After returning Henry's memory they'd all gone for a large meal. It was wonderful to have him back again. At least that was one less hurt to her heart. There'd also been a short discussion regarding Zelena's "Aunt" comment. Which fit with her breaking the blood wards. Regina was still in disbelief over it and curious for answers on that front.

However, everyone was still confused with why Regina's kiss hadn't restored all their memories.

A few days later Belle stood in the Pawnshop sorting through some of Rumple's old notes. The man was very meticulous and had documented the creation of the original curse. Jefferson was covering her library shift.

The shop bell rung and she looked up to her surprise to see Henry. She smiled.

"Hello Henry."

"Hello Grandma," said the boy cheerfully.

"Don't you have somewhere else to be?" she asked. Belle knew how much Regina had been making up for lost time and Grace had also been ecstatic to have her best friend back.

"Grace had homework, Emma is working on the Wicked Witch thing, my other grandparents are busy with the new baby coming, and Regina is off with Robin Hood probably doing investigating too."

"Robin Hood," said Belle. Henry smiled mischievously.

"You noticed that too?"

"I did notice a few sparks flying at Granny's the other day," said Belle. "You're ok with that?"

"I want my Mom to be happy. And Robin Hood is cool."

"Quite the little match maker just like your grandfather," said Belle with a laugh.

"He did get my other grandparents together and Grace's parents," said Henry. Belle nodded nostalgia washing over her. Rumple was a fan of true love.

"That he did. Anyway so you decided to come see me?"

"I missed you too," said Henry sounding entirely genuine. "And my moms won't let me get involved so I figured this is the best way to try and help find Grandpa Gold and my Dad."

Belle pulled him in for a hug.

"You really are a wonderful boy Henry," she said before pulling away. "Right then we're looking for clues as to why your mother's kiss didn't bring back our memory."

"Why can't you just use a memory potion?" asked Henry.

"Memory potions are...tricky. They are generally temperamental and take time to brew. It's not like whipping up a healing potion overnight. Regina originally dismissed the possibility for you because it didn't work on her but I suspect given your cause of memory loss was different it would have worked. Ours however is on a much greater scale and was tied to the curse. A simple potion won't cut it.

"But true loves kiss should have broken the curse shouldn't it?" said Henry.

"That's exactly what we want to find out," Belle replied. Side by side they delved back into the notes. Henry was an excellent assistant able to quickly pick through to potentially relevant information.

Finally he let out a noise of success.

"I think I found something Grandma." Belle moved over and saw Rumple's familiar script.

"Additions made by the caster or creator of the curse prior to casting will be tied to the breaking of it. HOWEVER, should an outside source add an additional variable while the curse is cast, it does not fall under that category and will need a method separate from that of breaking the curse to be removed."

Belle's brow furrowed this answered a question but also brought up others.

"This would imply that whoever cast the memory removal, which should be the witch since she's the only one benefitting from us not having the missing year, isn't the person who cast the curse. On top of that when Regina kissed you, it broke the Dark Curse but not the memory aspect."

"So Zelena altered the curse? She didn't cast it," said Henry. Belle nodded.

"That's the logical conclusion. Though why someone would cast it and who the culprit is, poses another question. Regina, myself, and your grandparents, are really the only candidates with a reason to come back here and none of us could have fulfilled the necessary requirements."

"Then there must be another reason," said Henry. Belle opened her mouth to respond but was caught off guard as the door to the shop was shoved open violently and a figure stumbled in at first Belle put herself between the person and Henry reaching for the gun that Rumple kept behind the counter. Only to freeze as she saw who it was.

Bae.

"DAD!" exclaimed Henry as they both rushed to the man's side.

"He's out cold, Henry run across the street and grab Jefferson from the library. Then dial Emma and tell her to meet us at the Hospital!" she ordered as she checked her son's pulse.

A bit weak but still there. He was clammy possibly from being out in the cold and looked disheveled. The only notable thing was a strange triangular symbol burned into his palm.

"Oh, my dear boy, what has happened to you?" she whispered

OUAT

Jefferson was quick to rush across the street to help Belle carry Bae into the Cadillac before driving to the hospital at a speed that made her quite grateful they were a small town with all of two cops. Both who had bigger things than speeding violations on their minds.

Belle stayed glued to Bae's side as he was brought into the hospital allowing Jefferson to provide the necessary information. It was only when Victor came out that she let herself be pried away.

