Princess Rosalie
I looked at the tray of lunch they had brought me a few minutes ago, from my window seat and debated on whether I should eat or not.
This morning I didn't really feel like eating breakfast in the dining room and pilled the call rope for my maids and asked them to bring me breakfast.
With a hint of difficulty I managed to eat some of the breakfast, and I think Izzie must have found out because the tray of lunch was filled with plenty of food.
Ever since arriving here they have noticed I always eat what they prepared, almost as if I'd been starving my whole life.
When in reality it's because the food is really amazing, the food I always received with my Father was bland and tasted like nothing.
But I really wasn't in the mood to really eat a lot; still I knew I had to eat or they would start to worry and I don't want them to.
I quickly, got up and headed to the tray and ate the food on the plate. Luckily, it was something light a nice warm soup with bread.
As I ate I looked back at my bed and noticed the beautiful clue scarf that the queen gave me yesterday.
Flashback
"Ouch!" cried Elizabeth as she placed her finger in the mouth trying to calm the pain she endured with a needle.
"Careful, Elizabeth," said her Mother as I looked at her concerned.
"Are you alright Elizabeth?" I asked her as she nodded giggling slightly.
"Yes, I just pricked my finger, I will be alright," she said smiling.
"Just be grateful you're not sleeping beauty sweetheart or you'll be asleep for 100 years," said Sofia as we all giggled.
"How are you so good at this Rose?" asked Elizabeth as I smiled.
"I've been doing this since I was four years old," I said as she looked shocked.
"Just like you Mom," said Elizabeth as the queen nodded and I looked shocked.
"GrandMum taught Mom when she was young," said Elizabeth as the queen nodded.
"I once made my own costume for the Halloween party we had at Royal Prep, which in fact almost looks like my wedding dress," she said as Elizabeth and I smiled.
"Do you know how you would want your dress?" asked Elizabeth as I shook my head.
"If I am being honest I haven't really thought about it," I said as they nodded.
"Well if you have any ideas let me know and we could make it together, if that's what you'd like," said Sofia as I nodded.
"Thank you, Sofia, I just need some inspirations, maybe seeing a couple of models would help me decide," I said as they nodded.
"Why don't you wear your Mom's dress?" asked Elizabeth as I smiled slightly at her.
"I- I don't know what happened to my Mother's dress," I said as she looked confused.
"You mean you've never seen it on paintings?" asked Elizabeth as I shook my head.
"No, I haven't. I have never seen a painting of my Mother," I said as they looked slightly upset like I was.
"I am so sorry, Rose" she said as I smiled slightly.
"Me too, I really wanted to wear something of hers in my wedding, but I guess I won't get too," I said as they smiled slightly at me.
"But you will carry her with you in your heart, and that's what is important," said Sofia as I smiled and nodded.
"In the meantime, here is something new and blue for you," said the queen as she showed me a beautiful blue infinity yarn scarf with dark, light blue on it.
"For me?" I asked her as she smiled and nodded as I took the scarf in my hands and smiled.
"But…But why?" I asked her confused as Elizabeth smiled.
"Because you earned it Rose," said Elizabeth and Sofia nodded.
"Rosalie, we know you have been through some difficult times and are still trying to overcome them. But even then you still became part of our family and stole our hearts," she said as I looked at her smiling with tears.
"You are family the moment you entered our lives and will always be," she said as I shed a happy tear.
"Sometimes when I wish my Mother was here, I dreamt she would say all these nice kinds things like you are," I said as she smiled.
"I don't know why I suffered a lot, but I do know that I have never been this happy or welcomed since I lived with my Aunt. I am happy I am here with you guys and part of your family," I said as they stood up and came to hug me.
"We are here for you, when you are ready to talk we are here for you," said Sofia as I smiled.
"Thank you," I said as we smiled and continued sewing clothes for the children.
End of Flashback
As I finished my lunch I got up and was going to head to the window when I heard someone knocking the door.
