As Izuku was heading out of the restroom, he barely took a step forward when Mineta appeared out of nowhere, standing directly in front of him with a determined look on his face. Izuku blinked in surprise, his usually calm and collected demeanor not showing the slightest hint of the confusion he was feeling.

Izuku: What are you doing here?

Izuku asked calmly, raising an eyebrow at Mineta.

Without missing a beat, Mineta threw his hands in the air, his voice filled with desperation.

Mineta:WHAT'S YOUR SECRET?!

Izuku blinked again, this time more confused. "What?"

Mineta:I mean, how did you get the girls to like you so much?!

Mineta practically shouted, clearly frustrated as he jabbed a finger in Izuku's direction.

"HOWWWWW?!"

Izuku stared at him for a moment, still not quite sure how to process the situation. He tilted his head slightly, searching for the right words to respond with.

Izuku:To be honest with you

I zuku began slowly, his voice calm and measured,

Izuku:I don't even know.

Mineta looked as though he had been physically hit by the answer, stumbling backward in disbelief.

Mineta:What do you mean you don't know?! That's not possible!

He grabbed at his hair, eyes wide.

Mineta:You have to know! There's no way you're just accidentally getting all the girls to like you!

Izuku scratched the back of his head, still feeling out of his depth in the conversation.

Izuku:I really don't do anything special

he said, his tone genuine.

Izuku:just try to be nice to everyone and... I don't know, treat them like friends, I guess?

Mineta's eyes narrowed suspiciously as he studied Izuku, as if searching for some hidden trick.

Mineta:No, no, that can't be it. You have to be doing something! There's gotta be some secret formula you're not telling me!

Izuku sighed softly, still maintaining his calm composure.

Izuku:mineta, I'm really not doing anything different. I just listen when people talk, try to help out when I can... I mean, that's it.

Mineta crossed his arms, pouting.

Mineta:Ugh, this doesn't make sense... Girls just like you because you're nice? That can't be it!

He paused, then looked up at Izuku, almost suspicious.

Mineta:Are you, like, secretly charming or something?

Izuku's face turned a light shade of pink, clearly embarrassed by the idea.

Izuku:I-I'm not charming!

he stammered, his usual calm facade cracking for a moment.

Izuku:I don't even know how to be charming.

Mineta narrowed his eyes again, stepping closer.

Mineta:Uh-huh... You sure about that? Maybe you're just so humble you don't realize it.

Izuku shook his head, trying to regain his composure.

Izuku:No, really, I'm just trying to be myself. That's all.

Mineta groaned, throwing his hands up in the air again.

Mineta:Why does that work for you?!

Izuku blinked, feeling slightly awkward but still trying to be patient.

Izuku:I don't know, Mineta... Maybe it's because I'm not trying to get anyone's attention?

Mineta stared at him for a long moment, then sighed deeply in defeat.

Mineta:Ugh, this is so unfair... How come just being yourself works for you, and when I do it, people run away?

Izuku gave a soft, awkward smile.

Izuku:Maybe... just try not to focus so much on, you know, getting people to like you? It might help if you're just more relaxed around everyone.

Mineta stared at him, clearly unconvinced but too frustrated to argue anymore. "Fine, fine," he muttered, slumping his shoulders.

Mineta:I'll try your 'just be nice' thing, but if it doesn't work, I'm coming back for more answers!

With that, Mineta turned on his heel and marched off, leaving Izuku standing there, still slightly bewildered by the entire exchange.

As Mineta disappeared around the corner, Izuku let out a small sigh of relief.

Izuku:That was weird

he muttered to himself, adjusting his posture before continuing down the hall, hoping that would be the end of Mineta's interrogation—at least for the rest of the day.

The blaring announcement echoed through the halls of U.A., repeating over and over.

"EXCUSE ME, STUDENTS OF U.A. THERE HAS BEEN A LEVEL 3 SECURITY BREACH. ALL STUDENTS SHOULD EVACUATE OUTDOORS PROMPTLY."