"Relax Belle we'll check him out," said the Doctor then he paused. "No bite marks right?" Belle shook her head she'd checked for any such indications. Bae didn't look like he'd been attacked by a creature.

"Good, no offense but I'm a doctor not a vet," Belle her Jefferson chuckle behind her and managed a weak smile.

"Just look after my son Victor." The man nodded before heading to look after Bae.

"He'll be fine Belle. The boy didn't look in mortal danger," said Jefferson.

"Yes but who knows if she's done something to him?"

"Then we'll deal with that too," he told her pulling her into a tight hug. "This family's faced plenty of witches and none of them came out on top. That's not about to change."

"Thank you, Jeff. I don't know what I'd be doing without your support."

"Where's Henry?" she asked all of a sudden realizing in her panic she'd forgotten her grandson.

"Getting Grandma some tea like I asked him," said Jefferson. Sure enough a minute or two later Henry came round the corner with three cups two tea one hot cocoa.

"Thank you, Henry, I'm sorry I didn't pay more attention to you," she said.

"It's ok, you're worried about Dad," said Henry. "He IS going to be fine right?"

"Well he didn't look to be dying when I examined him so I certainly hope not," said Belle. "And I know he'd do everything in his power to fight his way to be with you."

"Then he's got a chance," said the boy and she couldn't help but appreciate the infectious optimism. Was this how Rumple felt when she was optimistic?

They waited a while longer, during which Belle shared her latest bit of information with Jefferson, before Victor finally came out.

"Well good news is he's going to be fine. It's good you got him here otherwise he'd probably have caught pneumonia and it looks like he's been running through the woods, but otherwise he's fine." Belle stood up and hugged Victor.

"Thank you, you've always been a great help to everyone in this family."

"That does tend to happen when you're the only officially licensed doctor in town," said Victor cheekily. "But in all seriousness, it's my pleasure."

"Can we see him?" asked Henry.

"Yes, he's just about to wake up I'd say." They all hurried to Bae's room. Belle was on is right in one moment and Henry his left in the next.

Neal blinked into consciousness. The first thing he saw was Belle though she looked older and a bit less healthy than when he last saw her. The second was Henry. Jefferson was also in the background.

"Hey there," said Belle.

"Belle? Henry?" he asked in surprise.

"Hi Dad," said Henry beaming.

"You gave us quite a fright the way you stumbled into the shop," Belle told him.

"Not that I'm complaining, cause given present company I'm not but how are we back here?"

"You don't remember anything?" asked Jefferson.

"The last thing I remember is the yellow bug going over the town line. We were supposed to go back to the Enchanted Forest." Belle sighed.

"Then the memory wipe got you too."

"Memory wipe?" asked Neal feeling he really had missed a lot.

"Everyone was sent back to the Forest for a year but then someone cast a curse sending us back," said Belle.

"We thought it was the Wicked Witch Zelena who has it out for my mom, Regina, and it seems like Grandma, but it turns out she only wiped our memories."

"She also appears to have kidnapped your father who's alive," added Jefferson. Neal took in all of this information at lightning speed.

"But my father died. We all saw it."

"Apparently he came back," said Belle and he could understand why she looked more than a little depressed. His Papa being back was nice and all but...

"If he hasn't come to you it means this witch has control of his dagger," surmised Neal.

"Grandma's been looking all over for both of you since she first got here," added Henry and Neal felt a rush of affection for the brunet at his bedside. It was clear now she'd taken more than just his son into her heart through her connection with his father.

"I...I was terrified," she admitted. "Emma and I both were, and Henry started helping as soon as he got his memory back."

Emma was worried. Neal felt bad but at the same time the thought was one more indication she still cared. Speaking of Emma, as if called by their words the blond appeared in the door along with her father and Hook an Alice.

"Neal!"

"Hey. Alice told me what happened," at the raised eyebrow Jefferson received the man shrugged.

"I texted her the details to give to Emma on arrival."

"Yeah, this lot just filled me in," he said an arm around Henry.

"So you've really no idea of where you've been?" asked David.

"Nothing," said Neal.

"What's that weird symbol on your hand?" asked Emma gesturing to a triangle that was burned into his palm.

"Still drawing a blank Em." He told her.

"I'll do some research," said Belle before anyone could ask. "It's all I seem to be good for and I did work out why the true loves kiss didn't work, with Henry's help."

