was data they gained after successfully capturing a Geth and download whatever they could from its memory banks. And in a shocking revelation it was revealed that the amount of data they received revealed that a rogue Spectre was responsible for the attack on the Human Colony of Eden Prime.
Slowly the man began to laugh underneath his helmet.
"It's funny because I am a Spectre." He laughed.
Surely that was a shock. The Spectres were an elite group of warriors that the Citadel Council personally handpicked. A human among them was questionable.
"But you're human?" Keenah questioned.
"You shouldn't make assumptions? I am Dysterran, one of the people from Dysterra."
Dysterra... they were a group of humanoids that had been with the council long before the Quarians were exiled from their homeworld. Tali remembered stories talking about how fearsome they were as warriors who fought in the Rachni Wars and the Krogan Rebellion. It was even said that they claimed to have come from Canis Major Overdensity - an irregular dwarf galaxy twenty-five-thousand light-years from the Milky Way Galaxy.
"If you come with me, I'll be able to get you a meeting with the council without any problems."
Neither Tali nor Keenah had any reason to say no, not when there was a chance to help save innocent people. A simple act of being treated with respect from the Spectre did more for them than an entire spaceport full of people.
And it made Tali realize something, "wait, we don't know your name?"
She couldn't tell if he was smiling or not underneath that helmet. Though from the subtle movement of his body he seemed amused.
"Naruto is my name."

Writing a first ever chapter is very hard, and it took way more effort just to try and write a Naruto/Mass Effect Crossover. Please understand this was to see what I can write down and get a feel of what I am trying to do. I know it's short, but it will get better. Please give your thoughts in your reviews and please help support me on my - NightStar123. I am in need of financial help. I still don't know if it will work but please help if you can.
