As the group pressed on in their attempts to reach the renowned Charles Xavier, Petra's frustration intensified with each passing moment. She shot a glance at Peter, her annoyance evident on her face as she realized how long they had wasted in this seemingly endless search. "Have either of you even tried to call him, or do you even know what his phone number is?" she demanded, her voice sharp and filled with irritation. Peter met her gaze and assured her that, in fact, he knew Charles's phone number. However, he quickly added that the school was not officially up and running yet, which made it difficult for them to get in touch.

This revelation only fueled Petra's indignation. The thought that they had been trying to contact someone for over an hour without any success felt absurd. It was as if Charles Xavier was completely unreachable, and the whole situation was becoming ridiculous. In a fit of frustration, she suggested they just pick up a real phone and make a call. With disbelief, she dubbed them the "smartest dumb people" she had ever encountered, clearly annoyed by their failure to take the simplest steps to resolve the situation.

Realizing they had nothing to lose, they decided to step into Peter Parker's bedroom. Using his spider powers, Peter effortlessly shot a line of webbing toward the phone, yanking the receiver toward him. He then wasted no time dialing the number on the rotary phone while they all waited, hearts racing, for the call to connect. The tension in the room made the seconds feel like hours as they anxiously anticipated the possibility of reaching Charles Xavier.

Finally, the phone call connected, and Peter listened intently for a response. When a voice on the other end said, "How can I help you?" Peter was momentarily taken aback, disbelief washing over him. He had actually reached Charles Xavier. "Is this Charles Xavier?" he asked, still in a bit of shock. On the other end, he could almost feel the warmth of a smile as Charles replied, "Indeed, this is Charles Xavier, child. How did you get this number and why are you calling me?"

Gathering his thoughts, Peter took a deep breath, glancing at Harry and Petra for support before speaking. "Professor Xavier, my friends and I reached out because we are in desperate need of your help. It's a matter of life and death. We know about your plans and the dangers that lie ahead, but right now, we're facing a crisis on a more personal level. We need your assistance to prevent a tragedy from happening."

Harry, eager to get to the point, chimed in loudly, telling Xavier that they were aware of the mutants and even mentioned the helmet he used, called Cerebro, to locate them. Petra, feeling left out of the loop, couldn't help but ask why they needed to share this information and when they would have told her about it. In response, Harry calmly explained that Professor Xavier needed a solid reason to trust them; otherwise, he might think they were just a bunch of kids playing a prank. The gravity of the situation hung in the air, and the urgency of their request was palpable as they awaited Charles Xavier's response.

As the conversation continued, the man paused briefly and cleared his throat, drawing everyone's attention. "Actually, I am not a Professor yet," he explained. "I haven't set up my school at this point, but I believe we need to have a face-to-face meeting. Instead of discussing everything like this, I will come to your home tomorrow. When I do, I expect the three of you to explain why you require my assistance, what specific help you think I can provide, and what you know about my potential plans. On a personal note, I have been trying to read your thoughts, as you are likely aware I have that ability, but something seems to be blocking me from even sensing your location. Therefore, I need your actual home address."

Peter was quick to respond, eager to share his and Petra's home address. He also thought it would be a good idea to arrange for Harry to be present during the meeting. However, they knew that he would need to explain things to their parents as well. There was also an important detail to mention: the house was not wheelchair accessible. There was no ramp to help someone navigate the stairs, so it would be wise for him to bring one along for his visit.

Listening closely, Charles realized just how much these kids understood about him. This knowledge sparked a sense of worry within him; he feared that either his brother or Max could discover the existence of these remarkable children. One of them might try to harm him just to prevent a meeting with them, while the other, Max, would likely want to recruit the kids for his own agenda. Max's intentions ran opposite to what Charles hoped to achieve with his own school. Since the unfortunate events that turned his life upside down, Charles had been overwhelmed with anger at life's unfairness. However, instead of succumbing to despair, he had chosen to channel that anger into motivating himself and focusing on his goals. He aimed to ensure others would not suffer as he had and dreamed of building something that Max dismissed as a mere fantasy—a society where everyone could live harmoniously.

The thought of meeting such remarkable children filled Charles with both excitement and caution. He glanced around the area, aware that, unlike the three kids, he had the ability to detect the people nearby and learn their names. This capability allowed him to gather valuable information that might help him understand more about the children he was about to meet. Two individuals in the vicinity appeared to be government workers. Additionally, he identified Peter Parker's father, while Petra was noted to be their child and Peter's cousin. Another boy he recognized was part of the famous Osborn family, who he learned was named Harry.