"Right, why don't you go explain that to Regina, Henry, she just arrived as well," said Emma. "You can come back and visit your dad soon." Henry looked a bit disappointed but nodded and after a hug got off the bed to leave. Neal was proud of how maturely the kid seemed to be handling the entire situation.

"Take care bud," he said.

"Thanks Dad. I'm glad you're back." Belle was the last apart from Emma to leave. She held his hand.

"Try and stay out of trouble," she told him with a wry smile.

"You picked the wrong family to marry into if that was what you wanted," joked Neal and she let out a small laugh.

"I'll see you soon." Then she left.

"She really cares you know," said Emma.

"Yeah, it's kind of impressive. She also mentioned you missed me." He quirked and eyebrow playfully and Emma rolled her eyes.

"Don't be an idiot. Of course I did." She looked down at the hand she held. "I can't lose you again." He squeezed her hand.

"I don't want to lose you either. You or Henry. Whoever cast this curse regardless of intentions did us one favor."

"Now we just need to find your dad and we'll be set to kick that witch's ass," said Emma.

"Do you actually miss my father?" asked Neal with a laugh.

"Bastard though he is I'm missing my sarcastic foil. Not to mention he's damn useful in a fight and I'd rather have him with us than against."

"Certainly, good points. Truth be told. I want him back to. We don't just need him; we were finally making progress. Not to mention the way it hurts Belle to be separated from him."

"Yeah I'd like to have a word with whatever b*tch fate decided to give our family a hard time," snorted Emma.

"On the subject of finding my father..." began Neal. Emma groaned.

"NO. Frankenstein said you're supposed to stay for observation."

"I'M FINE! COME ON EM! I've got a feeling this is something I have to do. NOW. And you can either help me. Or I break out on my own." he watched his old girlfriend for her reaction and knew from the long sigh she eventually gave he'd won.

"You SO owe me a bear claw and cocoa when this is over."

"Done. Now let's get looking."

OUAT

Emma had rarely driven as fast in her life as she had to get to that hospital with David reading out the details Alice was sending to her on her phone. When she'd got there and spoken with him he was exactly the same as when they'd said goodbye. When she'd been wanting to finally open up to him.

And so she decided wicked witch or no she'd do it. She wouldn't hold back. You didn't often get second chances and this was hers it was time to be brave. And perhaps a bit stupid because when Neal asked to go hunting for his dad she agreed.

On a side note God it was weird she actually missed Gold. She'd given Neal brief head start (mostly at his insistence so she wouldn't get blamed) before they all headed into the woods after him.

It wasn't long before yelling was heard and she and the Huntsman came upon Gold kneeling on the ground crying out in pain. She dropped down beside him.

"Gold hey, what's wrong, are you alright?"

"No! No! Not alright. Not alright. I can't quiet the voices." he sounded in pure panic.

"We know that you were held captive by the witch. Do you know where she is?" asked Emma greatly wishing Belle were here. Gold nodded.

"Yeah, she is... " however his words were cut off as the pain seemed to strike him again and he cried out."There's no room. No room. There's too many voices. Too many voices!" Emma was trying to puzzle out what he meant by voices as the Huntsman said.

"We got to get him out of here." Unfortunately, as if the situation wasn't bad enough already a familiar shrieking filled the air as flying monkeys bore down upon them both the Huntsman shot one down but, in the chaos, Gold had gotten up and run off.

"Gold!" exclaimed Emma, torn between leaving her deputy alone and following their only lead.

"Go, I'll hold them off," said the Huntsman with a jerk of his head and she didn't argue. After a bit of running, though how a fifty-year-old in agony was beating her in a forest was a bit irritating, she heard movement and whipping around found Neal.

"Hey," she said.

"Hey, I heard shouting," he said.

"Yeah there was a monkey attack right as we found your dad."

"You found him?" asked Neal.

"Yeah he ran this way."

"I didn't see anything. How was he?"

"I don't know what that witch did with him, but he seems a little crazy. When I asked him about her, it was like he wanted to tell me, but he couldn't."

"Could be the dagger commanding him not to speak," suggested Neal

"He was in pain," added Emma.

"Then we'd better find him," said Neal and together they headed off. After a bit of silence her ex-boyfriend said.

"So, New York, huh?"

"I liked the pizza." replied Emma.