Izuku's first person view

The sound continued to ring, and before I could even process the announcement fully, the panic began. Instinctively, I turned toward the exits, but students were already rushing out, shoving and slamming against each other in their haste. Chaos had taken hold in an instant.

"Oh no," I muttered, my body tensing up as the waves of students surged past.

"IZUKU!" a familiar voice called out.

It was Tooru. I couldn't see her, obviously, but the urgency in her voice was clear. I activated One Above All, my quirk instantly sharpening all of my senses. I filtered out the panic and the noise, focusing on the source of the commotion outside.

My eyes narrowed.

Izuku:Wait a minute… reporters?

Lida;Damn it! These students—they're too rough!

I heard Iida's voice in the crowd, his concern as evident as ever.

Izuku:It's not a villain attack

I called out, trying to get through the noise.

Izuku; It's just reporters. They broke in somehow.

Ochaco:How did reporters get into the school?!

Ochaco yelled, her voice rising above the crowd's frantic energy.

Izuku: I honestly don't know

I admitted, trying to maintain my calm in the growing chaos.

Izuku:But the students don't know that

The surge of panicked students continued, pushing harder toward the exits. This was bad people could get hurt if this panic wasn't stopped soon. I racked my brain, searching for a way to calm everyone down.

Come on, Izuku, think... I needed to act quickly, or things would get worse.

Suddenly, an idea hit me. My fingers sparked with energy as I focused on One Above All. I could do this. I just needed to channel my quirk in a way that would grab everyone's attention but not cause more panic.

I extended my hand, allowing energy to flow from my fingertips, manifesting into wisps of light and subtle vibrations. I sent the energy in small pulses throughout the hall, making sure it wasn't too forceful. Just enough to be noticeable.

The small bursts of light danced in the air, catching the attention of some students. They slowed down, their heads turning in my direction, curious.

"Everyone!" I called out, projecting my voice as calmly and evenly as possible.

Izuku:Listen to me! There's no villain! It's just a misunderstanding. It's only reporters outside!

A few students stopped, their wide eyes still showing fear, but they were listening. I sent out another pulse of light, calming and steady, as I spoke again.

Izuku:Please, stop pushing. There's no danger. If we all stay calm and orderly, no one will get hurt. We just need to walk outside. There's no need to panic.

I could see the effect starting to take hold. More students were stopping in their tracks, turning toward me. Some still looked confused, but the fear in their eyes was beginning to fade.

Izuku:We're UA students, remember?

I continued, keeping my voice firm but soothing.

Izuku:We need to stay calm in situations like this. If you panic, you might hurt someone by accident. Let's show everyone why we're U.A. students

Slowly, the stampede-like rush began to dwindle. Students stopped shoving each other, and the flow of bodies toward the exits became more orderly. People were walking now, rather than running. The tension in the air was easing.

Izuku:Good, that's it. Just keep moving in an orderly fashion

I said, releasing a final wave of calming energy, making sure to keep it light. "We've got this."

I let out a small breath of relief as the crowd thinned out, everyone moving in a much calmer, controlled way. The danger of anyone getting trampled had passed. I flicked off One Above All, my senses returning to normal as the students finally exited the building.

I glanced around to see Tooru standing nearby or at least, I sensed her presence. Iida, Ochaco, and Tsuyu were also nearby, all of them looking at me with varying expressions of surprise and admiration.

Izuku:I guess that's done

I muttered, feeling the weight of the situation lifting off my shoulders.

Ochaco:Izuku, that was amazing

Ochaco said, her eyes bright with admiration.

Ochaco:You really calmed everyone down!

"izuku," Iida said, adjusting his glasses,

Lida:your quick thinking and effective use of your quirk prevented a serious situation. Well done!

Even Tsuyu, who was usually calm herself, gave me a small, approving nod.

Tsuyu:Ribbit. Nice job, Izuku. You kept everyone safe.

I felt a blush rising to my face, despite myself.