Taking this new information seriously, Charles made plans for his visit. He decided it would be prudent to bring a portable wheelchair ramp with him, recognizing the importance of accessibility. Finding one was not difficult; such ramps were inexpensive and readily available. Moreover, his personal nurse was fully capable of setting it up for him, ensuring that he would be prepared for the meeting ahead.

He dedicated a significant amount of time to researching the backgrounds of the parents and the three children who had reached out to him. His curiosity grew as he discovered just how much these kids already knew about him. This was particularly intriguing, as he had longed for connections with individuals who understood him and were not opposed to his aspirations. In the past, Max had been his closest friend, but their differing visions often put them at odds. Xavier dreamed of a world where everyone could coexist peacefully, where humans and mutants worked together for a brighter future. In contrast, Max had a more forceful approach; he envisioned a society dominated by mutants, where those who were not mutants would be expected to accept a secondary position in this new order.

Finally, the anticipated day arrived. Both his mother and father shared with him that a kind doctor was scheduled to visit him. This doctor was known for handling the difficulties that arose from his body's painful growth. They had told Peter that the doctor was experienced, which gave him some comfort. He expressed a desire for Petra and Harry to be present during the appointment. This request stemmed from his feelings of nervousness; having his friends nearby would offer him the emotional support he needed during this challenging time. Richard observed Peter's request with admiration. He recognized that this was not a spur-of-the-moment decision; instead, it reflected Peter's careful thought and consideration of what would truly help him. Mary, on the other hand, felt a swell of happiness. She was relieved to see that Peter's relationship with Harry and his cousin was developing positively, even better than she had hoped. Initially, she had harbored concerns about whether Peter would get along with Harry due to their different social backgrounds. With Petra, she had worried even more, anticipating that they might clash immediately upon starting a conversation, as such conflicts were often typical among cousins.

As they expected Charles finally made it to the home of the Parkers and indeed Emily had brought both Petra and Harry to make things easy for Mary. It seems Charles was in a very good mood and was quite happy to see that the advice Peter gave to him was indeed something that could help him, someone else would have expected the advice of a child to be immature and even foolish, but it was true to get into the home the ramp was absolutely necessary unless he had to ask someone to quite literally carry him up and help him on a wheelchair that was placed for him up the stairs in the small porch that lead to the front door, thanks to the advice however this was no longer an issue.

It is a pleasure to meet you in your beautiful home. My name is Charles Xavier. I have spent considerable time researching rare neurological conditions, some of which are quite unique. Recently, I had the opportunity to meet your doctor at a medical conference. During our conversation, he mentioned your son and a young man named Harry Osborn. It seems they both have experienced rapid growth in their nervous systems, along with the development of new neural pathways. I should mention that I am quite knowledgeable in this area, and it prompted me to reach out and see if I could offer some assistance to you and your family.

Mary felt reassured by his kind tone and genuine intentions, so she decided to ask him about his work beyond medical research. As Charles made his way up the small ramp that the nurse had set up for him, he took a moment to smile at her. He expressed his gratitude, saying, "Thank you for helping me. I should introduce you first; this young lady here is my personal nurse. She has been instrumental in helping me adjust to my recent disability."

He continued, "To be completely honest with you, I have big plans to open a school aimed at helping gifted students like your son and Harry. From what I understand, typical schools might not provide the right challenges for them. My vision for this school is to create a nurturing environment where they can truly thrive and pursue their interests and talents."

Richard was intrigued by Charles's life experiences and felt a natural urge to ask about the circumstances surrounding his injury. Taking a moment to gather his thoughts, Charles exhaled deeply, preparing to share the details of his story. He began by recounting his plans for an exciting cave exploration adventure in Tibet, a trip he had looked forward to for quite some time. He had a friend who was initially supposed to join him on this adventure, making the journey feel even more thrilling. However, just before they were set to leave, his friend encountered an unexpected situation that forced him to cancel at the last minute. Although disappointed, Charles felt that they had already made all the necessary arrangements and paid for a guide, which made the idea of not going feel like a huge loss. In a moment of impulsiveness, he made the decision to venture on the trip alone, accompanied only by the guide. As he reflected on this choice afterward, he recognized that it was not the most prudent decision and acknowledged it as a rather reckless move that ultimately led to the injury he now carried.

Meanwhile, Richard listened intently, grasping the deeper meaning behind Charles's words. He aimed to respond in a way that came across as reasonable and relatable, and perhaps even generous. There was an underlying motive in Richard's approach—he had ambitions of opening a school and was eager to identify promising young talents. By framing his ideas about children as "gifted," he knew he could engage the interest of parents, appealing to their aspirations for their children to be seen as exceptional. This would not only feed the parents' pride but would also plant the seed of excitement about the potential of their kids to become future geniuses.

