Dragon Warriors
in Mind Swapped
At the catacombs, Beardsley is updating the pages of the Book of Dragons. Such as, the Warriors encounter of the Snow Wraith, the Death Song, and the Night Terrors.
"Impressive. If I do say so myself." said Beardsley praising himself. That's where Alicia came.
"Hey Beardsley." Alicia said, which got Beardsley's attention. "Have you seen Connor anywhere?" she asked the minister.
"He's in his room studying." Beardsley answered. Alicia turned, but stopped after what Beardsley said.
"Studying?" she questioned to herself.
Then Alicia went to Connor's door and knocked.
"Connor, are you in there?" Alicia knocked on the door. But there is no answer, so she opened the door and to her surprise, Connor is studying a map of East Liverpool on a draft board. "Connor. What's this?" she asked, which got Connor's attention.
"Hey Alicia, I was just trying to figure out where Trouble is." said Connor, which causes Alicia to frown in sadness, she knows just what Connor is feeling. First, he lost his brother to Origa, he lost his family home, and now his lost his stepfather to insanity.
"Look Connor, I know you're trying to find him. But, like Owen he can't be reason with." Alicia began. "I mean he assaulted Tommy and he stole a dangerous weapon just to get back at Owen for what he did to your little brother." she said, wrapping her hands into Connor's hand.
"I know." Connor said in sorrow. "But if he's anywhere in East Liverpool, I can't rest until we stop him before he does any more damage." he swore, until the alarm went off. They went down and Alicia typed onto the computer to check it out.
"What is it now?" asked Vault.
Alicia continued to type and saw a surveillance footage of Origa holding some kind of diamond.
"Origa stole a diamond." Alicia answered. But the Warriors were confused.
"Now why would Origa want to steal a diamond?" Grave questioned.
"Actually Grave, it could be like the robbery a many months ago." said Claudia. "She could be making another ritual." she suggested.
"Then let's go Dragon Warriors." said Connor.
The wall of the alleyway opened the Warriors flew out.
Later, Origa was at the center of the city laughing evilly as she had successfully stolen the diamond.
"Yes. This diamond is mine, and I'll make sure nothing happens to it." said Origa as she looked at the diamond. But then, they heard a screeching sound, she turned and spotted the Warriors.
"We got you now Origa!" Connor called.
"Now why in Eostia would you get me?" Origa asked mockingly.
"Because... you're all alone." said Vault as he looked around to see any of her monsters or their armored dragons.
"Yeah, what gives?" Maia asked.
"I'll show you." Origa smirked. And to their shock, Chloe along with Drill flew by, as Drill roared.
"Drill! Spike Launch!" yelled Chloe, and Drill fired his spikes at the Warriors, but they avoided the shots.
"Scar, ignite!" yelled Vault, and Scar fired at Drill, but he dodged the blast.
"Let's spread out Warriors!" yelled Connor, and he and the rest of the Warriors flew around Drill.
"Smoke!" yelled Alicia.
"Flame!" yelled Prim.
"Fire Wall!" they yelled simultaneously, then Smoke released his gas around Chloe and Drill, and Flame ignited it which created the attack. Which also causes both Chloe and Drill to shield themselves from the attack.
And once everything is clear, Choe took out her sword to attack.
"I don't think so!" Grave called. "Bomber! Magma Blast!" he yelled, and Bomber fired lava, but Chloe avoided it.
"How long do I have to do it your highness?" Chloe asked desperately.
"Not much longer." said Origa, then she placed the diamond on top of her staff, and it started to glow.
The Warriors soon noticed it, and just as they're about to stop her, Origa aimed her staff at the Warriors which released multiple lights and they struck the Warriors. The Warriors tried to get situated but before they do, Drill struck them down with his tail.
"Now that wasn't long now was it?" Origa said to Chloe as Drill landed.
"But how do you know it works?" asked Chloe.
"It will work." she said to Chloe, as Origa mounted on Drill and flew away.
"Warriors, groan if you're okay." said Connor, and the Warriors groaned knowing they're alright. "Vault where are you?" he asked.
"Right behind you." Then Connor turned to see Vault, but he only spotted Scar.
"Scar, is Vault behind you?" Connor asked Scar.
"What do you mean you moron? I'm right here!" Scar said with Vault's voice.
"Wait? Why are you talking like Vault?"
"Because I am Vault, and why are you talking like Connor Shade?"
Then Connor looked down and noticed that he has Shade's paws, and he looked at his reflection from a store and he somehow turned into Shade.
"Guys where are you!" Connor called out.
"We're over." said Prim, Connor turned and to his horror, he sees their dragons, until Connor started to put the pieces together.
"Guys. is that you?" he asked to the Warriors.
"Yes, it's us." said Claudia.
"If we're here, where are our dragons?" asked Luu Luu, and then they heard their dragons growling, they turned and spotted them, but somehow they turned into them. And it started to makes since now, the Warriors are in there dragons' bodies and their dragons are in their riders' bodies.
Later, the Warriors went to New Rad to get some help, but unfortunately Charles doesn't believe it.
"I don't believe it." said Charles in disbelief. "Origa switched your minds?" he asked.
"Yes, we're telling the truth." said Connor as Shade nodded in head rapidly.
"But how can we know that you're telling the truth Shade-I mean Connor?" said William.
"Well there's only one way to find out." said Beardsley, and he took out an eel. He showed it to the switched Warriors, but they didn't react. Then he showed it to the switched dragons, and they flee in terror.
"Alight, you're telling the truth." Charles said.
"Now that we're in our dragons bodies, we can find out why their scared of eels." Connor suggested, and just as he's about to eat it, Beardsley snatched it away.
"Please don't." said Beardsley. "Any clue about it Kin?" he said to Kin.
