(14 years later - Academy)

Despite their unique heritage, Kushina and Minato raised Aito and Naruto as best they knew. In the warm, sunlit classroom of the Ninja Academy, the air buzzed with anticipation and relief. The final exams had passed, and the students awaited their team assignments, marking the beginning of their ninja careers. Among them, Aito and Naruto stood out—not just for their connection but also for their distinct appearances and the air of excitement they carried.

Aito, at 14, was extremely tall for his age, standing at six feet eight inches tall, towering over everyone in the room, the village, and most of the people in the world. His presence was almost commanding, accentuated by his unique heritage as a Kryptonian-Unknown Tribrid(1). His hair was cut in a short, precise military buzz cut, a rich black with red ends and more trimmed than his brother's, giving him a tidy and disciplined look. His striking black eyes scanned the classroom with an intelligent and curious glint.

He wore a modernized version of the traditional ninja garb—a black jacket streamlined to fit his tall frame perfectly, adorned with subtle red stitching that hinted at the Uchiha lineage's fiery spirit. Underneath, a crisp, white shirt peeked out, and his dark pants were tucked into standard-issue blue shinobi sandals. His forehead protector, bearing the symbol of Konoha, was worn proudly on his head, symbolizing his readiness to embrace his future as a shinobi.

Barely visible in the back of his neck was one of three things he had created to solve a problem he had discovered about a year ago that stemmed from his cells' superior absorption ability. The problem is his cells absorb too much energy, causing instability and inconsistency in his Kryptonian powers, pain, and cellular degeneration.

Within his neck was a KNI(4) with several augments that housed the second thing he had created, ASTRA(5), a semi-sentient AI. ASTRA is in charge of many things, managing the venting process of SOLARIS(6) being one of them. SOLARIS is a bio-metallic nanite-based symbiote, the third thing he had created that acted as a backup for his solar reserves and automated the venting process of excess solar energy to maintain consistency with his powers, among other things.

Naruto carried his own distinctive energy, a foot and some change shorter at five feet three inches tall. His spiky black hair was as unruly as ever, defying gravity in every direction, starkly contrasting his twin's disciplined style. His lighter black eyes sparkled with mischief and uncontainable excitement, mirroring his boundless enthusiasm for finally becoming a ninja. Naruto's outfit was a vibrant orange and blue, reflecting his loud and exuberant personality. The bold and impossible-to-miss jacket was left unzipped at the top to reveal a black T-shirt underneath. His pants matched the jacket in color and were complemented by a pair of blue sandals. His forehead protector was tied askew, as if in a hurry, which was often the case with Naruto.

(Flashback 13 years ago – Mina-To's Fortress of Solitude)

The cold, silent hum of the crystalline Fortress of Solitude echoed around Minato and Kushina as she carefully laid Naruto and Aito on two sleek scanning tables. The Fortress, though bathed in cool, blue light, felt strangely warm to her—it was a reflection of Mina-To's presence, his touch left in every crystal, every surface, even in the advanced Kryptonian technology that hummed gently beneath her fingers. They were here on a mission as parents and as the protector of their children's futures.

A year had passed since their birth, and while Naruto had shown the more expected signs of a Human-Kryptonian Hybrid, Aito was… different. His rapid growth had been far from normal, even for a child with the genetic makeup of a Human-Kryptonian hybrid. She needed answers that only the interactive AI left behind by Mina-To could provide.

Kushina tapped a glowing console on the side of the table, activating the scan. The AI, a voice that mimicked Mina-To's calm yet analytical tone, greeted her.

"Hello, Kushina, Minato." The AI greeted

"I need to run a biometric scan on both of them. Aito is growing so much faster than Naruto, and Naruto is already growing faster than a normal human." Kushina said

"Initializing biometric scans for Aito and Naruto." The AI announced

She sighed in relief. The AI began its work, sweeping beams of light over the two boys. Naruto cooed and babbled, his little hands grasping at the light in wonder, while Aito remained still, his rapid growth already making him seem bigger, more muscular than his brother.

A minute passed before the AI spoke again, its tone carrying a layer of concern and intrigue.

"Scanning complete. Subject: Naruto Uchiha. Human-Kryptonian Hybrid confirmed." The AI announced

Kushina leaned in closer, watching as a detailed holographic projection of Naruto appeared, displaying his DNA in a spiraling double helix. The AI continued its explanation, scientific yet clear.

"Naruto possesses a 50-50 genetic composition between human and Kryptonian DNA. His Kryptonian genes are expressed through increased durability, heightened senses, and latent superhuman strength. However, his development remains tied to human growth patterns. His Kryptonian abilities will gradually manifest as he matures under a yellow sun. Still, his physical development will resemble that of a normal human child. The balance in his hybrid DNA allows both sides' stable, gradual maturation." The AI explained

Kushina and Minato nodded. That sounded consistent with what they'd observed so far—Naruto was healthy and strong but growing like any other child his age with his unique heritage.

