The boy stood in the shadows of the cemetery knowing that he would not be able to get away. He knew that he was going to die here this night, but with every fiber in his being he prayed to magic to help him. What many did not know was that magic had a plan for this boy and it had nothing to do with the manipulations of the Old Bastard. Working quickly magic grabbed the boy, knowing that the evil was just around the corner and would not hesitate to kill him or use him to come back to a near human form. After having grabbed the boy magic flung him through time and space, hoping beyond all hope that he would land in the time she wanted and needed him to be in.
Harry had felt the tug at his gut, though he knew that he had not touched a portkey since entering the graveyard. He did not fight with the tug and hoped that it was taking him back to Hogwarts. What he did not know was that it was taking him to Hogwarts just long before it was Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Harry landing in an unsecured area and looked around, knowing instantly that he was not at Hogwarts he feared the worst. There was no one around and so he decided that he needed to find a place to hide so he could watch what was going on around him. After having found a place to hide he waited, once day broke he watch all the people move around him. He was confused about where he was after all no one dressed as these people were dressed. A guard walked by carrying a spear, while a sword was strapped to his waist. The guard noticed him and quickly scarfed him up and drug him through back alleys to the castle. Harry looked at the Castle and could not believe that he was at Hogwarts, but he did not know when.
"My Lord, Uther, I found this boy sulking around in the square. Sire, I bring him before you know because he is dressed differently than all." Uther looked at Harry with a critical eye. Harry could tell that this was King Uther, the famed king for killing anyone with magic.
"Thank you, Gawain. You may go." The guard bowed and left the room. "Tell me young one, what is your name?"
"Harry Potter, sir." Harry responded, a man off to the side scoffed at his name.
"Lord Potter, is there not a member of your line by this name?"
"At this moment in time, no Milord, but the way magic works he very well could be a future descendant of my line. Tell me young sir, what time to you hail from?"
"Last I knew it was 1994, sir. I was at school when an accident happened I was then carried to a graveyard. I prayed that magic would help me and this is where I ended up."
"That means we are to help him, father. Magic has decreed it." From the side stepped a young man who Harry knew to be Arthur but next to him holding his hand and looking to be heavily pregnant was not who Harry expected. It was not Guinevere, but Morgana La Fey. Harry looked confused at this detail.
"Why do you look at my daughter in law in confusion young one?"
"I was raised with stories of King Arthur and the Knights of the Round table. In all the stories Arthur is married to a woman by the name of Guinevere and with the aid of Merlin they defeat the evil sorcerer Morgana La Fey and the bastard child Mordred. I mean no offense milady."
"There is not offence taken. You were asked a question and gave an honest answer. To correct your stories, I am married to Arthur and the evil sorcerer is Guinevere. I wonder how our story got so mixed up though."
"Milady, Milords, It has been told through out history that history is written by the victor. If that is truly the case, then it means that in this time and place the evil sorcerer will win and what she tells is the story that is based down. I do not understand how my being here would be magic helping me, but who…."
"That would be because you need to learn about your history, you also are covered with dark magic. With His Majesty's permission I would like to remove all the dark magic," a young man said stepping forwards. Uther looks at him and nods.
"Do what you must Merlin." Harry started a moment while looking at the man. Harry could see that Merlin had the same emerald green eyes that he did, Harry could see from the Lord Potter no resemblance to his father, but Arthur did look exactly like what everyone said James Potter looked like. Merlin then said three quick words and Harry dropped to his knees in pain. It only lasted a moment, but Harry then stood and had an angry look on his face. "I pray you are not mad at Merlin."
"No Milord I am angry with a man for the longest time I looked up to. I know understand why I am here. I learned some things about my family history a few months ago, this info was then wiped from my memory." Harry then stood straight looked right at the King and in as bold a voice as he could asked, "My Lord, King Uther, with you permission and aid I would like to learn the politics of Court, the craft of the sword and through Merlin, the ways of the mind. From all of this I should be able to right multiple wrongs in my time."
Uther looked at the boy and completely checked him over before responding, "I will agree to all of this, however you with go with Merlin and Gaius to be deemed healthy. I want all that is wrong to be fixed before we begin your training. You will learn the ways of court from Arthur and myself personally. You will learn the Sword from Lord Potter and Lord Gryffindor. You with then study all the magic you can with Merlin. Now off with you. And Merlin, my youngest, cloth the boy in better clothes." Uther then sat back and before waving everyone off placed his hand on his chin. "I do want to know one thing young one. Does mine and Arthurs line still live?"
Harry looked Nervous but felt a push from magic to answer honestly, "Yes milord. Though it has nearly vanished since there is only one left of your line. There is one left of the Longbottom and Bones lines as well, the rest have all perished."
"Perished, I doubt, squibbed out maybe, but truly gone not a chance." Spoke Lord Potter with Lord Gryffindor nodding next to him.
"Thank you Young one. Now go with Merlin." Uther waved his hand dismissing the court. Harry bowed to the king and followed Merlin out of the room.
