BTWF Octane (January Week 4)
The camera panned to the garage of the arena, where Sting Eucliffe, Rogue Cheney, and Dutch Van Der Linde came walking out of their red sports car with smiles on their faces. Dutch patted both Rogue and Sting on the back as they got their luggage out of their car as he laughed and cheered.
"Boys, our day is getting closer and closer. In less than a week, one of you two is going to become the BTWF Champion!" Dutch cheered as Sting and Rogue nodded and hi-fived each other.
"Damn right, Dutch. And no matter which one of us wins, the Legacy are going to start our legendary Hall of Fame careers with the BTWF Championship!" Sting exclaimed, once again hi-fiving Rogue before grabbing his luggage from the back of the car as Rogue leaned on the side of the car.
"Exactly, Sting. With what we did to Natsu and Soul, there's no way that we're going to lose at the Battle Riot," Rogue agreed as Dutch started walking in front of both Rogue and Sting, leading them into the arena and away from the garage. The camera then panned to the stage as 'Are You Ready?' by Disturbed played, causing the crowd to explode as they chanted 'BTWF!' while pyro went off from the stage and around the TitanTron. The camera then panned to the commentary table, where the announce team smiled and waved at the camera.
"Welcome ladies and gentlemen to another action-packed episode of BTWF Octane! We're just one week away from the Battle Riot, and from New York City, New York, I'm Jim Cornette alongside Beth Vanderwood and Rintaro Okabe!" Cornette exclaimed as Beth waved excitedly at the crowd while Okabe waved more normally at the camera.
"Thanks for the introduction Jim, and with Battle Riot around the corner, you can feel the excitement in the air!" Beth exclaimed as 'Motor City Angels' by PWR and Joaquin Acosta played, causing the crowd to cheer as Chris Panzer, wearing his 'Panzer Army' jacket, ran out of the back with a confident smile on his face. Panzer looked on at the cheering crowd, telling fans that Stan better be watching so that he can see what he's in for at WrestlePalooza.
"And speaking of action-packed, Jim, we have the leader of the Panzer Army out to open up the show!" Okabe exclaimed as Panzer hi-fived fans in the front row while the crowd continued cheering. Panzer, as he continued running to the ring, took off his ring jacket, and looked at the crowd, wondering which part of the crowd wanted the jacket. After a moment, Panzer threw his jacket to the right, with someone grabbing it, and lifting it over his head in celebration.
"The following contest is scheduled for one fall! Approaching the ring, from Detroit Michigan, representing LWF: Reborn, Chris Panzer!" Mary Hughes announced as the crowd continued cheering while Panzer jumped up onto the ring apron. Panzer then jumped onto the middle rope, and rolled into the ring, taking another look at the crowd before going into the corner. The crowd continued cheering as Panzer climbed up to the top rope, and pointed to the cheering fans with finger guns as the crowd chanted for Panzer.
"Panzer is working towards a match against Stan Smith at LWF Reborn's WrestlePalooza, and wants to show Stan what he's going to be in for," Okabe explained as Panzer jumped down from the top turnbuckle before 'Zero Visibility' by Rise Against played. The crowd booed as Ed walked out of the back with his fists clenched and his eyes glaring right at Panzer. Ed then turned his glare to the booing fans and told them to shut up and stop cheering for someone who's from another company.
"And his opponent, from Toronto Ontario Canada, Ed!" Mary Hughes announced as the crowd continued booing as Ed raised both of his fists in the air, and walked down the entranceway. Panzer told Ed to hurry up and get into the ring as Ed yelled back at Panzer not to tell him what to do. Ed turned to glare at a couple of the booing fans before returning his ire to Panzer, telling him that he was going to send him back to the LWF in a body bag.
"Ed feels insulted that Panzer has been getting more TV time than him, especially since Panzer isn't a BTWF Superstar," Cornette explained as Ed put his fists down, walked up the steel steps, and walked into the ring. Ed told the referee to keep Panzer away from him as he walked to the middle of the ring. Ed bent forward, pounded on the canvas a couple of times, and then shot both of his fists up again, roaring at the booing crowd as Panzer rolled his eyes while leaning in the corner.
"Well this is Ed's chance to prove that Arthur is missing out on him," Beth explained as Ed and Panzer told the referee that they were ready, and the referee told the timekeeper to ring the bell. Panzer and Ed locked up in the middle of the ring, with Ed pushing Panzer into the ropes and knocking him down with a Shoulder Tackle. The crowd booed as Ed flexed his right arm and kissed his muscles as Panzer got back onto his feet quickly and told Ed it was going to take more than that to beat him. Ed responded by Pie-facing Panzer and locking him in a Side Headlock. The crowd continued booing as Ed gave Panzer a noogie, which Panzer responded with by hitting Ed in the gut with multiple punches to the gut.
"Ed and Panzer trying to get one-up each other in the early goings of this match, with Panzer trying to punch his way out of the Side Headlock," Cornette narrated as Ed pushed Panzer away, and knocked him down with another Shoulder Tackle. The crowd booed as Ed smirked while leaning down, once again flexing his right arm before running the ropes once again. However, this time, Panzer was able to take Ed down with a Drop Toe Hold, using his own momentum to take him down. The crowd cheered as Panzer kneeled down and flexed his right arm beside Ed before running the ropes himself. Ed, however, was able to trip him down, causing the crowd to boo, but when he tried to hit Panzer with another Shoulder Tackle, Panzer was able to counter by sending Ed into the corner.
"Panzer seeing the third Shoulder Tackle coming, and sending Ed straight into the corner!" Beth exclaimed as Panzer started hitting Ed with Knife-Edge Chops to the chest before backing away from the corner, and running into the corner to hit Ed in the face with a Running Corner Dropkick. The crowd continued cheering as Panzer jumped up to the middle turnbuckles, gave Ed several forearm shots to the side of the head, and threw Ed out of the corner with a Monkey Flip, sending Ed crashing on his back.
"That is some impressive leg strength by the smaller Panzer! I honestly didn't think he could do it!" Cornette exclaimed as Panzer hit a Jumping Leg Drop across Ed's throat. The crowd cheered as Panzer raised his fist in the air, and attempted to pick Ed back up, but the crowd booed as Ed hit Panzer with a Jawbreaker to create some separation. The crowd booed as Ed pushed Panzer into the corner and started ramming his shoulder into Panzer's gut with multiple Shoulder Thrusts. The referee then backed Ed away, but Ed immediately attempted to hit Panzer with a Running Corner Clothesline, but Panzer dodged the Clothesline and rolled Ed up with a School Boy.

"Panzer trying to sneak away with the pin, but Ed kicked out with some force!" Okabe exclaimed as Ed tried to grab Panzer with a Front Facelock. However, Panzer was able to fight out of it with multiple punches to the chest and stomach. Panzer then pushed Ed away, and hit him with an Enziguri, sending him staggering before grabbing his arm, and hitting Ed with the H.N.A. (Kazuchika Okada's Rainmaker). The crowd continued cheering as Panzer smirked at the crowd while flexing his right arm, hitting a Standing Moonsault onto Ed's chest.
"Panzer quickly taking back control of the match, sending Ed back to the ground!" Beth exclaimed as Panzer picked Ed back up to his feet, but Ed poked Panzer in the eye before attempting to throw him out of the ring. However, Panzer was able to grab the top rope and skin the cat, causing the crowd to cheer as he kicked Ed away when he attempted to grab him. Panzer then kicked Ed again, this time in the side of the head, before springboarding off of the middle rope and hitting Ed with a Springboard Clothesline, sending his arm crashing into Ed's face. Panzer then picked Ed up and hit him with a Snap Vertical Suplex before going for another pin, hooking both of Ed's legs back.

"Panzer getting a close two count there, but Ed isn't going to give up easily," Okabe explained as Panzer picked Ed up, and hit him with multiple forearms to the face, sending him staggering into the ropes. Panzer then started clapping in rhythm with the fans before attempting to hit a Running Clothesline on Ed, but Ed was able to lift Panzer overhead, causing him to land on the ring apron. Panzer then attempted to turn Ed around and hit him with a punch, but Ed was able to block the punch and hit him with a Hotshot over the top rope, sending Panzer's throat crashing over the top rope.
"Ed stunning Panzer there with that vicious Hotshot across the top rope! He may have finally stunned Panzer there!" Cornette exclaimed as Ed ran the ropes and knocked Panzer off of the apron with a Running Shoulder Tackle, sending Panzer crashing into the fan barricade back first. The crowd booed as Ed rolled out of the ring, and slapped Panzer in the side of the face before grabbing him, and slamming him back first into the fan barricade several times before sending his back crashing into the steel ring post.
Ref: 1…2…3
"Ed targeting the back of Panzer by sending him right into both the fan barricade and the steel ring apron!" Cornette exclaimed as Panzer tried to fight back with several punches to the side of the face, but Ed threw him into the side of the steel steps, sending his midsection crashing into the steel. The crowd continued booing as Ed started stomping on a downed Panzer in the chest and the midsection before picking him up, and hitting him with a Scoop Slam, sending Panzer's back crashing onto the padded concrete.

"And Panzer getting slammed onto the floor, Panzer grabbing his back in pain!" Beth exclaimed as Ed grabbed Panzer and threw him back into the ring. The crowd booed as Ed kicked Panzer in the side of the face several times, telling Panzer that he wasn't ready for the BTWF. The crowd continued booing as Ed hit Panzer with a Jumping Elbow Drop to the chest before getting back to his feet, running the ropes, and hitting another Jumping Elbow to Panzer's chest. Panzer started coughing while trying to regain his breath, but Ed responded by running the ropes and hitting Panzer with another Running Elbow Drop, this time to the stomach.
"Ed sending the air flying right out of Panzer with another Elbow Drop that sent him crashing right on his stomach!" Okabe exclaimed as Ed grabbed Panzer in a waistlock, and picked him up for a German Suplex. Panzer tried to get Ed off of him by hitting him in the side of the head with back elbows, but Ed let go of Panzer, clubbed him in the back, and then sent him flying behind him with an Exploder Suplex before going for a pin.
Ref: 1…2.
After Panzer kicked out, Ed picked Panzer back up and put him in a Half-Nelson hold. The crowd booed as Ed hit Panzer with multiple knee strikes to the chest and the gut before picking him up, and hitting him with a Gourdbuster. Ed then put Panzer on his knees, punched him right in the side of the face, and then hit him with a Deadlift Vertical Suplex. The crowd continued booing as Ed stomped on Panzer's face a couple of times before wiping his feet on the mat next to Panzer.
"Ed continuing to showcase his power advantage over Panzer, sending him down with a Vertical Suplex!" Cornette exclaimed as Ed then ran the ropes and hit a Running Stomp to the top of Panzer's head before going for another pinfall.

Ed got back to his feet after Panzer came out, trying to argue with the referee that the count wasn't fast enough. Ed grabbed Panzer by the hair, picked him back to his feet, and threw Panzer into the corner, causing the crowd to boo loudly as Ed started punching him in the side of the face before the referee pulled him out of the corner. Ed once again went back into the corner, hitting Panzer with multiple Standing Clotheslines across the chest and throat of Panzer. The crowd continued booing as Ed ran the ropes and hit a Running Corner Clothesline to Panzer's throat and face.
"Ed with some hard Clotheslines onto Panzer, sending his arm crashing right into Panzer's chest and face!" Okabe exclaimed as Ed grabbed Panzer by the hair, and threw him out of the corner. Panzer tried to get back to his feet, but Ed kicked Panzer in the gut hard enough to send him back to his knees before going behind Panzer and hitting him with a hard Clothesline to the back of the head. Ed then picked Panzer up in a Back Suplex position and hit Panzer with a Suplex that sent him crashing onto Ed's knee. Panzer landed on his knees while holding his back in pain, which Ed responded to by running the ropes, and hitting Panzer in the side of the head with a Running Big Boot.
"And there go a couple of Panzer's teeth! I hope the lucky fan who caught it remembers to wash their hands!" Beth exclaimed as Ed mounted Panzer, grabbed him by the hair, and slammed his face repeatedly into the ring canvas. The crowd continued booing as Ed nailed Panzer with multiple shots to the back of the head with multiple forearms before turning him around and going for the pin.
Ref: 1…2..
Ed looked shocked as Panzer kicked out again, and responded by turning Panzer around, stomping on his back multiple times, and locking him in the Camel Clutch. The crowd continued booing as Ed pulled Panzer's neck and back as far as he could, causing Panzer to start yelling in pain. Despite refusing to give up, Panzer continued yelling in pain as Ed started fish-hooking Panzer's mouth, causing the crowd to boo louder as Ed told Panzer to smile for the camera before letting go of his mouth and continuing to pull back on the Camel Clutch.
"Ed's now just set on humiliating Panzer, making sure that he knows that he's not in the LWF anymore and that he's in the BTWF, and he's been taking Ed's TV time!" Okabe exclaimed as Panzer grabbed one of Ed's hands, and started biting him. The crowd cheered as Ed attempted to put his hand back in position for the Camel Clutch, but Panzer once again bit Ed's hands, which allowed Panzer to push Ed back while going to the ropes to try and catch his breath. Ed attempted to run at Panzer, but Panzer knocked Ed down with a Superkick to the face, sending Ed falling down to the ground.
"Panzer finally able to take control of this match again as he sends Ed falling to the ground with a hard Superkick!" Cornette exclaimed as Panzer used the ropes to help him walk to the corner. When Ed got back to his feet, Panzer ran out of the corner, hitting Ed with two Clotheslines, a Spinning Kick to the side of the head, and then ran the ropes to hit him with a Jumping Clothesline to the neck. The crowd continued cheering as Panzer ran the ropes and hit Ed in the forehead with a Jumping Knee Drop, sending him in a seated position, which Panzer responded to by rolling Ed up with a Crucifix Pin.
Ref: 1…2..
"Panzer almost getting the pinfall with that surprise pin there! But Ed, to his credit, isn't giving up easily!" Beth exclaimed as Panzer grabbed Ed by the ears, hit him with multiple Forearms to the side of the head, and attempted to hit him with the D-Town Piston (Rock Bottom). Ed was able to counter by hitting Panzer with several back elbows to the side of the head and attempting to push him away. However, Panzer was able to counter with a Standing Discus Forearm into the side of Ed's head, and while Ed was dazed, Panzer hit him with the D-Town Piston (Rock Bottom) before going for another pinfall.
Ref: 1…2..
"Panzer getting another close two count thanks to the D-Town Piston! But Panzer's going to have to do more than that to keep Ed down!" Okabe exclaimed as Panzer stomped on Ed's gut a couple of times before climbing up to the top rope. The crowd cheered as Panzer attempted to balance himself on the top rope for the Eagle Splash (Frog Splash). However, before Panzer could completely balance himself on the top rope, Ed was able to stagger to his feet, move to the corner, and punch Panzer several times in the side of the head.
"Ed is back on his feet, and prevented the Eagle Splash from happening before he could get crushed!" Cornette exclaimed as Ed climbed up to the middle turnbuckle, and started punching Panzer in the side of the face multiple times before attempting to put him in position for the Superplex. However, the crowd went back to cheering as Panzer hit Ed with a Bell Clap to the ears, sending a stunned Ed staggering off of the middle rope in a standing position, and responded by diving off of the top rope to hit him with a Diving Crossbody, but the crowd booed as Ed rolled over, pulling on Panzer's tights for leverage.
Ref: 1…2..
"Panzer able to kick out of the sneaky pin, despite Ed trying to take any advantage he can get!" Beth exclaimed as Ed kicked Panzer once he got up, and attempted to hit him with a Dominator, but Panzer was able to escape, but Ed tried to run the ropes and hit a Gore. However, the crowd cheered as Panzer countered Ed's Gore attempt with the Panzerschreck Kick (Roderick Strong's Sick Kick). The crowd cheered louder as Panzer climbed to the corner, clapping along with the crowd, before balancing himself on the top rope, hitting Ed with the Eagle Splash (Frog Splash), and pinning Ed while hooking both of his legs back.