Charles then leaned closer to Richard, making sure to establish a direct line of communication. "If you could share some insights into how Peter has been responding to the changes happening in his body as he grows, that would be incredibly helpful. Any information you can share would enrich my understanding of him. This knowledge would allow me to create a personalized plan to support him, as well as his friend and cousin, Harry and Petra.

If you are interested in knowing my reasons behind this request, let me clarify: my goal is simple and sincere. I want to provide these three remarkable children with the chance to attend my school when it opens.

The most exciting part is that this opportunity would come at no financial cost to you. They would each receive full scholarships, which would cover everything they need.

My commitment to investing in gifted youth stems from a desire to nurture the next generation, ultimately working towards a brighter, happier future for everyone."

As they conversed, they gently wheeled Charles into the living room. The family had graciously rearranged a few chairs, ensuring that both he and his nurse could sit comfortably. While settling in, Mary began to recount the many difficult moments they had faced since Peter was very young. She touched on some experiences that Harry had gone through as well, noting that there were times when they found themselves sleeping a lot during the day. She reflected on how, without the doctor's insight, they might have remained unaware of the level of discomfort that Peter and Harry were experiencing. To manage the stress and discomfort brought on by their growing bodies, Mary explained that they often turned to soothing herbal teas and calming music. These tools helped provide peaceful sleep and relief from physical stress. Charles listened attentively, nodding in understanding. "Yes, I am familiar with herbal medicine," he replied thoughtfully. "While it may not be the typical treatment for someone as young as a newborn, it really can be the best route to take. You both deserve recognition for your thoughtful decisions in this matter; many parents might not have acted so wisely." Charles's praise filled the air, reinforcing the strength and dedication Mary and her family exhibited in caring for their child.

Xavier looked kindly at the parents, his smile warm and reassuring. "If you don't mind, I would like to examine and ask questions of the three children. I believe it's best not to overstay my welcome here, as that might not be very polite. Amelia, could you please take a moment to explain to the Parkers what I am going to do? The last thing we want is for them to worry."

Amelia nodded in agreement, seeing the value in using this opportunity to have a pleasant conversation with the parents. It would serve as a nice break from her usual responsibilities. With that settled, Charles headed down the hallway, entering what seemed to be Peter's room. Upon stepping inside, he was immediately struck by the décor, which clearly indicated that this child was passionate about both anime and gaming. The room was filled with various gaming consoles, and the shelves were overflowing with hundreds of games. Charles found it surprising that a child of Peter's age had access to such sophisticated games, many of which seemed far too advanced for him.

Turning his attention to Peter and the other two children, Charles spoke up. "I understand that you reached out to me for a very specific reason. You mentioned that it was quite urgent, so could you please tell me exactly what kind of help you need?" Peter raised his hand, expressing a sense of caution. He indicated that they were not in a secure place to speak openly; there was a possibility that others might overhear them.

Without hesitation, Peter and Harry made a cross sign with their fingers. Suddenly, the room filled with smoke. When the smoke cleared, five new figures materialized around them—three that resembled Peter and two that looked just like Harry. Peter regarded these duplicates calmly and instructed some of them to transform into the likenesses of both Petra and Charles. The last one was given the task of keeping watch over the area, ensuring that no one would interrupt their conversation. The five duplicates performed a military-style salute and promptly followed his orders.

Charles was taken aback by the whole scene. He had never witnessed anything like this before, and it was quite a surprise for him. Then something else caught his attention. It reminded him of a message window appearing on his computer screen, inviting him to join a party. Petra assured him that there was nothing to fear and that he simply needed to touch the "yes" option to make things happen.

Before long, everyone found themselves in a location that was hard for Charles to comprehend. Instead of the expected grass and ground, they were surrounded by a white, pristine surface that stretched endlessly. "No need to worry, Professor Xavier," Peter said, sounding confident. "This place is secure; no one can spy on us here, and we can speak freely. This is a special location where Harry, Petra, and I have trained. Time flows differently in this place compared to the outside world. It's called the Hyperbolic Time Dungeon, giving us plenty of time to discuss everything without feeling rushed."

Charles glanced at Peter, trying hard to stifle a laugh, almost in disbelief at the wild notion that had just been presented to him. It sounded utterly absurd, something most people would certainly dismiss as insane. "As for the other reason we brought you here," Peter continued, his tone turning serious, "it's quite straightforward. You haven't fully healed from your back injury yet. This actually works in our favor because we have a perfect opportunity to assist you, which, in turn, will benefit us as well."

