"That's it my golems, lay waste to this city!" said Van as he stood above the city where the golems attacked everything in their path while everyone ran for cover.
"He managed to catch more of them," said Alya, who was hiding with Nino.
"How are we going to beat him when he has both Plagg and Tikki in that scythe so we're without Ladybug and Cat Noir?" asked Nino.
"You can't," said Van who appeared behind them. This caused the two teens to fall backwards out of their hiding spot while turning to face him.
"The world that you have known up till now is over," he said.
"Don't go counting us out yet," came a voice from above them on the roof of the nearby building.
"Really, you think those Miraculouses can hlep you?" asked Van while looking up at Marinette and Adrien who were using the Dog and Monkey Miraculouses respectively.
"We'll see about that," said Houndra before jumping down to the ground and pushing Van away from her friends by punching and kicking at him.
"I know what you're after," said Van at the same time he dodged each of Houndra's attacks which pushed them further out into the streets and away from Nino and Alya who took the chance to hide again.
"You want to use the Dog's power to take the scythe and free Tikki and Plagg so you can have their powers again," he said.
"That's not all we're going to do!" said Golden Monkey before using Uproar on Van.
"Now your powers are…," said Houndra but she stopped as the villain laughed.
"Calamity's use the full power of a Kwami in a controlled manner," said Van.
"The small amount from a Miraculous will never be able to stop them!" he said before swinging Plagg's blade at the Eiffel Tower, destroying the entire building with a single energy blade.
"This just keeps getting worse," said Houndra with a horrified expression.