*Bell Rings*
"Here is your winner, representing the LWF, Chris Panzer!" Mary Hughes announced. The crowd continued cheering as Panzer got back to his feet while holding the small of his back in pain. Panzer let the referee raise his arm in victory as the crowd continued to cheer, but those cheers quickly turned to boos as Stan came running into the ring, and hit Panzer in the back with the American Flag he carried to the ring.
"Panzer got the win here, but Stan once again attacks Panzer from behind with the American Flag!" Cornette exclaimed as Stan continued striking Panzer in the back with the American Flag before dropping the flag, grabbing Panzer's ankle, and locking him in the Patriot Lock (Ankle Lock). The crowd continued booing as Panzer tried to turn himself around, and kick Stan off of him by hitting him in the face. However, Stan responded by hitting a Stump Puller onto Panzer's leg before picking Panzer back up and hitting him with the Angle Slam.
"And now Stan trying to send Panzer through the mat with the Angle Slam!" Beth exclaimed as Stan put Panzer back into the Ankle Lock. The referee tried to pull Stan off, but Stan pushed the referee away, but the crowd cheered as Black Star and Nico came running to the ring, causing Stan to let go of the hold and roll out of the ring, dragging his American Flag out of the ring with him. The crowd continued booing as Stan waved the American Flag in the air while Ed rolled out of the ring, with a hand over his face.
"Thankfully, Black Star and Nico are here to keep Panzer from getting too injured, but Ed looks completely disappointed in his loss here," Okabe pointed out as Ed punched the side of the steel steps in frustration as inside the ring, Black Star and Nico helped a bruised and beaten Panzer back to his feet. The camera then panned to the backstage interview area, where Alex Vasquez was standing next to Pieck Finger.
"Ladies and gentlemen, I'm here with Alex Vasquez, who's had a run of bad luck against Azula and her team of Warriors," Pieck explained as Alex nodded before putting the microphone closer to her mouth.
"That's definitely one way to put it. I mean, they broke Haruko's neck, have humiliated me in multiple matches, and Azula's been using me to make a name for herself and her cronies. Well, Pieck, I'm going to tell you right now that if she thinks that it's going to continue, then she is dead wrong," Alex said, but Pieck backed away as Azula came walking up to her with Ty Lee and Mai.
"Oh, Alex, I don't think this is going to continue. I KNOW it's going to continue until you and the rest of the Octane Women's roster learn your place. And your place is beneath our boots," Azula countered as Ty Lee and Mai nodded in agreement as Alex walked closer to Azula. Azula, rather than back away, pushed Pieck further away from the two as she walked face-to-face, with Ty Lee and Mai right behind Azula.
"Well, glad you think so, Azula. Because I was talking to someone who's going to become my new tag team partner, and next week, I'm going to have another match with Ty Lee and Mai," Alex explained as Azula nearly burst out laughing, with Mai and Ty Lee patting Azula to help her keep her composure.
"Oh please, you can bring a small army, and the result's always going to be the same; Ty Lee and I standing tall," Mai responded. Ty Lee nodded quickly as Azula patted Ty Lee on the head to calm her down. Alex smirked, walked over to Mai, and slapped her in the side of the head, sending her falling on her butt.
"We'll see about that," Alex responded. However, Ty Lee responded to Alex's slap by hitting her in the side of the head with a Superkick. Azula patted Ty Lee on the head again before joining her in stomping Alex while she was on the ground. Pieck went running to get help as Mai picked herself back up, grabbed Alex by the hair, and threw her into the wall before Azula knelt down to talk to a beaten-down Alex.
"Well Alex, I'm so happy you and this partner of yours are confident because from where I'm standing, you're just going to be our punching bag like you usually are," Azula said before she got back to her feet and left the backstage interview area with Ty Lee and Mai following her away. The camera then panned to the stage, where 'Entertain You' by Within Temptation played, causing the crowd to boo as Clover and Charlotte came out with Jerry following them, applauding them before the mini-Tron turned into a mirror.
"The following contest is a tag team match scheduled for one fall! Approaching the ring, accompanied to the ring by Jerry Lewis, the team of Charlotte Belew and 'the French Phenom' Clover Lamoreaux!" Mary Hughes announced. The crowd continued booing as Clover turned to face the mini-Tron, and started looking over her makeup and hair while Charlotte lifted her pointer and middle fingers up in a two sign. Jerry continued applauding the two, giving Charlotte a fist bump as Clover took one last look at her hair before turning around and walking with Charlotte and Jerry down the entranceway.
"Clover has been mocking Zia's lack of success in leading teams. From the loss the Octane Women's team suffered to the loss inside the Lethal Lockdown cage, Clover's really rubbing salt in the wound," Okabe explained as Clover told the crowd and the camera that she was going to make Zia realize that she really was nothing but a loser. Charlotte nodded in agreement while Jerry pointed at his girls, telling the crowd and the fans at home that one of these two were going to win the Battle Riot coming up in just a couple of days' time.
"Jerry showing that he has confidence in his girls, and with the type of chaos that the Battle Riot is known for, he needs to have all the confidence he can," Beth explained as Charlotte walked up the steel steps while Clover rolled underneath the bottom rope, and then stopped at the center of the ring. While on her knees, Clover took off of her jacket and looked at the mirror that was attached to her jacket while Charlotte walked into the ring and stopped behind Clover, lifting up the peace sign with a smile on her face.
"Well Clover seems to have caught Jerry's confidence, as she believes that she's once again going to defeat and humiliate Zia," Cornette explained as while Charlotte and Clover were getting back to their feet and going over their plans for the match, Justin Gabriel's 'Fear Nothing' theme song played, causing the crowd to cheer as smoke started shooting out of the sides of the stage while Zia and Ochako came running out of the back. The crowd continued cheering as Zia got on her knees and started playing air guitar while Ochako pointed up to the sky, causing some pyro to go off along with the smoke.
"And their opponents, they are the team of 'the Woman that Gravity Forgot' Zia Simpson and Ochako Uraraka, Zero Gravity!" Mary Hughes announced as the crowd continued cheering while Zia kipped back to her feet after wrapping off her air-guitar solo and hi-fived Ochako before the two began making their way down to the entranceway. Ochako and Zia hi-fived the fans in the front row as Clover rolled her eyes at Zero Gravity going and pandering with the fans. Charlotte yelled at Ochako and Zia to hurry up, but Zia responded by brushing her off, causing the crowd to cheer louder.
"Zero Gravity, huh? That fits both of these high-flying ladies who feel more comfortable in the air than they do on the ground," Cornette noted as Zia slid through the bottom rope to get into the ring while Ochako ran to the ring and dove through the opening in between the top and middle ropes, and rolled next to Zia. The crowd continued cheering as Zia and Ochako gave each other another hi-five before Zia kicked Clover's ring jacket out of the ring before going back to her corner.
"Zia showing Clover that her insults aren't going to get to her as easily as they have previously," Okabe explained as the referee made sure both teams were ready before telling the timekeeper to ring the bell. Once the bell rang, Zia came into the ring and told Clover to get in the ring, and Clover obliged. Zia and Clover circled each other and when Zia attempted to lock up with Clover, Clover slapped Zia in the face, causing the crowd to boo, before she sped back into her corner, and tagged Charlotte into the match.
"It looks like Clover's going to make Zia wait it out before getting her hands on her," Beth noted as Charlotte got into the ring, and attempted to run at Zia, but Zia countered by sending her down with a Japanese Arm Drag. Charlotte immediately got back up and attempted to hit Zia with a Clothesline once again, but Zia took her down with a Hip Toss before Cartwheeling in front of Charlotte and hitting her with a Basement Dropkick to the face. The crowd cheered as Zia grabbed Charlotte by the arm and dragged her to the corner before tagging Ochako into the match. The crowd cheered as Ochako springboarded into the ring, hitting Charlotte in the chest with a Tope Con Hilo at the same time Zia hit a Jumping Leg Drop across the throat.
"Ochako is in the match now, hitting a high-impact double team move onto Charlotte!" Beth exclaimed as Ochako picked Charlotte up, and hit her with several Knife-Edge Chops to the chest. The crowd continued cheering as Ochako pushed Charlotte into the corner before hitting her with multiple forearms to the side of the head. Ochako then ran the ropes, winked at Clover, and then ran into the corner to hit Charlotte with a Running Twisting Kick to the side of Charlotte's head. Ochako then hit Charlotte with a Snapmare, ran the ropes, tagged Zia into the match, and hit Ochako with a Sliding Back Elbow.
"Ochako tagging Zia back into the match, leaving Charlotte prone for whatever Zia has planned!" Cornette exclaimed as Zia springboarded into the ring, hitting Charlotte with a Springboard Elbow Drop to the chest before going to the pin.
Ref: 1…
Zia picked Charlotte up, and hit her with a Spinning Kick to the gut before running the ropes and attempting to hit her with a Big Boot to the side of the head, but Charlotte was able to dodge and hit Zia with a Discus Forearm to the back of the head before sending her falling to her knees. The crowd continued booing as Charlotte tagged Clover in, and the two picked Zia up intending to hit her with a Double Back Suplex. However, the crowd cheered as Zia was able to flip over both Clover and Charlotte and hit them both with a Dropkick to the back, sending them both into the ropes.
"What a counter by Zia, sending both Clover and Charlotte's heads draping over the middle rope!" Okabe exclaimed as Zia invites Ochako into the ring, and the two hit Clover and Charlotte with Stereo Tiger Feint Kicks. Charlotte and Clover staggered to the center of the ring, and Ochako responded by throwing Charlotte out onto the apron with a Springboard Hurricanrana. However, Clover tagged Charlotte in before Zia could springboard, causing the crowd to boo as Clover rolled out of the ring and Charlotte rolled back into the ring. Zia looked on at the crowd, shrugged, and springboarded back into the ring, hitting Charlotte with a Springboard 450 Splash before going for the pin.
Ref: 1…2.
"Clover once again showing her cowardice as she tags Charlotte back into the match despite how much she's already done!" Beth exclaimed as Zia tried to go after Clover, but Clover jumped off of the apron, which allowed Charlotte to grab Zia's leg, and attempted to take her down. However, Zia stomped on Charlotte's back several times before rolling to her corner and tagging Ochako back into the match. The crowd continued cheering as Ochako hit a Running Shooting Star Press onto Charlotte's chest before picking her up, attempting to hit her with a Brainbuster. However, Charlotte hit a couple of knees to the top of Ochako's head, allowing her to escape Ochako's grasp and throw her into the corner.
"Charlotte with a counter, sending Ochako into the corner, and—wait a minute! Look at Clover with a handful of Ochako's hair!" Cornette exclaimed as Clover, out of the referee's sight, pulled Ochako's hair to keep her in the corner. The crowd continued booing as Charlotte took advantage of this by hitting Ochako with a Running Forearm to the face. Zia attempted to tell the referee what was going on, but this in turn distracted the referee, allowing Charlotte and Clover to hit multiple clubs and knees to the back and chest. When the referee turned back around, Charlotte tagged Clover back into the match, and the two hit a Double Vertical Suplex onto Ochako before going for the pin.
Ref: 1…2
"Clover and Charlotte have taken control with some underhanded tactics, which Clover does excel at," Beth explained as Clover picked Ochako up by the hair, put Ochako on her knees, and hit Ochako with multiple punches to the side of the head before running the ropes, and hitting Ochako with a Running Knee Strike to the head. The crowd continued booing as Clover grabbed the top rope, and started pressing her foot against Ochako's throat, choking her before the referee pulled her off. While the referee was distracted, Charlotte stomped on Ochako's back several times before pushing her back into the ring.
"Once again, Charlotte and Clover are taking advantage of the referee being distracted!" Beth complained as Clover picked Ochako up, and hit her with multiple European Uppercuts to the chin before pushing her into the corner. The crowd continued booing as Clover continued hitting Ochako with European Uppercuts before running the ropes, and hitting Ochako with a Running European Uppercut. Ochako almost fell out of the corner, but Clover was able to catch her and hit her with a Snap Vertical Suplex. The crowd continued booing as Clover ran the ropes, tagged Charlotte back into the match, and hit Ochako with a Jumping Knee Drop onto the top of Ochako's head.
"A hard knee drop to Ochako's head, which could definitely daze Ochako even if she were able to get back to her feet," Okabe explained as Charlotte ran into the ring, and hit Ochako with a Pinpoint Elbow Drop to the face before going for the pinfall, hooking both of her legs back.
Ref: 1…2.
Charlotte picked Ochako up after she kicked out, and hit her with a Butterfly Suplex before rolling over, and hitting her with another Butterfly Suplex. However, Charlotte wasn't done as she rolled over once again, and hit her with a third Butterfly Suplex. Charlotte then grabbed Ochako, put her in a seated position, and ran the ropes to hit a Running European Uppercut to the back of Ochako's head. Charlotte then nodded at Jerry who was applauding her from the outside before she picked Ochako up in a Waistlock, and pushed her into the corner. Charlotte then tagged Clover back into the match before hitting Ochako with a Back Suplex.
"Charlotte and Clover showing off some impressive teamwork for two wrestlers who were teamed up more because of circumstance," Okabe complimented as Charlotte put Ochako in a seated position, allowing Clover to run at Ochako, and hit her with a Neck Snap. Clover walked over to Zia, and flicked her hair at Zia, causing Clover's blonde locks to wisp across Zia's face, before hitting a Running Jumping Stomp onto Ochako's chest. Clover once again flicked her hair at the booing crowd before picking Ochako back up and hitting her with several forearms to the side of the face. Clover then kept Ochako on her knees by pulling on her hair and hitting her with a Snap DDT before going for a pin, hooking both of her legs.
Ref: 1…2.
"Clover and Charlotte are doing a very good job of keeping Ochako grounded and away from her tag team partner," Cornette explained as Clover hit several leg drops across Ochako's throat before rolling over Ochako and tagging Charlotte back into the match. Charlotte went into the ring, jumped onto the middle turnbuckle, told the booing crowd that this is what a real diving attack looked like, and then dived off of the middle rope with a Back Elbow Drop, 'Million Dollar Man' Ted DiBiase style. Charlotte then grabbed Ochako's arms, and put her in a Butterfly Lock, pushing her head into the small of Ochako's back.
"And from the look of Zia in the corner, she's chomping at the bit to get there, especially now that Charlotte has Ochako trapped in a Butterfly Lock!" Beth exclaimed as Ochako tried to drag herself to the ropes, attempting to put her feet on the ropes to initiate a ropebreak. However, the crowd continued booing as Charlotte was able to drag Ochako back to the center of the ring, hitting several knee strikes to Ochako's back, and then resumed the Butterfly Lock. After another thirty seconds in the hold, Ochako started hitting several headbutts to Charlotte's nose, allowing her to kip back up to her feet, and hit Charlotte with a Standing Sit-Out Shiranui, causing both women to go down.
"A fantastic counter by Ochako to get Charlotte off of her, but it may have taken the last bit of energy out of Ochako as well!" Okabe exclaimed. Ochako was trying to regain her breath while Charlotte made her way back to her corner, dragging herself to Clover's outstretched hand. Just as Ochako started regaining consciousness, Charlotte was able to tag Clover back into the match, causing the crowd to boo as Clover quickly ran over to Ochako, picked her up in a Vertical Suplex position, and attempted to hit her with the White Cyanide (Running Brainbuster). However, the crowd cheered as Ochako countered the White Cyanide into a Stundog Millionaire before rolling her up with a Small Package pin.

"Ochako almost got the pin there, but Clover was still able to kick out!" Cornette exclaimed as Clover once again attempted to grab Ochako, but Ochako responded by kicking Clover away, hitting Clover in the chest and legs with her feet. Ochako then rolled into the corner, and before Clover had a chance to respond, Ochako finally tagged Zia back into the match. The crowd exploded as Zia springboarded back into the ring, hitting a still stunned Clover with a Springboard Uppercut to the chin.
"And Ochako finally has the chance to get her hands on Clover, the same woman who's been mocking her for weeks!" Beth exclaimed as Zia mounted Clover and started punching her in the side of the head before picking her back up and hitting her with a Spinning Kick to the gut. The crowd cheered louder as Zia ran the ropes and knocked Clover down with a hard Clothesline, sending Clover spinning in mid-air. The crowd continued cheering as when Clover got back up, Zia ran the ropes again and hit Clover with two Clotheslines, a Superkick to the side of the face, a Tilt-a-Whirl DDT, and a Corkscrew Shooting Star Press.
"Zia completely dominating Clover here, nearly crushing Clover with that Corkscrew Shooting Star Press!" Okabe exclaimed as Clover sat up while coughing, and Zia responded by running the ropes and hitting Clover with a Sliding Knee Strike to the face before going for the pinfall, hooking both of her legs back.

After Clover kicked out, Zia grabbed Clover and threw her back into the corner before running after her, hitting Clover with a Running Jumping Forearm to the face. The crowd continued cheering as Zia took Clover out of the corner with a Snapmare and then ran the ropes to hit a Running Basement Dropkick to the side of Clover's head. The crowd continued cheering as Zia jumped on the middle rope, and springboarded off of the ropes to hit a Twisting Springboard Leg Drop across Clover's throat.
"What a leg drop to the throat by Zia! I think Clover may, for once, have regretted trash-talking Zia!" Beth exclaimed as before Zia could pin Clover, Charlotte ran into the ring and hit Zia with a Jumping Stomp to the face. The crowd booed as Charlotte dragged Clover to her corner, tagged herself into the match, picked Zia up, and hit Zia with a Regal Cutter before going for the pinfall, hooking both of her legs in a Jackknife position.

Ochako springboarded into the ring, hitting a Springboard Double Foot Stomp onto Charlotte's chest, breaking up the pin before running to Clover, and hit her with a Running Hurricanrana to send Clover falling off of the apron. The crowd continued cheering as Ochako attempted to hit a downed Clover with a Springboard Moonsault, but Charlotte pulled herself up and hit Ochako with a couple of punches to the face before attempting to hit her with a Suplex. However, Ochako was able to punch Charlotte in the gut, pushing her away before hitting her with a kick to the side of the head.
"Ochako fighting back against Charlotte, but she needs to look out for Clover, who is starting to get back to her feet, albeit slowly and carefully," Okabe explained. Clover had pulled herself back up to her feet with a hand on her back, but Ochako jumped off of the apron and hit Clover with a Moonsault from the apron. While Charlotte was dazed from the kick by Ochako, Zia had gotten back to her feet and hit her with a German Suplex. The crowd continued cheering as Zia grabbed the top turnbuckle, and jumped up onto the top, causing the crowd to explode as she balanced herself on the top rope, and hit Charlotte with the Blue Arrow (Red Arrow) before going for the pinfall.

