(Somewhere in another multiverse)

Under the brilliant starlight of a dying world, a small craft pierced the darkened skies of Krypton. Aboard, a young boy named Mina-To, barely 14, clutched a device containing all the knowledge his civilization had ever amassed. His pod soared into the cosmos as his home crumbled into chaos, charting a survival course.

The journey was uncertain as the pod hurtled through the vast expanse of space. Encapsulated in his small sanctuary, Mina-To watched the stars blur into light streams. He was alone, save for the whispers of history and science that his ancestors had left behind in the recordings.

As his pod approached a shimmering veil in space, a space-time anomaly unlike any other, it seemed as though reality began to warp. The fabric of space stretched and twisted, pulling the small craft into its embrace. Mina-To felt a strange sensation as if time were bending around him, a cosmic dance that drew him inexorably forward.

Just as he was about to emerge on the other side of this celestial maelstrom, a figure appeared before him. It was both awe-inspiring and terrifying, cloaked in robes that shimmered with the essence of the universe—colors unknown to the human eye. This was The Keeper, a celestial being charged with maintaining the balance of realities within his multiverse.

"Young voyager." The Keeper's voice echoed within the confines of the pod, both gentle and commanding. "Your arrival here stands at the brink of disrupting a delicate equilibrium. This universe, unmarked by the struggles of your home, holds its own fragile balance."

Wide-eyed yet resolute, Mina-To listened as The Keeper continued, "Should you one day choose to blend your lineage with the beings of this world, know this—the continuation of your life will hinge on that balance. A life for a life, should the scales tip too far."

The Keeper vanished with a flash of cosmic light, and the anomaly's grip loosened. Mina-To's pod completed its journey through the anomaly, exiting into the space above the Earth of this new multiverse with the sun shining directly into his pod. His pod momentum coming out of the anomaly propelled it forward toward Earth. As the pod entered Earth's atmosphere, its outer shell began to heat up with a new course set on a forest in the dead of night, heralded by an echoing boom as it shattered the sound barrier.

This startling disturbance swept through the trees, reaching the ears of young Kushina and her captors, a group of elite Kumo ninjas. Their pace quickened, unaware of the celestial intruder following from above.

Inside the hurtling pod, Mina-To felt an overwhelming rush of sensations, an inexplicable merging of memories and purpose filling his mind. He knew his new name, Minato. He clenched his fists, his heart pounding with a newfound resolve. The pod, glowing from the heat of re-entry, veered toward a massive, secluded part of the forest, crashing with a thunderous impact that threw up clouds of dirt and debris. The impact was distant enough not to be seen by Kushina and her captors but close enough for Mina-To to sense their proximity.

Mina-To stepped out into the cool night air as the pod's hatch hissed open. He quickly surveyed his surroundings, finding a headband with Konoha's symbol on the ground, and his knowledge of his mission was clear. He knew he was here to find Kushina and save her, driven by memories that felt foreign and intimately familiar. He detected a faint trail of vibrant red hair among the foliage—a trail he knew belonged to her.

He quickly picked up the headband and tied it around his head before he dashed through the underbrush with silent urgency, his movements almost a blur. He was a specter in the night, unseen and unheard. As he approached the group, his extraordinary abilities allowed him to dispatch the Kumo ninjas one by one, each falling silently before even realizing the danger. His focus was singular: save Kushina.

Just as the last kidnapper fell, Kushina's strength gave out, and she collapsed to the forest floor, ropes binding her wrists. Mina-To reached her side in an instant, effortlessly tearing the bindings apart with his bare hands. He admired her long, red hair as he spoke, "It's beautiful—your hair. It caught my attention immediately."

Kushina, bewildered and relieved, looked up at her rescuer. "How did you find me?" she asked, her voice a mix of gratitude and curiosity.

"I followed the trail you left behind." Mina-To replied with a gentle smile, gently lifting her into his arms in a bridal carry. "Your hair... it was hard to miss."

As he carried her away from the darkness of the forest and the night's harrowing events, Mina-To felt a profound connection to this girl, a bond that seemed destined. Kushina, safe in his arms, felt the first stirrings of trust and awe for this mysterious savior who had come for her under the cloak of night. Mina-To looked up at the sky, now so different from the one he had known. He was in a new world, with a new destiny and, possibly, a new friend. The cosmic scales had shifted with his arrival, and only time would reveal the true impact of his presence in this unfamiliar universe.

