Chapter Seven: "Dealing With More Androids"
Age 850, Toki Toki City
Jason spent far more time than usual in PQs and training, all for the next grades in Super Saiyan.
From Super Saiyan Grade 3, or Super 2(as it will now be called, with the other being just Super) to Super Saiyan Grade 4 aka Mastered Super Saiyan aka Super Saiyan.
Yeah, the last name comes form the fact that it's the form everyone uses as the default Super Saiyan 1, because of the issues with the previous Grades.
It is the exact same as the 1st Grade but with the hair being more rigid and golden and no Ki drainage. It wasn't as powerful as Grades 2 and 3 (being 62x and 80x), but again it didn't have Ki drain and his head didn't like like a spiked death trap. And in the case of Super 2, his body was smaller and faster, more flexible to.
Also, his body was like Bane's sans Venom while Super 1, his body was more like Bane with Venom in Super 2. Which made him favor Mastered Super Saiyan more. It also didn't affect his emotions, allowing him to remain calm
Super Saiyan 2 on the other hand was a bitch and a half to get.
He had finished training with Krillin, Perfect Cell (even though he's an evil asshole), Captain Ginyu for the hell of it, and currently training under Frieza (even though he might be worst than Cell)
His Super Saiyan 2 in appearance wasn't much different than what he learned Goku's Super Saiyan 2 looks like, the hair is just swept to his right side again.
He also learned a multitude of new skills. Including the ever useful Instant Transmission, an instantaneous teleportation technique with the only drawback being the need to focus on a Ki signature.
And he got a new outfit to celebrate getting so far as a Saiyan.
The new outfit was called the Ultimate Turtle Hermit Costume. His version had a red top with golden accents and white down the middle and on the Turtle Hermit symbol on the left of his chest, with black sleeves and a blue belt over it at his waist. He had on white wrappings around his forearms and hands, save his fingers. He had on black gi bottoms, with black shoes and blue wrappings tying them together. (similar to the artwork of the outfit, just the male version and replacing the purple with blue, looks like some of Beat's outfits in DBH)
After all this, he then heads for his next patrol.
Time Nest
Jason enters the Time Nest before heading over to Trunks.
"Oh, hey", Trunks greets him, "Another distortion has occurred... I'm going to look at the scrolls now. Are you coming with me?"
"Yeah", Jason tells him and the duo head for the Time Vault
Time Vault
This time, it wasn't the main history they usually deal with that was affected, but rather Trunks' own history, where the androids cause an apocalypse as most of the Z-Fighters died in the fight. Only himself, his mother Bulma, and his mentor Gohan continued the fight. Gohan then dies one day at the hands of the Androids.
The Scroll of Eternity showed Super Saiyan Trunks being beaten by an Evillized Android 18. He gets to his feet only for the Evillized Android 17 to be behind him. He turns around to see him, only to get a hand through his gut. Past Trunks falls over in defeat as detransforms and dies at the feet of the two androids, with Imperfect cell in the distance overlooking the event.
"T-This is my...!", Trunks exclaims in shock before he starts to become see through, fading away. he looks to himself, "Wait a second... What's going on?!".
Chronoa comes in at this time to see the semi-transparent and knows what's going on.
"Trunks.. Your existence is in jeopardy now", she tells him, "The future is just about to change."
"What do you mean?", he asks her, looking at his hands still, afraid he'll vanish.
"Probably the workings of those two", Chronoa remarks about Mira and Towa.
"Wait. They want to change history by erasing me completely?", Trunks questions in horror, "Supreme Kai of Time! What should I do?!"
"Calm Down", she commands of him, "It's dangerous for you to act now because your existence is ephemeral (lasting for short time)", she looks to Jason, "However, we don't have much time left. Could you stop those two?"
"You got it", Jason tells her and goes to the scroll.
"Guys...", Trunks goes before Jason grabs the scroll and begins the time travel, nodding to him as he goes.
Age 783, Destroyed City, Trunks' Timeline
The evillized twin androids stood before Trunks on the abandoned streets of a desolate city. It was the year before he would travel back in time to warn Goku and crew about the androids.
Jason soon appears behind Trunks' past self, startling the young Saiyan.
"Huh? W-Who are you?", trunks asks him while the Androids raised a brow at the appearance of another Saiyan from a bright light.
"Just a friend", Jason tells him, entering a stance to fight the androids.
"Hey... Look 17", Android 18 says to her brother, "It seems there are other people coming after us besides Trunks".
Android 17 looks to Jason, "I think I'll make you our plaything".