"Ladies and gentlemen, here are your winners, the team of 'The Woman that Gravity Forgot' Zia Simpson and Ochako Uraraka, Zero Gravity!" Mary Hughes announced. Ochako slid back into the ring, grabbed Zia, and hugged her from behind while the crowd continued cheering and chanting for both women. Jerry grabbed Charlotte and pulled her out of the ring, gently putting her down on the floor to check on her. Zia got back onto her feet while Ochako was still hugging her, and turned around to reciprocate the hug while the crowd continued cheering.
"Zia and Ochako able to get the victory here tonight, building some much-needed momentum for the Battle Riot!" Cornette exclaimed as Clover picked herself up, holding her head in pain while glaring at the ring and Zero Gravity winning. Clover walked over to Charlotte, and glared at her before looking over at Jerry, and telling him that stuff like this isn't going to be happening anymore. Clover then looked down at Charlotte, telling her that she needed to try harder, but Charlotte pushed her hand away, telling Clover that she wasn't the one who was constantly running from Zia.
"And of course, Clover looks to be blaming someone else for the fact that her team lost, even though she's the whole reason that Zia is on their bad side," Beth noted as Clover looked as though she was going to kick Charlotte, but Jerry grabbed onto Clover's shoulder, and whispered something into her ear. Clover looked at Jerry, and sighed, before helping Charlotte back to her feet despite Charlotte looking at Clover with a raised eyebrow. Meanwhile, Zia and Ochako were still celebrating in the ring, with Ochako back-flipping off of the top rope, letting Zia catch her in from the middle of the ring.
"While Clover and Charlotte look like their relationship is deteriorating, Zia and Ochako look like they're over the moon at their recent celebration," Okabe noted as Zia and Ochako rolled out of the ring and started hi-fiving fans. The camera panned away from the ring as Charlotte and Clover followed Jerry away from the ring. The camera then panned to the backstage interview area, where 'the One and Only' Manny Rivera and El Oso were standing next to Todd Grisham.
"Ladies and gentlemen, I'm here with Manny Rivera and El Oso, who failed to become the BTWF World Tag Team Champions last week. Some would say it's karma for how you guys cost Valentino and Baam the World Tag Team titles several weeks back," Todd said, mumbling that last part, causing Oso to grab Todd by the collar of his shirt, pushing him down onto Manny's level.
"Look, I don't give a rat's ass about how your little friends lost the belts, but man, we had those belts! If it weren't for those two blimps that Joe and Bonifer brought to the ring, we would've been walking out with the gold!" Manny yelled. Oso nodded and lifted Todd higher in the air, but Oso looked down and noticed that Valentino Calavera and Baam had come over to them with Frida Suarez and Rachel Light behind them. Oso put Todd down and smirked at the four people below him while Manny grabbed the microphone from a shaken Todd.
"Look you two losers, we don't want to start any shit with you. We're after the tag titles, and you don't have anything we want. So get lost!" Manny exclaimed at Valentino and Baam, but Valentino responded by grabbing Manny's hand and taking the microphone out of his hand.
"Well, we may not have anything you want, we have something that you two deserve; an ass-kicking!" Valentino exclaimed as he knocked Manny down with a punch. El Oso grabbed Valentino by the top of the head, and Baam responded by running at Oso and hitting him with multiple forearms to the face, allowing Valentino to tackle Oso down to the ground. The camera then panned to a commercial break as Manny got back to his feet, and started clubbing Valentino on the back of the head while security was running towards the scene.

The camera panned back to the locker room, where Akira Hayami was doing push-ups in the corner of her locker room. Akira was glaring at the ground while doing these push-ups but stopped when she noticed Rei Ayanami coming up to her from the corner of her eye. Akira stopped the push-ups and jumped back up to her feet, looking down on Rei, who looked at her with her usual blank expression.
"Listen, are you sure you want to go out there with Xochi alone? You know the Sisterhood has something planned out there," Rei asked as Akira rolled her eyes and chuckled.
"That's really rich, given the fact that even with my help last week you still lost to Sherry and got beaten down by the Sisterhood. What makes you think you'll be any help to me?" Akira asked as Rei raised an eyebrow.
"You got beaten down too. I'm sure the bandage on the top of your head is a reminder of that," Rei said, pointing to and poking the bandage on Akira's head. Akira slapped Rei's hand away before turning to look in the mirror, glaring right at the top of her forehead where the bandage was.
"Oh, believe me, I remember. I'm going to give Sherry her karma when I beat the shit out of her at the Battle Riot and win the BTWF World Women's Championship. As for tonight, Xochi's only going to get a taste of what I have planned for Sherry, and it's still going to hurt like hell," Akira explained as Rei looked on at her with interest, nodding at her before patting Akira on the shoulder.
"Well, I wish you the best of luck, because, despite the fact I think you are an egotistical nuisance, you would be a step up as leader of the Women's division compared to Sherry," Rei said before walking out of the locker room. Akira grumbled some curses before jumping back down to continue her push-ups before the camera panned to the stage, where Curt Hawkins' 'Face the Facts' theme song played, causing the crowd to boo as Yukino Aguria came out with a microphone in her hand.
"We're back for some action, but it looks like we have an uninvited guest coming," Cornette noted as Yukino glared at the booing crowd, twirling her staff with her fingers before beginning her spiel.
"Tonight is going to be my night! For the past month, I've been trying to get a contract with Octane, and I've been getting screwed over!" Yukino exclaimed. The crowd continued booing and chanting 'Shut the Hell Up!' as Yukino continued her speech.
"A Handicap match and a tag team match with a useless partner like Alex! Give me a one-on-one match, and I will prove to the General Managers that they NEED me on Octane!" Yukino exclaimed as she made it to the ringside area, walked up the steel steps, and gave another glare at the booing crowd before walking into the ring.
"So, if any woman in the back wants to come out for a one-on-one match, then come on down and prepare to be embarrassed!" Yukino exclaimed before throwing the microphone down along with her staff. Yukino went into a corner of the ring and waited for her opponent to come out, and after a moment, the sound of a sword unsheathing played, causing the crowd to cheer as 'I Want to Live' by Skillet played in the arena. Yukino looked nervous and gulped down some leftover saliva as Erza came out with her sword in hand.
"The following contest is scheduled for one fall! In the ring, Yukino Aguria! And her opponent, from Magnolia Fiore, 'Titania' Erza Scarlet!" Mary Hughes announced as Erza held her sword up, and much to the crowd's delight, and pushed it down into the stage, causing flames to shoot out of the stage repeatedly. The crowd continued cheering as Erza kept the sword in the floor as she walked to the ring, hi-fiving fans as Yukino began stretching in the corner.
"Yukino may be regretting her decision to come out tonight, as Erza looks to make a statement before the Battle Riot match!" Beth exclaimed as Erza made it to the ringside area, smirked at a nervous-looking Yukino, and jumped up onto the apron. The crowd continued cheering as Erza jumped over the top rope and into the ring before turning towards the fans, and shooting both of her fists in the air. While Erza had her back turned, Yukino ran to Erza and hit her with a Running Knee to the back, causing the crowd to boo as Yukino clubbed and kneed Erza in the back and midsection before the referee pulled her back.
"Yukino trying to get an advantage before her open challenge match starts!" Beth exclaimed as the referee kept Yukino in the corner before going over to Erza, checking to see if she wants to continue the match. Holding her back, Erza nods, saying that she's fine, and after another confirmation, the referee told the timekeeper to ring the bell, starting the match. The crowd continued booing as Yukino ran into the corner, hitting Erza with a Running Corner Clothesline before sending her down with a Snapmare. Yukino then ran the ropes to hit a Sliding Forearm to the side of the head before going for a pinfall.

"Erza kicking out at one, but Yukino is determined to keep her advantage!" Okabe exclaimed as Yukino started stomping on Erza's back multiple times before running the ropes and hitting Erza with a Jumping Knee Drop to the back. Yukino mimics signing an Octane contract before grabbing Erza by the hair and clubbing her on the back multiple times before throwing her back into the corner. Yukino then attempted to run the ropes and hit a Running Knee Strike in the corner, but the crowd exploded into cheers as Erza hit Yukino mid-air with a Swords Edge Clothesline (Meat Hook Clothesline), sending Yukino twisting in mid-air.
"And just like that, Erza took the momentum back in this match with a vicious Clothesline!" Cornette exclaimed as Erza stretched her back before grabbing Yukino by the hair, and hitting her with multiple punches to the side of the head. Yukino responded by jamming her head into Erza's chest, allowing her to push Erza away, and attempt a Running Leg Trip. However, Erza was able to jump out of the way of the Running Leg Trip and grab Yukino by the hair once again, hitting her with the Scarlet Curtain (Spinning Inverted Facelock Elbow Drop) before going for the pinfall.
Ref: 1…2..
"Yukino barely kicking out there, but Erza doesn't look like she's done yet!" Beth exclaimed as Erza picked Yukino up, slapped her in the face, and then ran the ropes to hit her with two Back Elbows, a Lou Thesz Press which was accompanied by Erza slamming the back of Yukino's head into the mat multiple times, and then deadlifted Yukino up by the throat before throwing her overhead. Yukino attempted to pull herself out of the corner, but Erza picked Yukino up in a Powerslam position and then threw her into the middle turnbuckle with the Scarlet Arrow (Lawn Dart).
"And Erza throwing Yukino into the corner like…well, like a lawn dart. Erza can finish this match off right now if she wanted to, I doubt Yukino, or anyone for that matter, could kick out of something like that," Okabe explained as Erza told the crowd that it was over, picked Yukino up in a Fireman's Carry position, and hit her with the Heaven's Wheel (Rolling Death Valley Driver). However, instead of letting go, the crowd cheered as Erza rolled back onto her feet with Yukino still on her shoulders, and hit Yukino with two more Heaven's Wheels (Rolling Death Valley Drivers) before going for the pin.

"Ladies and gentlemen, here is your winner, 'Titania' Erza Scarlet!" Mary Hughes announced as Erza jumped back to her feet, shooting both of her fists up as the crowd cheered and chanted 'Titania!' at her. Yukino started coughing on the floor as she held her chest and gut in pain while Erza ran over to the corner, jumped onto the middle turnbuckle, and once again shot her fists up in the air, the adrenaline allowing her to ignore the pain in her back for a short while.
"Erza making a major statement ahead of the Battle Riot! Erza also making sure that Yukino learned her lesson from attacking Erza from behind!" Beth exclaimed as Erza jumped back down, stretched her back a little, and then noticed Yukino starting to pull herself back into a seated position. Erza looked at the cheering crowd, and shrugged her shoulders before grabbing Yukino by the hair, and throwing her over the top rope, sending her crashing onto the floor in front of the announcers' table.
"And here's another statement from Erza, throwing Yukino over the top rope, which is one of the main methods of elimination from the Battle Riot!" Okabe exclaimed as Erza told the crowd that she was going to win the Battle Riot, and was going to run through everyone she could. The crowd cheered her on as Erza rolled out of the ring, hi-fiving fans in the front row, with Yukino pounding on the front of the announcers' table in frustration. Yukino then pulled herself onto her knees, glared at the announcers, and told them that she was going to get a contract come hell or high water.
"Yukino also has a message for us; she's going to get a contract one way or another," Okabe explained as Yukino pulled herself back to her feet and stomped away from the table before the camera panned to the backstage interview area, where Stan Smith was standing next to Jack Korpela, smirking as he held his American Flag next to him.
"Ladies and gentlemen, I'm here with 'A Real American' Stan Smith, who attacked Chris Panzer earlier in the show, and I have to wonder if this has become about more than Americans vs. Half-Americans," Korpela said as Stan rolled his eyes and moved the microphone closer to his mouth.
"Well, you're half right. While I am still upset at Panzer trying to pretend he's as pure-blooded an American as me, it's also the disrespect LWF has given me. I've challenged the company to let me come onto their roster, and yet, I haven't heard anything. So, either Panzer is more of a coward than I thought, or LWF knows that he doesn't stand a chance against me," Stan explained as he showed off the American Flag before Korpela took the microphone back.
"What do you plan on doing if you ever came to LWF: Reborn?" Korpela asked as Stan smirked at him, looking up at his American Flag.
"Let's just say that I'm going to show the LWF what a Real American looks like, whether they like it or not," Stan answered before leaving the backstage interview area. Korpela looked worried as the camera panned back to the stage, where Sanity's 'Controlled Chaos' theme song started playing as the lights in the arena went out with multiple spotlights going around the arena to look for Azula and her Warriors. However, the lights on the stage went on, revealing Azula, Ty Lee, and Mai behind her.
"The following contest is a Fatal-4-Way Tag Team Match to determine the #1 contenders for the BTWF Women's Tag Team Championships! Introducing first, accompanied to the ring by Princess Azula, the team of Ty Lee and Mai!" Mary Hughes announced as Azula put a hand on both Mai and Ty Lee's shoulders, nodding at them and telling them to continue down the entranceway. Ty Lee started yelling and arguing with the booing fans in the front row while Mai and Azula focused on the ring.
"Earlier tonight, Azula, Ty Lee, and Mai went after Alex, leaving her lying in the backstage area after a verbal confrontation," Okabe explained as Azula pulled Ty Lee away from an argument with one of the fans, patting her on the head to calm her down as Mai pounded on the top of the steel steps several times before getting on the apron. Azula and Ty Lee followed Mai onto the ring apron, where the three looked on at the fans before Ty Lee and Mai took off their masks and rolled into the ring as Azula continued talking about how they were going to become the next BTWF Women's Tag Team Champions.
"With the momentum that they've gotten from Alex and her various partners, they have to be confident in their abilities to win this match," Beth explained as Ty Lee started running around in the ring while Mai simply raised her fist up while Azula applauded them. While Mai tried pulling Ty Lee to their corner, TNA's Beautiful People theme song played, causing the crowd to cheer as Panty and Stocking came walking out of the back, with Panty and Stocking posing for the cheering crowd on the stage.
"And introducing their opponents first, the team of Panty and Stocking!" Mary Hughes announced as Panty started swiveling her hips while Stocking walked down the entrance ramp, hi-fiving multiple fans in the front row before Panty ran after her. Azula told her girls in the ring to calm down and not worry too much as Stocking started dancing seductively at the end of the entrance ramp while Panty made her way next to her, joining her at the end of the entrance ramp to join in on the dancing.
"These two, after getting a lucky victory over Mai Z. and Maki, think that they're going to win this match," Cornette rambled with a glare on his face. Meanwhile, Panty and Stocking walked up the steel steps, with Panty grabbing the top of the steel ring post and dancing seductively on the ring post. Stocking jumped into the ring, looked on at an annoyed-looking Ty Lee and Mai, and shook her hips at them, causing the crowd to cheer as Mai once again held Ty Lee back in an attempt to try and catch Stocking.
"Well despite your opinions on Panty and Stocking, Cornette, they have proven themselves in recent weeks, so I believe that they deserve an opportunity for the BTWF Women's Tag Team Championships," Beth responded. Panty jumped into the ring, and shook her hips at Ty Lee and Mai, causing Mai to push Ty Lee into the corner to keep her from going after them. After Panty and Stocking went to their corner, Kay Lee Ray's 'Venom' theme song played, causing the crowd to boo as Mai Z. and Maki came out of the back. The crowd booed louder while Maki and Mai Z. just glared at Panty and Stocking before beginning their walk to the ring.
"And their opponents, from Kyoto Japan, Maki, and Mai Zenin, the Zenin Sisters!" Mary Hughes announced as Maki and Mai Z. looked at each other and nodded before stomping over to the ring. Maki and Mai Z. ignored the booing fans and focused all of their ire on Panty and Stocking. While Stocking was stretching in the corner, Panty smirked at the angry looks on Maki and Mai Z's faces, and simply turned around to shake her ass at them. Maki and Mai Z. simply shook their heads while still annoyed at Panty and Stocking.
"Once again, Panty and Stocking trying to get into the heads of Maki and Mai Z. just because they know they can't beat Maki and Mai Z. in a fair fight!" Cornette ranted as Maki and Mai Z. slid into the ring from underneath the bottom rope. The crowd continued booing as Maki and Mai Z. kipped up and walked up to Panty and Stocking, telling them that their victory last week was only because of luck and that it wasn't going to happen again.
"Well, aren't you supposed to want to get into your opponent's head for an advantage, Cornette?" Okabe asked as Cornette grumbled something in annoyance while rolling his eyes before 'Going Under' by Evanescence played, causing the crowd to cheer as Millianna came jumping out of the back, jumping up and down with her hands and fists up. Kagura followed her out of the back, simply stomping to the top of the stage, with Millianna patting Kagura on the shoulders, telling her this was their big chance.
"And their opponents, the team of Kagura Mikazuchi and Millianna, Mermaid Heel!" Mary Hughes announced as Kagura looked over at Millianna, and nodded before walking down the entrance ramp, with Millianna following her, hi-fiving fans in the front row. Millianna then ran circles around Kagura, putting an arm around the back of Kagura's neck, and Kagura responded with a stoic nod before stopping at the ringside area, cracking her knuckles while glaring at her opponents in the ring.
"Kagura has been pushing for her and Millianna to get another BTWF Women's Tag Team Championship opportunity, and they have their chance here tonight," Beth explained as Millianna ran up the steel stairs and jumped onto the top rope while Kagura slid into the ring from underneath the bottom rope, sliding underneath Millianna in the corner. The crowd continued cheering as Millianna patted Kagura on the shoulders in support as Kagura got back to her feet, and told Millianna to get ready.
"Kagura seems as focused as always in regards to this Women's Tag Team Championship #1 contender's match," Cornette explained as the referee made sure all four teams were ready before telling the timekeeper to ring the bell. Once the bell rang, Kagura stayed in the ring along with Ty Lee, with the crowd cheering as Kagura ran at Ty Lee and sent her down with a Flying Japanese Arm Drag. The crowd continued cheering as Kagura hit Ty Lee with multiple punches to the side of the head before taking her down with a Snapmare. Kagura ran the ropes, hit Mai with a back elbow to the side of the head, and knocked Ty Lee down on his back with a Dropkick.
"Kagura immediately dominating Ty Lee at the start of this match, showing the women in this match that she means business," Beth explained as Kagura picked Ty Lee back up, but Ty Lee hit her with a Sit-Out Jawbreaker before picking herself back up and pushing Kagura into her corner. Ty Lee started choking Kagura with her foot before tagging Mai into the match. Ty Lee kept Kagura in place with her foot, allowing Mai to run the ropes and hit a Jumping Forearm Smash to the side of the head. The crowd booed as Mai put Kagura in a Fireman's Carry position, and Ty Lee attempted to run and hit Kagura with a Dropkick, but Kagura was able to fight out of the Fireman's Carry, take Mai down with a Reverse DDT, and counter Ty Lee by sending her out of the ring with a Clothesline.
"Kagura taking control back, sending Ty Lee flying out of the ring with a Clothesline!" Cornette exclaimed as Kagura picked Mai up and hit her with multiple punches to the face, but Mai pushed Kagura into the ropes, allowing Maki to tag herself into the match. The crowd booed as Maki and Mai exchanged punches in the middle of the ring while Mai Z. was cheering her sister on. Mai thought she had won the mini-brawl with a knee strike to the gut, but when she attempted to lift Maki up for a Suplex, Maki countered Mai's Suplex attempt with multiple knees to the face and the top of the head.
"Maki able to break out of this Suplex attempt, and now she has Mai trapped in a Front Facelock!" Okabe exclaimed as Maki tagged Mai Z. into the match, with the two wringing both of Mai's arms, allowing both Maki and Mai Z. to hit a Double Punch to Mai's gut before Mai Z. took her down with a Snap Vertical Suplex. Maki hit Mai with a Leg Drop across the neck before leaving the ring, allowing Mai Z. to pick Mai up, hitting her with multiple punches to the side of the face before running the ropes and hitting Mai with a Jumping Clothesline before going for the pin.