I frowned confused and walked towards the door, once I opened it I saw Elizabeth smiling as I smiled at her.
"Elizabeth?" I said confused as she smiled and waved at me.
"Rose, I told you call me Liz, its shorter," she said smiling as I smiled and opened the door for her to come in.
"I came to check up on you, since I didn't see you at breakfast, are you okay?" She asked me as I shrugged slightly.
"Wasn't really in the mood," I said as she looked confused.
"How come?" she asked as I smiled.
"Sit, and I will tell you what happened," I said as she nodded as I began to tell her everything that happened yesterday with William.
"Rosalie, I am so sorry that happened yesterday. My brother shouldn't have been so insensitive with you, what was he thinking?" said Elizabeth clearly upset as I slightly smiled.
After, the argument William and I had yesterday I wasn't too much in the mood of going down for dinner with everyone.
Honestly, the only reason why I went down yesterday was because Elizabeth came to get me and I couldn't tell her no.
She gave me the puppy eyes and it broke me to say no; although she says I am not the only one who says that.
Apparently this also works with her Father, GrandDad, and brothers, she told me she tried it once with her Mom but it didn't get her anywhere.
From the moment I arrived here she along with Sofia have been nothing but kind to me, they look out for me and treat me like family.
Elizabeth has become like a real sister to me, even though she will become my sister-in-law, I already see her as my little sister.
"But of course, he had to be a guy," she said upset as I couldn't help but giggle slightly at this.
"It's okay Liz," I said as she shook her head.
"No, it's not alright, how dare he pressure you when you're not ready to talk?" she asked as I sighed.
"I mean, I understand that I am a stranger but if he doesn't believe me then why spend time with me?" I asked as she smiled at me.
"But he does believe you Rose, and I know him well. He's probably beating himself for it, why else wasn't he at supper yesterday?" she said as I shrugged.
When Liz and I arrived at supper yesterday I noticed he was missing, when Liz asked her parents where he was they said he was running an errand and to not expect him for supper.
"Watch he will find a way to make it up to you," she said as I looked at her confused before shaking my head sightly smiling.
"Why would he do that?" I asked her confused as she smiled at me.
"Because even though he doesn't want to admit it, you managed to crawl into my brother's skin," she said smiling as I looked at her shocked.
"W-W-what?" I asked confused as she nodded.
"I…No, Liz, I think you are mistaken here, your brother and I are still strangers," I said as she smiled.
"But you are getting to know each other," she said as I nodded.
"Well, we are to be married, and it's better to be at peace than live miserable," I said as she smiled.
"Rose, you may not see it because you are in recovery but I see the way he looks at you, it's quite amusing because I'm pretty sure he doesn't understand himself," she said as I thought.
"William, unfortunately inherit my Father's clueless with his emotions, that was until my Mother showed up in his life," she said as I listened to her.
This was all news to me, I tried to remember the times we were together and how he acted, he was always smiling, fun and even charming.
"But he's always smiling, talkative with me, isn't that normal?" I asked her as Liz shook her head.
"William, is never like that with us, and if he it's when it's a small group, he always hid his true self," she said as my eyes widened.
"I'm surprised I am seeing this in him, it's something I thought I would never see," she said giggling as I smiled.
'I guess when she put it that way it makes sense.' I thought as I remembered the names of the girls he said he knew.
It was then something odd happened to me that I couldn't explain, I just knew I didn't like this feeling or the though of those girls.
'Why was he hiding them?' I thought as I looked at Liz.
"Just be glad my brother only pays attention to you and not the other princesses who have tried to throw themselves at my brother," said Liz as I looked at her confused.
"I don't get it, should I be worried?" I asked her as she looked at me confused before shakingher head.
"Not really, jealousy isn't a good thing," she said as I gave her a blank stare.
"W-What is Jealousy Liz?" I asked her as she looked at me shocked.
"You've never been jealous?" she asked as I shook my head.
"I don't think so, what is the feeling?" I asked her as she thought for a moment.
"You usually feel upset, or sad, even envious of someone," she said as I nodded.
