Superheroes of Eva 2 vs. Superheroes of Sakura Wars: Omniverse Crisis!

A Universe is just a small part of a greater whole.
Universes live and die like the stars and civilizations that live in them, but Multiverses are forever, older then any universe in Reality and all multiverses are parts of the Omniverse and there is only ONE Omniverse.
In the infinite realm of the Omniverse, there are universes beyond anything that the minds of man can come up with. Universes so different from ours that they seem more fiction than fact. Sometimes the Universes are mixed with other universes, Known as 'Amalgam-Verses' or 'CrossWorlds'. These universes make up only 5% of the Universes in the Omniverse. At least one Amalgam-verse can be found in any one Multiverse, even through there could be as many as 50 in one Multiverse.
In the whole of the Omniverse, two such Amalgam-verses are what we shall look at.
One is Universe-AMA65709, which is in the EVA Multiverse. It is one of two Amalgam-verses in that part of this Multiverse that has elements of the DC-verse and the Marvel Multiverse, but known for their Metal-beings. Universe-AMA65709 is a twin of Universe-AMA65708, yet while AMA65708 has heroines based on the Marvel heroes, AMA65709 is more based in the DC-Verse. Here, Females who were connected to the infamous 'Angel War', were given powers and/or abilities, that made them into Super-heroines. Soon these Heroines would unite after the defeat of STEELE's plans and help protect the rebuilding humanity from threats such as supercriminals and the dreaded New God known as 'Darkseid'. This version of the Justice League was founded by Wonder Girl (Rei Ayanami), Supergirl (Asuka Langley Sohryu), Green Lantern (Misato Katsuragi) and Batgirl (Mayumi Yamagishi).
The other Amalgam-verse is Universe-AMA77910, located in the Sakura Taisen Multiverse. This universe is still in the 20th Century, like all other Universes in the ST Multiverse. Also like others in this Multiverse, steam power still rules as the main source of power of vehicles. It is also plagued by attacks by demonic and magical forces, which has lead the nations of the world to create all female fighting units to combat these threats. Yet like with AMA65709, it has Superpowered heroes, which are a mix. Such as Supergirl (Sakura Shinguji), Sailor Moon (Sumire Kanzaki), Wonder Woman (Kanna Krishima) and others. Fighting to protect their cities not just from the forces of the Demon world, but other threats from across the Universe and Earth itself. While they have not formed a league, the Heroes of this universe do work together when it is called for.
But you may ask the question: Why look at these two Universes? What is the reason looking at them is special? Is Deadpool ever going to stop bugging Thantos?
Deadpool: That last part as a silly question! Why would I stop bugging Thantos? He is so fun when I rub the fact I am dating Lady Death in his face!

The reason why is that the heroines of these two Universe are going to meet each other..
Deadpool: Really, You are going to give poor Shinji a permanent boner with all those women in spandex. That and the Fact that Shinji in SOE 2 is Supergirl Asuka's main squeeze, even through he wants to shag all the others.
Really Deadpool? Are you going to break the fourth wall in this?
Deadpool: Hey, I did not get my own SOE version of myself and I know that you are planning on making your own version of me appearing in SOE 2 with The Shin-chan turning into me and killing STEELE and Gendo, then again if I was in EVA, I would have just blown Gendo up and shag Misato anyways :)
ANYWAYS!
This is the story of that meeting, which will decide the fate of the two universe in and epic battle to save both from darkness.