Jason looked to him with a quirked eyebrow, "While I wouldn't mind a beauty like your sister having her wicked way with me, I'm not into guys like that. Sorry", causing Trunks to snort as he covers a laugh.
Trunks recovers quickly from the joke, "You monsters... won't get your way! I'll avenge Gohan!", entering his own stance
"You just don't know when to give up, do you, kid?", Android 18 asks Trunks, "You always manage to piss me off", and the twins prepare to fight as well.
Trunks rushes Android 17 while Jason deals with Android 18 for now, figuring it would be best to avoid either of them getting sneak attacked. Say if they both try to face Android 17 together, Android 18 could easily attack one of them in the back. This way, it's more of a fair fight.
During the fight, Jason noticed that while the androids were stronger than they originally were, compared to the main timeline androids and the main timeline Cell, they were weak. Jason didn't even need to go into his Super Saiyan forms for this fight.
Jason went in and did a Orin Combo on Android 18, before following it with a Kamehameha at her. She recovers and goes to use a Ki attack, but Jason uses Instant Transmission to get behind her and hammers her down to the ground. He gives her a two piece combo to her face, before kicking her legs out form end her and punching her in the side to send her flying back.
Honestly, it felt like Jason was bullying her at this point.
Android 17 tries to fly in to defend his sister, but Trunks wasn't giving him the freedom to do that, bombarding him with attacks to avenge his mentor and older brother figure, Gohan. Unlike Jason, Trunks was in Super Saiyan for the fight.
Jason has soon finished his fight with Android 18 and joins Trunks in the beating of Android 17. trunks getting in some slices and slashes with his sword while Jason punches and kicks till finally defeating the last Android.
Jason and Trunks stood on the sidewalk as the Androids retreated (since they weren't meant to die yet), with the latter panting as he was tired before he dismisses his Super Saiyan transformation.
"Somehow... I actually managed to chase away the androids", Trunks says in exhaustion. he looks to his hand in contemplation, "I'm perfectly aware of our power gap... I can't beat them as is. But... I survived thanks to you", he smiles and goes to look to Jason, "I have to thank you...", only to not see Jason.
Jason had used the patented Bat-Family Disappearing Tactic, looking over Trunks from above him.
Suddenly, Towa appears beside him.
"Oh, I knew you'd show up", she says to him, holding her magic staff with the two golden points behind her. Jason thought about a stripper on a pole for a split second before listening to her again. "What a lame reaction", she comments at his silence, turning her back to him but still looking towards him, "I bet you thought you actually helped him... Am I right?", she spins around in the air as though she was dancing, "You see, Trunks...", she speaks to the Time Patroller through Jason, "I actually made 2 changes", she smiles.
Jason scowls before he hears Trunks say, {"My body.. we... we weren't able to... Look at t... It's turning transparent. History hasn't been corrected!"}.
Jason snarls at Towa, having difficulty forming his words in his anger.
"Hohohoho!", Towa laughs like a haughty rich girl before sitting on her staff like a witch on her flying broom with her legs crossed, "Look! I've gotten a rise out of you! But there's nothing you can do, I'm afraid. It's too late now!", she leans forward with her chin in her left hand, "Resistance is futile".
Having enough of her taunting, Jason rushes forward to attack her, only for Mira to appear before him, causing him to stop in hesitation.
Towa gets off her staff with a smirk, holding the staff before her with both hands like usual, before they both vanish from Jason's sights.
{"Dammit..."}, Trunks groans, {"What else could have been changed? At this rate...!"}.
Jason was looking around for something that might be out of place, only for a pale skinned man with weird red hair in clothes that were mostly blue in color and holding a white staff that looked like it was made of bone with it holding a red orb at the top to appear before him. (the man from the void for the audience)
"You seem to be troubled", the man says to Jason with good humor.
Jason though looked at him with distrust, not only because it was suspicious he was there before him, but because his appearance reminded Jason of a clown, and he hates clowns.
"Don't make that face", the man tells him with a deadpan look, "Would you like to go to the change?", the man offers, holding out his free left hand to Jason, "I'll take you there. Here. take my hand. Heheh. You have no time. You have no choice".
Jason knows he's right on that front, he and Time Patrol have no idea where the change in history is, and by the time they find it, it would be to late for Trunks.
He holds his right hand to take the man's own hand.
"Good. Good...", the man says, a purple energy flows around Jason's hand, with a D symbol appearing on his palm.
Jason withdraws his hand once the energy dissipates.