"I guess I have felt that," I said as she looked surprised.
"You have?" she asked as I nodded.
"Of my Mother," I whispered as she hugged me tight as I felt tears forming in my eyes.
It had been almost a week since I have been here and I haven't heard anything from my Father, not that I want to hear from him.
However, I want to hear about Lily or Celeste, I haven't even received a letter from her but then again how could I if she didn't know where I was.
"I am so sorry, Rose," she said as I continued to hug her before she pulled away slightly.
"I know you're not ready, yet. But whenever you are I am here for you, we all are," she said as I nodded smiling and continued to hug her.
Knock Knock
We heard a knock at the door as it opened to reveal Izzie walking in with two maids as my eyes widened.
"It's time to get ready girls," said Izzie as we nodded.
Today was the day Edward was going to graduate from Corinthian Sports Academy, making Liz the only child left in school.
"Would you like some help Rosalie?" asked Izzie as I bit my lip before shaking my head slightly.
"No, thank you Izzie. I'm alright," I said as she nodded.
"Alright then, Liz, we need to get you ready," said Izzie as Liz nodded.
"Coming, I will see you in a bit," she said as I nodded and she left with Izzie and one of the maids.
"I will prepare the bath for you miss and then depart," she said as I smiled and nodded while she entered the bathroom.
My bruises have been healing nicely, and you can rarely see them but if I can see them I know they will and I don't want them asking questions or murmuring about what they saw.
The last thing I need if for them to say that their prince is beating me up or saying I am causing myself harm to frame the prince.
I got up and walked into the bathroom and noticed the maid finished placing and warming the water in the tub.
"Thank you," I said smiling slightly as she nodded and departed from the bathroom.
Once I heard the door close I quickly undressed and got into the tub, it was all nice and warm with nice minerals and bubbles.
Within a few minutes of cleaning myself, I stood up and wrapped a towel along my hair and body to dry myself before placing my rope on.
I walked out of the bathroom after drying myself and headed to my vanity to place on my make-up on my little bruises.
The bruises have healed nicely on my face that they were barely noticeable, the thing you noticed more was my scar after I got stiches on my head.
I didn't like it to be visible, so I hid it with makeup until it fully heals, after that I will use my hair bangs.
Once I had my foundation on to cover the last little bruises and cuts I went over to the close to find a beautiful dress to wear.
They all looked amazing that it seemed quite impossible for me to choose, but I settled for a beautiful sky blue dress with pink roses in the middle of the skirt.
The gown has a sweetheart neckline with off the shoulder sleeves with diamonds along the top of the corset and waist.
I decided to also wear long white gloves, since its starting to get colder in Whelsire and to hide the last couple of wounds that were healing
I placed on white heels and walked back to my vanity to brush my hair before placing it on a nice bun with small loose curls on the side.
Once I was done I placed on long platinum teardrop earrings with a small matching necklace and a teardrop headband as a tiara.
After expecting everything and being satisfied with my look I put on some pink lipstick, grabbed my coat and headed downstairs.
As I opened the door to my room I quickly noticed that William was standing outside my door, he seemed ready to go.
'Am I the only one left? Was he sent to get me?' I thought confused as he saw me and smiled before walking to me.
"You look beautiful," He said as I felt myself slightly blush before smiling.
"Thank you, am I late?" I asked him as he smiled and shook his head.
"No, you're actually early," he said as I sighed feeling relieved.
"I actually came to find you to apologize for my behavior yesterday," he said as my eyes widened.
"I am so sorry for yesterday, I shouldn't have pushed you, I had no right…" he said but I cut him off.
"But you do, you're my husband to be and I haven't been really fair with you," I started placing a hand on his as he took my hands and shook his head.
"No, Rose…" he started but I cut him off by placing my finger to his lips as he stopped.
"You have been kind and patient with me, I appreciate that and the least I could do was answer a couple of questions. I am sorry," I said as he kissed my knuckles.
