Welcome back everyone to chapter 2 of Doomsday!

To recap: we got to see one of the houses of Krypton sending their baby son to a distant planet which will be the ultimate demise of that planet, seeing their son house the monster Doomsday. The child is now grown up as Aaron Logan who has arrived at National City for some unknown reason but he is soon confronted by the reflection of the monster that he has had bad dreams about which tells him that his world is about to change forever later down the line.

Here we now see Aaron get his big hero moment when he gets to save a little girl from a burning fire but also he gets to meet the girl steel herself, which should be an interesting encounter. Not only that he get to meet some guy that he couldn't place a finger on but knew him from somewhere but more importantly from another world AKA Another Universe more specifically his other half does.

With that now out of the way, let the show begin

Saving the day!

October 11 2017, National City

After his first day in National City, Aaron decided to get some rest for the next day which just so happens to be where he will work.

But something surprised him when he went to sleep as he no longer had any nightmares which confused him a whole lot. Nonetheless, he was glad that he got to sleep peacefully for the next day.

Waking up and getting out of his bed, Aaron went to the bathroom to wash himself and then went to the kitchen to get something to eat which was a bowl of cornflakes. Once he was done eating his bowl of cereal, Aaron went outside to get in his car to get ready for his new job.

As he was driving, Aaron stopped his car as he saw people screaming and pointing at something which confused him.

The reason they were screaming is due to a burning building which was next to him but more so a mother screaming about something.

That's something or more importantly, someone was her daughter Anna who was trapped inside the building as firefighters couldn't find a way to get to her.

"Not on my watch," Aaron says to himself as he parks his car in a nearby alley and gets out of it as he walks towards the back of the burning building and looks both ways to make sure no one saw him to make sure the coast was clear.

After taking a deep breath, Aaron began to dig his fingers into the wall and soon he began to climb the wall similar to how Spider-Man does it in the comics and movies. Normally this would hurt someone but not Aaron he reached one of the windows that wasn't on fire and opened it as he saw no one was there so he went inside to look for the little girl.

Opening the door Aaron saw the entire place was on fire but that wasn't his main priority as his main priority was looking for the little girl that was there.

"Anna! Anna, are you here!" Aaron shouted out loud, hoping that she would hear him.

At first, he thought he was too late, but he soon heard a little girl's voice which was most likely Anna's, "I'm in this room please hurry," Anna begged for his help.

Rushing towards her direction, Aaron began to open the door but he realized it would be too warm to open it so he just ripped the door open and saw Anna had a terrified look on her face. She also had amazement in her eyes as she just saw someone rip open a door like that.

"It's alright. I'm here to help," Aaron tells the little girl as he picks her up they are about to leave but the door is blocked due to the upper building collapsing in front of them

"What are we going to do now?" a terrified Anna asked him.

Aaron looks at the little girl, unsure how to answer that question but that all soon changed when the fire was put out by a cold breath.

This was thanks to none other than Supergirl who looked at both of them with a look of confusion on her face more so looking at Aaron holding the little girl

The reason she was here was because she was having her day off until she heard the news of the little girl in the burning building. So when she got here she thought it was just a little girl but she found an unknown man with her which got her curious about why he was here in the first place risking his life to say some unknown girl that he barely knows.

"You're Supergirl," Aaron says, a little shocked at seeing her here.

She nods at this, "Yeah that's me but what are you doing here?" Supergirl asked him.

Pointing at Anna, "I'm saving this girl's life. What do you think!" Aaron tells the girl of Steel this, a little annoyed that she would ask him this question when they are quite literally in a burning building right now.

Feeling stupid about that, Supergirl walks over and grabs a hold of Aaron and the little girl as she flies out of the building with him and lays on the ground where the girl's mother sees her little girl is alive and well and quickly runs over to hug her and see if she's all right.

Aaron smiles at this as he is happy that the girl is safe with her mother but she feels a pair of eyes looking at him.

Looking towards his right, he sees Supergirl looking at him with a look of confusion "Is there something I can help you with or are just wondering why I risked my life to save a little girl like that?" Aaron asked Supergirl.

"Yes there is," she points at his whole body. "Why aren't there burn marks all over your body if you were able to get inside the building?" But Supergirl had to admit that he had an impressive physique so he must be working a lot.

Before she could get an answer from him, a pair of sirens was heard which caused Supergirl to look the other way but once she turned to look back at him Aaron was gone. "How the heck did he do that?" Supergirl asked out loud as she would have heard him leave the area but he moved so fast that she wasn't able to hear him walk away.

She had to deal with this later, as she had to clear out the fire that was still burning the building.

Nighttime at a bar in National City

After what happened with Supergirl, Aaron decided to lay low for a while and once the heat died, he went to a local bar to get a few drinks for himself.

After his 9th drink, the bartender looks at him with shock, "How in the hell are you still awake after drinking that many beers?" He asked him, completely shocked at this.