Then Kin took out his spell book to find the answer, he flipped through the pages and found something.
"I found it. The Diamond of Trade." said Kin.
"Diamond of Trade? Sounds like an antique." said Claudia.
"No, the Diamond of Trade is the most powerful diamond in this dimension, it uses its magic to switch someone's mind with the others." he explained
"Really?" Connor said in surprise. "I thought Origa just stole a valuable gem." he suggested.
"True. But I also checked that the Diamon of Trade is worthless in its currency." Kin added.
"But how do we change back?" asked Maia.
"It says, that the Diamond of Trade must be destroyed to break the spell." Kin read.
"Well if that's something that powerful cannot be in Origa's hands." said Grave.
"That's right." said Connor. "Let's-" But before Connor can use the battlecry, Shade tapped at his own head which got Connor's attention, and turned and noticed Shade giving him a pleading look. "Alright Shade, you and the dragons can say it."
With a smile, Shade and the other dragons roared, and they mounted on their riders.
The Warriors flew all over the city to find Origa, but they can't find her.
"Any luck yet guys?" said Connor.
"Nothing to see but buildings." said Prim. "And it's kinda hard to fly when you're sharing the same body." she motioned to Alicia.
"At least you're not flying with small wings." said Grave.
The Warriors continue to look around to find Origa so they can break the spell, and then Connor spotted Bobert.
"Hey guys, it's Bobert." Connor called out. "Maybe he can help us." he said, and they flew down.
"Hey Bobert. We need help." Connor said to Bobert as he and the Warriors landed. But before Bobert could react, he chirped and act like a Terrible Terror.
"What in the world?" said Grave in confusion, while the others are shocked. Then a Terror flew down and landed on Bobert's shoulder.
"Hello Warriors, what can I give you?" the Terror said with Bobert's voice, but the Warriors are even more shocked.
"You got caught in the crossfire too?!" asked Vault.
"Crossfire? I've didn't get into a gang fight. I just saw a strange light." Bobert explained.
"That was the Diamond of Trade! Where did Origa go?" asked Vault.
"I saw her and that Screaming Death flying to the park." said Bobert.
"Then let's go to the park, and you're coming with us since we know that you want your body back." said Connor.
"Why thank you. And that'll cost you 30 dollars." he said, which causes the Warriors to groan.
The Warriors flew to the park along with Bobert and the Terror, and there they spotted Drill lying down. And they quietly landed so they won't disturb the Screaming Death.
And just as they're about to find Origa, Origa herself appeared behind drill.
"Hello there Warriors." said Origa. "Are you having a wonderful experience?" she asked mockingly.
"Complicated that's all. And we want our bodies back!" Connor demanded.
"Ridiculous." Maia answered. "I can't be the Queen of the Mercenaries while I'm a dragon." she said.
"Don't worry. I'll make sure the change is permanent." said Origa, and her army came.
"Do you want me to use Drill your majesty?" asked Chloe.
"No. This fight will be easy." she denied.
"Oh, no you don't!" everyone turned and spotted the Ancient Guardians and Trouble appeared. "There's only one ruler of the world, and that's us. And besides if anyone's gonna get rid of the Dragon Warriors it's us." said Victor. Then Origa smirked.
"Then it appears we have a challenge." said Origa.
Then both the monsters and Ancient Guardians attacked the Warriors, but they avoided the attacks and fought, and not only that but the monsters and the Ancient Guardians are fighting each other as well.
The Warriors use their dragons' fire breaths but it was pointless because, they barely made an actual shot.
"Guys! We gotta get that diamond away from Origa!" said Connor.
"Don't worry, I got it." said Vault. And then he flew up, the others tried to object but it was too late because, Vault started fly down and then Scar jumped off and tackled Origa. But it also causes the diamond to create the lights again.
And once the light is gone everyone wondered what happened.
"What the?" Chloe asked as she realized she's in Vault's body. Everyone realized that they've swapped minds.
"What have you done!?" Origa said in anger as she's in Connor's body.
It may be confusing but, the Ancient Gurdians are in the dragons' bodies and the armored dragons', Gorg and Troox are in each others bodies, and now the dragon warriors are now in different bodies.
"Hmm, impressive youth." said Grave as he's in Chloe's body. Then he made a run for it, then the villains started to attack him, but Grave avoided them easily thanks to Chloe's athletic body.
"Owen where are you?!" Origa demanded.
"Over here!" said Owen who is in Origa's body. But before everyone could react, Grave snatched the staff from Chloe.
"No!" yelled Origa, and Grave slammed the staff to the ground which destroyed the diamond, and created a light.
And once they light clears out, everyone blinked to get their vision organized, and Connor's body looked at itself and smiled.
"Guys! I'm back to normal!" yelled Connor in joy.
"And so do us!" said Vault. But their happiness was short lived as they saw the villains are about to attack again now that their normal.
"Let's burn some trolls!" yelled the Warriors and they mounted their dragons, and they flew up.
"Alright Warriors let do this. Dragon Fire Hurricane!" yelled Connor, and the Warriors flew around in a circle and the dragons started to blast the villains, they try to avoid the shots but it's impossible when the attacks are hitting the ground. So they decided to retreat, leaving the Warriors victorious.
Later at New Rad, the Warriors explained their victory to Celestine and the others.
"I'm amazed that you managed to return to normal." said Celestine.
"And we cave the Diamond of Trade to the museum curator. Or what's left of it." said Connor.
"Yeah, and after we showed it to him he fainted." Vault added. "I hope he can forgive us." he said.
"Don't worry, I've also read that the Diamond of Trade and rebuild itself after it's destroyed. So they're no worries whatsoever." explained Kin.