"You have nothing to be sorry for little Dove, I shouldn't have pushed and be patient especially since you've been through a lot," he said as I smiled.
"I am so sorry and I intend to make it up to you," he said as I smiled and shook my head.
"You don't have to Will…" I started but he cut me off.
"I do, which is why I have a surprise for you," he said as I raised my eyebrow and smirked.
"What is it?" I asked as he smirked at me.
"Come with me," he said as I frowned confused and followed him.
"Aren't we going to be late though?" I asked as he sighed.
"You're right, later today at the party," he said as I slightly giggled and we walked to meet the rest of the family.
Once we arrived to the hallway entrance we noticed that Liz was already waiting for us with their GrandDad.
She was wearing a beautiful light green, sweetheart neckline with off the shoulder lantern sleeves, and a pink rose in middle of the neckline.
"You look so beautiful," said both Liz and I at the same time as we chuckled after saying that.
"Great minds, think alike," said Liz as we all chuckled.
"Are we just missing Mom and Dad?" Asked William as their GrandDad nodded.
"Not anymore," said Hugo as they walked in smiling.
I couldn't help but admire Sofia's dress, it was a beautiful black and purple dress with long purple sleeves, and a golden belt.
It is a simple yet formal and warm dress for a queen, which is good especially since its already snowing here.
"Are we ready to go?" asked Hugo as everyone nodded.
"Alright then let's go," he said as we all headed towards the carriage.
Prince Edward
I was sitting with Daphne in the classroom waiting for the ceremony to begin for us to line up and take our royal seats in front of the stage.
"I am so nervous, aren't you Edward?" she asked sounding worried as I smiled at her and shook my head.
"No, why would I?" I asked her as she continued to pace back and forth.
"OMG, you're right. Why would you? You don't have a speech to deliver like I do," she said pacing as I stood up and stopped her by the shoulders.
"Daphne, stop. You're going to make a hole in the ground," I said as she looked at me still freaking out.
"Take a deep breath," I said as she nodded and took a couple of deep breaths before calming herself down.
"Better?" I asked as she nodded.
"Much, thank you," she said as I smiled and nodded.
"You're welcome, and don't worry you will be just fine, you're one of the smartest people I know here," I said as she smiled.
"Says the guy who inherited his Father's ice dancing skills and has his sister as the second best," she said crossing her arms smirking as I chuckled.
"What can I say, that's not my fault we inherited his skill talent," I said as she rolled her eyes playfully.
"However, that doesn't mean I am the smart one, if I was id be the one giving the speech," I said smirking as she began to smile and laugh.
"Well, I guess, you're right on that," she said as I nodded.
"I guess I am just nervous because I don't want to disappoint my parents," she said as I frowned at her confused.
"Why would you?" I asked as she sighed.
"I know my Dad doesn't say it but I know he was a bit disappointed I didn't go to Ever Realm like he or your Mom did," she said as I frowned confused.
"Why would he?" I asked as she smiled slightly.
"Because I'm the heir to Corinthia," she said as I raised my eyebrow.
"And? My Dad came to the same school and look at him, he runs a whole kingdom." I said as she shrugged.
"But your Mom went to Ever Realm," she said as I smiled.
"And your Mom went to Performing Arts Academy with my aunt Vivian and look at them, they're successful queens," I said as she smiled.
"Daphne, going to Ever Realm academy doesn't prepare you to rule, it helps and guides you slightly the rest is experience learned," I said as she frowned confused.
"How do you know?" she asked me as I smiled.
"I have family members who graduated from Ever Realm, remember," I aid smiling as she smiled and nodded.
"Thanks, for cheering me up," she said taking a seat as I smiled and nodded.
"You're welcome," I said smiling as we heard heels running at the halls and saw the principal coming.
"Alright, places, everyone places. Time to line up!" she said excitedly as we all lined up preparing to exit the door as I looked at her.
"Ready?" I asked her as she nodded smiling.
"Ready," she said as we began to walk out the doors and take our seats in front of the stage.