(In the space between universes of the Narutoverse – Limbo)

In the shifting mists of Limbo, my soul wanders, detached from the corporeal world, enveloped in an eerie tranquility that belies the liminal space between life and what comes next. A sudden chill spreads through the non-space, and the mists part to reveal a figure cloaked in robes that shimmer with the colors of chakra—blue, red, green, and yellow. This is The Keeper, the guardian of balance within the Narutoverse.

"Where am I? How did I get here?" I ask, my voice echoing slightly in the vast emptiness.

"You are in Limbo, the threshold between the mortal realm and the afterlife." The Keeper replies, its voice resonating with the ethereal qualities of the space you occupy. "Your soul was on its path to the beyond when it slipped through the veils separating worlds and found its way here."

"What does that mean for my soul?" I inquire, trying to grasp the surreal reality of my existence.

The Keeper's face remains serene yet featureless as it considers your question. "It means you stand at a crossroads. You may continue on to the afterlife as intended, or you may choose a different path—I offer to merge you with a character from the world of Naruto to live out a life intertwined with theirs."

"I also know of your desire to live a life empowered to do good. In one universe, Aito, Naruto's younger brother, is one son of Kushina Uchiha, originally Uzumaki, and a Kryptonian Mina-To Uchiha. His father's soul merged with a counterpart from another universe due to a space-time anomaly, making Aito unique—born from combined worlds and intertwined fates. Aito is unique, born of worlds merged and destinies intertwined. Would you choose to become one with Aito, sharing in his life and legacy?" The Keeper asked

The scene shifts, and we suddenly stand beside The Keeper in a warmly lit delivery room. Kushina Uchiha is there, in labor, with her husband, Mina-To, and a man named Takeshi Senju by her side.

Hesitation grips me for a moment as I ponder the implications. "What will happen to my earthly knowledge in this merge?"

"You will retain fragments of your past knowledge." The Keeper explains. "However, your understanding of this multiverse will initially be limited, returning over time but not completely. Your awareness of other multiverses will similarly fade and slowly resurface as you grow, but not completely."

Understanding the terms, I watch as The Keeper reaches ethereally into Kushina, pulling forth a nascent soul glowing faintly within. My own soul drifts forward, drawn inexorably towards Aito's.

"Are you ready to begin anew, to weave your essence with his and embrace a shared destiny?" The Keeper asks, holding the two souls gently between realities.

With a deep, steadying breath, you nod, and The Keeper merges the souls gracefully. As the combined essence settles back into the infant destined to be Aito Uchiha, I feel a profound connection ignite as I begin to fade—a new beginning within an old world, promising a life of challenge, growth, and, potentially, great joy.

(The night of Naruto and Aito's birth – Kushina's birthing chambers)

The air was thick with tension and expectancy in the shadow-draped recesses of a secluded cave outside Konoha. The chamber, an ancient place steeped in history and chosen for its spiritual potency, was alight with an ethereal glow. Invisible to the eye, a sophisticated forcefield hummed softly, a testament to Mina-To's foresight and the advanced Kryptonian technology he had seamlessly integrated into their defenses.

Inside, Kushina, vibrant and fierce even in labor, clenched her teeth against another wave of pain. Sweat beaded on her forehead, her fiery hair spread out like a halo. Beside her, the 4th Hokage, Takeshi Senju, stood watch, his presence both calming and commanding. A skilled medical ninja and a wise midwife attended to Kushina, their hands both gentle and assured.

Kushina takes a deep breath as the midwife encourages, "Just a bit more, Kushina." With a final push guided by her sheer will, a newborn's cry pierced the tense air.

"It's a boy!" the midwife exclaimed, swiftly wrapping the child in a soft cloth.

Kushina, with a tired but elated smile, reached out to touch the small hand of her firstborn. "Naruto." she whispered, her voice a blend of love and relief.

The midwife, smiling beneath her mask, carried the newborn Naruto to a small basin within the chamber, not far from where Mina-To, Kushina, and Takeshi stood. Mina-To, eyes shimmering with unshed tears, watched over them, his hand never straying far from Kushina's.