The AI then shifted its attention to Aito. "Subject: Aito Uchiha. Kryptonian-Unknown Hybrid confirmed. Genetic anomaly detected."

Kushina's breath hitched. The words "genetic anomaly" immediately triggered worry. Why did it not detect any human genetics? She could understand the Kryptonian because Mina-To was Kryptonian, but she was human as far as she knew. The holographic projection of Aito's DNA appeared—complex, dense, and almost overwhelmingly intricate. The AI began to explain, its tone nearly awestruck.

"Aito's genetic structure is a unique anomaly in the Hybrid lineage. While his genetic composition is predominantly Kryptonian, making him more of a Kryptonian than Naruto, there exists a second genetic element that is neither Kryptonian nor human. This unknown genetic material, which I will refer to as the 'Y-gene' for simplicity, constitutes a critical portion of his overall makeup synergizing with his Kryptonian genes, classifying him as a Kryptonian-Unknown Hybrid." The AI explained

Kushina listened intently, her brow furrowed. This was new. Even Mina-To hadn't fully understood what Aito was yet.

The AI continued, "The Y-Gene integrates seamlessly with Aito's Kryptonian genetics, enhancing his cellular functions far beyond standard Kryptonian capabilities. His cells exhibit an anomaly that allows them to absorb and store twice as much solar energy at a 200% more efficient rate than a typical Kryptonian. This appears to result from the unknown genetic material interacting synergistically with his Kryptonian cells. The precise mechanism of this interaction remains unclear. Still, it significantly increases Aito's stamina, durability, and strength, potentially surpassing a pure Kryptonian under a yellow sun."

The projection shifted to show the differences between Aito, a standard Kryptonian, and a human-Kryptonian hybrid. His cells absorbed solar energy more acceleratedly, and the reserves were visibly larger. It was incredible.

The AI continued, "The Y-gene is responsible for his chakra pathways and circulatory system. Aito possesses the same chakra pathways and circulatory system as a standard human but is greatly amplified by the Y-gene's interaction with his unique physiology. This allows him to harness chakra with a potency far beyond any human, potentially leading to entirely new abilities or enhanced versions of known techniques, including the possibility of developing Bloodline Limits."

Kushina and Minato blinked in awe, Kushina's hand instinctively brushing Aito's cheek. "But… what does this mean for him? His growth? He's already so… large. And why was there no human genetics detected like Naruto? I know Mina-To was alien, but as far as I know, I am completely human."

The AI's projection flickered momentarily, presenting data charts tracking Aito's abnormal growth. "Unlike Naruto, who will follow normal human development with Kryptonian abilities gradually manifesting, Aito will grow at a pace consistent with a pure Kryptonian under a yellow sun. However, the presence of the Y-gene introduces an unpredictable element to his growth. While I can confirm that Aito's physical development will be rapid, the extent of his growth is uncertain. The Y-gene may further accelerate his growth or introduce new characteristics as he matures. As for why no human genetics were detected, it appears that the second genetic component was amplified, synergizing with the Kryptonian genetics. What probably happened was something in the human genetic material you contributed to Aito when he was conceived amplified through synergizing with Mina-To's genetic contribution, overwriting the human material you contributed." The AI answered

Kushina's heart clenched with concern, though she also felt deep pride. Her sons were different in so many ways. "So… he's going to keep growing like this?"

"Yes." the AI confirmed. "Though the exact outcome is difficult to predict due to the Hybrid anomaly, it is recommended that Aito's growth be closely monitored. I will assist in tracking his physical and genetic development. Here—" A panel opened, revealing a sleek, handheld device. "This device will help you monitor both Aito and Naruto. It will allow real-time updates on their physical conditions, energy levels, and further genetic developments."

Kushina took the device carefully, her gaze lingering on the two boys. "Will he be okay?"

The AI softened its tone, almost as if it could sense her concern. "Aito is healthy, but he is unique. Frequent visits to this Fortress will allow me to track and predict his development, ensuring his safety. His anomaly, while extraordinary, is not dangerous as long as it is carefully observed. You can trust that I will provide you with the necessary information to protect them both."

Kushina smiled softly, grateful for this safeguard Mina-To left. She reached down and picked up Naruto, who giggled at the motion, then cradled Aito in her other arm, his larger body already beginning to outgrow her usual holds.

"Thank you." she said softly to the AI

"You are welcome, Kushina, Minato." the AI responded gently

With that, she carried her boys out of the Fortress, their futures still uncertain but under careful watch, protected by both their parents' love and the silent strength of the Fortress of Solitude.

(Later that day – Hokage's Office)

The Hokage's office was quiet, the only sound being the occasional shuffle of papers as Takeshi Senju reviewed the latest reports. The sun streamed through the large windows, casting long shadows across the room. Takeshi, a man in his 30s with a calm but authoritative presence, was deep in thought when the door creaked open.