Izuku:It was nothing, really

I mumbled, rubbing the back of my neck awkwardly.

Izuku:I just didn't want anyone to get hurt.

Tooru:Still, you handled it like a real leader

Tooru added, her voice full of cheer.

Tooru:You're amazing, Izuku!

I could feel my face heating up more, but I kept my usual calm expression, even though my heart was pounding a little.

Izuku:I-I just did what anyone would have done. But thanks.

As the others smiled at me, I couldn't help but feel a little embarrassed by all the attention. But at the same time, it felt… nice.

Izuku:Let's just hope the reporters aren't causing too much more trouble

I said, trying to shift the focus away from myself.

Izuku:We should head outside and see what's going on.

The others nodded, and together we headed toward the doors, leaving the now-quiet halls behind. Despite the chaos earlier, everything was under control now. But I couldn't shake the feeling that this was only the beginning of more unexpected challenges ahead.

As soon as I stepped outside, I heard the familiar voice of Mr. Aizawa calling me.

Aizawa:Izuku, come here.

I turned to the group I was with.

Issei: sorry, guys. I'll go and meet Aizawa-sensei.

Iida gave a supportive smile and nodded.

Lida;just take your time. I hope it isn't trouble.

With that, I took off toward Aizawa. As I reached him, the question that had been swirling in my mind since the announcement finally slipped out.

Izuku:How did reporters break into the school?

I asked, trying to make sense of it all.

Izuku:This is U.A., the top hero school. How did mere reporters manage to breach our security?

Aizawa glanced at me with his usual stoic demeanor, though I could see a flicker of concern in his eyes.

Aizawa:I don't really know, and that's part of the problem. That's why I called you. I need your help to investigate. I hope this isn't too much of a bother for you.

Izuku:Uh, not really

I replied, nodding.

Izuku:As long as I can help, I'm happy to.

"Good," he said simply, turning and motioning for me to follow. "Let's go."

As we approached the entrance to the school, the scene was even more chaotic up close. The front gates, which were supposed to be nearly impenetrable, lay twisted and broken, pieces of metal strewn about as if they had been torn apart by some unseen force. I noticed Nezu and other teachers already there, their expressions grim as they surveyed the damage.

Nezu's tiny frame stood tall against the destruction, his normally cheerful demeanor replaced with one of serious contemplation.

Nezu:How did normal members of the press manage to break into the school? We checked them. There was nothing suspicious at all.

Ectoplasm, standing nearby, sighed heavily.

Ectoplasm:Was it possible for there to be a break-in, but how? We have layers of security.

Midnight:Maybe it was an instigation

Midnight suggested, crossing her arms thoughtfully.

Midnight -Or maybe a villain, someone trying to prove their worth or...

Her voice trailed off as her eyes landed on me, and for a second, I saw her hesitation. She wanted to say something but stopped herself, probably out of professionalism. Midnight and I had made a promise to maintain a professional relationship at school, despite whatever history we had outside of it.

And I bet she's bound to break it

Nezu turned to me, his eyes sharp despite the situation.

Nezu:I zuku, do you think you can help us figure out what happened here?

Izuku:I'm already on it

I responded without hesitation.

I moved closer to the wreckage, my fingers tingling slightly as I activated One Above All veins of energy spread across the ruined gates. As I reached down to examine what was left of the gates, I felt a strange residual energy lingering on the metal, like the remnants of some quirk. It wasn't a typical kind of damage; this wasn't brute force. Something else was at play here.

Suddenly, unbidden memories flashed through my mind. Dark memories. The facility... the experiments... DAMN IT, NOT NOW.

I winced slightly, trying to push the thoughts away.

Midnight:Izuku, are you okay?

Midnight's voice cut through the haze, bringing me back to the present.

I took a deep breath, straightening up and forcing the memories away.

Izuku:I'm fine. Sorry about that.

Focusing on the task at hand, I examined the energy more closely.

Izuku:It seems like whoever did this used some kind of decomposition quirk.