Outside, obscured by the shadow and the shimmer of the invisible forcefield, a figure with menacing Sharingan eyes prowled, probing the barrier's integrity. Each attempt to breach it was meticulous, calculated to be undetected, gradually wearing down the Kryptonian defenses without alerting those within.

Inside, another round of labor pains soon shattered the peaceful moment. Kushina gripped Mina-To's hand, her knuckles white. With encouragement from the medical team, she brought their second son into the world. "It's another boy!" announced the midwife, her voice filled with joy.

"Aito." Kushina breathed out, her eyes meeting Mina-To's, awash with love and wonder.

Mina-To now held Naruto, the little boy curious and wide-eyed, as the midwife cleaned Aito beside them. Unnoticed, the forcefield flickered and waned, finally failing under the persistent assaults from outside.

Sensing a subtle shift in the air, Takeshi moved toward the seal that held Kurama, his hands forming precise seals to stabilize it. His focus was absolute, yet not so much that he missed the silent entry of the intruder, whose Sharingan glinted with malice.

In a flash, chaos ensued. The midwife and medical ninja fell silently, their lives snuffed out by a merciless hand. Aito, merely moments old, was suddenly in the grasp of the dark-clad intruder, a kunai pressed threateningly against his tender skin.

"Step away." hissed the intruder, his eyes locked on Takeshi, the threat palpable in the tightness of his grip on the infant.

With a heavy heart and a glance full of anguish at Mina-To and Kushina, Takeshi stepped back, his hands raised helplessly. The intruder used the moment to his advantage, moving swiftly, borne of dark intentions.

As he prepared to vanish with Kushina, he callously tossed Aito into the air. Takeshi and Mina-To, driven by a surge of parental desperation, lunged to catch the newborn, their attention diverted just long enough for the intruder to disappear with Kushina, leaving a hollow silence in the wake of his departure. The moment was fleeting, but the impact would echo through their lives forever.

In the aftermath of the harrowing incident, the birthing chamber, once filled with joyous cries of new life, now echoed solemn tones of urgency and dread. The faint cries of newborns, Naruto and Aito, intermingled with the heavy breaths of Takeshi and Mina-To as they gathered their composure. The invisible forcefield had failed, and with Kushina taken, the weight of their predicament hung heavily in the air.

With a grim expression, Mina-To paced the small space with Aito in his arms, his thoughts racing. "He wants to use her." he said abruptly, "My father told me stories about Hashirama's battles with Madara—how the Sharingan could control the tailed beasts. It's the same eyes, Takeshi. Those eyes... they mean to use Kushina to control the Nine-Tails."

Takeshi's face, shadowed by the cave's dim light, nodded slowly. His mind, sharp and analytical, pieced together the sinister puzzle. "He plans to unleash the Nine-Tails on Konoha." he concluded, his voice a low growl of anger and frustration. The safety of their village and their children's future hung in the balance, threatened by a force they had barely glimpsed.

Taking a deep breath, Mina-To looked towards Takeshi, seeking a plan of action. Sensing the need for immediate strategy, Takeshi suggested, "Once we're back in Konoha, you should keep your ears open for any sign of Kushina. You'll be the first to know if she's in trouble or trying to reach out. When you hear her, head straight there and take a medical ninja with you. We can't afford to lose her or let whatever plan he has come to fruition."

Mina-To nodded in agreement, the responsibility settling on his shoulders like a tangible weight. The thought of Kushina, alone and in danger, fueled his resolve. He held Aito tighter, a silent promise to both his sons that he would protect their mother and home.

As they prepared to leave the now-sullied chamber, Takeshi laid a reassuring hand on Mina-To's shoulder. "We'll get her back." he said firmly, his eyes reflecting a fierce determination. "We have to."

Together, they made their way back to Konoha, the echoes of their swift footsteps a stark contrast to the chaos that had just unfolded. The night was far from over, and the battle to save Kushina, and by extension Konoha, was just beginning.

(Half an hour and miles away from Konoha in a secluded clearing)

In a secluded clearing shrouded by night, the tension was palpable. Kushina, bound by chakra chains, her vibrant red hair splayed across the forest floor, called out with dwindling hope, "Minato!" Her voice echoed through the trees, desperate and fearful.