"Did Henry like it?" asked Neal earnestly. If there was one thing she couldn't fault Neal for it was his actions as a dad. He'd shown up the moment he'd found out and stuck to it.

"He loves pizza."

"I meant living there in the city." Emma nodded.

"Oh, yeah. I did, too. Finally had time to do all the things we normally couldn't."

"Like what?" asked Neal.

"Go to the park, seeing a movie. Go to the zoo, just do nothing. Life was good. Really good." It wasn't a lie. Without knowing what she was missing she had loved her life there. And even knowing it. There was a part of her that felt...iffy about staying in Storybrooke. Life outside had been carefree. Here there was a crisis every other day.

"It didn't get lonely? Just the two of you?"

"Henry had tons of friends in school and I had a boyfriend," her face scrunched up at the memory of Walsh. "Sorry." Neal shrugged.

"Why are you sorry? Of course you did. It's not like we were... or you even remembered." Emma chuckled.

"Was it serious?" he asked.

"We were about to get engaged," she confessed. There was no point in hiding it.

"Wow." This time Neal did at least look shocked.

"And then he turned into a flying monkey." There was a pause and then he said completely straight-faced.

"Sounds intense." They both broke out into laughter.

"Go ahead and laugh. I almost married a monster from Oz. It's hilarious." she said with an eyeroll. It was absurd. Neal shrugged.

"I almost married a minion of my evil grandfather PETER FREAKING , I know what you're saying." Then his humor dimmed a bit and his face became more serious."I'm sorry it didn't work out."

"Really?" asked Emma in surprise that wasn't the sort of reaction you normally got from a guy who liked you.

"I care about you, Emma. Always will. I just want you to be happy. Even, if it isn't with me." Emma gave him a small smile.

"We were happy. Once." They really had been. Neal returned it sadly.

"We never found Tallahassee." Emma was about to respond when her cellphone rang it was Belle. She picked it up and put the woman on speakerphone.

"Belle, what'd you find?"

"The symbol on Neal's hand. It's from an ancient talisman."

"Really from where?" asked Neal. There was a pause.

"Emma if Baelfire is there with you why does it sound like you are out in the woods?" Emma had to hold back her laughter as Neal suddenly looked like a kid caught in wrong doing. She sighed.

"We're out looking for Gold. He wouldn't stay in the hospital what was I supposed to let him do break out?"

"I swear I'm going to go grey before the month is out," she heard the other woman mutter before jumping back to the talisman.

"Anyway the talisman is apparently connected to the vault of the Dark One." her voice took on a more serious and almost fearful note. "It's part of a ceremony to bring him back to life."

"So Neal brought his dad back not a big surprise," said Emma after all there weren't a long list of candidates that wanted the man back.

"You don't understand. The price for the ceremony. Is a life for a life. Bae shouldn't be alive."

OUAT

Belle had gone back to the pawnshop accompanied by Alice where they were soon joined to her surprise by Hook.

"What are you doing here?" she asked.

"Protection for you," said Hook.

"I've got Alice for that," she said.

"Well it never hurts to have more luv."

"You did try to kill her," said Alice.

"Extenuating circumstances, apologies," said Hook.

"TWICE," said Belle with her arms crossed. "Really Captain if you plan to stick around I want to know why. In fact I'd like to know what Zelena meant by about you failing her and why you are helping in the first place."

Emma hadn't shown any interest in Hook as far as Belle had seen so she couldn't chalk it up to capitulating for her sake, unless he thought helping would win her over. Hook raised an eyebrow.

"And here I thought you were the smart one. The Witch winning doesn't do me any good. Though she has been trying to get me to kiss Emma to get rid of her light magic."

"Not a smart plan since you don't seem to be Emma's type," said Alice.

"Perhaps not, either way I don't like people that try and use me. And more importantly you're forgetting something else."

"Oh?" asked Belle.

"Much as you may dislike it Baelfire is Milah's son too. I may not have always done right by the boy but for her sake I should do so now. And if that includes protecting you then I'm willing to set aside any animosity."

"How chivalrous," said Alice skeptically a sentiment Belle somewhat shared though listening to the captain he seemed to be telling the truth.

"Well, I think we can certainly agree on the matter of Baelfire," said Belle. "In which case, fine, stay. But one wrong move and I won't stop Alice from driving you into insanity."