Ectoplasm stepped forward, his eyes narrowing. "Decomposition?"

Izuku:Not exactly decomposition

I corrected, thinking out loud as I processed the sensation.

Izuku:it's more like... an acceleration of the natural breakdown of atoms in a structure. Every material, whether it's metal, stone, or something else, will break down over time due to natural processes corrosion, weathering, things like that. But this quirk seems to accelerate that process to an extreme degree. What would normally take decades or even centuries to weaken and break down...happened in a matter of minutes here.

Nezu listened carefully, his eyes gleaming with interest.

Nezu:So, you're saying that this quirk essentially speeds up the natural wear and tear of any material it touches?

"Exactly," I confirmed.

Izuku:That's why the gate looks like this. It wasn't just torn apart by force; it was weakened to the point of crumbling under its own weight.

Ectoplasm crossed his arms, his face deep in thought.

Ectoplasm:That's a highly specific and dangerous quirk.

I nodded.

Izuku:It is. Whoever did this either has extremely fine control over their quirk, or they're very experienced with it. The fact that it was used on such a large, reinforced structure like this means they're powerful.

Midnight frowned.

Midnight:But why use a quirk like this just to let reporters into the school? It seems like overkill for something so... mundane.

"Maybe it's a test," I suggested, glancing at Nezu.

Izuku:Someone wanting to prove what they can do. Or maybe it's a message. Whoever did this might be showing us they can bypass U.A.'s security without even breaking a sweat.

Nezu's expression darkened slightly, his small body still as he processed my words.

Nezu:A message... That's a concerning thought.

Aizawa:We should treat it as such until we know otherwise

Aizawa said flatly.

Aizawa:We can't afford to assume this was just a fluke.

Nezu nodded, his mind clearly already working through the implications.

Nezu:izuku, I hope you can keep this information confidential for now. We don't want to cause more panic among the students.

"Of course," I replied.

Izuku:I'll keep it to myself.

The teachers exchanged a few glances, each of them clearly unsettled by the situation but remaining composed. Aizawa turned to me again.

Aizawa:You've done good work here, Izuku. We'll continue our investigation, but your input has been invaluable. You should head back to class for now.

I nodded, but as I started to turn away, I couldn't shake the feeling that something bigger was at play here. This breach wasn't random. Whoever was behind it had a plan, and this was only the beginning.

As I walked away from the scene, I clenched my fists, feeling the weight of the situation settle over me. I needed to be ready for whatever came next.

Timeskip Brought to you by

Tomura Shigaraki gripped the edge of the counter with trembling fingers, his pale blue eyes narrowing with frustration as the voice of his master echoed through the darkened bar. His silver hair brushed against the grotesque, disfigured hand that covered most of his face, making the atmosphere in the bar feel even more suffocating.

"Master," he said in a low growl,

Shigaraki:the plan is already in motion. I've gathered a group of low-level thugs and wannabe villains just like you wanted. They're eager, desperate ready to throw themselves at the symbol of peace All we need is the right moment, and we'll crush all might

On the other side of the room, Kurogiri silently cleaned glasses behind the bar, his vaporous form hovering ominously as the conversation continued. Shigaraki turned his attention back to the flickering monitor that was transmitting only audio his master's voice, as cold and calculated as ever.

The voice:Well done, Tomura

the voice responded.

Tomura:However, there may be an obstruction in the plan.

Shigaraki's eyes widened in irritation. His fingers drummed against the bar's surface.

Shigaraki:An obstruction? Who, Master? Who could possibly get in our way?

"Subject 13," the voice answered with a deliberate pause, as if waiting for Shigaraki to process the name.

The voice:Some years ago, one of my brilliant scientists embarked on a project. His goal was to create the perfect quirk a quirk that could surpass even the strongest heroes. He had my full support.

Shigaraki's brow furrowed, his mind racing.

Shigaraki:A perfect quirk?

"Indeed," the voice continued.

