Mr. Aizawa and AllMight definitely weren't expecting to come over to the dormitory to meet a fairy that night. Sakura decided to stay for a while and make sure everything was cleaned up and back to normal. Class 1-A helped out, and Sakura even used her pixie dust to help put things back in their place. Ashido was having so much fun flying around, but Mr. Aizawa caught her in the act. Before she knew it, she was back on the floor with a pouty look on her face.
Everyone was so fascinated by Sakura and kept asking her sorts of questions. Once things settled down, Sakura gathered them around to help answer some of those questions. She couldn't quite answer them however, but she at least wrote down a few things about fairies. Even Mr. Aizawa and AllMight were somewhat curious about the whole thing.
Sakura held a pencil like it was a log and stood on a piece of paper. Uraraka was happy to see her wanting to actually share this everyone. Something about getting out of the necklace made her more open to letting everyone know about fairies. Uraraka smiled at her, happy to see her enjoying herself as answered some questioned about fairies. Some of them were interesting and others were a little bit out of no where. Everyone was so fascinated, especially Midoriya. He looked like he wanted to write this all down.
"This all seems interesting, but where are you from?" Iida asked her, "You've gotta be from around here, right?"
Sakura shook her head, and they realized that she was from somewhere else completely. She wrote down where she comes from, and Uraraka and Midoriya were curious as well. They all looked at the piece of paper and wondered where this place was.
Neverland...
Something about it made Uraraka feel so light on her feet as she told them about it.
"Neverland? Where's Neverland?" Midoriya asked her.
Soon enough, Sakura drew something that caught everyone's attention. She drew a few stars in the sky, which confused everyone. She let go of the pencil and pretended to fly towards the second star to the right.
"You... have to fly there? Like, right into the sky?" Midoriya pointed out.
Sakura nodded and wrote down something else.
Second star to the right, and straight on til morning.
"You actually have to fly there? All the way to the star?!" Ashido pointed out, "I'm not flying that high up!"
"So... the star acts as a teleportation for you fairies," Yaoyorozu said to her, "That's pretty fasicnating. That means you fairies are safe there."
Sakura shook her head, and they were all confused. She pointed to them, sprinkled pixie dust and pretended to fly again. Midoriya's eyes widened, knowing full well what she was telling them.
"Anyone can go there as long as you have a fairy, don't you?" Midoriya asked her, "I mean, Ashido was flying just now with that pixie dust just now."
Sakura smiled at them, which them wonder what that would feel like. Midoriya noticed Uraraka's eyes light up from knowing that.
"That means... I could come see you?" Uraraka asked her.
Sakura smiled wide and nodded profusely. Midoriya smiled, seeing her so happy to have a friend like Sakura. He was glad that she was feeling much better now. Then Sakura backed up and drew something that took a while to draw. It looked like a pirate ship up in the sky going into the stars. She then covered her eye and gave them a snarl as she showed off her finger like a hook.
"Pirates...? Wait a minute, are you saying that they are pirates in Neverland?" Yaoyorozu asked her, "Like treasure, swords and ships?"
Sakura nodded, shocking everyone in the room. They were blown away that this place was even away from them, but now they found out that there were pirates there as well.
"Are you serious? This place sounds like something out of fairytale!" Hagakure commented.
"I never would've thought that there were pirates and fairies in this whole other world," AllMight said to them, "It is quite fascinating."
"There's gotta be some... nice fairies or anyone else around there, right?" Uraraka asked her, "I mean, I hope you're not lonely over there."
Sakura smiled and nodded and went to drawing something again. They all looked closer and noticed that she was drawing some of her friends. They all looked like fairies that she probably didn't see for a long time. There were a few that looked like they were pretty colorful and different types of fairies.
"Are these your friends?" Ashido asked, "They look so cute!"
Sakura nodded, but something about her smile looked sad. Uraraka knew that she missed them. A lot. She wanted her to go back, but she started to like her a lot the more she stayed here. She wondered why she was even still here if she missed them so much. Then she remembered what she had to do in order to get there.
"You're only staying for this long because you need the stars to go there, right?" Uraraka asked her, "You're going to be leaving soon."
Sakura looked at her friend and nodded. She hesitated to face her, but then flew over to her. Uraraka flinched but Sakura hugged her by the shoulder. Uraraka felt that and knew that she had to let her go home. She didn't want her to leave since she felt so amazing when she around her. Something about her magic made her feel so light on her feet. She didn't want her to leave, and yet she knew how it felt to be separated from your friends.