Kushina Uchiha entered, balancing her year-old sons, Aito and Naruto, on her hip. Aito, noticeably larger than Naruto, already displayed the signs of rapid growth that had begun to worry her. She smiled softly at Takeshi, but there was a seriousness in her eyes that the Hokage immediately noticed.

"Ah, Kushina." Takeshi greeted, setting aside his papers and rising from his seat. "What brings you here today?"

Instead of responding immediately, Kushina walked to the center of the room and carefully placed a small, sleek device on the Hokage's desk. With a quick tap, the device activated, sending a barely perceptible shimmer through the air. Takeshi raised an eyebrow, recognizing the advanced technology for what it was—Kryptonian.

An invisible soundproof barrier now enveloped them, ensuring that whatever was discussed would remain strictly between them.

Kushina took a deep breath before speaking, her voice steady but filled with a mother's concern. "Takeshi, I've come to you because you need to know something about Aito. Something… extraordinary."

Takeshi's expression shifted to one of attentive curiosity. "Go on."

Kushina gently placed Aito and Naruto on a nearby couch before returning to Takeshi. "I recently visited Mina-To's Fortress of Solitude to scan both boys. The interactive AI there… told us things about Aito I hadn't fully understood before. He's not just a Human-Kryptonian Hybrid like Naruto." She paused, searching for the right words. "Aito is a Kryptonian-Unknown Hybrid Genetic Anomaly with the second genetic element being something the AI couldn't identify, making him a Kryptonian-Unknown Hybrid."

Takeshi frowned slightly, his mind quickly grasping the implications of her words. "An anomaly? What does that mean exactly? And why did it not detect any human genetics?"

Kushina began to explain, her voice tinged with both wonder and worry. "The AI explained that Aito's genetic structure leans heavily towards being a pureblood Kryptonian. His Kryptonian genes dominate almost completely, synergizing with what it referred to as the 'Y-gene', making him nearly indistinguishable from a full Kryptonian. But it's more than that. Aito's cells have developed a unique mutation—his body can absorb and store twice the amount of solar energy twice as fast and twice as efficiently compared to a normal Kryptonian."

"As for why it did not detect any human genetics, I have no idea. Only the future will tell." Kushina answered

Takeshi's eyes widened slightly as he processed this information. "Double the solar energy? That's… significant."

Kushina nodded. "Yes, it is. The AI said that this could mean Aito would grow even more powerful than a typical Kryptonian raised under a yellow sun. His rapid growth already shows that he's developing at a pace far beyond what we expected, and this might just be the beginning. The AI also mentioned that, because of the unknown genetic element, Aito possesses the same chakra pathways and circulatory system as a standard human. Still, they are greatly amplified by the unknown genetic element interacting with his unique physiology, and his reserves are far beyond what even a seasoned Jonin would be. It will allow him to harness chakra with a potency far beyond any human, potentially leading to entirely new abilities or enhanced versions of known techniques, including the possibility of developing Bloodline Limits."

Takeshi leaned back in his chair, deep in thought. "So, he's not just a powerful child; he's unpredictable."

"Exactly." Kushina agreed. "Naruto, on the other hand, is a balanced Human-Kryptonian Hybrid. His growth aligns more with what we'd expect—a gradual development where his Kryptonian abilities will manifest alongside his human traits. But Aito… he's different in almost every way. I don't know what he will be capable of as he ages, which worries me."

Takeshi's gaze softened as he saw the concern in Kushina's eyes. "What do you need from me, Kushina?"

Kushina took a deep breath, steadying herself. "I want Aito to have a chance at a normal childhood. But I also know he will need special training with his unique abilities which I can't provide. After what happened the night they were born… I can no longer be a ninja; Minato can only do so much with his human body. I need someone who can help guide Aito and train him as his abilities emerge, but without taking away his chance to be a normal kid. I also want to keep this from Naruto until his abilities emerge."

Takeshi considered her request carefully. "You're asking for someone who can help him without pushing him too hard, someone who understands the balance between nurturing his powers and letting him be a child."

Kushina nodded. "Exactly. And when the time comes, I'd like to delay his entry into the academy, at least more than Naruto. I'm worried that Aito could unintentionally harm the other children if his abilities aren't fully under control."

Takeshi tapped his fingers on the desk thoughtfully. "Tsunade is still in Konoha. She has the medical knowledge to monitor his physical condition and understands the balance between strength and control. Perhaps she could assist in Aito's training and development, especially given her experience with bloodline limits and chakra. And I could help as well, ensuring that his training prepares him for the future without robbing him of his childhood."

Kushina smiled, relief washing over her. "Thank you, Takeshi. That means more to me than you know."

Takeshi returned the smile, a reassuring warmth in his gaze. "They're family, Kushina. They're as important to me as they are to you. We'll make sure they're ready for whatever comes their way."

Kushina deactivated the device, the shimmer in the air fading as the soundproof barrier dissolved. She picked up Naruto and Aito, holding them close. "Thank you, Takeshi. I'll bring Aito to Tsunade when the time comes."