Panty ran into the ring, broke up the pin, dragged Mai to her corner, and allowed Stocking to tag in. The crowd cheered as Stocking ran into the ring, and knocked Mai Z. down with a Running Facebuster. Stocking then ran up to Maki, swiveled her hips at Maki, and then ran at Mai Z., hitting her with a Jumping Splash before putting her in a seated position, tagging Panty into the ring, and holding Mai Z. in position to allow Panty to run the ropes and hit a Sliding Forearm onto Mai Z. Panty then picked Stocking up, and slammed her down onto Mai Z.'s chest with a Scoop Slam before Panty went for another pin.

"Panty and Stocking continuing their mind-games with Maki and Mai Z., which can only end so well," Okabe explained as Panty picked Mai Z. up by the hair, and spanked her a couple of times before attempting to throw her into the ropes. However, Mai Z. was able to stop herself, not noticing that Millianna had tagged herself into the match until it was too late. Millianna jumped into the ring, attempting to go after Panty, but Mai Z. started brawling with Millianna. The crowd continued cheering as Kagura and Maki came to join their partners in the brawl.
"And now this match is beginning to break down, with Mermaid Heel and the Zenin Sisters brawling with each other!" Beth exclaimed as the referee tried to break the two apart. However, Panty, Stocking, Ty Lee, and Mai joined the brawl by going after each other, causing the crowd to cheer louder as Panty grabbed Mai and threw her out of the ring before Ty Lee hit Panty with a Jumping Spin Kick to the side of Panty's face. Stocking and Ty Lee then exchanged punches before Ty Lee kicked Stocking several times in the leg, but Stocking grabbed Ty Lee by the hair and threw her out of the ring.
"Stocking throwing Ty Lee out of the ring, but Ty Lee's landed on the apron!" Cornette exclaimed as Ty Lee held onto the apron, and started punching Stocking in the side of the head before attempting to jump back into the ring. Meanwhile, on the other side of the ring, Millianna clotheslined Mai Z. out of the ring before running at Stocking and hitting her with a Jumping Knee to the back, sending both her and Ty Lee falling out of the ring. Kagura and Maki started punching each other in the side of the head before Maki raked Kagura in the eyes, throwing her back on the apron.
"Things are starting to clear up in the ring now, with Millianna and Maki being the only two women standing in the ring!" Okabe exclaimed as Millianna went after Maki, hitting her with a Running Dropkick to the face, sending her rolling onto the apron, and the crowd cheered as Panty ran up to Millianna, and rolled her up with a School Girl.

Millianna was able to kick out, and kicked Panty in the side of the head, allowing her to put Panty in position for a German Suplex. The crowd continued cheering as Millianna hit Panty with a German Suplex, but Millianna did not let go of Panty and attempted to hit her with another German Suplex. However, Panty hit Millianna in the side of the head with multiple back elbows to the side of the head and started pulling herself to the ropes, which Maki responded to by tagging herself into the match.
"Maki is the legal woman in this match, but I don't think Millianna knows that!" Beth exclaimed as Millianna hit Panty with another German Suplex. However, while Millianna was getting back to her feet, Maki had gotten onto the top rope and hit a Missile Dropkick onto Millianna before going for a pinfall.
Ref: 1…2.
"Maki almost getting the three count from a distracted Millianna with a spectacular Missile Dropkick!" Cornette exclaimed as Maki grabbed Millianna by the hair, and started punching her in the side of the head before Mai Z. started climbing back onto the apron. Maki picked Millianna up and hit her with a Side Slam Backbreaker before tagging Mai Z. into the match. The crowd booed as Mai Z. jumped to the middle turnbuckle, and hit Millianna with a Middle Rope Diving Leg Drop while she was still over Maki's knee. The crowd continued booing as Mai Z. ran the ropes and hit a Jumping Knee Drop onto the top of Millianna's head.
"Maki and Mai Z. doing what they do best, and that's keeping Millianna away from her corner, and from anyone else who could tag into the match," Okabe explained as Mai Z. mounted Millianna and started punching her in the face before jumping back up, hitting Millianna with a Jumping Double Foot Stomp to the top of the chest. Mai Z. then walked over to the corner, and tagged Maki back into the match, causing the crowd to continue booing as Maki picked Millianna up, holding both of her arms back, allowing Mai Z. to hit multiple Knife-Edge Chops to Millianna's chest before hitting her with a Jumping Knee Strike, allowing Maki to hit Millianna with a Tiger Suplex.
"Some more impressive tag team continuity by Maki and Mai Z., keeping Millianna down and away from her partner," Cornette explained as Kagura got onto the apron and started telling Millianna to make her way to the corner, but Mai Z. grabbed Millianna, and hit her with a Neckbreaker while Maki made it back to the apron. Mai Z. started stomping on Millianna before running the ropes and hitting Millianna with a Jumping Senton to the chest before tagging Maki back into the match. Mai Z. noticed that Panty and Stocking were trying to get back to their feet, so Mai Z. ran the ropes and hit both Panty and Stocking with a Suicide Dive. The crowd continued booing as when Millianna got back to her feet, Maki ran at Millianna and hit her with a Discus Savate Kick to the face before going for the pin.
Ref: 1…2..
"I've never seen a Savate Kick like that, but Millianna was still able to kick out of the pin!" Beth exclaimed as Maki picked Millianna up by the hair, and started punching her in the side of the face before kicking Stocking in the face, sending her off of the apron. The crowd continued booing as Maki ran the ropes, attempting to hit Millianna with another Jumping Leg Drop, but Ty Lee tagged herself into the match, causing the crowd to boo as Ty Lee jumped to the top rope, and hit Millianna in the chest with a Diving Double Foot Stomp.
"And Ty Lee has made her way back into the ring, and hit a vicious Double Foot Stomp onto Millianna!" Cornette exclaimed as Ty Lee quickly went for the pinfall.

Ty Lee started pounding on the mat in frustration before stomping on Millianna's chest and attempting to put her in a Boston Crab. However, the crowd cheered as Millianna pulled Ty Lee closer with her legs, and started punching her in the face. The crowd continued cheering as Millianna pushed Ty Lee into the corner, and when she got up, Ty Lee rolled out of the corner attempting to hit her with a Rolling Thunder Dropkick from out of the corner. However, Millianna was able to counter this with a Spinebuster, sending both women down as Azula started cheering Ty Lee on as she and Millianna began crawling to the corner.
"Millianna finally able to get some reprieve from the onslaught she had been receiving from both the Zenin Sisters and Ty Lee!" Okabe exclaimed as Millianna dragged herself to Kagura, but Ty Lee was able to pull herself back to her feet, trying to pull Millianna away from Kagura. The crowd cheered as Millianna got back to her feet, and hit Ty Lee with an Enziguri, sending her staggering back into her corner. However, at the same time that Ty Lee fell into her corner which allowed Mai to tag herself into the match, Millianna jumped into her corner and tagged Kagura into the match.
"And both women are able to tag out! Kagura and Mai are now the legal women in the match!" Beth exclaimed as Mai attempted to knock Kagura down with a Clothesline, but Kagura was able to Matrix dodge out of the way, and when Mai turned around in surprise, Kagura kicked Mai in the gut and then ran the ropes, hitting Mai with a Clothesline. The crowd continued to cheer as when Mai got back to her feet, Kagura kicked Mai multiple times in the side of the legs and the chest, before hitting her with a Jumping Knee Strike to the face. Mai was staggering before Kagura took her down with a Drop Toe Hold and then ran the ropes to hit a Running Basement Dropkick to the side of the head.
"Look at the intensity in Kagura's eyes! She knows that this could be her and Millianna's last chance at an opportunity for the BTWF Women's Tag Team Championships!" Cornette exclaimed as Kagura hit Mai with a Standing Moonsault to the chest before going for a pinfall, hooking both of her legs back.

The crowd cheered as Stocking springboarded back into the ring, hitting a Springboard Elbow Drop to Kagura's back, breaking up the pinfall. Stocking then pushed Kagura away from Mai, but the crowd booed as Maki ran at Stocking, and hit her with a Bicycle Savate Kick, sending Stocking falling off onto the apron. The crowd continued booing as Maki started punching Stocking in the side of the head, but Stocking was able to push one of Maki's punches away before hitting her with a Headbutt.
"Stocking and Maki are fighting on the apron while Kagura and Mai are trying to recover!" Okabe exclaimed as Mai Z. snuck from behind Stocking, and put her in an Electric Chair position on the outside. The crowd continued booing as Maki ran the ropes, hit a Suicide Dive through the ropes, and hit Stocking while Mai Z. had her in an Electric Chair position. However, the crowd cheered as Panty jumped up to the top rope, and hit a Diving Crossbody onto both Mai Z. and Maki. The crowd continued cheering as Panty started punching Mai Z. on the floor, causing the referee to get distracted by the brawl.
"The animosity between Panty & Stocking and the Zenin Sisters have exploded on the outside, taking the official's attention away from the match!" Okabe exclaimed as the crowd started cheering as while Azula was cheering on Mai from the outside, Alex Vasquez ran through the crowd and clubbed Azula in the back. The crowd continued cheering as Alex started stomping on Azula's back before Ty Lee noticed and started running after Alex. Alex and Ty Lee ran up the entrance ramp and to the back, and when Mai got up, she looked furious that Ty Lee had been tricked into leaving.
"Alex getting her revenge for earlier tonight! Mai's now all alone with Kagura and Millianna in the ring!" Beth exclaimed as Mai attempted to grab Kagura, and hit her with a Russian Legsweep, but Kagura was able to free her arm and hit Mai with a Side Kick to the face before tagging Millianna back into the match. The crowd continued cheering as Millianna put Mai in a German Suplex position, and attempted to set Mai up for the Siren's Call (German Suplex/Shining Wizard combination). However, Mai was able to move out of the way, pushing Millianna into Kagura, causing the crowd to boo before rolling Millianna up with a School Girl, hooking Millianna's tights back.
Ref: 1…2..
"Mai almost stole the victory there! Kagura also looks dazed from the head-on collision with Mai!" Cornette exclaimed as Mai grabbed Millianna by the hair, and attempted to put her in a Back Suplex position, but Millianna was able to backflip behind Mai, pushing her away. This allowed Kagura to hit Mai in the face with a Bicycle Knee Strike to the face of Mai, allowing Millianna to put Mai back in the German Suplex position. The crowd continued cheering as Kagura ran the ropes, and she and Millianna hit the Siren's Call (German Suplex/Shining Wizard combination) before Millianna went for the pinfall. Kagura responded by springboarding off of the top rope, and hitting Panty, Stocking, and the Zenin Sisters with a Springboard Moonsault from the top rope, taking them all out.