The man holds energy to Jason in a different way, "Tell the Supreme Kai of Time... that I'll see her soon",
Jason is surrounded by dark purple energy before vanishing from the man's sights. The man to vanishes in a similar manner.
Age 785, Somewhere in the West Area
Trunks had just returned to the future after defeating Cell with the Z-Fighters and being brought back to life.
"Phew. I actually made it back", Trunks remarks at the sight if his home timeline, "I'm in my Era", he begins to head back to Capsule Corps. to reunite with his mom, "No matter what... I have to bring peace here", already thinking of plans to defeat his timeline's androids, only to be taken aback by the sight of Jason standing before him, looking in a different direction and ready for a fight.
"Y-You are...!", Trunks calls out in excitement as he somehow recognizes him, running over to Jason before noticing Jason's gaze, "...! Haaaagh!", and transforming into a Super Saiyan as before them stood an Evillized Perfect Cell.
"Cell?!", Trunks sweats, "You're in your perfect form...?!"
Cell does his cocky smirk, "Funny you should ask, really... You might be interested to know that i absorbed 17 and 18
"Numbers 17 and 18?!", Trunks asks in shock, remembering the events that led to what he experienced in the main timeline, "But... That's... impossible!".
Cell though, looks curious, "And also... how is it that you know my name?", he then realizes with a smile, "Oh wait, I know... You went to the past, didn't you... That's the only explanation for it, how you'd know so much about me?", he looks to Jason, "Oh. Did you bring your little friend along for the ride? Is he here from the past, too?", he then speaks to Jason, "I'm warning you, interfere and I'll exterminate you".
Jason takes on his Super Saiyan 2 form then he and Trunks rush the empowered Cell. Jason and Cell do a melee clash before then breaking apart, where Trunks comes in with a Galick Gun point blank on Cell.
Before cell can recover, Jason was on him with a Meteor Crash and then a Perfect Kamehameha, because beating a guy with his own techniques is kind of funny to Jason.
They continued on till Trunks decided to talk righteous to Cell, "As long as you exist, humanity has no future... I will defeat you here!"
"Shut up, amteur!", Cell growls at him in annoyance.
"It ends here Cell!", Trunks yells out, "Die!", and both he and Jason use Galick Gun on Cell and he is vaporized.
Trunks sighs as he deactivates Super Saiyan, looking to the sky.
"It's all finally over...", he utters in disbelief and happiness, "Everyone...", he looks to Jason, "I have to thank you, too. But first... I need to know something. You've helped me a lot... throughout this entire thing. I have to know... Who are you?".
"Someday...", Jasn tells him.
"So I'll know... someday?...", Trunks asks him, "That's not cryptic", he sarcastically remarks before being blinded as Jason vanishes in the bright light of the Time Scroll time travel.
Trunks looks around in confusion, "Where... where did he go?!"
Age 850, Time Vault, Time Nest
Jason arrives back inside the Time Vault where Trunks is checking himself over as Chronoa stands beside him.
"This is such a strange feeling", Trunks comments as his body was fully there. He looks to Jason, "Now I can finally thank you. Than you very much!"
Chronoa looks up to him with a relieved smile, "So, Trunks. Aren't you glad?"
He looks down to her, scratching the back of his head, "I'm sorry. Sorry for making you worry over me", he then brought a hand to his chin in thought, "Still... Who do you think that guy was? he helped us sure, but he seemed to have the ability to tim travel. What's strange is, he seemed to know about us, too... And he had a.. And he had a really unusual energy".
Jason looks to Chronoa, telling her what he told him.
"What? He'll come visit me soon? What does that mean?", she questions before she had an idea, "No way..."
"Do you have any ideas?", Trunks asks her.
She was to in distress to answer him directly, "No, but it can't be... He shouldn't... he shouldn't be able to enter into this world".

AN: This is a short chapter. Makes sense since it only had two missions for this saga in the Xenoverse game. I'll be trying to get the Majin Buu saga all next chapter out later today.
Also, I did more research into the thing Towa and crew does to others that change history, it's called Villainous Mode and it has four levels to it.
First Stage - a flash of the purple aura and red glow to the eyes.
Second Stage - The purple aura and glowing red eyes are on constantly
Third Stage - Their bodys take on a purple hue with the aura, their go completely red, black lines come out from the bottom of the eyes to the jaw line, like tears or something
Fourth Stage aka Supervillain Power - Body takes a white tint, covered in black-purple and white aura, pink eyes, infinity symbol on forehead
It is a form of mind control that greatly increases one's power and evil intent, brought on through Dark Magic from demons like Towa or the Demon Realm itself.