He shrugs his shoulders at this question, "Let's just say I have a high metabolism." That was Aaron's response to his question.

After an hour of eating food, Aaron noticed two people were talking to each other as they were most likely a couple, but the man looked familiar to Aaron somehow but he couldn't place his finger on it.

Getting out of his seat, Aaron walks over towards the couple and speaks to the man with his girlfriend, "Excuse me" Aaron speaks to him.

The moment the man saw Aaron something washed over him like a sense of deja Vu but he couldn't place his finger on it. He felt like he knew Aaron from somewhere but he couldn't place it.

"Can I help you with something, I'm having a moment with my wife here?" He asked Aaron.

Aaron slowly shakes his head, "No, not at all but it's this French feeling I'm having that I know you from somewhere." Aaron honestly tells him as he can't help but shake this feeling off.

"Not that I'm aware of, I'm Ben Lockwood by the way and this is my wife Lydia" He introduces himself and his wife.

He shakes both their hands but he still looks at Ben with that same look of confusion. "I'm sorry if I ruined your little date. It's just that I feel like I know you somewhere but I couldn't place it. Anyway, have a good night." With that said Aaron left the couple to do their own thing and then left the bar to head back to his hotel room.

His wife looks at him with confusion, "That was a little strange but I noticed something weird about you when you saw him." Lydia told her husband this

It was probably nothing, let's just just have some fun while we're still here." Ben tells his wife brushing off her concerns about who that guy was.

But the truth is, in another world, Ben Lockwood used to be someone else who housed the same thing that Aaron has right now. It just so happens that the version of Ben was none other than a version of Doomsday, similar to what Aaron has right now. (1)

October 12th, 2017 National City

After his weird encounter with Ben Lockwood, Aaron went back to his hotel room so he could get ready for some exercise the next day which happened to be today.

Getting out of his bed, Aaron does several push-ups and even several sit-ups.

Once he was done with that, Aaron went outside to look around the city. Aaron was surprised to see an image of himself in a newspaper from yesterday when he saved that little girl with the help of Supergirl.

Luckily though it didn't show his face which was a good thing as he didn't want that much publicity from him or more importantly people coming over to thank him for saving that little girl. The thing is he just did it out of the kindness of his heart but he felt that no mother should lose her child due to unknown circumstances.

Aaron was soon pulled out of his thoughts when he heard something from an alleyway.

Looking closer in the alley, Aaron steps back in shock as a large missing creature walks out of the shadows and looks down at Aaron with menacing eyes but the thing is the creature's eyes look similar to his.

"It's going to happen soon, Aaron. You just don't know it yet." The creature AKA Doomsday tells him as he lunges towards Aaron which causes Aaron to trip and fall. Looking back up, Aaron sees that the creature is no longer there which causes Aaron to wonder what he just saw and if that was even real.

"What the hell is happening to me!" Aaron asked himself with a horrified look on his face

Getting off the ground, Aaron leaves the alleyway but deep in his subconscious Doomsday has that same sister smile on his face as he is slowly getting control of Aaron's body, more specifically his mine.

But soon he will be unleashed.

All he has to do is wait for the right moment and he will take full control so that's why he's going to have Aaron have his little fun for now but when the time comes nothing will stand in his way. Not even Aaron.

In an isolated desert

Unaware of what's happening to him, Aaron's presence is noticed by the AI of the Fortress of Sanctuary.

"He has awakened at last. Soon enough, this world and others will know the true meaning of fear when they meet their end and demise. This world is no longer theirs, it's HIS. Hahaha." The AI laughed evilly

Elsewhere in National City, Kara's apartment

In Kara's bedroom, Kara was tossing and turning as she was having the same nightmare over and over again of a burning National City as a huge monster looming over her with three women right behind it.

The nightmare soon ended when the monster lunged at her, which caused Kara to wake up from her nightmare.

"What in the world is going on?" Kara asked herself.

It's safe to say that Aaron isn't the only one who's having nightmares lately. Kara is also having nightmares as well.

Is there some kind of connection between Aaron and Kara? It can be anyone's guess.

OmniIBIBUltraInstinctGodzilla: it's a mix between several shows, namely Krypton Superman and Lois and Smallville, like I told Zeldahero10 you'll just have to wait and find out, Doomsday is slowly taken over but it will be too late for Aaron to notice him taking control.

There we have it for the second chapter of Doomsday.

Many things happen in this chapter as we get to see Aaron save a little girl with the help of Supergirl, but Doomsday is slowly taking over Aaron which will be too late for him later down the line. We then got to see Ben Lockwood and his wife and if you saw the number next to a certain paragraph that had to do with the fact that both actors played in Smallville where Ben Lockwood's actor played Doomsday on that show, which explains the weird connection between them.

Next chapter synopsis: A certain telepath thief is going to be in for a shock when she reaches inside the mind of one Aaron. Not only that, Aaron is about to be confronted by the monster that he has been seeing for the past few days. But this time it's going to be much real.