"Ladies and gentlemen, here are your winners, and new #1 contenders for the BTWF Women's Tag Team Championships, Millianna and Kagura Mikazuchi, Mermaid Heel!" Mary Hughes announced. The crowd continued cheering as Millianna jumped up and down in the ring in celebration while Azula looked furious on the outside, arguing with the referee that Alex had interfered in the match, and distracted Ty Lee and Mai, but the referee said that the decision was final.
"Kagura and Millianna have another date with the BTWF Women's Tag Team Championships at the Battle Riot!" Beth exclaimed as the crowd began booing as the lights in the arena went down and turned blood red. The crowd continued booing as BTWF Women's Tag Team Champions Ultear Milkovich and Tomoko Kuroki appeared on the rafters, with a bright red spotlight shining on the two. Kagura rolled back into the ring to provide Millianna with possible backup just in case Ultear and Tomoko decided to come down and start a fight.
"And speaking of the BTWF Women's Tag Team Championships, here come the champions, and it looks like they have something to say," Okabe explained as Ultear and Tomoko walked down the rafters, but stopped in the middle of the stairs with a red spotlight still on them. Ultear and Tomoko both had microphones in their hands, looking at Millianna and Kagura as they themselves looked ready for a fight.
"Calm yourself, little girls. We are not here for a fight, we are simply here to look at who are going to be challenging for our gold. And ladies, we are ecstatic that you two are the ones stepping into the ring with us," Ultear said with a smirk on her face. Millianna and Kagura looked at her with confusion and raised eyebrows as Ultear continued smirking at them while Tomoko looks at them with wide eyes.
"See, you two have been a thorn in our sides for months now, and since the Sisterhood of Darkness has complete control of the Keys to the Kingdom, we have to keep them away from those on the light side like yourselves," Ultear continued. Kagura walked over to the ropes and told Ultear and Tomoko to come down and tell them all this to their faces. Ultear merely chuckled while Tomoko began speaking to Millianna and Kagura.
"Tik tok…tik tok…tik tok…tik tok…your doomsday is coming," Tomoko said, cackling with glee as Kagura and Millianna attempted to confront the BTWF Women's Tag Team Champions, but the lights in the arena went out, and when they came back on a moment later, Ultear and Tomoko were gone. Kagura looks frustrated as Millianna to calm her down while the camera panned to the backstage interview area, where BTWF United States Champion Shinji Ikari and Death the Kid are standing on each side of the interview area with Todd Grisham standing in between them.
"Ladies and gentlemen, in our main event, Shinji Ikari will defend his BTWF United States Championship against Death the Kid. Both men are determined to go into the Battle Riot match and PPV as the BTWF United States Champion. Do you guys have any final words before your match in the main event?" Todd asked as Shinji nodded before motioning for Todd to move the microphone towards his mouth.
"Kid, I know you're thinking that I don't respect you for what I said a few weeks back. That couldn't be further from the truth. Kid, you're a phenomenal athlete and you remind me of…well me when I started wrestling in the BTWF all those years ago. And honestly, I'm excited about our upcoming main event match," Shinji explained. Kid looked at Shinji with a raised eyebrow but nodded as he motioned for the microphone to get moved closer to his mouth.
"Listen Shinji, I may have overreacted to your comments about me a few weeks back, but don't think that I won't do whatever it takes to win the BTWF United States Championship. Shinji, you made the BTWF United States Championship one of the most prestigious belts in the BTWF, and carrying it into the Battle Riot would be one of the highlights of my career," Kid explained as Shinji nodded while looking at the BTWF United States Championship over his shoulder, causing Death the Kid to also look at the championship.
"Well I'm glad that you have the determination for our match, but I have the same goal, and when it comes to this BTWF United States Championship, nobody can beat me. And THAT is Undisputed," Shinji explained as Kid nodded while holding his hand out for a handshake. Shinji responded by accepting the handshake and patting Kid on the shoulder before going back to his locker room before the camera panned to a commercial break.
*Commercial Break*
*Commercial Over*
The camera panned to the locker room, where Ed was mumbling in anger while untying his wrist tape before throwing the wrist tape down on the mat in frustration. Ed put his face in both of his hands, looking as though he was going to scream, but Ed put his face out of his hands when he heard someone open the locker room door.
"Oh, it's you. What, need something else to do now that all your old buddies kicked you to the curb?" Ed asked with a grimace as the camera turned to the left, revealing Double D, who kept a smile on his face as he sat down next to Ed.
"Listen, those guys were never my friends, Ed. I only used them to try and get ahead, and…well you saw how that turned out," Double D said, patting Ed on the back. Ed pushed Double D's hand away, turned to him with a glare, and began responding to him.
"Can you get to the point, because I'm really not in the mood for a long speech," Ed asked as Double D put his hands up before responding.
"Hey, hey, let's calm down here. All I'm saying is that the both of us are on the downslide in our careers, and I think we could both use a little boost. But that can only happen if we work together," Double D explained. Ed looked at Double D with a raised eyebrow before taking a deep breath and nodding.
"I'm listening," Ed said. Double D's smile grew wider as he continued talking with Ed as the camera panned back to the ring, where a man in long blue tights and a brown ponytail was stretching in the ring to wait for his opponent. LA Knight's 'Rollin' Deep' theme song played, causing the crowd to boo as Jean came out of the back with a black and red sparkling robe with a mirror that had the same color scheme as his robe.
"Ladies and gentlemen, we are back from commercial break and we have Jean Kirstein in a singles match for the first time since his match with Mordecai last month," Okabe explained as the crowd continued booing while Jean was looking in the mirror he was holding, telling the crowd that they were distracting him from the beauty that he was looking at. The local competitor in the ring rolled his eyes and waited for the narcissist to come into the ring.
"Jean has been making all these insane claims about Mordecai since Mordecai was attacked by Kaminari," Beth reminded as Jean walked up the steel steps. The crowd continued booing as Jean continued looking at himself in the mirror, fixing his hair as he walked into the ring, and told the referee to keep the little loser away from him before walking to the center of the ring. The crowd continued booing as Jean demanded that Mary Hughes give him the microphone, which Mary did.
"Now I want all of you fat, ugly, sweaty, bunch of losers to button your lips and open your ears, and observe as I take my robe off, and show all the ladies in the audience what an actually sexy man looks like!" Jean exclaimed as he dropped the microphone, gyrated his hips, and began untying his robe. The crowd continued booing as Jean took his robe off, throwing it to the side before telling the local competitor to get into the corner before giving the microphone back to Mary Hughes, telling her to introduce him formally.
"The following contest is scheduled for one fall! In the ring, from the Trost District on Paradis Island, he is the 'Definition of Perfection', Jean Kirstein!" Mary Hughes announced. However, before Mary could announce his opponent, Jean told her that nobody cared about his opponent and told the timekeeper to ring the bell. The timekeeper did what he said, but the crowd cheered as the local competitor hit a Running Dropkick to the back of Jean's head before turning him around, and hitting him with multiple punches to the side of the head.
"Jean showing off his egotism with this entrance, but this local competitor, who is named Sammy Knoble, is showing Jean that he is nobody to be ignored!" Cornette exclaimed as Sammy ran the ropes, attempting another Running Corner Dropkick, but the crowd booed as Jean was able to counter with a Spinning Leg Lariat, turning Sammy inside out. The crowd booed as Jean held the back of his head, and growled at Sammy before stomping his chest and face before telling the crowd that Sammy almost scratched his precious face.
"Well…that was nice while it lasted," Beth lamented as Jean grabbed Sammy by the hair, and hit him with a Standing Clothesline before picking him back up by the hair, and throwing him into the corner again. The crowd continued booing as Jean ran into the corner, and hit Sammy with a Jumping Back Elbow to the side of the head before grabbing Sammy by the hair, putting him in a Torture Rack position, and hitting him with the Feast Your Eyes (Argentine Backbreaker Transitioned into a Knee Lift).
"And a Feast Your Eyes by Jean, and that move truly was a feast for the eyes!" Okabe exclaimed as Jean stomped over Sammy's practically unconscious head, causing the crowd to boo as Jean made his way to the top turnbuckle, balancing on the top before blowing a kiss to some of the booing fans, and hitting a Jean-Ton Bomb (Swanton Bomb) onto Sammy's chest, kipping back up to his feet, and putting one foot on Sammy's chest to initiate a pin.

"Here is your winner, 'the Definition of Perfection', Jean Kirstein!" Mary Hughes announced as the crowd continued booing as Jean kipped back to his feet once again, and gyrated his hips at the crowd before going back to Mary Hughes, and telling her to give him the microphone back. Jean walked over to Sammy, put a foot back over his chest, and began speaking again as the crowd began chanting 'Shut the Fuck Up!' in advance.
"Ladies and gentlemen, what you just saw here was a sample of what was going to happen at the Battle Riot! Unlike that coward Mordecai, I'm going to show up at the Battle Riot, throw whoever I need to over the top rope, and win the entire thing!" Jean exclaimed. The crowd continued booing as Jean grabbed Sammy by the hair, and started hitting him multiple times in the side of the head with the microphone.
"Anyway, I'm going to show you all how far I'm going to throw the other freaks and losers out of the Battle Riot!" Jean exclaimed before putting the microphone down, and throwing Sammy out of the ring over the top rope, sending him crashing into the front of the announcers' table. However, before Jean could continue his spiel, the crowd began cheering as a man wearing a GVWL shirt. Jean looked at the man with a raised eyebrow and attempted to talk to him, but the man slapped the microphone out of his hands, hit him with multiple punches to the face, and headbutted him in the face with enough force to send him staggering into the ropes.
"We don't know who this man is, but he's potentially saving Sammy from more humiliation!" Cornette exclaimed as the man in the GVWL shirt knocked Jean over the top rope with a Clothesline. The crowd continued cheering as the man grabbed the microphone that Jean dropped, and looked on at the cheering crowd before he began speaking.
"Ladies and gentlemen, my name is Jake Meredith, and I'm representing GVWL in the upcoming BTWF Battle Riot! But not only am I going to be representing GVWL in the Battle Riot, but I'm going to win the Battle Riot! And if I have to do what I just did to Jean to everyone in the Battle Riot to win it, that's what I'm going to do!" Meredith exclaimed as the crowd continued cheering and Meredith smirked at the crowd before dropping the microphone and raising his fist up in the air as Jean glared at Meredith while getting back to his feet.
"The Battle Riot has been open to all, and GVWL's Jake Meredith has made his intentions known!" Cornette exclaimed as the camera started panning away from the ring while Jake Meredith continued celebrating with the fans in the ring. The camera panned to an MMA gym, where Reiner Braun was punching and kneeing a punching bag before looking at the camera, and taking a break from his striking training.
"Oh! Didn't know we were going to do the interview now, but I got time. I'm Reiner Braun, and I've been practicing some MMA, even competing in a few MMA fights," Reiner explained as footage showed some of Reiner's cage fights, where one of his fights ended via knockout with multiple punches to the face while another fight of his ended via submission with a Kimura Lock, with the opponent only lasting in the hold for a few seconds.
"This gives me an edge over a lot of the other wrestlers and athletes in Evolve because I have holds and strikes that they'll most likely never be able to counter," Reiner explained as the camera then panned to some of his matches on the independent scene, where Reiner hit multiple opponents with Flying Knee Strikes, a Sit-Out F-5, and even made several wrestlers tap out with the Kimura Lock. Footage also showed Reiner hitting multiple independent wrestlers with a Triple Powerbomb combination, and a Clothesline hard enough to send someone twisting in the air.
"I have the strength, the MMA experience, the mind, and I know BTWF Evolve is going to be my show, especially when I become the first-ever BTWF Evolve Champion," Reiner explained. Reiner then turned around and started kicking the side of the punching bag as the camera panned back to the stage. 'Balboa' by Blind Channel played, causing the crowd to cheer as Eren Jeager came running out of the back, jumping to the center of the stage before raising both of his fists up in the air.
"The following contest is scheduled for one fall! Approaching the ring, from the Shiganshina District on Paradis Island, representing BTWF Evolve, Eren Jeager!" Mary Hughes announced. The crowd continued cheering as Eren put his fists back down, and walked down the entranceway. Eren hi-fived fans in the front row, telling him that he was going to take the BTWF Evolve Championship, and bring it to Octane.
"Continuing with the theme of BTWF Evolve, we have Eren Jeager coming out here for a match tonight, giving us a sample of what we can expect from the BTWF Evolve wrestlers," Okabe explained as Eren jumped up to the top of the fan barricade, and raised his fists up in the air again, causing the crowd to cheer louder as Eren ran on top of the fan barricade, and didn't jump off until he got to the ringside area. The crowd continued cheering as Eren jumped off of the fan barricade and landed on the apron.
"Eren has been making his presence known, but the problem is that he's been doing so while also making enemies out of Octane superstars, Senku Ishigami and Kaworu Nagisa," Cornette further explained as Eren springboarded into the ring, rolling on his feet, and shot both of his fists up. The crowd continued cheering as Eren ran up to the corner, jumped up to the top turnbuckle, and raised both of his fists once again before Damien Sandow's 2014 'Hallelujah' theme song played, causing the crowd to start booing as Senku came out behind him with Kaworu still on his crutches.
"And his opponent, accompanied to the ring by Kaworu Nagisa, from the Kingdom of Science, Senku Ishigami!" Mary Hughes announced as the crowd continued booing while Senku shook Kaworu's hand. Senku looked at Eren, who was glaring at Senku while still on the top rope, and chuckled at him before telling the fans he's going to send him back to developmental where he belongs. Senku then told some fans who had their hands out for hi-fives to put their gross hands back by their side before continuing his walk to the ring.
"Senku has been on a roll since debuting, as he hasn't lost a single match since he's come onto Octane," Beth explained as Senku got to the ringside area, and gave Kaworu another handshake before walking up the steel steps. Eren attempted to walk up to Senku, but the referee pushed Eren back, causing Senku to chuckle before walking into the ring and telling the referee to keep Eren away from him before walking into the ring.
"It shows how much a genius like Kaworu can benefit someone's career, and Senku is living and breathing proof of that," Okabe explained. Senku then went into the corner and told the referee that he was ready. The referee then checked with Eren, and once he got confirmation from Eren, told the timekeeper to ring the bell. Once the bell rang, Senku and Eren circled around each other, but before Eren could do anything, Kaworu pushed his crutch into the ring, causing Eren to kick it away. The crowd booed as Senku took advantage of this distraction by clubbing Eren in the back hard enough to send him bouncing off of the ropes.
"And Kaworu once again paying dividends for his protégé, allowing him to get a cheap shot in on Eren!" Cornette exclaimed as Senku pushed Eren into the corner, and started hitting him with multiple forearms to the side of the face. The crowd continued booing as Senku attempted to throw Eren into another corner, but the crowd cheered as Eren jumped up to the top rope, and hit a Diving Back Elbow into Senku's face. The crowd continued cheering as Eren picked Senku up and hit him with multiple Knife-Edge Chops to the chest before running the ropes and hitting him with a Shotgun Dropkick to the chest before going for a pin.

"Eren, just like that, showcasing some crazy athleticism to get back in control of this match!" Beth exclaimed as Eren picked Senku up, and attempted to hit him with some more Knife-Edge Chops, but Senku was able to dodge one of them and poke Eren in the eye. The crowd continued booing as Senku sent Eren falling on his ass with a hard punch to the face. Senku then attempted to stomp on Eren's face, but Eren was able to roll out of the way, and while he was still on the ground, kick Senku in the back of the leg, sending him onto one knee.
"Eren with some hard kicks while on the ground. You have to imagine Eren being in that position would make it harder for him to hit kicks that hard," Okabe explained as Eren got back on his feet, and pushed Senku into the corner. The crowd continued cheering as Eren ran the ropes and hit him with a Running Big Boot into the corner. Eren then pushed Senku out of the corner, got onto the second rope, and hit a Diving Elbow Smash to the back of Senku's head before going for another pin, hooking both of his legs back.

"Eren's been dominating Senku here, showing the BTWF crowd what they can expect from him on Evolve," Beth complimented as Eren tried to pick Senku up, but Senku hit Eren with a Jawbreaker. While Eren was holding his jaw, Senku picked himself up and hit him with a Running Knee Lift before picking him up and attempting to hit him with a Back Suplex. However, Eren started punching Senku in the top of the head, but Senku pushed Eren off of him, and hit him with a Running Knee to the back, sending him out of the ring.
"Very nice counter by Senku, which is what having a mentor like Kaworu does for you," Okabe explained as Senku attempted to run the ropes and hit a Suicide Dive, but Eren responded by hitting Senku with a Back Elbow to the side of the head. The crowd cheered as Eren jumped back up to the apron, stomped on Senku's back a couple of times, and then hit a Jumping Leg Drop across the back of Senku's neck. However, while the referee was distracted by Senku grabbing on his shirt, Kaworu limped over to Eren and started arguing with him.
"Kaworu once again distracting Eren from his match, giving Senku enough time to recover," Okabe explained as Eren told Kaworu to piss off before Senku hit a Running Harley Race Knee Lift to the side of Eren's head, sending him falling off of the apron and sending his midsection crashing into the front of the announcers' table. The crowd booed as Senku went on his knees to catch his breath, and smirked at the sight of a downed Eren, who was clenching his sides while gritting his teeth in pain. Senku then pulled himself back up to his feet and waited for Eren to get back to his feet, and when he did, Senku ran the ropes and hit Eren with a Suicide Dive.
"Senku sent Eren crashing into the announcers' table once again, sending his side crashing into the top of the table cover!" Cornette said while wincing as Senku started pressing his foot into Eren's side. Kaworu applauded Senku's performance as Senku started stomping on Eren's sides, the camera able to catch a bruise showing up on Eren's side. Senku picked Eren up by the hair and slammed his face into the announcers' table multiple times before pushing him into the steel ring apron.
Ref: 1…2…3
"Senku sending Eren's back crashing into the steel ring post, using the outside of the ring as a legal tag team partner," Beth narrated as Senku continued ramming Eren's side and back into the steel ring apron multiple times before picking him up in a Vertical Suplex position. The crowd continued booing as Senku sent Eren's back and side crashing into the steel ring apron with a Snap Vertical Suplex. Senku then continued stomping on Eren's side before picking him back up by the hair and throwing him into the steel steps, sending his side crashing into the point of the steel steps.
Ref: …4…5
Senku threw Eren back into the ring and rolled after him into the ring, but the crowd cheered as Eren started kicking at Senku while he was down on his back. The crowd quickly went back to booing as Senku grabbed both of Eren's legs, and stomped on his chest and midsection hard multiple times. Senku then ran the ropes and hit a Jumping Single Foot Stomp to the chest before rolling Senku up with a Jackknife Pin.
Ref: 1…2
"Senku getting a two count there, and you can see Eren having a hard time breathing," Okabe pointed out as Senku grabbed Eren by the back of the head, and threw him into the corner. The crowd continued booing as Senku started stomping on Eren's gut, and not letting up until the referee pulled Senku off. Kaworu continued to applaud Senku as he went back into the corner, and continued stomping on Eren's chest and midsection before running the ropes and hitting a Running Knee Strike to the side of Eren's head.
"Eren just got knocked loopy with a Running Knee to the side of the head!" Beth exclaimed as Senku started choking Eren by pressing his foot on his throat until the referee once again pulled him back. Eren tried to pull himself back up while Kaworu was talking trash about him, and Eren responded by pie-facing Kaworu away, and while distracted, Senku kicked Eren in the chest with a Penalty Kick. Senku then picked Eren back up on his feet and hit him with a Back Suplex before kipping back to his feet, outstretching his arms and telling the crowd that Eren was nothing but a loser.
"Senku doing a good job of slowing down Eren, who if the audience remembers, had dominated Senku with some quickness and high-flying," Okabe explained as Senku continued stomping on Eren's chest and midsection before picking him back up, and slamming his knee into Eren's gut. Senku then picked Eren up in a Vertical Suplex position, walked over to the ropes, and dropped Eren chest first on the top rope with a Gourdbuster. The crowd continued booing as Senku clubbed Eren in the back while keeping him over the top rope before jumping up to the middle rope.
"What does Senku have planned here, with Eren in a prone position over the top rope!?" Beth exclaimed as Senku dived off of the middle turnbuckle and hit a Diving Knee Drop on Eren's back. Senku then dragged Eren to the middle of the ring and pinned him while hooking both of his legs back.
Ref: 1…2.
Senku looked surprised at the referee before he mounted Eren and started punching him in the side of the head before switching the punches with Elbow strikes to the side of the head. The crowd continued booing as Eren attempted to grab Senku's legs and take him down, but Senku responded by kneeing Eren in the gut multiple times before putting him in a Front Facelock. The crowd booed as Eren tried to punch his way out of the hold, but Senku responded by hitting Eren with a DDT.
"And Senku, taking Eren down with a vicious DDT. But you have to give some credit to Eren since he's trying to fight back despite the pain in his head and his chest," Cornette noted as Senku grabbed Eren, and put him in a Side Headlock, causing the crowd to boo as Senku dug his wrist into Eren's throat. Eren started coughing as he tried to make it to the ropes to try and force a ropebreak, but Senku was able to roll Eren back to the center of the ring. The crowd continued booing as Senku told Eren to just give up already, that he's a nobody, and that he's not going to win this match. After almost a minute of being in the Side Headlock, Eren was able to get back to his feet and started punching Senku in the gut to try and loosen the Side Headlock.
"Eren trying to fight back, but Senku is determined to keep this Side Headlock locked in to try and take Eren out!" Okabe exclaimed as Senku attempted to take Eren back down with a Snapmare. However, the crowd cheered as while on his back, Eren shot both of his feet into Senku's face, sending him staggering into the corner. The crowd continued cheering as Eren ran into the corner, attempting to hit a Running Dropkick into the corner, but Senku pushed him away. However, Eren was able to land on his feet, and hit Senku with a Titan Theory (Chaos Theory Rolling German Suplex), bridging into a pinfall.
Ref: 1…2..
"Eren almost getting a huge victory here! Not only would he have beaten an Octane superstar, but also one who doesn't have a single loss on his resume!" Beth exclaimed as Eren got back to his feet, and started clapping at the same time as the audience, waiting for Senku to get back to his feet. Eren ran at Senku and hit him with three Clotheslines, a 3-D Maneuver Blade (Sling Blade), and a Float Over DDT. The crowd continued cheering as Eren picked Senku up, put him in a Fireman's Carry position, and hit Senku with a Fireman's Carry Single Knee Gutbuster. Eren smirked at the crowd before running at Senku and hitting a Leaping Knee Drop to the face.
"Eren taking control, showcasing his range of wrestling abilities, specifically his speed and striking abilities," Cornette explained as Eren went back into the corner, and climbed up to the top rope. The crowd continued cheering as Eren dived off of the top rope, attempting to hit a Rogue Titan Stomp (Diving Double Foot Stomp), but Senku was able to move out of the way. Eren was able to land on his feet, however, and the crowd cheered loudly as Eren was able to grab Senku's leg, take Senku down with a Single Leg Takedown, and then locked Senku in a Wall Rose (Single Leg Boston Crab).
"And Senku has the submission locked in, and does he have that leg bent far!" Beth exclaimed, wincing slightly as Senku began crawling to the ropes. The crowd booed as Kaworu went over to the ropes, and pushed the ropes closer to Senku, allowing him to grab the ropes. Eren looked annoyed when the referee pulled him off because of the ropebreak, and Eren turned his ire to Kaworu on the outside. The crowd continued their cheering as Eren ran the ropes and hit Kaworu with a Suicide Somersault Senton, kicking Kaworu in the side of the head before rolling back into the ring.
"And Eren taking Kaworu out of the equation so that he can get Senku one on one in a fair fight!" Beth exclaimed as Eren ran at Senku, and hit him with a Running Football Kick to the chest before putting him in a Powerbomb position, and hitting Senku with the Jeager Bomb (Running Sit-Out Powerbomb) before going for the pinfall.
Ref: 1…2..
Eren looked stunned that the Jeager Bomb (Running Sit-Out Powerbomb) didn't get the job done. Eren then looked on at the cheering crowd and nodded before he went into the corner, tuning up the band for the Titan Killer (Superkick). Eren waited for Senku to get back to his feet, and attempted to hit him with the Titan Killer (Superkick), but Senku was able to dodge the Superkick and hit Eren with a Shoulder Jawbreaker. The crowd booed as Senku hit Eren with a Superkick of his own and rolled him up for a pin with a Small Package.
Ref: 1…2..
"Eren able to roll out of the Small Package! And he's attempting to go for the Wall Rose (Single Leg Boston Crab) again!" Cornette exclaimed as Senku kicked Eren away and into the ropes. Senku ran the ropes and hit Eren with a Leapfrog Body Guillotine and choked Eren with his knee by pushing his knee into Eren's back, sending his throat pushing against the middle ropes. The referee pulled Senku away from Eren, telling him to stop choking Eren, and while the referee was distracted, Kaworu hit Eren in the side of the head with the tip of his crutch, causing the crowd to boo as Kaworu pushed Eren away from the ropes.
"Kaworu getting involved once again, using his crutch to hit Eren right in the side of the head!" Beth exclaimed as Senku grabbed Eren by the hair, and hit him with the Petrification (Jumping Complete Shot).
"That is exactly what a manager is supposed to do Beth; make sure that their charge wins the match. I mean, we're sitting with one of the greatest managers of all time," Okabe responded as Senku went for the pin, hooking both of Eren's legs back as Kaworu looked at the crowd with a knowing smile.