With that, Peter stepped over to a nearby cabinet, rummaged through it, and retrieved a small object. He approached Charles and handed it to him, saying, "This is a Senzu Bean. If you eat it, you will heal completely. It means you can walk again. Please, Professor, trust us. We realize how unbelievable this sounds, but we are dead serious about what we are about to discuss with you."

Charles faced a dilemma. He had seen countless doctors who all told him the same thing: that healing from his injury was not possible, that he was doomed to live in a wheelchair for the rest of his life, unable to walk or regain his old self. So, with nothing left to lose and a glimmer of hope igniting within him, he decided to take a chance. He swallowed the bean, feeling its small size as it slid down his throat.

Almost instantly, a sharp, searing pain shot through his back, as if every nerve in his body was set ablaze. His body hunched over involuntarily, and he gasped in agony, the pain overwhelming and intense. Just as it felt unbearable, the sensation began to fade. Peter, observing closely, urged him to try to stand up from his wheelchair. The hope in the room was palpable as Charles faced this unexpected moment, weighing the possibility of a new beginning against the lingering pain of the past.

Charles could hardly believe his eyes as he witnessed something incredible. There he was, standing tall and walking with ease, as if his previous injury had vanished into thin air, like a bad dream fading from memory. "We could tell you everything we know and let you see all of our memories. However, explaining it all would take too long. Instead, just read our minds and see our memories. We trust you, which means we are letting you through our passive mental barrier," Harry explained. As he spoke, Charles focused intently on the three kids in front of him and settled back into his wheelchair, which felt far more significant than just a simple chair.

Charles began to explore the minds of Peter, Harry, and Petra. He noticed that Petra seemed fairly normal, but as for Peter and Harry, their mental images appeared much older, resembling adults rather than children. Curiosity piqued, he asked them how it was possible that two children possessed such mature minds. Peter and Harry chuckled, almost as if they found humor in themselves dressed in their hero costumes. Peter wore his iconic Spiderman suit, while Harry was clad in impressive Golden Goblin armor. Peter clarified that they were not possessing anyone; that was a misunderstanding. Instead, they came from something akin to an alternate timeline or universe and had been reborn in this current one.

"We possess memories of future events and are aware of the dangers that lie ahead. However, it would be much faster for you to just go through all of our memories. We will wait for you to finish," Peter urged. Following his suggestion, Charles started to sift through the memories contained within their minds. He discovered that these two had traversed countless universes, witnessing strange and chaotic merges that nearly drove them to the brink of insanity. They even served a goddess, with Harry happily married to her and having several daughters. As Charles concluded his exploration, he couldn't help but laugh, realizing he had underestimated them. Despite their youthful appearances, both Peter and Harry were mentally hundreds, if not thousands, of years older than he was.

Harry quickly brought the conversation back to an urgent point. "Do you understand why we need your help?" he asked, his tone serious. "You want my help to stop those two creatures you mentioned, the demonic green goblins?" Charles began. Peter shook his head vigorously. "That is just a disturbing possibility we hope to avoid. Right now, we need you to help us prevent the deaths of my parents and others. Protecting them is vital for making our world a safer and better place."

Charles, still processing everything, quickly mentioned that his parents were safe and sound, and questioned why their protection was necessary. Harry interjected, explaining that while they were currently safe, soon they would be sent on a mission by their employer, SHIELD, which could turn into a suicide mission. As children, Peter and Harry felt powerless to ensure the safety of Richard and Mary Parker.

Charles contemplated this troubling information. He then recalled the memories he had seen, filled with events that raised concerns. Peter acknowledged this, confirming that their shared memories were indeed the reason they reached out to him. He revealed that James Howlet was at risk of being captured and experimented on by the Weapon X project. However, they already had a plan to save him. If executed properly, they could enlist a mercenary who was likely to help in exchange for a chance to cure his terminal cancer. They had set their sights on Wade Wilson, a man enduring a painful battle with cancer, and they believed any hope for a cure would motivate him to cooperate eagerly.

Harry spoke about how he was often called by various names, like The Merc with the Mouth or even Deadpool. These names seemed to fit him, but they were just surface-level labels. What truly mattered at this moment was the Sablinova family, a group of fighters with unmatched skills. They were not just ordinary people; they were among the best warriors one could hope to find. Saving them was crucial, not just for their sake but also to win their trust for future challenges, especially in protecting another important family, the Parkers.