Takeshi nodded, watching as she left the room. The door closed softly behind her, and Takeshi leaned back in his chair, his mind already turning over plans and contingencies. The future held many uncertainties, but one thing was clear: the village would need to be ready for whatever Aito Uchiha might become.

(Present day – Academy)

As the room quieted, Iruka stepped up to the front, his list of team assignments in hand. Aito and Naruto exchanged a look—both eager and a bit anxious. They stood side by side, the brothers linked by blood and the shared destiny that awaited them as shinobi of the Hidden Leaf. The other students couldn't help but glance back at them, drawn by their remarkable aura and the silent promise of extraordinary tales yet to be written.

"As of today, you are all ninjas. To get here, you faced difficult trials and hardships. But that's nothing compared to what will come next. For now, rank-wise, you are Genin—first-level ninjas; some may be higher than others in other areas. All of you will be grouped into three-man squads, but because we have an odd number of students, one student will become an apprentice rather than being assigned to a team. Each squad will be led by a Jonin—an elite ninja." Iruka explained what caused Naruto, Ino, Sakura, and Sasuke to perk up.

"I wonder who will end up on Sasuke's team." Ino commented

"I could care less, Ino." Sakura stated

"Ah, groups of three. I wonder who will be becoming an apprentice." Sasuke said

"Lord Hokage wants each squad to have a balance of strengths and abilities, so that's how he set them up." Iruka said before he brought a stack of papers up to his face, "I will now announce the squads." He said

(Minutes later)

"Squad seven: Naruto Uchiha—" Iruka began naming off, "Sakura Haruno—" He named off, "and Sasuke Uchiha." Iruka finished, "Your sensei will be Kakashi Hatake."

"That blows." Ino said with a sigh of sadness.

"Next, squad 8: Hinata Hyuga—" He named off

"Yes, sir." Hinata responded

"—Kiba Inuzuka—" Iruka continued

"Heh." Kiba chuckles

"—Shino Aburama. Your sensei will be Kurenai Yuhi ." Iruka finished, "Now, squad 10: Ino Yamanaka, Shikamaru Nara, and Choji Akimichi. Your sensei will by Asuma Sarutobi." He said

"Great, I got the lazy ass and sir munchsalot." Ino commented before she turned to Sakura, "You are lucky you have someone that you actually want on your team."

"Just one more thing." Iruka announced, gaining the room's attention. "Aito will not be joining a genin team. Instead, he has been selected to apprentice directly under Jonin Minato Uchiha."

The room erupted into a cacophony of confused and curious voices.

"Why does Aito get special treatment?" Naruto blurted out, his face scrunching up in bewilderment.

"Yeah, what's so special about him?" Kiba added, his arms crossed, looking genuinely puzzled and slightly annoyed.

Sasuke remained silent, his eyes narrowing slightly as he stared at Aito, intrigued by the development.

Sakura, always keen on the rules and structures, chimed in, "That doesn't make any sense. We all went through the same tests and training. Why is he different?"

Shikamaru sighed loudly, clearly finding the situation troublesome. "Maybe it's less about him being special and more about him being a problem. Maybe they can't handle him in a regular team."

Choji, ever the peacemaker, tried to calm the rising tensions. "Guys, maybe it's not like that. Maybe it's just... you know, something about his training needs?"

Hinata, who had been silent, felt worried for Aito. She admired him from afar and felt protective over the misjudged intentions toward him. "Maybe Aito needs different guidance. It's not his fault if the Hokage thinks he needs different training." she whispered, almost to herself, but Shino, standing nearby, nodded in agreement.

"Yeah, and maybe the Hokage knows something we don't. It's not our place to question the decisions of our superiors." Shino added logically, adjusting his glasses with a calm demeanor.

Ino, who had been listening intently, jumped in with her thoughts. "Or maybe Aito has some secret skills he's been hiding from all of us! Right, Aito?" she asked, turning towards him with a playful and curious smile.

Aito, who had been quiet, felt everyone's eyes on him. He knew he couldn't reveal the true extent of his abilities or the reasons behind the decision. "I only found out this morning, just like you all. I promise I'm just as surprised." he said honestly, trying to deflect further inquiry without lying.

Sakura shook her head, still unsatisfied but dropping the issue for the moment. Naruto, however, wasn't ready to let it go. "Well, if you're all alone with a Jonin, you'll become super strong, huh? You better not get all stuck up about it!" he said, half-teasing, half-serious.

Aito managed a small smile, appreciating Naruto's way of lightening the mood, "I'll try my best, Naruto. And I'll help you guys out, too, whenever I can."

"After lunch, you'll meet your new Jonin teachers. Until then, class dismissed." Iruka stated

As the bell rang, signaling lunch, the group slowly dispersed, their minds abuzz with questions and theories, but the matter remained unresolved in their eyes. Hinata lingered for a moment longer, watching Aito with a hopeful expression that he would find his path, even if it was different from theirs.