"Here is your winner, Senku Ishigami!" Mary Hughes announced as Senku rolled out of the ring, and hugged Kaworu in celebration as the crowd continued booing while Senku and Kaworu were celebrating. Eren, meanwhile, held the side of his head in pain, while pounding the mat in frustration while rolling out of the ring. Senku and Kaworu laughed at the booing crowd while celebrating Senku's victory and him 'proving Eren wrong'.
"Well, as much as I want to talk about how right you are Okabe, and toot my own horn, we have to give Senku and Eren their props for the great match we just witnessed," Cornette said while Eren tried to pull himself back up to his feet, and grabbed Mary's microphone. Kaworu and Senku noticed, chuckling and smirking at Eren's anger and annoyance before Eren began talking.
"Senku! Kaworu! If it hadn't been for that crutch shot to the side of my head, I would've beaten Senku and you know it!" Eren yelled, briefly taking a break to mumble about how much his head hurt, causing Senku and Kaworu to continue chuckling.
"So, next week on Octane, whether I make it past the opening round of the BTWF Evolve Championship tournament, I want a match against Kaworu!" Eren exclaimed. Kaworu looked perplexed as he told Eren that he has a hurt leg, pointing at the cast on his leg.
"Oh, don't worry. I heard that you're almost done with your physical therapy and that you had some sort of surprise you wanted to reveal at the BTWF Battle Riot! So, that leaves me to believe that you should be fine by next Octane. So, like it or not, you better be prepared, because I'm gonna be ready to kick your pompous ass all over the ring!" Eren exclaimed before dropping the microphone and holding his head in pain. Kaworu looked shocked at what Eren said, and while Senku asked what was wrong, Kaworu turned around and started heading back to the locker room with Senku following after him.
"What a set of news by Eren! Kaworu looks shocked that Eren knew about his announcement and the state of his leg though," Okabe noted as Eren told the fans that Kaworu's ass was his. The camera then panned to the backstage area, where Denki Kaminari was walking around the backstage arena with Tim Scam following him and a microphone in his hands.
"So, I finally got the microphone time that I wanted last week, and it feels good because I can tell every one of the losers in the back that they're going to lose to me at the Battle Riot!" Kaminari exclaimed as Scam nodded and patted him on the shoulders in support before Kaminari continued his rant.
"I've been overlooked for so long, and now I've finally gotten a chance to show all these idiots in the crowd and in the back that I'm the future of this Goddamn company! What I did to Mordecai was only the beginning of my dominance over Octane, and when I win the Battle Riot-!" Kaminari continued to rant before the Hollywood Hooligan walked beside Kaminari along with Mandy DeRoyale.
"Excuse me? 'When you win'? You do realize you're going to be in the ring with a Hollywood megastar, don't you? Stuff like this is what I do; outshining the other background characters and being the last man standing," Hooligan explained as Kaminari rolled his eyes.
"Oh please, if anything, you're gonna be the first man I'm going to throw out. And look, you're on a high because you got lucky against Todoroki. Unlike you, I was actually able to beat Todoroki one on one, and on PPV," Kaminari argued, but both men were stopped in their tracks when Shoto Todoroki walked himself walked in front of both men with his arms crossed in front of his chest.
"I've heard enough of you two talking about who's going to win the Battle Riot. At the PPV, I'm going to talk with my actions, and that includes throwing you two idiots over the top rope," Todoroki explained. Hooligan chuckled, swatting his hand away before pulling an 8 x 10 out of his pocket, with a picture of Hooligan standing in the ring celebrating while Todoroki was sitting disappointed outside of the ring.
"Really? Because this picture from last week says otherwise. I can sign it for you if you want," Hooligan countered before Mandy gave him a pen from her jeans pocket. However, before Hooligan could even sign the paper, Todoroki hit Hooligan with a kick to the side of the head. Kaminari looked at Todoroki in shock, and when Todoroki turned his attention to Kaminari, he backed away with Scam following him. Mandy, meanwhile, screamed out loud and ran away to call security about what Todoroki had done to Hooligan.
"You may have gotten the last laugh here, Todoroki, but come the Battle Riot, I'm going to realize my destiny and become the BTWF Champion!" Kaminari yelled at Todoroki while Scam pulled him back to try and prevent him from engaging in a brawl with Todoroki. The camera then panned away to a commercial break as Todoroki rolled his eyes at Kaminari and a downed Hooligan.

The camera panned back to the backstage area, where Kaworu Nagisa and Senku Ishigami were walking around the backstage area, with Kaworu looking stressed as BTWF United States Champion Shinji Ikari came walking up to him with a smirk on his face.
"What are you smirking at, Shinji? You still have a United States Championship match coming up in the main event," Kaworu pointed out as Senku nodded in response and agreement. Shinji continued smirking at Kaworu before patting him on the shoulder, looking right at Senku as he began speaking.
"You know Kaworu, even after you betrayed me at the last Starshow all those months ago, we still hang around with the same circle of friends, and they had a LOT of interesting stuff you've been keeping from these great fans here in New York," Shinji responded. Kaworu glared at Shinji and slapped his hand off of his shoulder and pushed Senku back away from Shinji.
"So you're the one who told Eren my personal information?" Kaworu asked.
"Hey, you know me, Kaworu; when someone needs help, I do my best to do what I can do to help," Shinji responded. Kaworu looked at Senku before returning his attention to Shinji and slapping him in the face. As Shinji registered the slap, Kaworu smirked at a trembling with anger Shinji.
"Good luck in your main event Shinji, because when I am healed, I'm coming after that BTWF United States Championship," Kaworu said before he and Senku walked around Shinji, leaving him to try and calm down alone as the camera panned to the stage, where the lights in the arena turned blood red once again. The crowd began booing as 'Knives' by Bullet For My Valentine played, revealing Xochi walking out of the back while fire shot up from the stage. Xochi then walked towards the fire, and wiped some of the fire away from the stage, giving her a path to the entranceway.
"The following contest is scheduled for one fall! Approaching the ring, representing the Sisterhood of Darkness, from Monte Macabre Mexico, Xochi Melendez!" Mary Hughes announced. The crowd continued booing as Xochi looked around her, looking surprised that no member of the Sisterhood was around her, not even Medusa Gorgon. Xochi simply shrugged her shoulders and continued her way to the ring, while turning her ire to the booing fans.
"Xochi has had some growing tension with the Sisterhood, and you can see that in the fact that she's coming out by herself," Beth noted as Xochi stopped at the steel steps, looked at the booing fans with a glare on his face, and gave the floor in front of the entranceway a hard stomp, causing the fire on the stage to turn off and the lights in the arena to flicker between blood red and pure white.
"Despite this, Xochi's goal is to make sure that Akira goes into her BTWF World Women's Championship match at the Battle Riot PPV against the leader of the Sisterhood of Darkness, Sherry Blendy," Cornette further explained as Xochi was walking up the steel steps. Xochi grabbed the top rope, jumped over the top rope, and then jumped onto the middle turnbuckle. The crowd continued booing as Xochi took off her black leather jacket, and threw it into the camera, sticking her tongue out playfully before she jumped off of the middle turnbuckle and walked to the middle of the ring.
"Well regardless of Xochi's relationship with Sherry Blendy and the rest of the Sisterhood of Darkness, she has a big opportunity to battle against the #1 contender for the BTWF World Women's Championship," Okabe explained as Xochi cracked her knuckles before the lights in the arena turned back down, and a lone spotlight appeared at the center of the stage with 'Ladies and Gentlemen' by Saliva played as the crowd gave a mixed reaction to Akira as she walked into the spotlight.
"And her opponent, from the Asahi Ward, Yokohama, Japan, she is 'the Spotlight' Akira Hayami!" Mary Hughes announced as the crowd continued giving a mixed reaction while walking off of the stage and down the entrance ramp. Akira looked up at Xochi and smirked at her while telling the crowd to bask in her glory while continuing to walk down the entranceway. Akira then nodded at several fans who were cheering her but glared at some of the fans that were booing her.
"Akira's getting some mixed reactions from the fans here, which I have to attribute to her going against the Sisterhood of Darkness," Beth explained as Akira walked to the ringside area, and looked up at Xochi. Xochi was simply sitting on the middle turnbuckle, telling Akira to hurry her ass up and get into the ring. The crowd continued giving a mixed reaction as Akira walked up the steel ring post and outstretched her arms once again before the lights in the arena came back up before she took her robe off and walked into the ring.
"Some fans have come to respect Akira for trying to go up against the Sisterhood by herself, despite former BTWF World Women's Champion Rei Ayanami offering her assistance," Okabe explained as Xochi jumped down onto her feet and started stomping over to Akira. The two began arguing in the middle of the ring, exchanging harsh words as the referee made sure both women were ready before telling the timekeeper to ring the bell. Once the bell rang, Akira and Xochi started exchanging punches with each other on the sides of their faces.
"This match starting off hot, as Xochi and Akira are brawling in the middle of the ring!" Cornette exclaimed as Akira started winning the brawl as she hit punches with both of her hands, hitting her on both sides of Xochi's face. The crowd continued cheering as Akira Irish whipped Xochi into the corner, and ran into the corner to hit her with a Running Corner Clothesline. Akira ran the ropes and attempted to hit her with another Running Corner Clothesline, but when Akira hit the corner, Xochi ran into the corner and hit Akira with a Running Corner Clothesline of her own.
"Akira and Xochi are now trading some Running Corner Clotheslines, trying to one-up each other!" Beth exclaimed as Xochi attempted to pick Akira up with a Snap Suplex, but Akira was able to land on her feet from behind Xochi and attempted to lock her in a Waistlock, but when she tried to lift her up for a German Suplex, Xochi started hitting several back elbows and put Akira in a waistlock of her own. However, Akira too countered with multiple back elbows to the side of Xochi's head before turning around and kneeing her in the gut several times. The crowd gave a mixed reaction as Akira attempted to hit Xochi with a Vertical Suplex, but Xochi was able to land on her feet and push Akira into the corner.
"Akira and Xochi have been dead even so far, with no woman able to get the advantage in the early goings," Okabe explained as Xochi attempted to hit a Jumping Back Elbow to the side of Akira's head, but the crowd gave a mixed reaction as Akira dodged the Jumping Back Elbow, sending Xochi crashing into the corner. Akira then started punching Xochi in the side of the face multiple times before switching to Shoulder Thrusts into the chest. The crowd continued giving a mixed reaction to Akira as she grabbed Xochi and hit her with an Overhead Belly to Belly Suplex before going for the pin.

"That was an impressive feat of strength by the Spotlight, sending Xochi halfway across the ring!" Cornette exclaimed as Akira picked Xochi up by the hair, and hit her with multiple punches to the side of the head before running the ropes, and hitting Xochi with a Jumping Clothesline. The crowd booed as Xochi attempted to roll out of the ring, but the crowd gave a mixed reaction as Akira pulled Xochi back into the ring and stomped on Xochi's chest multiple times before picking her back up by the hair, attempting to pick her up with the Spotlighter (F-5), but Xochi raked Akira in the eye. The crowd booed as Xochi landed on her feet, and pushed Akira out of the ring, leaving her staggering on her feet while trying to get her eyes to open fully again.
"Xochi quickly getting the advantage back with a hard rake to the eyes!" Beth exclaimed as Xochi ran the ropes, attempting to hit a Running Baseball Slide Dropkick onto Akira through the ropes, but Akira was able to dodge. The crowd gave a mixed reaction, allowing Akira to push Xochi into the fan barricade back first. Akira continued ramming Xochi's back into the fan barricade before hammering punches and clubs onto the face and head of Xochi, sending her falling into a seated position.

