"He's changing he has left the Mob World and opening up a Pizza Shop and restaurant it has been his dream." Ava tells Brenda.
"Oh I didn't know I thought he really couldn't walk away from the Mob Life and yet he can." Brenda says trying to see things differently for Sonny.
Suddenly a lovely from the town of Genoa City was on the phone and then get's off when she see's Brenda. Her name was Lauren Fenmore and she had her eyes on Deception wanting to revive it.
"Brenda Barrett right?" Lauren asks.
"That's me you are?" Brenda asks quite curious.
"Lauren Fenmore I understand you are the former Deception model. I'm here to bring it back to life in a whole new way. I would love you back as the lead model." Lauren tells Brenda.
Ava was quite surprised herself she had no idea.
"Your a model how interesting and I didn't even know." Ava says.
"You must be Ava Vitali new here in Port Charles I could use you as well." Lauren tells Ava.
"Oh I couldn't a cosmetic's company it's not for me." Ava says being honest.
"It's going to be more then that when I take over." Lauren assure's Ava and Brenda.
"What are your plans?" Brenda asks.
"I can't give out all the details you just have to be in this with me." Lauren tells Brenda and Ava.
However a lurking Carly was eavesdropping on the whole thing and decides to intervene and she liked Ava and felt buddying with Brenda was a bad idea.
"Ava Vitali welcome to Port Charles I'm Carly Spencer what are you doing hanging with Brenda Barrett doesn't she have friends anymore." Carly says.
"Only you would ruin a perfect moment." Brenda says rolling her eyes.
"I'm sorry Brenda but you and Ava I can't see it." Carly says.
"Carly I've heard you want in on the Deception project as well." Lauren tells Carly.
"I do and I also have plans that may be of interest to you Lauren. I know you are a very good boss and will do Deception justice pick me as your assistant and I will do wonder's for you in ways you couldn't imagine." Carly tells Lauren.
"You have vision Carly but I want Brenda as the lead model and that is the end of anything you don't want her in." Lauren makes clear.
"Of course Brenda she always wins." Carly says.