Charles, curious about Harry's strong emotions, asked why he cared so much. After all, Peter was merely a friend and not even related to him. Why invest so much concern? Harry looked directly at him, shaking his head slightly as if the answer was obvious. He explained that both he and Peter had experienced countless universes together. In many of those universes, they fought side by side, relying on each other for strength and support. Harry's concern might come from a desire to keep a valued ally safe, but it ran deeper than that. He felt that helping Peter's parents would prevent Peter from becoming a tortured soul burdened by guilt. The Osborn family, Harry's family, was not known for expressing feelings openly. They raised their children to be practical, almost to a fault. In Harry's mind, ensuring Peter's well-being meant achieving the best possible outcome with the least amount of suffering.

Shifting the conversation, Charles asked Harry about relationships, knowing he had lived for thousands of years. He wanted to know if handling relationships ever got easier. Harry chuckled at the question, finding joy in its irony. He replied that if relationships were easy, where would be the excitement? They were complex and required effort, open communication, and a good understanding of when to compromise. It was a dance of sorts, filled with ups and downs. He then pondered Peter's situation further, noting that if things moved in the direction he feared, Peter might marry one of his five daughters someday.

Charles then asked Harry for his true thoughts on Wade, a character known for his wild nature. With a straight face, Harry simply replied, "The man is a complete nutcase." There was no better way to describe him. Wade's insanity was so profound that it seemed to break the very fabric of reality, allowing him to perceive things beyond the ordinary, even catching glimpses past the fourth wall. This made Wade a unique presence in their lives, adding both chaos and comedy to their already complicated adventures.

As he uttered those words, the very event he feared unfolded before him. Wade found himself projecting into the dark and eerie dungeon, exactly as he had dreaded. Upon arriving, he was met with the sight of a familiar face, laughing and grinning like a maniac. "Did someone call? Oh hey, Harry Osborn, my least favorite friend of Spidey! What do you want, Osborn? I'm kinda busy here having fun with my little slaughter spree, and your call is really cramping my style."

Harry took a moment to gather himself, desperately trying to maintain his composure in the presence of this unpredictable lunatic. He spoke with careful control, urging Wade to reconsider his priorities. Unless Wade was ready to abandon his chance at starring in a movie alongside Wolverine, Harry insisted he should get off his lazy butt and come to his rescue.

Wade smirked, his expression filled with mock amusement. "Oh please, we both know Logan is going to be perfectly fine. That guy can survive anything thrown his way. Besides, why on earth would I want to lend a hand to Spidey and his foolish sidekick?"

Harry was internally wrestling with his frustration, repeating calming mantras in his mind to avoid letting this maniac get the upper hand. "Alright, if you want a solid reason, here it is. You're stuck doing merchandise work just to scrape by for your cancer treatment. If you help Wolverine and save the Sablinova family, we'll give one of you access to something that could actually cure one of you. How does that sound? Or, the younger version of you can keep chasing your current mission and rely on those so-called doctors who just want to keep treating your symptoms without ever fixing the actual problem. They want to keep cashing in on you, you get that, right?"

Wade's expression twisted into a glare as he processed Harry's words, shaking his head in disbelief. "So you mean to tell me that you have something that could cure my cancer, and you never let me in on that little tidbit? Why would you keep that from me? Why would you let me suffer like this for so long?"

Harry's smile was unrestrained as he replied in a casual tone, clearly enjoying the moment. "Honestly, you never bothered to ask." Wade rolled his eyes but conceded, "Fine, I'll help that Canadian and save the Sablinova family. But mark my words, if you're trying to pull a fast one on me, I will chase you through infinite universes to make you pay."

Harry simply looked back at him and reminded Wade that he had indeed chased him before. "And no, this isn't a lie. I'll find a way to cure your cancer, but only when the people you need to save are out of harm's way."

Then, Wade's curiosity sparked again. "By the way, why are you the one chatting with me instead of Spidey?"

Harry sighed, explaining that he was preoccupied dealing with personal matters, particularly concerning his parents, who were about to embark on a dangerous mission that could threaten their lives. "So, Peter has more on his plate right now."

Wade shrugged, his tone lightening a bit. "Alright then, add Spidey's parents to the list of people to save. And just so we're clear, don't ever forget that Deadpool did you and Spidey a solid, got it?"

Harry found it difficult to comprehend that Peter had decided to utilize the holographic call function without giving him a heads-up. This was exactly what he did not need right now. Not only would he have to listen to that obnoxious jackass, but he would also have to see him. Frustration bubbled up as he recalled his previous thoughts on the matter. "Dealing with Wade is certainly not a walk in the park, and that's putting it mildly," he thought. "But I can assure you of one undeniable truth: Professor Xavier, despite his numerous flaws, is relentless. He might not care about the people he's meant to help, nor show genuine concern for their welfare. His primary worry lies in the potential damage to his reputation. If he fails, he risks losing out on those lucrative missions that seem to attract him like a moth to a flame. It's almost comical to think of him as a Scrooge-like figure, but that doesn't quite fit. Even the Grinch had a chance to redeem himself in his story, and Wade doesn't appear to have any intentions of doing that."