"Akira taking it right to Xochi on the outside, and Sherry may be concerned about her upcoming match!" Cornette exclaimed as Akira picked Xochi up, once again attempting to hit her with the Spotlighter (F-5) onto the floor. However, Xochi started elbowing Akira in the side of the head, but the crowd cheered as Akira adjusted her plan and hit Xochi with a Gorilla Press Slam onto the steel ring apron, sending Xochi crashing down face first. Akira smirked over at the fans that were giving her a mixed reaction and told them that she was only giving the fans a preview of what was going to happen at the Battle Riot.
Ref: …4…5
"Akira may be dominating, but she needs to focus on the match because Xochi is already beginning to get back to her feet," Okabe advised as when Akira turned around, Xochi had run the ropes and hit a Running Baseball Slide Dropkick into the side of Akira's face, sending her staggering to the floor. The crowd began booing again as Xochi ran the ropes and hit a Vaulting Somersault Senton onto Akira, knocking her down before she walked over to the fan barricade and yelled at the crowd in Spanish.
"Xochi taking control of the match with an amazing Somersault Senton. Xochi has a lot more muscle than your average female Superstar, so you wouldn't expect her to fly around and out of the ring like that," Cornette noted in astonishment as Xochi grabbed Akira by the hair and slammed her face into the steel ring apron multiple times before throwing her back into the ring. Xochi then climbed up onto the apron, jumped back into the ring and onto the middle turnbuckle, and hit Akira with a middle rope Moonsault before going for a pinfall, hooking both of Akira's legs back.
Ref: 1…2.
"Akira kicking out of that Moonsault at a two count, but it's another example of Xochi's surprisingly smooth athleticism," Okabe responded as Xochi ran the ropes and hit a Jumping Leg Drop across Akira's throat, and when Akira got into a seated position, Xochi ran the ropes once again to hit a Sliding Forearm onto the side of Akira's head. The crowd continued booing as Xochi playfully kicked Akira in the side of the head a couple of times before stomping her in the chest and face multiple times.
"You have to wonder if Xochi wins this match, whether we'll see a Xochi vs. Sherry match for the BTWF Women's Championship in the future," Beth wondered out loud as Xochi picked Akira back up, and hit her with multiple palm strikes to the sides of Akira's face before kicking Akira in the gut with a Spinning Back Kick. The crowd continued booing as Xochi ran the ropes and hit Akira with a Springboard Middle Rope Clothesline that sent her spinning in the air. Xochi kipped back to her feet and started yelling at the fans and Akira in Spanish before stomping on Akira's gut and face a couple of times.
"I don't think Sherry would allow something like that, Beth. Sherry's all about keeping the 'Keys to the Kingdom' under her control. And with Xochi and Sherry having some tension in their relationship, no matter how small it is, Sherry doesn't want that tension to grow," Okabe explained as Xochi picked Akira up, and threw her back into the corner. The crowd continued booing as Xochi hit multiple standing Back Elbows to the side of Akira's head before switching to some standing knee strikes to the chest. Xochi then ran the ropes and hit Akira in the face and chest with a Running Knee Strike.
"I don't think Xochi really cares about relationships, especially when it comes to the BTWF World Women's Championship," Cornette responded as Xochi started choking Akira with her foot in the corner before hitting her with a Jumping Spin Kick to the face. Akira then fell flat on her ass, sending her seated in front of the bottom turnbuckle, and Xochi responded by continuing to choke Akira with her foot. Xochi then stomped on Akira's chest multiple times before running the ropes and hitting a Running Jumping Cannonball onto Akira before dragging her away from the corner and pinning Akira once again.
Ref: 1…2..
"And while we're all fantasy booking, Xochi continues her domination of the Spotlight with a Cannonball in the corner that had all the impact!" Beth exclaimed as Xochi glared at Akira, and when Akira tried to push Xochi away, Xochi mounted Akira and started hitting her with multiple forearms to the side of the face, and didn't stop until the referee pulled Xochi off, arguing with her about not breaking away from her. The crowd continued booing as Xochi grabbed both of Akira's arms, and locked her in a Butterfly Lock, digging her head into the shoulder blades of Akira.
"Xochi has Akira slowed down and could pop any of her arms out of her socket with this submission hold!" Cornette exclaimed as Akira attempted to pull herself to the ropes, but Xochi was able to roll Akira away from the ropes. However, the crowd gave a mixed reaction as Akira continued the rolling, finally able to get to the ropes, but Xochi didn't break up the hold until just after the referee counted to 4. Xochi, looking annoyed at Akira breaking up her submission hold, stomped on Akira's arm and sides before she set Akira up in the ropes, putting her in a seated position in front of the bottom and middle ropes.
"What does Xochi have planned here, with what she's doing with Akira in the ropes?" Beth asked as Xochi ran the ropes, attempting to hit a Running Knee Strike, but the crowd gave a mixed reaction as Akira put her foot up, causing Xochi to ram her chest into Akira's foot. The crowd continued giving a mixed reaction as Akira pulled herself back onto her feet, and hit a couple of punches to the side of Xochi's head. Xochi responded with a couple of punches of her own, but the crowd gave a mixed reaction as Akira was able to knock Xochi down with a Standing Big Boot to the side of Xochi's face.
"Akira is finally able to take Xochi down with a hard boot to the side of the head! Can she show Sherry what she's going to be in for at the Battle Riot!?" Beth asked as the crowd continued giving a mixed reaction as Akira waited for Xochi to get back to her feet, and when she did, Akira ran the ropes and hit two Clotheslines, a Spinebuster, and then rolled her over while holding her legs in a Jackknife position, and lifted her up to hit her with a Sit-Out Alabama Slam. The crowd continued cheering as Akira grabbed Xochi by the arm, picked her up, and hit her with another Belly-to-Belly Suplex before going for the pin.
Ref: 1…2.
"Akira with a close two count there, but she hasn't let go of that grip on Xochi's midsection," Okabe explained as Akira picked Xochi backed up and attempted to hit her with another Belly-to-Belly Suplex, but Xochi hit Akira with a couple of headbutts to the face. Xochi then pushed Akira away as she ran the ropes, attempting a Cyclone Bicycle Kick, but Akira was able to move out of the way, grab Xochi, and hit her with a German Suplex. However, Akira kept her grip on Xochi and hit her with two more German Suplexes before throwing her overhead with one final German Suplex that sent Xochi landing on her chest and face.
"Akira showing off some of that incredible strength, throwing Xochi over the back of her head like she weighed nothing!" Cornette exclaimed as Xochi attempted once again to roll out of the ring, but the crowd gave a mixed reaction as Akira grabbed Xochi's leg, pulled her closer to the center of the ring, and locked her in the Akira Lock (Brock Lesnar's Brock Lock). Akira started stretching and pulling on Xochi's leg as Xochi attempted to fight out of the hold by punching Akira in the gut. However, Akira continued to stretch Xochi's right leg and ignored the punches, but Xochi then began crawling to the ropes.
"Xochi is trapped in the Akira Lock, and she's trying to crawl to the ropes to initiate a ropebreak!" Beth exclaimed as Xochi continued her trek to the ropes while Akira started bouncing Xochi's right leg over her neck and shoulders, similar to the Torture Rack, but Xochi was finally able to grab the ropes. Akira reluctantly let go of the hold, giving Xochi a hard kick to the chest before picking her up, putting her in a Powerbomb position, and attempting to hit the Triple Powerbombs. Akira was able to hit two out of the three Powerbombs, but when she lifted Xochi up for the third Powerbomb, Xochi hit Akira with a headbutt to the nose and knocked her down with a Hurricanrana.
"An impressive counter by Xochi, but you can see the damage done to her leg as Xochi is slightly limping after taking Akira down with the Hurricanrana," Okabe pointed out as Xochi waited for Akira to get back to her feet, and responded by hitting her with a Standing Cyclone Big Boot before going for the pin.
Ref: 1…2..
Xochi looked at the referee in shock as the referee told her that Akira had barely kicked out. Xochi shook her head in frustration before getting back to her feet, shaking her leg to get the blood flowing back into it. Xochi then grabs Akira by the hair and attempted to put her in position for the Jackknife Powerbomb, but Akira was able to fight out of the hold with multiple punches to the gut before picking Xochi up, and hitting her with the Spotlighter (F-5) before going for the pinfall.

*Bell Rings*
"Ladies and gentlemen, here is your wi-!" Mary Hughes attempted to announce but was immediately silenced when Himiko Toga, Flare Corona, 'the Cleaner' Frederica Sawyer, Tina Belcher, Medusa Gorgon, and the BTWF World Women's Champion Sherry Blendy came running down to the ring, dog-piling on Akira, not giving her a chance to celebrate her victory. Sherry mounted Akira and started punching her in the face multiple times, screaming at her that she was never going to get her hands on the BTWF World Women's Championship.
"The Sisterhood of Darkness not even giving Akira a chance to celebrate her hard-fought victory as she's being ganged up on by almost every member of the Sisterhood!" Cornette exclaimed. The crowd began cheering as Kagura Mikazuchi, Millianna, Zia Simpson, Ochako Uraraka, Alex Vasquez, and Rei Ayanami came out of the back and began brawling with the Sisterhood. The crowd exploded into cheers as Rei and Sherry began exchanging punches in the middle of the ring, but the crowd quickly went back to booing as the BTWF Women's Tag Team Champions Ultear Milkovich and Tomoko Kuroki came running down and brawling with Kagura and Millianna on the outside.
"Just as the Sisterhood looked to be losing the numbers game, here come the BTWF Women's Tag Team Champions!" Beth exclaimed. However, just as the number's game looked to be back in the Sisterhood's favor, Mina Ashido and Guri came running out of the back along with Erza Scarlet, brawling with the BTWF Women's Tag Team Champions and 'the Cleaner' Frederica Sawyer. In the ring, Rei hit Sherry with some hard forearms, allowing a now standing Akira to hit Sherry with a Spotlighter (F-5).
"And Akira, giving Sherry a ring-shaking Spotlighter!" Beth exclaimed as Rei looked at Akira while she was climbing up to the top rope. Flare and Himiko attempted to help Sherry, but Zia and Ochako pulled them back, allowing Rei to hit Sherry with the Light From Above (Frog Splash). Outside of the ring, Erza grabbed Tomoko and sent her through the corner of the fan barricade with the Heaven's Wheel (Rolling Death Valley Driver). Xochi, meanwhile, simply rolled out of the ring and walked away from the brawl, looking furious as she mumbled some curses in Spanish.
"And you can see right there, Xochi isn't helping the Sisterhood or Sherry, and is just leaving with the rest of the Sisterhood too busy to even notice!" Okabe exclaimed as Akira and Rei looked at each other with some tension, but Medusa came into the ring, slapping Akira and Rei in the face. Rei and Akira, while holding the sides of their faces, looked at each other, and shrugged before Rei knocked Medusa down onto the ground with a massive Forearm to the side of the face before allowing Akira to hit Medusa with a Spotlighter (F-5). The brawl continued outside of the ring as security tried to separate the women fighting on the outside while Rei and Akira began arguing with each other while smirking at each other.
"Akira and Rei seem to still have tension with each other, but there are some hints of an alliance between the two when it comes to the Sisterhood," Okabe continued explaining as Sherry rolled out of the ring, hugging the BTWF World Women's Championship close to her chest. Some medical personnel went to check on Tomoko, who was holding her arm in pain as Rei left the ring, not taking her eyes off of Akira, giving her time to celebrate the victory she got over Xochi. Akira smirked and winked at Rei as she jumped onto the top rope, and posed with her arms outstretched while the rest of the women outside were being separated. Multiple referees are trying to pull Kagura off of Ultear, who had been punched and stomped into near unconsciousness by Kagura.
"We still have women being separated on the outside, with Kagura continuing to level Ultear with punches despite security trying to pull her away!" Cornette exclaimed as the camera panned to the backstage area, where Tommy Salami was sitting on a couch with BTWF Champion Natsu Dragneel, Soul Eater Evans, Sting Eucliffe, Rogue Cheney, and Dutch Van Der Linde sitting beside him on various chairs around the couch. Tommy grabbed a microphone before giving his guests some sodas from the vending machine.
"Hello ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to a backstage edition of the Deli Counter. Now, I'm here with the BTWF Champion Natsu Dragneel and his three contenders for the BTWF Championship. Now, you guys have a match coming up in only two days, and I want to know if you have any last words before your match," Tommy asked. Natsu walked up to Tommy, grabbed the microphone, and put the BTWF Championship on his chair.
"Tommy, all I have to say is that this match doesn't scare me. People have been telling me that the odds of me winning are so low and all that bullshit. Genuinely, I don't care whether my odds are 25%, 2.5%, or even .25%. I've always been the type of guy who likes to fight against odds and prove them wrong. And at the Battle Riot, that's exactly what's going to happen when I leave the Garden with the BTWF Championship over my shoulder," Natsu explained. Tommy nodded, but Sting started laughing before asking for the microphone, which Tommy obliged to.
"Thanks, fatty. Now back to you, Natsu. You can't be serious with all that crap. You think that you're going to get the best of me and Rogue with your 'heart' and 'luck'?" Sting asked as Natsu nodded at him, telling him that the odds don't mean anything to him.
"I always knew you were stupid, but this is a new level even for you. Dutch, Rogue, and I have been constantly going over plans and training for this match, which is the biggest match of our careers. I know to you, it's just another BTWF Championship match, but let me tell you this; your complacency is going to be what allows me or Rogue to win!" Sting exclaimed as he attempted to grab the BTWF Championship belt, but was intercepted by Soul, who grabbed the belt and put it over his shoulder.
"That's cool and all, Sting, but the problem is that you're not the only one going into this match with something to prove," Soul said, standing up while keeping the BTWF Championship over his shoulder, causing Natsu to raise his eyebrow.
"You may have won your way into the match like me, but unlike you, I didn't need to have my manager beg anyone for an opportunity. At the Battle Riot, your manager isn't going to help you win the title, that by the way, looks damn good over my shoulder," Soul said before Natsu grabbed his title back, and put it over his shoulder. Rogue then got to his feet and walked over to Soul, who didn't back down and stayed in the same place with a smirk on his face.
"Dutch has been giving us all the advice and confidence we need. When it comes to our match, all Dutch has to do is kick back and watch us win the BTWF Championship," Rogue explained before pushing Soul back on his seat. Soul chuckled before getting back up to his feet and getting in Rogue's face, but before he could say anything, Dutch slapped Soul in the face, allowing Rogue to grab Soul by the hair, and throw him through the table at the center of the set. Tommy attempted to stop Rogue from attacking Soul, but Sting hit Tommy in the back of the head with a chair.
"Y'all ain't talking now, Soul! And this is exactly what's going to happen at the Battle Riot!" Dutch exclaimed as Natsu attempted to save Soul from Rogue's beatdown, but Sting grabbed one of the wooden sticks from the broken chair and hit Natsu in the side of the head with it. Sting and Rogue continued stomping and punching Natsu and Soul as Dutch walked over to Natsu's seat, and raised the BTWF Championship over his, Sting, and Rogue's heads before looking right at the camera.
"Ladies and gentlemen, here is your spoiler for the BTWF Battle Riot; the Legacy will be walking out of the Battle Riot with the BTWF Championship, and it don't matter which one wins the belt, because these two are the future of not only this company but Fanfiction Wrestling as a whole!" Dutch exclaimed before throwing the belt at a downed Natsu. After surveying the damage done to their opponents, Dutch led Sting and Rogue out of the room before the camera panned back to the stage, where 'Devil's Night' by Motionless in White played, causing the crowd to cheer as Kid came out of the back with a skateboard under his arm.
"The following contest is scheduled for one fall, and it is for the BTWF United States Championship! Introducing the challenger, first, from Death City Nevada, Death the Kid!" Mary Hughes announced as Kid put his skateboard down, looked over at the crowd with a confident smile on his face, and started riding down the entranceway on his skateboard. The crowd continued cheering as while riding on his skateboard, Kid hi-fived many of the fans in the front row, turning once he got to ringside and started riding around the ring.
"Kid has been looking for respect from the BTWF United States Champion Shinji Ikari, and this match is his chance to cement Shinji's respect for him," Okabe explained as Kid stopped the skateboard in front of the steel steps, walked up to the steel ring steps, The crowd continued cheering as Kid jumped up to the top turnbuckle and gave the crowd the peace sign, telling the crowd that he was taking the BTWF United States Champion to the Battle Riot match. Kid also jumped down to the mat as he told the camera that he was going to bring the US title to the main event of Starshow.
"Kid's not only looking for the United States Championship and Shinji's respect, but the momentum for the Battle Riot," Cornette continued as Kid went into the corner, waiting for Shinji to come out. The crowd cheered even louder as 'Not Gonna Die' by Skillet played, with Shinji coming out of the back with the BTWF United States Championship around his waist. Shinji then bent forward, with his hands touching the steel entrance stage, and after a moment, Shinji shot his hands in the air with his fists clenched. The crowd exploded into cheers as pyro came shooting out of the stage and the sides of the TitanTron.
"And his opponent, from Tokyo Japan, he is the BTWF United States Champion, 'Undisputed' Shinji Ikari!" Mary Hughes announced as Shinji put his hands down and started walking down the entranceway. Shinji looked at a confident and prepared Kid while hi-fiving the fans in the front row, telling Kid that he better be ready when he gets down there. Shinji continued his way to the ringside area, and when he got there, Shinji took the BTWF United States Championship off of around his waist and lifted it over his head.
"Shinji is one of the pillars of the BTWF, being in this company since the very beginning! The BTWF United States Championship is only one of many championships that Shinji has won!" Beth exclaimed as Shinji walked up the steel steps while continuing to raise the BTWF United States Championship over his head, and jumped over the top rope to get back into the ring. Shinji then turned, climbed up to the top rope through the turnbuckles, and continued to raise the BTWF United States Championship over his head.
"Exactly why Death the Kid was so interested in getting Shinji's respect and why he was so mad at a perceived slight by Shinji," Okabe responded as while Kid was looking at the BTWF United States Championship, Shinji jumped off of the top turnbuckle and walked over to Kid, continuing to hold the BTWF United States Championship over his head, telling Kid once again that he better be ready. The crowd cheered as Kid took the BTWF United States Championship out of Shinji's hand, and raised it over her own head, telling Shinji that he was as ready as he'll ever be.
"It looks like the respect Kid has for Shinji doesn't have any negative effect on his confidence," Cornette pointed out as Kid gave the championship to the referee, who raised it up, made sure both Kid and Shinji were ready, and then gave the championship to the ringside attendant before telling the timekeeper to ring the bell. Once the bell rang, Shinji and Kid circled each other as the crowd began cheering and chanting for both men before Shinji and Kid locked up in the middle of the ring. After a moment of trying to push each other, Kid started wringing Shinji's arm, and attempted to take him down with an arm drag, but Shinji was able to kip back up to his feet, wrung Kid's arm, and took him down to the ground with an arm drag of his own. The crowd continued to cheer as Shinji put Kid in an armbar as Kid tried to get back to his feet.
"Shinji is showing Kid why he's been the Man in the BTWF for all these years with this ability to take Kid down immediately with an armbar!" Cornette exclaimed as Kid started twisting himself out of Shinji's armbar, got down onto his back, grabbed Shinji's head by his feet, and took him down with a Headscissors. The crowd cheered as Shinji was locked in a Headscissors by Kid, but Shinji was able to roll out of the hold and attempted to put Kid in a Side Headlock, but Kid was able to slide out of the attempt and lock Shinji in an armbar. However, when Kid attempted to dig his knee into Shinji's back, Shinji was able to roll out of the way and put Kid in a Hammerlock of his own.
"Kid hanging in there with Shinji in the technical game, able to keep up with him when it comes to reversing holds," Okabe noted as Kid was able to get back to his feet, and attempted to twist out of the Hammerlock, but Shinji was able to put Kid back in a Standing Side Headlock. The crowd continued cheering and chanting for both men as Kid was able to slip out of the Side Headlock, push Shinji down, and grab both of his arms. Kid then locked Shinji in a Butterfly Lock, digging his head into the space between his shoulder blades, but Shinji was able to get back to his feet. However, before Shinji could attempt to reverse the hold, Kid took Shinji down with an Arm Drag and continued stretching his arms.
"Kid targeting the arms, which would affect a lot of Shinji's signature moves, like the Pedigree and the All Wrapped Up (Octopus Stretch)," Okabe continued explaining as Shinji was able to roll himself to the ropes, putting one of his legs on top of the bottom rope. Kid broke up the hold, but once Shinji left the vicinity of the ropes, Kid grabbed one of Shinji's arms, but Shinji was able to grab Kid and roll him up with a Small Package.