Standing over her, the figure with the menacing Sharingan eyes chuckled darkly. "It's useless." he said, his voice cold and unfeeling. "He can't hear you." He then focused intensely on her, the red spirals in his eyes spinning as he accessed the seal within Kushina.

With sinister precision, he manipulated his Sharingan to weave a complex genjutsu, slowly taking control of the massive chakra beast sealed within her. Kushina's body tensed, agony written across her face as she felt the Nine-Tails being pulled from her. "Minato!" she screamed one last time, her voice breaking as the extraction process silenced her cries.

Minutes later, as the massive form of the Nine-Tails loomed over them, freed and furious, the figure turned to Kushina with a cruel smirk. "Now, I will have the Nine-Tails kill you." he declared, savoring the terror in her eyes.

But just as the beast raised its claw to strike, a blur of yellow and blue swept into the clearing. Mina-To, with no time to spare, grabbed Kushina, pulling her away from imminent death. He set her down gently at a safe distance before turning to face her assailant.

The ensuing fight was swift and brutal. Mina-To relied on his innate agility and tactical genius. He dodged a vicious swipe from the Sharingan-wielder, countering with precise, physical strikes. Each move was calculated, a dance of desperation and determination.

As they clashed, a medical ninja, unnoticed by the combatants, moved silently towards Kushina, carrying in her arms Naruto and Aito. She placed the newborns beside their mother before beginning to heal the severe injuries caused by the extraction.

Mina-To's focus never wavered, and with a flurry of movements, he forced the Sharingan wielder to retreat, but not before placing a seal on him, releasing Kurama of his hold. Turning back, Mina-To saw the Nine-Tails, now free of control, turning its wrath towards Kushina and their sons. Without hesitation, he stepped in front of them, stopping the massive paw with incredible strength, his face a mask of resolve and fear. He pushed back hard, causing Kurama to stumble.

Mina-To began going through seals, knowing the only way to end this was with the Dead Demon Consuming Seal. But as he could complete it, the Keeper appeared before him, visible only to Mina-To. "Your life is traded for Aito's. I will revert your biology to what your counterpart was before you entered this universe and were forcibly merged with your counterpart." the Keeper announced solemnly. "Your counterpart's life and soul will be spared, retaining all memories and knowledge, but your soul must return to your home universe."

With a heavy heart, Mina-To requested, "Please split the Nine-Tails in half and seal each into my sons." The Keeper, after a moment's hesitation, agreed. He split the massive chakra of the Nine-Tails, directing the Yang half into Aito's seal and the Yin half into Naruto's seal.

"Say your last goodbye, Kryptonian." The Keeper instructed gently

Mina-To turned to Kushina, his eyes filled with love and sorrow. "It was a privilege to grow up with you and be the father of our sons, even if I won't get to see them grow up." he told her softly. "This body will revert to what your universe's Minato was before I entered this universe and we merged. This was bound to happen."

With those final words, the Keeper separated Mina-To and Minato's souls from one another. Reality seemed to tear open, and Mina-To's soul was cast into the rift. The Keeper extended its hand, and Mina-To's body slowly began to glow with a bright, vibrant blue light that was steadily getting brighter.

With each passing second, the vibrant blue began shifting to a rich spectrum of golden hues. As the transformation reached its zenith, Minato was completely enveloped in a blinding, radiant light, and the clearing lit up as if by daylight. Suddenly, the brilliant aura peaks in a dazzling flash of light, and a powerful burst momentarily obscures Minato from view. When the light finally receded, it revealed Minato as he would have had he not been merged with his Kryptonian counterpart.

"Minato?" Kushina asked skeptically, having expected him to vanish

"It's me, Kushina. I have been reverted to my human body." Minato explained, "I still remember all the time you spent with him as if we never merged."

"Let's go home." Minato said, cradling his wife in his arms while the medical ninja grabbed Naruto.

As you guys have probably noticed, I have changed some things. I have changed this Mina-To's origins, so he is not from "Earth". I have also changed Kushina and Minato's ancestry. I'm going to try and average 2.5-5k words per chapter from here on out