"I gonna miss you too Sakura," Uraraka said to her.
Sakura then floated over to the necklace that Uraraka wore. She laid it down on the table and placed her hand on it. Then Sakura smiled and looked at Uraraka. She pointed to one of her friends that looked like she wore a green dress and had her hair pulled up in a bun. Then Sakura pretended to hammer something and pointed to her necklace. Uraraka's eyes widened in shock, realizing what she told her.
"That fairy... can fix my necklace...?" Uraraka pointed out with sparkles in her eyes.
Sakura nodded and sprinkled some pixie dust onto it. It began to float, realizing what time it was. It already dark out with the night sky looking so clear outside. Uraraka looked upset to realize that it was so late already. None of them realized that it was so dark out. Sakura guided the necklace towards her and headed towards the front door.
Everyone followed her, including Uraraka. They opened the door for her, and Sakura flew up along with the necklace. Sakura looked up at the night sky and spotted the star with the second star to the right in the distance. Uraraka and everyone else could see the stars so clearly, but in a way that they never have before. Something about it seems more magical than usual.
Sakura held the necklace as if it were light as a feather as she looked up at the night sky. She looked back at Uraraka and noticed how upset she looked. Before Uraraka knew it, Sakura circled around her as pixie dust flew all around her. Uraraka began to float up above everyone, causing Midoriya to grab her hand.
Sakura flew over to Midoriya and smiled at him. Something about her smile told him that he could trust her. Midoriya felt her hand in his and looked up at Uraraka for a moment. Before he could do anything, Sakura circled around him as well. His eyes widened in shock as he began to fly. He held onto her hand didn't want to let go. Uraraka smiled, knowing full well that Sakura was helping her feel better. She remembered how good it felt to fly in her dream, so having Midoriya by her side made her feel so much better.
Everyone watched them fly around, and let Sakura take them away for a little while. Uraraka held his hands as he noticed them flying higher. Midoriya got nervous and noticed how high they were. Then he looked at Uraraka and knew things were okay now. She smiled at him, and he felt so light on his feet. Sakura guided them as Uraraka helped Midoriya fly around. She got the hang of it while Midoriya struggled to swim through the air. Uraraka couldn't help laugh at him as he tried his best to fly.
For a moment, Uraraka felt herself twirling in the air while holding his hands. He held onto her, feeling a little nervous flying around like this. Then he looked at her and couldn't help notice how relaxed she looked while flying. Something about her hair flowing all around her, and the look on her face made her look like she really could be a fairy. Her eyes looked so calm as pixie dust glittered all around them. He couldn't look as they swirled around the city and streets of Japan. She twirled around as she giggled and held his hands, making him feel lighter on his feet. Her smile shined against the moonlight, making him feel so relaxed after everything they've been through.
He felt like he could finally fly on his own. He let go of her and tried it himself. He soared through the air, trying not to use One for All. Something about not using any quirks felt so refreshing as he swept through the air and across the night sky. He smiled, feeling the wind blowing through his hair. Something about that refreshing spring breeze at night felt so amazing and something that they both needed. He swirled around and caught up to Uraraka who was watching him flying around.
"Ochaco! This... This is amazing!" Midoriya cried out.
Uraraka flew around him, and they both felt so light as the moonlight beamed down on them. Uraraka noticed how much Midoriya was smiling and felt so much relief coming off of her shoulders seeing him so happy. She flew around and twirled as Midoriya tried to keep up with her. He had a bit of a race with her and flew right towards her to catch her. Uraraka didn't see him coming, and he grabbed her right before she could react or dodge him. She giggled as they held onto each other. They twirled around, feeling so happy to be together again. They finally felt like they could just let everything go for a while.
Midoriya smiled, feeling so good with her in his arms. They embraced each other as they flew around the city. Soon enough, they found themselves floating above the buildings into the night sky. They both out at the view, stunned to see the city in a different perspective. It reminded Uraraka of her dream of Neverland, but with Japan this time around. It felt like she could finally go back to the way things used to be. Before they found the spell book and necklace.
"Izuku..." Uraraka said under her breath, "I had a dream about Neverland... back there when I was asleep..."
Midoriya's eyes widened and looked down at her. They looked at the beautiful view, feeling the wind pick up all around them.