"Both men trying to get the early pin here, but both men are showing the other that they are not going to go down too easy!" Beth exclaimed as when Shinji got back to his feet, Kid took him down with a Frankensteiner. The crowd continued cheering as Kid ran the ropes and hit Shinji with a Running Leg Drop across the throat before picking Shinji up, and hitting him with multiple European Uppercuts. However, Shinji was able to counter one of these Uppercuts into a Backslide Pin, but Kid was able to roll through the pin and hit a Jumping Leg Drop Bulldog across the back of Shinji's head.
"And now Kid picking the pace of this match up, leading to him getting the better of Shinji!" Cornette exclaimed as Kid grabbed Shinji by the hair, and put him in the corner, lighting up his chest with several Knife-Edge Chops. However, before Kid could take Shinji out of the corner, Shinji hit several right-handed jabs to the side of the face before hitting him with a One-Handed Bulldog. The crowd continued cheering as Shinji ran into the corner and attempted to hit him with the Genesis Moonsault (Best Moonsault Ever), but Kid was able to dodge. Shinji was able to land on his feet, but Kid responded by hitting Shinji in the back of the head with a Backhand Fist.
"Oh! What a strike to the back of the head by Kid! This is a new side to Kid that we haven't seen since his debut!" Beth exclaimed as Kid ran the ropes and hit a kneeling Shinji with a Running Forearm to the back of the head before rolling him over for the pin.

"Well, it looks like Kid's going to have to keep it up because Shinji's not out yet!" Okabe exclaimed as Kid grabbed Shinji by the hair, and started kicking Shinji in the gut, but Shinji grabbed one of those kicks and pushed Kid away. However, Kid was able to roll back on his feet, and attempted to hit him with a Running Shotgun Dropkick, but Shinji was able to roll out of the way. Shinji then attempted to hit a Standing Moonsault, but Kid got the knees up, got back to his feet, ran the ropes, and hit Shinji with a Hurricanrana Driver.
"Kid has been showing out in this match, sending Shinji's skull crashing into the mat with a Hurricanrana Driver!" Beth exclaimed as Kid, looked at the crowd, smirking at them cheering and chanting his name, and started climbing up to the top turnbuckle. Kid finally balanced himself, and attempted to hit him with a Coffin Drop, but Shinji was able to get back to his feet and kick the back of Kid's legs, sending him crashing crotch first on the top turnbuckle. Shinji then nodded at Kid before running the ropes, and springboarding off of the middle rope with a Springboard Triangle Dropkick to Kid's back, sending him falling out of the ring and landing on the top of the fan barricade chin-first.
"And Shinji's experience coming into play here! Kid briefly turned his back on Shinji, allowing Shinji to get back up, not being hurt enough to stay down! And now Kid crashed into the top of the fan barricade!" Cornette exclaimed. Shinji smirked at the crowd and nodded at the cheering crowd before climbing up to the top rope. After balancing himself on the top turnbuckle and waiting for Kid to pull himself back to his feet, Shinji ran the ropes and hit a Somersault Senton from over the top rope and onto Kid.
"Shinji showing off some speed and high-flying of his own, sending Kid down with a Somersault Senton from the ring to the outside!" Beth exclaimed as Shinji grabbed Kid, pushed him into the fan barricade, and hit him with multiple Knife-Edge Chops to Kid's chest. When Kid attempted to fight back with a chop of his own, Shinji dodged it, grabbed Kid's arm, and pushed him back first into the fan barricade. The crowd continued cheering and chanting for both men as Shinji pushed Kid into the steel ring apron and the fan barricade multiple times, causing Kid to fall onto his knees.

"Shinji doing the smart thing and targeting Kid's back. When your back is in an incredible amount of pain, a high-flyer like Kid would be almost certainly unable to use his trademark speed like he has in the early stages of this match," Okabe explained as Shinji picked Kid up, and attempted to throw him into the ring, but Kid continued fighting back, the crowd cheering as Kid hit multiple back elbows to the side of Shinji's head. However, Shinji was able to counter this by hitting Kid with a Scoop Slam onto the side of the steel ring apron before immediately picking him back up, and hitting him with another Scoop Slam on the padded concrete.

"Shinji continuing his aggressive attack on Kid's back, and at this point, I'd be surprised if Kid could even get back to his feet," Beth noted as Shinji grabbed Kid, and threw him back into the ring. The crowd continued cheering as Shinji ran the ropes and hit a Jumping Knee Drop on Kid's back, but when Kid tried to roll away from Shinji, Shinji pulled Kid back to the center of the ring, and stomped on Kid's back before running the ropes and hitting another Jumping Knee Drop to the small of Kid's back. Kid once again tried to pull himself back to his feet, but Shinji responded to this by grabbing Kid and hitting him with several punches to the side of the face before hitting him with a Snap DDT.
"Shinji successful in slowing Kid down, continuing the attack on the back while sending his head crashing down with a DDT!" Cornette exclaimed as Shinji picked Kid up, and threw him into the corner. The crowd continued cheering as Shinji ran into the corner and hit a Running Corner Enziguri, sending Kid falling onto his knees.
"And you have to imagine how this damage to the back may affect Kid's performance in the Battle Riot match in only two days," Okabe wondered aloud as Shinji put Kid back into the corner, and hit him with multiple forearms to the side of the face. Shinji backed away from the corner before the referee could count to 5, and Shinji then went back into the corner to turn Kid around so that his back was facing Shinji. The crowd continued cheering as Shinji hit multiple Knife-Edge Chops to his back, almost sending Kid crumpling to the ground in pain.
"Shinji with some hard chops to the back, and like you said Okabe, this can't help his chances in the Battle Riot match, especially if he draws an early number," Cornette explained as Shinji put Kid back into the corner with his chest pushing against the turnbuckles once again before Shinji ran the ropes and hit a Running Dropkick to the small of Kid's back. Before Kid could fall out of the corner, Shinji grabbed Kid by the waist and hit him with a German Suplex before bridging into a pin.
Ref: 1…2..
"Kid barely kicking out of the German Suplex, and Shinji looks impressed at Kid's tenacity," Beth explained as Shinji looked back at Kid with a raised eyebrow. Shinji nodded and mumbled something about being impressed by Kid, but then Shinji grabbed Kid's arms and hit him with a Butterfly Suplex. However, instead of letting go, Shinji picked Kid back up in the same position and hit him with another Butterfly Suplex before picking him back up and hitting him with a Butterfly Backbreaker. Kid practically jumped back to his feet in pain, and Shinji responded by sending him back down with a Jumping Enziguri.
"Shinji practically turned Kid inside out with that Enziguri! I'm shocked Kid's still in this match when it looks like his back is causing him some constant pain!" Cornette exclaimed as Shinji grabbed Kid by the arms, and started stomping on his back before picking him up and throwing him into the corner. Shinji then put Kid on the top turnbuckle and started punching him in the side of the head before following him up to the top turnbuckle. However, Kid was able to land several punches onto Shinji's face, allowing him to push Shinji off of the turnbuckle, causing Shinji to land on his feet on the canvas.
"I don't know how, but Kid still has some life in him! And he's practically set up on the top rope, so you know what that means!" Beth exclaimed as Kid balanced himself on the top rope, and attempted to hit Shinji with a Diving Crossbody, but Shinji was able to counter this into a Tilt-a-Whirl Backbreaker and went for another pinfall with a Jackknife pin, with the crowd exploding into cheers.
Ref: 1…2..
"That counter by Shinji was breathtaking, but Kid is amazing still able to get his shoulder off of the mat!" Cornette exclaimed as Shinji looked at the referee in shock as Kid once again tried to drag himself to the ropes. Kid attempted to pick himself back to his feet, but Shinji responded by running the ropes, springboarding off of the middle rope, and hitting Kid with a Springboard Middle Rope Clothesline. The crowd continued cheering as Shinji looked at a downed Kid before turning around and climbing up to the middle turnbuckle.
"It looks like Shinji wants to finish this match off in spectacular fashion with the Genesis Moonsault!" Beth exclaimed as Shinji balanced himself on the middle turnbuckle, and jumped up to the top rope, attempting to hit Kid with the Genesis Moonsault (Best Moonsault Ever). However, the crowd cheered in shock as Kid was able to raise both of his feet up, causing Shinji's face to crash into Kid's feet. Shinji staggered to the ropes with a hand over his now bleeding mouth as Kid grabbed the middle rope and started pulling himself back up to his feet. Shinji attempted to run at Kid, but Kid was able to counter with a Spinning Wheel Kick, sending Shinji falling to the ground.
"Kid finally able to take Shinji down with a vicious kick to the face, showing that despite the pain in his back, he is determined to get this huge victory!" Beth exclaimed as Kid went into the corner to try and calm the pain in his back. Shinji got back to his feet and attempted to run into the corner with a Running Clothesline, but Kid was once again able to counter by hitting an oncoming Shinji with a Spinning Kick to the side of the head, sending Shinji staggering. The crowd cheered as Kid ran out of the corner with a Running Shotgun Dropkick. Shinji was able to roll back to his feet, and Kid responded by hitting Shinji with two Back Elbows, a Reverse Atomic Drop, a Spinning Backfist, and a Jumping Facebuster.
"Kid is an impressive athlete, especially with how damaged his back has been since the middle portion of this match!" Okabe exclaimed as Kid springboarded off of the top rope to hit Shinji with a massive Moonsault before going for the pin.
Ref: 1…2..
"Shinji barely kicking out of that beautiful Moonsault! Could that have been Kid's last gasp, no pun intended for the PPV after Battle Riot?" Cornette asked as Kid picked himself back up, holding his back while grimacing in pain, before attempting to grab Shinji. Shinji was able to hit a couple of headbutts on Kid's chest, but when Shinji attempted to hit another Running Enziguri, Kid ducked and rolled Shinji up with a Magistral Cradle.

Shinji was able to roll out of the pin and roll Kid into a pinfall of his own.
Ref: 1…2..
"Both men are exchanging pins again, and Kid is able to kick out and get back up to his feet first!" Beth exclaimed as Kid hit a kneeling Shinji with a Superkick to the side of the head. The crowd continued cheering as Kid stopped Shinji from falling on his back, and hit him with a Reverse DDT. Kid then went into the corner, and climbed up to the top rope, once again attempting to hit a Coffin Drop. However, Shinji was able to stagger back to his feet and attempted to hit a Running Dropkick to Kid's back, but the crowd exploded into cheers as Kid was able to duck out of the way, sending Shinji crashing crotch first into the top turnbuckle, with Kid's legs still wrapped around the top rope.
"Kid able to prevent himself from sending himself crashing onto the outside, and put Shinji in prime position for a big move from the top!" Okabe exclaimed as Kid pulled himself back up to the top turnbuckle, and the crowd exploded into cheers once again as Kid hit Shinji with a Reverse Hurricanrana before crawling over for the pinfall.
Ref: 1…2..
"I cannot believe this! Shinji barely rolled his shoulders off of the mat! Kid may have this match won!" Beth exclaimed in shock as the crowd chanted both Shinji and Kid's names loudly. Kid picked Shinji up, and hit him with multiple punches to the side of the head before attempting to hit him with a Tornado DDT. However, Shinji was able to push Kid off of him mid-DDT and attempted to hit a kneeling Kid with the Fly to the Moon (Superkick), but Kid was able to move out of the way, and kick Shinji in the back of the leg while on the floor before getting back up to his feet.
"Shinji and Kid are once again trading moves and reversals, neither one willing to let up!" Cornette exclaimed as Shinji caught a standing Kid with a straight punch to the face before kicking him in the gut, and attempting to hit him with the Falcon Arrow. However, the crowd cheered as Kid was able to reverse the Falcon Arrow into the Stundog Millionaire, but Shinji continued to stand. Kid looked annoyed as he springboarded off of the middle rope, and hit Shinji with a Springboard Bulldog. Kid then looked on at the crowd, and told them that the match was over before going for another Coffin Drop attempt.
"Can the third time be the charm for Kid? Can he finally hit the Coffin Drop on Shinji and win this match and the BTWF United States Championship!?" Beth exclaimed as Kid dived off of the top rope, attempting to hit Shinji with the Coffin Drop, but Shinji was able to raise his knees up, causing Kid's back to crash right into Shinji's knees, sending him staggering around the ring while holding his back. This gave Shinji time to get back to his feet, pick Kid up in a Powerbomb position, and hit him with a Running Buckle Bomb.
"Shinji, once again, is able to counter the Coffin Drop, and he just sent Kid crashing into the corner with a hard Powerbomb!" Okabe exclaimed as Shinji grabbed Kid, took him down with a Pedigree, told Kid that he did his best, and then ran the ropes to hit Kid with a Peace of Mind (Curb Stomp) onto Kid before going for the pinfall, hooking both of Kid's legs back.

*Bell Rings*
"Here is your winner, and still the BTWF United States Champion, 'Undisputed' Shinji Ikari!" Mary Hughes announced as Shinji went onto all fours, breathing heavily in and out as the referee went to the ringside attendant to get the United States Championship belt. The crowd continued cheering loudly and chanting for Shinji as the referee gave Shinji the BTWF United States Championship. Shinji took the championship belt, pulled himself up to his feet, and raised the BTWF United States Championship over his head, roaring.
"Shinji defended the BTWF United States Championship with a picture-perfect Curb Stomp, finally putting a resilient Kid down for the count!" Cornette exclaimed as Shinji went into the corner to recover as Kid started trying to pull himself back to his feet. Kid held his head and back in pain as he looked at Shinji with the BTWF United States Championship over his shoulder with disappointment etched on his face.
"Kid really has nothing to be disappointed about, as he put on the fight of his life in this match, and only just lost," Beth noted as Shinji got out of the corner and walked over to Kid. Shinji looked down at Kid and told him that he was going to be a star one day. Kid mumbled out thanks as Shinji extended a hand to try and help him up, and Kid responded by grabbing his hand. The crowd cheered as Shinji lifted Kid back up to his feet, and the two shared a quick and respectful hug.
"Shinji showing some respect to his challenger, and Kid has to be happy that he has earned the permanent respect of the United States Champion!" Okabe exclaimed as Shinji turned Kid's body around, and raised his arm for the cheering crowd. Shinji then let go of Kid, and patted Kid on the back, telling him to enjoy some spotlight before he grabbed his United States Championship and left the ring. The crowd continued cheering as Kid stayed in the middle of the ring, and shot his fist up as the crowd began chanting for Kid. The camera faded to black as Shinji applauded Kid as he continued his way up the entranceway while Kid continued celebrating with the fans in the ring.