(Half an hour later)

The air was filled with the gentle murmur of voices and the clatter of dining utensils as students celebrated graduation. Amidst the commotion, Aito sat quietly, picking at his food, his thoughts wandering to the challenges that awaited him beyond the academy's walls. His nerves were calmed only by the sight of familiar black hair that cut through the crowd. Minato Uchiha, his mentor and father, moved with a grace that spoke of urgency and unspoken pride.

"Aito." Minato's voice carried a quiet strength as he approached the table. "It's time. Let's head to the training ground."

Aito's heart skipped a beat. He had been anticipating this moment, yet it felt surreal now that it was here. He stood up, his eyes catching the slight nod from Minato—a silent command he understood all too well.

As they walked side by side through the bustling streets of Konoha, the sounds of the village faded into a comforting lull. The shadows of the buildings stretched long in the late afternoon sun, and a cool breeze rustled through the leaves, carrying the promise of new beginnings.

Once they were a safe distance from the academy and its prying eyes, Minato turned to Aito with a serious yet reassuring look. "You can drop the transformation technique now. It's just us."

Aito hesitated briefly, the weight of the occasion settling in his chest. With a deep breath, he released the transformation, feeling the familiar rush of power as his true form took hold. The rich black of his eyes shifted, and the swirling pattern of his Kosumogan emerged, casting a subtle glow against his skin. Two white horn-like protrusions appeared on either side of his forehead.

His Kosumogan is a stunning visual amalgamation featuring a swirling mixture of electric blue and silver covering the entire eye. This interplay of colors gives off a dynamic and almost ethereal appearance. Superimposed on this vibrant canvas are multiple layers of ripples: the foundational pattern maintains the traditional Rinnegan concentric circles, while additional, finer micro-ripples and subtle circuit-like patterns add a layer of complexity, hinting at his unique genetic heritage.

Minato observed the transformation keenly, his expression unreadable at first, then softening. "Impressive, Aito. Every time I see it, it reminds me of how unique your path will be."

(Three years ago – Minato and Kushina's Residence – Aito's Room - Night)

In the quiet solitude of his room, under the soft glow of the moonlight that seeped through his window, Aito found himself unable to sleep. The night felt different, charged with an energy that tingled on his skin and stirred the depths of his mind. It was his and Naruto's 11th birthday. Yet, the date's significance seemed to pale compared to the inexplicable anticipation that gripped him.

Outside, the celestial skies were alight with a rare astronomical alignment that hadn't been witnessed since ancient times. Unaware of the cosmic rarity, Aito sat cross-legged on his bed, his gaze lost in the stars. As the celestial bodies aligned, a wave of energy washed over him, resonating with something deep within his core.

Suddenly, pain erupted behind his eyes and forehead—a sharp, searing pain that made him gasp. Instinctively, his hands flew to his face, covering his eyes as he doubled over, his breath coming in short, ragged gasps. The world before him transformed when he finally dared to remove his hands and open his eyes. Colors and patterns swirled into existence, revealing layers of reality he had never seen before.

His reflection in the window showed his eyes, now a mesmerizing blend of electric blue and silver, covering his entire eye with a dynamic, ethereal glow and two small horn-like protrusions on either side of his forehead. The traditional Rinnegan concentric circles form the base pattern, while finer micro-ripples and subtle circuit-like designs overlay it. This intricate layering adds depth and complexity, symbolizing his unique genetic heritage.

"The hell just happened?" a deep voice rumbled, drawing his attention away from his reflection.

Turning towards the source of the sound, Aito found himself standing at the threshold of a vast, dark space within his own mind. Before him stood Kurama, the Nine-Tails fox, his massive form looming with an intimidating presence. His red eyes glinted with hostility and suspicion as he regarded Aito.

"Who are you? What are those eyes?" Kurama growled, his voice echoing around them, 'He has horns just like father did.'

Aito, his heart pounding in his chest, maintained his composure. He had read about the tailed beasts, knew of their power, and now, he knew about the pain they endured and their origin. "Kurama." he said softly, addressing the fox by his name, a name that few dared to use. 'I don't fully understand what has happened to my eyes, but I mean you no harm.'

Kurama snarled, his tails flicking with barely restrained power. "You speak my name? How do you know me? Why should I trust you, Uchiha?"

Reaching into the depths of his newfound memories—memories that felt as if they were both ancient and intimately familiar—Aito spoke with a calm that belied his age. 'I remember a life not my own, memories of a world beyond this one. I know of your creation, Kurama, and the burden you've borne.'

Kurama's eyes narrowed, his hostility wavering under the weight of Aito's words. "And what do you plan to do with that knowledge?"

Aito took a step forward, his hand outstretched as if to bridge the gap not just between them but between centuries of misunderstanding. 'I want to help you, Kurama. To make things right.'

"How?" Kurama's voice was cautious, his suspicion still apparent.