It was at that moment when he heard a voice cutting through his thoughts, tinged with a hint of annoyance. "You do realize I heard that right?" The voice belonged to none other than Deadpool himself. "Working with you two goody two shoes isn't exactly a walk in the park for me either. Let's be real—one of you is as greedy as they come, and I'm looking at you, Harry. The other is so weighed down by guilt over everything he's done or hasn't done that it becomes quite bothersome. But let's get back to the point. You are correct; I will not fail at this task. So, get that cure ready for me, because as you've already pointed out, failure is not an option when Deadpool is on the job after getting all the information needs from Harry." With that, he abruptly ended the call.

Harry sighed deeply, wishing for a refreshing drink to alleviate the growing headache pounding at his temples. It was becoming all too clear that Peter had intentionally chosen to burden him with this task instead of confronting Deadpool directly."

Charles understood the gravity of his actions clearly. He recognized that Harry was putting his negotiation and planning skills to good use in this situation. Together, they successfully secured the right mercenaries to rescue the Sablinova family from danger. Saving the Sablinova family was crucial because it would enable them to extend their assistance to the Parker family as well. Harry often referred to this situation as a headache, but he realized that much of it stemmed from Charles's concern for his friend, who was understandably anxious about the whole situation. To Harry's surprise, things turned out even better than he had hoped. Wade, another ally in their quest, agreed to lend a helping hand to the Parker family too, which significantly increased the chances of Peter's parents returning safely.

Ultimately, the main obstacle they faced was the absence of a reliable adult who could advocate on their behalf, as well as the financial resources needed to hire the mercenaries. Despite everything that had been done for him, Charles felt more than willing to contribute, mainly due to the strong bond he shared with Harry and the gratitude he felt for the efforts made on his behalf.

In the past, doctors had told Charles that he would never walk again. However, these young individuals managed to achieve what many of the best doctors had deemed impossible. This realization struck him deeply. Furthermore, his memories revealed significant issues within his school. He found it difficult to admit, but he recognized that he was no better than Max. He had been so fixated on natural-born mutants that he overlooked those who acquired their powers later in life. He had two prime examples present in his mind: one individual had gained powers through a version of a super soldier serum that fundamentally altered how his body operated, while another obtained abilities after being bitten by a radioactive spider.

Through a collection of vivid memories, he became acutely aware of the repercussions stemming from a narrow-minded viewpoint and the myriad issues it created. One memory that stood out vividly depicted Peter earnestly seeking the help of the X-Men. Unfortunately, when Peter first approached them, they misjudged him, treating him as an opponent instead of listening to his plea for assistance. Even after they finally allowed him to explain his circumstances, their perception didn't change. They continued to deny him help largely because he hadn't been born with his powers. They failed to recognize that true mutants could emerge in various forms and at different times in life. This prevailing bias left countless individuals, who discovered their powers later on, to grapple with their new abilities alone. Without guidance or support, many tragically fell into lives of crime as a means of coping. This stark realization struck Charles deeply; he recognized that this mindset had to shift to truly provide the help those individuals so desperately needed. Such rigid beliefs only served to create an even greater divide among those who might benefit from understanding and acceptance.

Had he not met these children, Charles would have made a grave error in judgment. While he initially believed he was there to assist them, the memories he experienced revealed an invaluable path toward fulfilling his deeper aspirations. Even more importantly, those memories granted him a new opportunity for life, one he had thought was lost forever. They helped restore something within him that he was beginning to believe he would never regain. It is difficult for most people to understand what it feels like to lose the ability to walk or to not experience the simple pleasures that were once taken for granted. Initially, this loss fueled an intense rage within him, stemming from the overwhelming unfairness of life. However, by reflecting on Peter's memories, he realized that what he feared losing was merely a small drop in a vast ocean compared to the struggles faced by others.

The memories Charles observed illuminated the lives of countless individuals who would have been left without support had he not encountered these children. The vision of a school designed solely for mutants could have led to further division and a deep-seated mistrust among people, making his dream nearly impossible to achieve. But now, he understood that helping those with abilities—regardless of how they came to possess them—was not sufficient on its own. What he needed to foster was a school aimed at providing assistance and nurturing a community that would contribute to a better, more inclusive, and peaceful world. This would be a true school, one where students would learn the values of cooperation and empathy towards others. These three children were unknowingly reaching out for help, yet in turn, they had become what could be considered his first ever students. This realization filled Charles Xavier with a renewed sense of hope for the future.