"Point taken," said the pirate. "I'll keep watch." He went to stand by the window looking out onto the street. Belle meanwhile dove back into her tomes with Alice. They searched for anything with that symbol and at last in a large dusty book hidden in the very back of Rumplestiltskin's stacks she came across her answer.

Belle's eyes widened and her stomach began to drop as she took in the information.

"Oh god no," she said, hoping she was wrong.

"You found it?" asked Alice as both she and Hook moved to look at the book while Belle dialed up Emma.

"Belle, what'd you find?"

"The symbol on Neal's hand. It's from an ancient talisman," she informed the blond quickly she could hear woodland noise in the background and presumed Emma had then gone out searching for Rumple again.

"Really from where?" came Bae's voice and Belle stopped. Bae was supposed to be in the hospital.

"Emma if Baelfire is there with you why does it sound like you are out in the woods?" there was an almost comical stretch of silence before Emma responded.

"We're out looking for Gold. He wouldn't stay in the hospital what was I supposed to let him do break out?" Belle sighed like father like son. Rumple wouldn't have been content to sit around either. Though it certainly wasn't doing her nerves any good.

"I swear I'm going to go grey before the month is out," she muttered before refocusing on the issue she'd called about the levity leaving her.

"Anyway the talisman is apparently connected to the vault of the Dark One. It's part of a ceremony to bring him back to life."

"So Neal brought his dad back not a big surprise."

"You don't understand. The price for the ceremony. Is a life for a life. Bae shouldn't be alive." Belle explained.

"Then why is he?" mouthed Alice. Before Belle could speculate there was a cry from the other end of the telephone. Bae's cry.

"Emma! What's happening?!" exclaimed Belle in fear Alice and even Hook showing similar concern however there wasn't a response while the line didn't hang up she could only make out muffled sounds.

Fear filled Belle. She couldn't lose her son. Not again.

OUAT

Just as Belle stated Neal should be dead the man himself doubled over in pain crying out in much the same fashion as Gold had. And then it clicked. Voices. No room. Why Neal had appeared so quickly after Gold disappeared.

"I think Gold is inside you. I think that's how you're still alive."

"I heard my father's voice in my head. He's in there. He's in me," said Neal rocking back and forth in pain.

"He said, there was no room. He meant you," said Emma. Neal grasped her hand.

"I need you to help me, Emma. Use your magic. Separate me and my father." Emma's heart sunk and she shook her head.

"Really? You'll die."

"I know, but you need my dad more than me to figure out who the witch is. To save the town. You need to do this." Emma felt a tear roll down her cheek.

"I can't. I can't lose you again. And what about Henry?"

"It's the only way I can protect both of you," panted Neal. "Isn't this what being a parent is, making the hard choice?" Emma knew he was right but she hated it.

"I've never done anything like that before. Not that big." she pointed out. Her magic was still untrained.

"Do it. To save you and Henry. Do it, please. I know you can," she looked into Neal's face.

"I love you," she said.

"And I love you," he told her. She took his hands in hers and focused hard remembering what Gold had said what seemed like so long ago about feeling it.

There was a flash of white light and then Neal collapsed on the forest floor. Opposite Emma knelt Gold.

"Neal? Neal, are you okay?" she asked begging for him to be alright as she tried to support him.

"What have you done?" asked Gold looking shocked.

"It's okay, papa. I told her to."

"But why?"

"So you can help her defeat the witch."

"What's the point if you're lost to me?" said Gold.

"I'm not the only one that loves you Papa," Neal replied with a weak smile.

"There has to be some way you can save him, right?" asked Emma who was practically sobbing now. Gold shook his head looking devastated as he stood to turn away.

"No."

"It's too late, Emma. Just promise me you'll be happy and that you'll look after everyone for me, especially Henry, Papa and Belle. Neal's words struck a chord in Emma and she suddenly had an idea. Someone who might be able to help.

"No I won't," she said in a choked tone. "Because you aren't going to die," she lunged for her phone which she was relieved to realize was still on.

"Belle, are you there?" This seemed to get Gold's attention as he turned back

"Yes! For God's sake what's going on?!" Belle sounded as panicked as Emma felt. She pushed it down.

"I separated Neal and Gold now Neal's dying and Gold says there's nothing."

"No!" came a gasp from the other end of the phone. Gold knelt back next to them.

"I want to fix this but...there's nothing." Emma felt her heart sink was this really how it was going to end for her and Neal?"