'By making you whole again." Aito replied with resolve. "Your other half, the Yin half, resides within my brother, Naruto. I can reunite them, make you whole if you allow me."

"And why should I believe you? Why would you do this for me?" Kurama's voice was softer now, tinged with a curiosity that had overcome his initial aggression.

'Because I believe in a path of trust and faith.' Aito said, his voice firm yet gentle. "And this is my first step towards it."

Kurama studied Aito for a long moment, his gaze intense and searching. Finally, he sighed deeply, the sound almost human in its weariness. "Very well. Proceed, Uchiha. But know this: I will be watching your every move."

Aito nodded, understanding the gravity of the trust Kurama was tentatively extending. 'Thank you, Kurama. I won't let you down.'

Emerging from the profound depths of his mind where he had communed with Kurama, Aito felt a surreal calm settle over him. His newly awakened eyes, still shimmering with the mysterious energy of the Kosumogan(2), slowly reverted to their usual appearance as he adjusted to the reality of his room. He knew what he needed to do next. With a quiet determination, Aito left his room and made his way down the hallway to Naruto's room.

The house was silent, save for the soft ticking of the clock and the distant hoot of a night owl. Aito paused at the door to Naruto's room, pushing it open with a gentle nudge. The room was bathed in the soft silver light of the moon, casting long shadows on the floor. There, in the tranquility of the night, lay Naruto, his breathing even and deep, completely oblivious to the impending shift in his very essence.

Aito approached the bed, his footsteps silent on the carpeted floor. He stood beside his brother, watching him for a moment with a mix of affection and solemnity. Forming the snake seal with practiced ease, Aito extended his hand toward Naruto's abdomen. He focused, and a faint purple ethereal chain, glowing with the power of the Eternal Path(2), emerged from his palm, piercing the air as it made its way into Naruto's abdomen to initiate the transfer of Kurama's Yin half.

Naruto immediately began to stir, a soft moan escaping his lips as he sensed the disturbance. Aito's heart quickened but remained focused, slowing the chakra transfer. He modulated the flow, thinning the stream until Naruto's features relaxed again, the boy sinking into the depths of a peaceful sleep undisturbed by the monumental change occurring within him.

Minutes ticked by, each one laden with tension and silent anticipation. Finally, the transfer neared completion. Aito carefully managed the last threads of chakra, ensuring that just a sliver of Kurama's power remained with Naruto, about a tails worth, enough to maintain the delicate balance without arousing suspicion. With a final pulse of his will, he retracted the ethereal chain, the purple light fading into nothingness as his hand fell to his side.

Silently, Aito stepped back, lingering on Naruto for a moment longer. Satisfied that his brother would wake without memory of this night's work, he returned to his room. The weight of what he had accomplished — the reuniting of Kurama's halves — felt both monumental and intimate.

Back in the safe confines of his own space, Aito closed his eyes and reached inward to where Kurama now resided, his presence whole and unbroken. 'Kurama, how do you feel now, being whole again?'

There was a pause, a stretch of silence as the great fox adjusted to his newfound completeness. Then, a deep, resonant voice filled Aito's mind, tinged with a grudging respect. "I'm surprised, kid. You actually followed through. You've earned my trust, Aito."

Aito's lips curved into a small, satisfied smile. Earning the trust of the Nine-Tails was no small feat. 'Thank you, Kurama. We have a long road ahead, and I'm glad we'll walk it together.'

As the moon climbed across the night sky, Aito lay down, his thoughts a complex tapestry of plans, hopes, and newfound alliances. The world was still unaware of the silent shifts under its very nose, shifts that might one day reshape the very foundations of the shinobi world. For now, though, Aito was content to rest, to gather his strength for the days to come.

The edges of sleep just beginning to blur the corners of his consciousness. As he drifted, the space within his mind transformed into a vast, serene landscape, manifesting his inner world.

Suddenly, the tranquility was pierced by a translucent figure, an elder man with a regal bearing and kind eyes, robed in ancient attire. He is Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki, the Sage of Six Paths, who now stood observing Aito with a look of mild surprise.

"Interesting." Hagoromo began, his voice echoing slightly in the vast expanse of the mindscape. "The awakening of your dōjutsu and the appearance of your horns is an unexpected turn of events. It resembles the Rinnegan, yet it is distinctly unique."

Aito smiled softly, recognizing the figure from the echoes of memories that felt foreign and intimately familiar. "Hello, Hagoromo. It's an honor to meet you. It seems the Otsutsuki genetics passed down through your children have been dormant/too weak for generations and strengthened and emerged in me."

Hagoromo's eyebrows raised in surprise. "You know of me?"

"I do." Aito replied, his voice calm and mature beyond his years. "I have memories that aren't exactly mine but feel deeply familiar."

At that moment, Kurama's large, formidable form, the Nine-Tails Fox, materialized beside Aito, his presence warm and protective. Hagoromo's gaze shifted towards the massive beast, a smile spreading across his face.

