I wrote this because I'm currently struggling with an ED right now so I thought I could express it threw this story :3
also I DONT OWN ANY OF THESE (futari WA Precure) CHARACTERS (credits go to TOEI animations and the original created I don't know who it is)
context
honoka has an ED and nagisa dose her best to help her with her (ED)
"Ugh I look fat don't I mipple.." she asked as she looked infront of the mirror looking at her body in her undergarments
"I think you look fine why the sudden change? you never cared what you looked like~Mipo
lately she has felt like she has been feeling so insecure with no reasoning she felt fat but she always gets told she's skinny but she's been feeling opposite lately and weight checking didn't help the way she felt either
"Honoka dinners ready!"her grandma called out
"coming!" She walked down the hallway to the dinner room where her grandmother had already prepared udon and a little desert which was dango
"thank you for the food grandma "she got up and walked to the bathroom and weighed herself
"120 pounds?!" This cannot be happening.. she thought to herself
she carefully got off the weight scale and by turned her head to the toilet she walked up and opened it as she put her two fingers in her mouth and forced herself to lose everything she managed to eat
"Honoka are you alright?"her grandmother knocked on the door which made honoka stop for a brief moment what she was doing
"y-yes I'm alright I just needed to use the restroom" she nervously laughed
"alright then I'm going off to meditate then bed make sure you get to sleep alright"
"alright I will "she sighed and flushed the toilet and weighed herself again 127...
~the next day~
honoka was so Hungry and a little nauseous because she hadn't eaten anything since yesterday
"Honoka good morning!! " her cheerful orange haired girl always put a smile to her face
"Goodmorning Nagisa..."she yawned as she was walking with her girlfriend
"Eh Honoka did you not sleep last night? you look tired and spaced out are you alright?" The oranged haired girl asked her with a concerned look
"huh yes I'm alright I'm just tired is all I was studying last night hehe" she nervous laughed she couldn't let her girlfriend know she's been making herself sick she felt like it'd be bothersome
FEW HOURS LATER Luch time
Her and nagisa decided to eat lunch on the rooftop since it was quiet up there for the most part she opened up her lunch and saw the food she had prepared the following night her mouth was watering she ate Quickly ate her food faster than before...
"Woah slow down there honoka your eating faster than me you might choke "
"sorry I was so hungry I just couldn't stop myself " she looked at her friend with a smile it now it hit her of how much she had eaten
"uh nagisa how many calories did my bento have I'm just wondering?" A nervos chuckle came out
"I think around a 120 calories I think why do you ask?" (Btw i dont really know how many calories are inside a bento i just wanted it to add with the story :p )
"120?! Oh my- what have I... "she looked at her bento lunch that was currently empty and looked at her friends that was almost finished and felt extreme guilt
"I- uh Need to go use the restroom I'll be right back"she got up and run to the door
"Wait what's- before nagisa could finish what she was saying the door had closed on her
honoka quickly ran to the girls room and went into one of those stalls and made herself sick once again by the time she had finished the bell had already rung
"Honoka~mipo are you alright?"the concerned little fairy had asked
" I'm alright I didn't know you were awake already mipple."
"I just woke up right now~mipo"
"i really hate myself..."

It was the weekend already honoka and nagisa had there study sessions as usual and of course mepple and nagisa were of course always fighting nothing had changed.. at least for them no one knew what honoka had been doing and she hoped it would stay that way cause she wanted know one to worry about her or no what she was doing to herself...
"eh honoka you alright? your spacing out again"the oranges haired girl looked at her
"w-what yea I'm just tired sorry "she started cold sweating her body just couldn't work with her today her body needed food Badly
"Honoka may I come i?" The old woman spoke
"y-yes of course grandmother "her grandmother had slid the door"I've made dango for you two."Honoka mouth had watered again she wanted it...badly
"after they ate that continued to study as usual honoka was just waiting for her girlfriend to leave so she could do what she was waiting to do she didn't want her to find out or tell her grandmother Which would tell her parents and since her parents don't live here currently they would immediately come to there daughter which honoka would feel extremely guilty if they were to come like that because of what she was doing to herself

GRAMMAR please don't read if your uncomfortable with this or have and easy stomach
"I need to use the restroom I'll be right back" she got up from her pillow on the floor and walked to the restroom and started to Vomit but this time... it wasn't food it was blood it was pure blood not a food in sight... "I feel like I'm going to faint" she fainted on the bathroom floor
a few minutes later
"i wonder why honoka is taking so long?"
"your always so curious its stupid" the fairy of light explained
"WHY YOU-!I dont care i really dont have the energy to fight with you today" she sighed
"i'm going to go check on her regradless "
"Honoka?"She knocks on the door "are you alright you've been in there for a while" this time there were no replies from Honoka "I'm coming in" nagisa walked in to see Honoka lying on the floor with blood all over her mouth
"HONOKA!!! "Nagisa quickly picks her up as her head was in her arms "please wake up Honoka PLEASE DONT LEAVE ME!! Nagisa immediately calls 911... "why wouldn't she tell me i should have seen the signs.."
A FEW HOURS LATER TIME SKIP :3
AT THE HOSPITAL
"ugh what happened my head is spinning...wait where am I" she looked up and saw nagisa sitting on the chair "HONOKA! I'm so glad you're awake I thought you died... a huge relief was brought upon nagisa
"I was so worried I found you lying next to a pull of blood in the bathroom I'm was so scared that I lost you... I'm so sorry that I didn't pick up that you were hurting so bad that you were doing that " nagisa was crying in her lap Honoka gently placed a kiss on her head
" it's alright nagisa it's not your fault it was mine i was foolish I really am grateful for you we've been through so much together especially when we fought the the dark zone and saved the garden of light and rainbows all I needed was comfort and it was you who I found comfort in I really do love you "
nagisa looked up at honoka there foreheads gently touched as the two shared a kiss that lasted a minute honoka craved more that just a kiss but they were at a hospital so they can't get carried away after they kissed they were gasping for air
" I love you some much don't forget that"
" i love you too..."

Damn I just realized that the whole ending didn't make sense oh well / I hoped you enjoyed it I know it got a little to graphic at the end but I did put a warning so -.- yea please leave a review if you liked it I'll keep making more