OUAT

Belle had been frantically calling into the phone for several minutes and was on the verge of up and going to the woods herself when Emma got back on the line her voice full of tears and sounding terrified.

"I separated Neal and Gold now Neal's dying and Gold says there's nothing."

"No!" gasped Belle looking at Alice who placed a comforting hand on her arm while Hook looked saddened. Then Rumple's voice came through the phone sounding hopeless and broken.

"I want to fix this but...there's nothing."

"It's ok," said Neal. "Thank you, papa. For showing me, what it is to make a true sacrifice. It's about saving the ones that you love." Belle's heart was sinking but her mind was whirring in circles she couldn't let her son die.

"Yes it is," came Belle's voice. "But you won't be making that sacrifice. Not yet."

"Rum what about a preservation spell?" asked Alice into the phone and Belle jumped on thought.

"They last mere hours at best on a dying soul," replied Rumple.

"One from a single sorcerer yes, but if you combine yours and Emma's powers, those of the savior and the Dark One surely you could create something more powerful that could buy us time?" asked Belle

"It's worth a shot Gold," she heard Emma say and then held her breath.

OUAT

Rumple had felt dread the moment he realized that he'd been separated from Bae for it meant that his son was dying. A part of him didn't think he could watch after all there was nothing he could do.

Or so he thought ,for as Miss Swan cried over his son she grabbed her phone and got Belle on the line well, Belle and Pip.

Truth be told he wasn't certain it would work but as he met Miss Swan's desperate and determined gaze he knew they had to try. Bae had by now gone unconscious and he knew death was near.

"I don't know how to cast one," said Emma.

"I'll do the actual casting, just focus on what you want your magic to do and supplying the power," they each took a hand and poured their magic into Bae. A wave of energy passed over Bae three times then faded.

"Did it work?" asked Emma pressing her head to Bae's chest. Rumple nodded pressing a kiss to his son's forehead before sitting back.

"Three days. That's more than any other protection spell, we've bought him time," he said. Emma let out a sigh of relief.

"Right now we just have to save him on top of stopping the witch, speaking of witch do you know what she wants?"

"What she's always wanted," said Rumple shakily he really had no memory of the time in the Enchanted Forest but he did know Zelena. "What she doesn't have. She's always been heinously jealous of others."

He saw realization cross Emma's features.

"She still has your dagger; she's going to use you against us."

"Yes," said Rumple. "I'm sorry...Emma. You need to go." He waved his hand using what limited amount of time left with free will he had to send Emma and the body of his son to the pawnshop. He could feel the approach of Zelena with the dagger.

He picked up the fallen cellphone.

"Sweetheart?" the heavenly voice of his wife answered almost immediately.

"Rumple?"

"I love you." Then he closed the phone before turning around to face Zelena with a sneer.

"How sweet, that's the last you'll ever see or hear of any of them until they are screaming in agony you know."

"You're a fool Zelena," he said seething with anger. "You hurt my son."

"Killed him more like, you really think that precious little wife of yours is going to save him?"

"You seriously overestimate the power of that dagger," said Rumple. For yes it did utterly control him. But in choosing to take it and in hurting his son she'd signed her own death warrant. "And the importance of the person that you hurt. Now, it's only a matter of time before the others find you and kill you. Unless, of course, I'll manage it first."

Zelena unsheathed the dagger.

"Please, you can't hurt me. But you're more than welcome to try. I do so enjoy watching futility wreck a man's will. Now step back." He was forced to comply. "There. Much better. Now that your head is no longer cluttered, everything's working properly, it's so much more entertaining."

"You may control me, but it's over Zelena. After all they know who you are and what drives you. It won't be long before they work out what you want."

"They may know, who I am, now, but it no longer matters. Not, when I have you, Rumplestiltskin. Not, when I have your beautiful brain. So, be a good little Dark One and get back in your cage." And with that she transported them both back to the cellar of a farmhouse and forced him into a cage where he sat down on the stool praying to whatever deity existed that his son would be saved.

Author's Note: So we've got a more active Henry and Belle here partially for some good grandma/grandson bonding. We also get my explanation for why the kiss on Henry didn't work which I hope makes some sense. Zelena's addition was separate from the original curse itself so it needs a separate solution. Since this fic is partially Swanfire we also get a sped up bit of that and some more interaction there too. Bae also gets a temporary reprieve though no promises either way on what happens next chapter so you'll have to wait and see! Let me know what you think and thanks for reading!