The voice:But as the experiment reached its peak... the creation became too perfect. It turned on its creator. The scientist was killed, and Subject 13 vanished. The quirk inside this being was too powerful, too unpredictable, and has eluded us for years.

Shigaraki sneered, a spark of interest igniting behind his rage.

Shigaraki:And now... that Subject 13 is at UA? How is that possible?

The voice:it's because that subject

the voice replied,

The voice:was the offspring of one of the top heroes. It was hidden away, kept a secret from the public. But now, my sources have confirmed that Subject 13 is among the students of UA. This individual poses a considerable threat to our plans, Tomura. I fear Subject 13 may be too powerful for you to handle on your own.

Shigaraki's hand twitched violently, his fingers brushing dangerously close to the glass he had been holding. The glass cracked under the pressure of his Decay quirk.

Shigaraki:You think I can't handle this?

Shigaraki growled through clenched teeth.

Shigaraki:Master, I've been preparing for this moment! I've studied those pathetic heroes, learned everything I need to know to bring down that pathetic school. And now you're telling me there's some 'subject' out there that's too strong for me?

The voice:I'm not saying you aren't capable

the voice said smoothly.

The voice:But this is not an opponent to be underestimated. That is why I'm sending him to assist you.

Shigaraki froze. His whole body tensed as his blood boiled at the words. His face twisted into a snarl of pure rage.

Shigaraki:Master... no. Not him. I refuse to work with that bastard!

The voice was calm, unbothered by Shigaraki's outburst.

Shigaraki:You don't have a choice, Tomura. This mission is too important. We cannot risk failure now that we are so close. You will work with him.

Shigaraki slammed his fist onto the counter, the entire bar shaking from the force of his Decay quirk as parts of the wood began to disintegrate under his touch.

Shigaraki:I don't need him!

Shigaraki shouted, his voice echoing through the room.

Shigaraki:I'll take care of this myself. I don't need his help. That bastard will only get in the way, he'll—

"Enough," the voice commanded, cutting through Shigaraki's tirade.

The voice:This is not up for debate. He will be there to ensure the plan's success. If you fail, Tomura, all the work we have done will be for nothing. Do not let your pride blind you to what is necessary.

Shigaraki's chest heaved with fury, his thoughts spiraling into chaos. The mere mention of him sent waves of hatred coursing through his veins. He wanted to scream, to destroy everything around him. But he bit his tongue, clenching his fist tightly until his knuckles turned white.

Shigaraki:He's just going to ruin everything

Shigaraki hissed, his voice dangerously low.

Shigaraki:I don't trust him. And I definitely don't want him near my operation.

The voice:You don't have to trust him

the voice said coldly.

The voice:But you will work with him. Failure is not an option.

Shigaraki's jaw tightened. His mind was a swirl of resentment, but there was nothing he could do. His master's words were final.

"Fine," Shigaraki muttered through gritted teeth.

Shigaraki:but when this is over... I'll deal with him myself.

The voice on the monitor gave a quiet, almost amused chuckle.

The voice:We'll see, Tomura. For now, focus on the task at hand. You have a mission to complete.

The monitor clicked off, leaving Shigaraki in the dimly lit bar, his rage simmering just below the surface. Kurogiri, who had been silent throughout the exchange, finally spoke.

Kurogiri:Master's orders are absolute, Tomura

Kurogiri said, his voice as smooth and calm as ever.

Kurogiri:We must ensure the success of this operation. No matter the cost.

Shigaraki glared at the empty monitor, his lips curling into a snarl.

Shigaraki:I don't need him. I don't need anyone.

But deep down, Shigaraki knew his master wouldn't change his mind. He was coming. And that was something Shigaraki would have to deal with—whether he liked it or not.

Ok guys I think I might discontinue Issei's rise book and start another one...well I'm not really sure, looking at the drafts and what I had planned since the beginning were two completely different things to be honest it's like I don't even know what to do about it anymore

I even thought of adding shibuya incident and I just thought the story is basically whimsical at this point

But I have another one in the works so don't worry or maybe I might still continue