"My vision has been too limited," he reflected. "If I pursue my goals as they currently stand, I will only create division instead of fostering inclusion. This would reinforce reasons for others to distrust me and those around me, rather than encouraging them to listen to my message." He knew he was not yet a professor, and the school was still in the early stages of construction. However, as he looked at the three children before him, he felt compelled to explain his intent. "If you are wondering why I am willing to help you with little expectation of reward, it is straightforward: you three will be my first students. What kind of teacher does not strive to assist his students?" As Charles spoke, a warm smile spread across his face. Despite their request for help, these children had inadvertently saved him from allowing his dream to devolve into a nightmare. He would indeed move mountains to ensure their well-being and support them on their journey.

As they prepared to head back, Peter shared important news with the group: in just a week, they would be sent on vital missions. This revelation set off a flurry of activity, as they had a lot to accomplish in a short amount of time. Despite his frustrations, Peter found himself not entirely surprised by the involvement of a version of Deadpool from another time or dimension. After all, Deadpool had a knack for interfering in people's lives, often causing chaos and confusion wherever he went. However, Peter held onto a glimmer of hope. If his younger self could witness the future and see the reckless path he could take, perhaps the Wade Wilson in their own universe would heed this warning. It was a chance for him to avoid becoming the enormous nuisance that he dreaded. The thought of seeing a future version of himself could serve as a wake-up call, providing insight into the consequences of poor choices.

As Charles listened to Peter, he felt a sense of urgency and responsibility. He understood from the memories he had seen that there were steps they needed to take soon. He was particularly aware of how crucial the Sablinova family would be in their efforts to protect Peter's family. Their involvement could be key in preventing the many tragedies linked to the troublesome Deadpool that haunted Peter's memories.

When they finally exited the dungeon, Charles' mind was busy with thoughts. He began to wonder how time manipulation could enhance their training efforts. He had always imagined a way for students to engage in realistic combat training through virtual and holographic scenarios. However, the experience he had just gone through sparked new ideas. Perhaps, instead of what he had once labeled the danger room, he could create a training environment that incorporated lessons learned from past experiences. This mix of memories and innovative technology could help prepare the students for challenges ahead in ways he had not previously considered, opening up a new realm of possibilities for their training.

Charles understood that he still needed to pretend to use the wheelchair, not just for his own comfort but also for the sake of appearances. This was something he continually reminded himself of, as it seemed essential in a world where perceptions often took precedence over reality. However, deep down, he realized that this act created a deceptive advantage. By projecting weakness, he could undermine any potential attacker's confidence, making them believe they had the upper hand. This would set the stage for him to surprise anyone who intended to harm him. Harry had described this strategy with a clever phrase: tricking your friends to better ambush your enemies. It was a tactic that could allow him to manage danger in ways others might not anticipate.

Eventually, Charles made his way back to Amelia, who was engaged in conversation with the Parkers. They were discussing the difficult decision they had to make about their son, Peter. It turned out they needed to leave Peter with his Aunt and Uncle. The reason for this decision was that both parents had to undertake a long-term work assignment in another country. Amelia, always quick to understand the complexities involved in such decisions, praised them for their foresight in thinking about their child's safety and well-being.

When Charles joined them, he could see that they were visibly overwhelmed by the circumstances they found themselves in. He acknowledged their feelings, but he also wanted them to know that the tea they were having and the activities they were engaged in were genuinely beneficial. This was a small comfort amid the challenges they faced. Mary, feeling a sense of responsibility, asked if there was anything more she and her husband, Richard, could do to support the situation. Charles thought for a moment and suggested that improving their mental training would be a good step. He recommended that they consider learning meditation and techniques to center their minds, which could provide them with both emotional stability and mental clarity. Additionally, he encouraged them to explore martial arts. Not only would this offer practical benefits in terms of self-defense, but it would also enhance their mental processes, giving them confidence and focus in their everyday lives.

Charles gazed thoughtfully at Peter's parents, feeling the weight of the conversation. He hesitated for a moment before speaking up, "I hope you don't mind me asking, but you mentioned that you need to travel to another country for work that is quite far away. How do you plan to make that trip?" Richard, eager to share their plans, quickly responded that they would be flying to their destination. As he listened, Charles recalled memories he had seen earlier, memories that clearly showed them boarding a small private plane. This knowledge sparked an idea in his mind, and he began to think about how he could assist them in making their travel experience safer.

Charles envisioned the private jet from his memories, recognizing it as a blessing that could help them reach their destination in complete secrecy. With this type of travel, they could arrive without attracting any unwanted attention, ensuring their safe entrance into the foreign country.

