Two weeks later, a spotted space cruise is flying and exploring across the stars…

"This spotted cruise is amazing, Spotty," SuperTed said.

"I know," Spotty said. "Spotted cruises are the very best ones in the whole universe."

The spotted cruise they were on didn't sail on water like an Earth cruise would. It flew through into space and to different planets. It would stop at one planet to let their guests go off and explore it before they needed to return to the cruise so it could take them to the next one.

SuperTed and Spotty really enjoyed this spotted cruise. It was twice the size of an Earth cruise. As well as seeing the amazing sights on the most incredible planets they visited, they liked their spotted cabin they were staying in for their voyage with the spotted single beds, the spotted bathroom, the spotted TV and the spotted balcony with it. They also liked the restaurants and the cafes and the food the cruise provided. They also liked the gym and swimming pool (Well, SuperTed did, but Spotty didn't) and they liked the movies they watched (especially Spotty, as all the movies were made in Spottywood, which was the Planet Spot's version of Hollywood).

The two heroes were also traveling with Spotty's family. They had never been on a spotted cruise before either and they were enjoying it as much as Spotty and SuperTed were.

SuperTed enjoyed seeing the places the spotted cruise took, but what he really enjoyed about this holiday was experiencing it with his extraordinary friend and his friend's extraordinary family. He was also glad that as he travelled on the cruise so he could see all the planets that were once under the evil rule of the evil Texas Pete were now free and happy and that peace and laughter was now spreading across the universe instead of Tex's evil rule.

This was just what the heroes of the universe needed after saving the universe and getting praised for it.

One week ago, on Planet Earth, SuperTed and Spottyman were invited outside the White House in Washington DC. All the world leaders of Planet Earth, the president of the Planet Spot, the president of the Planet Stripe and the other leaders of the other planets were there. Even Mother Nature had arrived too. This day was to celebrate SuperTed and all his bravery to stop the evil Texas Pete and his evil friends from ruling the universe and restoring freedom to it.

After the President of the USA gave SuperTed a Presidential Medal of Freedom and the other Earth country leaders and the other leaders from the other planets gave him their highest awards of bravery for risking his life to save all the good people in the universe, there was something else. Something hiding under a giant ruby red drape. The USA President nodded to the people who was holding the drape and they took it off. What was unveiled was a statue. A large statue of SuperTed. Everyone cheered and applauded.

The teddy bear was so deeply touched by all of this. Then it was time for him to make his speech. He went to the stand and approached the microphone.

"Thank you. Thank you, all. These awards are all very nice and they do make you feel good, but the biggest reward a hero could ever receive is to see the people you care for are happy and safe and sound and especially from your enemies.

"But there is one person who is a bigger and better hero than I am in this war with Texas Pete and his friends and that is my best friend Spottyman here. In fact, if it wasn't for him, I would never have been able to come to life, let alone get special powers from Mother Nature and be able to save the world from people like Texas Pete and his evil friends countless times. So, in my point of view, the true hero is Spotty here."

Everyone gave Spotty a huge round of applause.

"Thank you, thank you," Spotty said.

"And we have another surprise to celebrate all that Spottyman has done for this planet and the planet Spot and the other planets." Then the President of the USA clapped his hands again.

Then everyone turned to see another drape that was dark blue covering something. It was taken off and then another statue was unveiled. A statue of Spottyman! Everyone cheered.

"I don't know what to say," Spotty said.

"Before we go and celebrate the rest of the day," said the USA President, "I just want to tell all of you that Texas Pete and all his villain friends are in the most heavily secured prison in the whole universe where the toughest prison guards are guarding them and to make sure that they won't escape and do more damage to the universe ever again."

The public cheered.

"But if there is a slim chance that they do," SuperTed said, "Spotty and I will be ready for them. As well as new enemies and villains to face."

The public cheered again. And then it was time to feast, sing, dance, laugh and celebrate everything SuperTed and Spotty had done to restore peace in the universe.

"This is the life, Spotty," SuperTed said, as they were on spotted sun loungers on by the spotted cruise's spotted swimming pool one day. "Nothing but travel, sightseeing, relaxing, eating delicious food and watching fun movies."

"Exactly, SuperTed," Spotty said. "This is what you deserve for winning that war against Texas Pete and his evil friends."

"So do you, Spotty," SuperTed said. "Don't sell yourself short."

"Sell myself short?" Spotty asked. "How can I do that, SuperTed? Do you have any of Mother Nature's magic to shrink me?"

"No, no, no, no," SuperTed said. "I meant, don't have a too much of low opinion of yourself. Don't have a too much of high opinion either, but don't have a too much low one either. If it wasn't for you, Spotty, I would never even come to life alive at all, let alone get magic powers from Mother Nature and save the world and defeat Texas and his evil friends. So, thank you for that, best friend."

"You're very welcome, best friend," Spotty said.

The two best friends would have hugged each other but –

"SuperTed!" Spotty cried.

"What is it, Spotty?" SuperTed cried.

"Look! A ship's malfunctioning and it's heading for the sun!" Spotty pointed to it.

SuperTed looked ahead and saw that his best friend was correct. That was a ship, which was another galactic cruise from another planet. It had lots of people on it, it was out of control and it was heading for the sun.

"Come on, Spotty," SuperTed said. "You put on your rocket pack and I'll say my secret magic word."

While Spotty put on his rocket pack, SuperTed said his secret magic word and ripped his fur off, revealing his scarlet suit and yellow rocket boots. Then together they flew off to rescue the other cruise before it could touch the sun. And yet again it was another success and it was all because of their extraordinary friendship and their amazing teamwork.