"I observed how you restored Kurama to his whole self. It's admirable how you treat him—not as a mere beast, but as a being." Hagoromo said, his tone imbued with respect. "Unlike how much of humanity views the Tailed Chakra Spirits."

Aito looked towards Kurama, sharing a silent moment of understanding with the spirit. "They're not tools of war; they're living beings with feelings and desires. It's only right to treat Kurama and others respectfully and kindly."

Hagoromo nodded approvingly, his figure glowing slightly brighter. "Aito, your actions and insights show great potential. I want to take you under my wing, teach you, and pass on my knowledge, including our now apparent shared lineage/heritage."

The offer hung in the air, weighty and significant. Aito's eyes widened slightly, excitement and humility passing through them. After a moment of contemplation, he bowed his head slightly.

"I would be honored to learn from you, Hagoromo. Thank you."

Hagoromo smiled, his form fading as dawn approached the waking world. "Then let us begin soon. Rest now, young one, for we have much to explore together."

It had been three years since Hagoromo took Aito under his wing, teaching him all he knew. Much to Hagoromo's surprise, Aito took to his teachings and knowledge of his newly discovered heritage like a sponge, taking in and absorbing everything. Aito had been practicing using the Creation of All Things technique for about two years because he wanted to make something to help him with his excess energy problem so that he wouldn't have to potentially stop mid-fight to vent.

In the quietude of his room, thirteen-year-old Aito sat cross-legged on the floor. His horn-like protrusions had been steadily growing with him, his mind diving deep into the serene expanse of his mindscape. There, the ancient figures of Hagoromo and Kurama awaited him, their presence reassuring and formidable.

Hagoromo's voice resonated with a pearl of calm wisdom, "We should start out small as we have in the past, Aito, and work our way up to actual living things."

Eager to showcase his latest project, Aito gave a thoughtful nod, 'We could start with the Kryptonian Neural Interface. Then, I can create ASTRA and integrate her into it before we move on to the most sophisticated creation so far.'

In a deep and encouraging voice, Kurama added, "That is a great idea, Aito."

With their agreement, Aito closed his eyes, focusing intently. He began meditating, bringing his consciousness back to the physical realm where he sat in the middle of his room. He extended his hands as if holding an invisible sphere, the space between them charged with potential.

Drawing upon Kurama's vast chakra, Aito visualized the KNI—a small, bio-mechanical device about the size of a large coin. He imagined its surface a deep metallic blue adorned with swirling silver patterns and symbols reminiscent of Kryptonian script. These details glowed faintly while the device's intricate, circuit-like structure shimmered under a crystalline layer.

Gradually, the KNI began to materialize between his hands, becoming more tangible by the moment until it was fully formed, floating serenely in his gentle grasp. Hagoromo observed this progression, finally stating, "The easy part is done."

Now for the more complex task. Aito delved into his memory, recalling the code for ASTRA that he had been developing as a side project. As he mentally pieced together the code, he infused it with safeguards, protocols, and a touch of consciousness, allowing it to learn and evolve without becoming too sentient. With a deep breath, he integrated ASTRA into the KNI, a process marked by a subtle pulsation from the device, indicating life.

Once complete, Aito let the KNI fall into his palm, examining it closely. It pulsed rhythmically, a sign of successful integration. Satisfied, Aito held the KNI between his fingers and positioned it at the back of his neck, right on the cervical portion of his spine. With a gentle push, he integrated it into his body, feeling it meld seamlessly with his physiology.

After a moment to let the integration complete, Aito mentally called out, 'ASTRA, can you hear me?'

A soft, synthesized voice responded within his mind, clear and warm, "Yes, Master. I am here. Integration successful."

A smile spread across Aito's face, his heart swelling with pride at the successful melding of technology and chakra, a true testament to his heritage and growing prowess.

"Now, let's move on to the most complex thing you have made so far." Hagoromo suggested

The atmosphere thickened with concentration and the latent power that swirled invisibly around the young Hybrid. Sitting cross-legged on the floor, Aito closed his eyes again, reconnecting to the robust currents of Kurama's chakra, feeling the familiar fiery energy coursing through his veins.

As he focused, Aito began channeling Kurama's chakra into a more complex creation. His forehead creased with concentration, the mental strain evident as he delved deeper into the mechanics of his next ambitious project—a bio-metallic nanite-based symbiote.

He visualized the symbiote with precision: designed to store as much solar energy as his cells could for when he was without sunlight for extended periods, equipped with a venting mechanism akin to the expulsion of chakra from tenketsu like the Hyuga clan did with their Heavenly Rotation when the nanites are full capacity. This mental exercise, taxing as it was, started to manifest physically; a shiny, black ball of matter began to take form slowly in front of him, growing from nothingness into a tangible presence.

As the creation process neared completion, Aito's struggle became more apparent. Sweat beaded on his brow, and his breathing grew labored, each inhale sharp and exhale shuddering. Despite the evident toll, Aito's determination didn't waver, his focus ironclad.