Reflecting on his own experiences, Charles mentioned, "Throughout my life, I've done a lot of traveling. While I found it to be one of the most exciting parts of my life and it really opened my mind to new ideas and cultures, I strongly recommend taking some precautions when you travel. Even though flying is often seen as the safest way to get around, there are still risks involved. Mechanical issues, sudden changes in weather, or unexpected problems can sometimes turn a flight into a more challenging and dangerous situation than it should be."

Richard listened intently, understanding the importance of what Charles was saying. He had already been considering the idea of including a couple of parachutes on the plane they would be using. Hearing Charles express his thoughts only reinforced Richard's feelings about the necessity for extra safety measures. His past experiences, including a tragic accident that had left him paralyzed, had made him much more cautious about taking risks. Now, with Charles's words echoing in his mind, Richard felt the need to ensure that every safety precaution was in place before embarking on their journey. He knew that being well-prepared could make a significant difference in their flight experience.

Richard took great care in packing all the things that his son Peter would need for his year-long stay. He made sure to include a variety of clothes suitable for different occasions, along with a couple of pairs of shoes. However, his most determined effort went into packing Peter's game console and television set. While Richard knew they were only going to be away for a year, he felt that having those familiar items would make the transition easier for Peter. There was another reason behind his insistence; Richard wanted to ensure that Peter would have a way to connect with his cousin, Petra. He believed that playing games together would create special moments for them to bond over. Peter was also aware that a new baby sister was on the way, even though he didn't know the exact date of her arrival. He understood that the family would face new challenges with a baby and hoped that shared gaming would help Peter manage some of the stress that could come from helping their parents in this new chapter of their lives.

When Peter finally arrived, he felt it was only proper to greet his Uncle Ben and Aunt May, expressing his gratitude for their hospitality. However, before he could say a word, Petra charged at him in excitement, tackling him to the ground in a warm hug. She was eager to help him settle in and get everything organized in his new room. Nevertheless, it turned out that Aunt May had to handle most of the setup, while Uncle Ben engaged in a conversation with Richard. Richard shared that they would be gone for at least a year and thanked Ben once more for looking after Peter during their absence. Ben playfully punched Richard on the shoulder, assuring him that having one more mouth to feed wouldn't significantly impact their finances. He reassured Richard that, as his brother, he was more than willing to help him out.

As May helped sort through Peter's clothes, tucking them into drawers and hanging them in the closet of the spare bedroom, she joked about how eager her daughter seemed to be for their arrival. She half-laughed, half-playfully suggested that if this kind of enthusiasm had been directed toward any other boy, she might jokingly claim that Petra had a crush. Her laughter filled the room as the atmosphere lightened, creating a sense of warmth and family bonding during this transitional phase.

Peter gradually adapted to his new life at his uncle's house. May, his uncle's wife, was as kind and caring as he had always known she would be. It didn't feel entirely foreign to live with them; in fact, he had fond memories of his time in their home before everything changed. He still remembered his life in another universe where his parents had been taken from him, and the weight of that memory hung over him. However, in this moment, he felt a sense of contentment that he hadn't experienced in a long time. He took a deep breath and reminded himself that he and his uncle had done everything they could to prevent the tragic fate of his parents.

Uncle Ben turned out to be a true comic book enthusiast, a fact that both surprised and delighted Peter. Ben had hundreds of comic books, all organized carefully. Some were well-read, while others were sealed in protective storage bags, preserved as if they were precious collectibles. Peter realized that the condition and rarity of these comics made them valuable treasures, just waiting to be appreciated.

After a few months, Ben and May arranged for Peter to be temporarily placed in a nearby school as a transfer student. Even though he made this adjustment, he often found himself questioning why he couldn't just be homeschooled for the year. In his mind, he thought that his parents would return soon, and he would go back to his old elementary school. It wasn't that he truly needed to return; he carried the knowledge and memories of a college graduate within him.

Then, out of the blue, ten months later, Peter experienced a shocking moment when he saw his mother and father walk back through the door of the house. Uncle Ben was astonished and couldn't help but point out the obvious. He noticed that Mary was holding a basket and teased his brother, saying, "Honestly, Richard, it hasn't even been a year! Since Peter isn't around, you simply couldn't keep it in your pants, could you?"

Mary blushed at Ben's teasing but quickly chimed in, explaining that their decision to have another child was spontaneous. They had been trying to keep things under control, but the pressures of their jobs had gotten the better of them. With a warm smile directed at Peter, Mary added that in a couple of years, there might be someone small who would follow him around everywhere. Peter understood this was likely a reference to a little sister, Teresa, who would soon join their family. The thought made him happy, filling his heart with hope and excitement for the future.