"When I was in Neverland, I was actually a fairy. I might've been Sakura, which was even weirder," Uraraka explained to him, "I was flying around just like this, but..."
Midoriya could tell that something was bothering her, and he looked at her face. Her eyes were sparkling under the moonlight. It reminded of when they danced together when he was sick.
"I... I might've wanted to stay... I actually considered it..."
Uraraka looked at him and realized that she would've made a terrible mistake leaving him and everyone behind. She held his hands, feeling a sense of relief feeling him close to her.
"Then I remembered all of things that I would be leaving behind. You, U.A., our classmates... It felt weird to even consider being a fairy now that I think about it. But... at the time, it felt so good. When I was flying around, I kept wishing to share this with you. I wanted you their with me, through all of it," Uraraka told him, "And now that you're here, and things are back to normal..."
Before Uraraka knew it, Midoriya lifted her chin and gently pulled her in for a kiss. They both felt so light and open to how good all of this felt. The wind felt so refreshing as they fly there in the air. Their kiss felt so gentle and cooling as their hair blew in the wind. Midoriya and Uraraka felt their faces blush as they separated from each other. They placed their foreheads onto each other's feeling their warmth.
"I love you too Ochaco," Midoriya said back with a smile, "All I could think about was holding you close when I stuck in the spell book. I was worried that when Mr. Amasawa took it that... I would never be able to see you again..."
Uraraka's widened in shock and feeling his hands shaking. She put her hands on top of his, and he soon relaxed into her grasp.
"You're not going anywhere," Uraraka said with a smile, "I missed you too much."
Midoriya smiled and held her close. In the corner of his eye, he spotted Sakura holding the necklace that was floating next to her. They let go of each other, knowing full well that Sakura had to leave. Uraraka and Midoriya understood, and Sakura brought them back to U.A.
Back at Class 1-A's dormitory...
"Do you see them?" Ashido asked them.
"No," Kaminari said to her, "You don't think they actually went to this Neverland place, do you?"
The rest of Class 1-A looked out at the night sky, wondering how their friends were doing. Even Mr. Aizawa and AllMight were concerned about them. Iida held the spell book and wand tightly, ready to get rid of them soon. First things first, he had to know that his friends were okay.
"What do you think Neverland is like?" Yaoyorozu asked them.
"Well considering there's fairies and pirates, I'd say it sounds pretty fun!" Sero said to them.
"I'm sure they'll be back soon," Iida told them, "I don't Sakura would take them away like that. She's just helping them feel better."
Everyone seemed to agree and kept looking for them. Before they knew it, they spotted Uraraka and Midoriya flying back over hand in hand. Sakura looked like a beautiful orb of golden light in the distance as she helped them back home. Everyone ran over to them as they settled down to the ground. The pixie dust settled down, and they felt like they could finally give it a rest.
"Wow! That was so cool!" Ashido cried out, "I wish I could've done that!"
"You two just took off like that. It looked like fun though," Sero said to them.
"We were worried that you wouldn't come back, and stay in Neverland for a little while," Kaminari told them.
Uraraka and Midoriya shared a look, and Uraraka felt a little guilty for even considering staying there. Midoriya took over to help her settle down better.
"No. We would never do that," Midoriya said back, "Besides, we wanted to say bye to Sakura. She's gotta leave now."
Sakura floated there with the necklace in her hand. It floated there, ready for Sakura to leave. Uraraka looked at her, feeling glad that she got to do this with her and Midoriya. Even things were a little intense and confusing at times, she was glad that she met Sakura. She smiled and felt tears run down her face as she faced her friend.
Sakura smiled back and hugged her shoulder. Uraraka hugged her back gently, hoping that she might see her again soon.
"I gonna miss you," Uraraka said back.
Sakura jingled, sounding like she was crying.
"Come back soon, okay? Don't be shy to come visit," Midoriya told her.
Sakura jingled like a bell, but they knew that she was excited about that. Sakura wiped her tears, feeling a lot better. She flew over to Midoriya and gave him a kiss on the cheek, making him blush a little. Something told them that she said the same thing for them. She waved bye to everyone and soon she was already flying off into the night sky. The pixie dust that she left behind made her glow brightly in the distance as she soon went straight for the second star to the right. For a moment, they thought they saw a glint in the night sky, showing everyone that she made it home safe.
Uraraka watched her leave, feeling so glad that she was able to help a friend.