From the comforting depths of his mindscape, Kurama's voice boomed with encouragement, bolstering Aito's resolve. "You can do this, Aito! Focus on the structure and keep your mind clear. You're almost there!"

Emboldened by Kurama's support, Aito pushed through the final barriers of fatigue and resistance. With one last surge of willpower, the shiny black ball of matter fully materialized and then lost its form, spilling onto the floor in a fluid puddle of gleaming black nanites.

Exhausted but triumphant, Aito opened his eyes to the real-world manifestation of his creation. He reached out tentatively, his hand hovering over the puddle of nanites. Upon making contact, the symbiote reacted instantly, eagerly soaking into his skin, melding with him as if it had been a part of him all along.

The integration was seamless and immediate, leaving Aito feeling a new, profound connection to the symbiote within him. As the last of the symbiote disappeared into his skin, he felt a rush of new potential, a symbiotic promise of power now a part of his very essence.

(Present day)

The Hokage's training ground was quiet when they arrived, the solitude befitting the gravity of their purpose. The vast area was surrounded by dense forest, the leaves whispering secrets as if they, too, recognized the significance of this moment.

"Aito." Minato began, his voice echoing slightly in the open space, "This ground has tested the will of many who walked the path of a shinobi. This space is secure and isolated, allowing for extensive training without interruptions or risks to others. We've set boundaries from here to the northern creek and east towards the old willow tree. There are specific rules here to ensure safety and discipline. No techniques are to be used outside these boundaries without direct supervision. Our sessions will be intense, and I need you to be completely focused."

'One of these days, I will find out why my Kosumogan is so different from Hagoromo's Rinnegan.' Aito thought

"Before we begin, it's crucial that we tailor this training to suit your abilities and aspirations." Minato stated, his eyes searching Aito's for any signs of hesitation. "I need to understand your goals, Aito. What do you hope to achieve here? What are your aspirations as a ninja?"

Standing there, surrounded by the quiet strength of nature and the earnestness of his teacher, Aito felt a deep sense of purpose swell within him. He knew this was the beginning of something pivotal in his training and his journey as a shinobi.

Minato's question lingered in the air, marking the start of a path that would undoubtedly shape Aito's destiny. The training ground, vast and secluded, awaited his response, ready to witness the growth of a ninja unlike any other.

The tranquil air of the secluded training ground seemed to hold its breath as Aito collected his thoughts, gazing at the expansive space around him. Minato observed, understanding the importance of this moment for his young apprentice.

Aito turned to face Minato, his expression serious and determined. "Sensei, I have given much thought to what I hope to achieve here with your guidance." His voice carried a steady resolve that belied his young age.

"Firstly, I aim to learn and master the Flying Thunder God Technique." Aito began. At Minato's slightly raised eyebrow, he added, "I want to learn it so I can go to Mina-To's Fortress of Solitude without you or Mom having to accompany me. And the technique's strategic significance resonated with me."

Minato nodded, impressed by the ambition yet wary of the complexity of such a technique. "That's a formidable goal, Aito. The Flying Thunder God Technique requires precision and a deep understanding of space-time ninjutsu. We'll approach it carefully."

Aito continued, each goal unfolding with clarity and purpose. "I also wish to hone and master my current Kryptonian abilities. As I grow, I understand that new powers may manifest. I must be prepared to effectively control and integrate them into my shinobi skills."

The young shinobi's eyes then took on a broader scope, reflecting a vision beyond personal power. "Moreover, I aim to learn every technique/jutsu available in Konoha from every category. Such as kenjutsu, ninjutsu, genjutsu, taijutsu, and others." His determination was palpable as he mentioned each one.

Minato listened, deeply considering the ethical maturity and ambition of his student. "Your goals are vast but focused. We will chart a path forward that respects your aspirations and the safety of those around you."

Lastly, Aito's voice softened but remained firm. "Above all, I want to become strong and powerful enough to protect my loved ones and friends. It's not just about gaining power for the sake of it but ensuring that I can be a shield for those who matter most. I want to be Konoha's shield."

The two stood silently for a moment, allowing the gravity of Aito's goals to settle in the air around them. Minato finally broke the silence with a nod of approval, his eyes reflecting pride and the weight of responsibility.

"Very well, Aito. We have much to do, and your training will be rigorous and extensive. But I believe in your potential and your spirit. Tomorrow, we'll begin with the basics and build you towards these goals, one step at a time." Minato stated, "I know a technique that will be essential to reaching your goal."

Author's Note:

(1)Aito is a monster in height and power and will only continue to grow.

(2)Due to Kryptonian's being more "evolved" than humans, Aito's Kosumogan, its paths, and their abilities have also evolved into a unique branch off of the Rinnegan, additionally the reason that he knows that he has the Kosumogan is due to "soul knowledge/memory" which is a mechanic I came up with for Aito to gradually remember stuff
