Special Chapter: Going Home?!

Disclaimer: I do not own Naruto.

"I'm glad you all could make it." Tsunade said to Yorukō, Sayuri, Yuina, and Kori.

"We heard that you needed us as quickly as possible." Sayuri said to the Hokage: "What's wrong?"

"Well…" Tsunade started: "The Daimyō that governs the Hidden Frost all but demanded me to rescind each of your statuses here in the Leaf and to send each of you home."

"Are you serious?!" Kori asked incredulously: "Does he not know that we're wanted?!"

"This cannot be true." Yuina added to the conversation: "You're just messing with us, right, Lady Tsunade?"

"I wish I was." Tsunade answered the teen as she threw her a scroll with a rather intricate seal on it: "This was delivered to me today. He wants you all to go home to take care of his family's needs."

"…This is bullshit." Yorukō spoke up after some time: "Since when does that old bastard care about his family, and better yet, why does he need us to protect them?"

"According to him, he heard of your exploits." Tsunade explained to Yorukō: "He told me that no one but you and your family are suited to better protect them."

"Can't you do something, anything to not let us go back?" Kori asked.

"It's out of my hands. I am sorry." Tsunade solemnly told the former Frost ANBU.

"What's going to happen to our possessions here?" asked Yorukō.

"Well, I'll keep them listed under your name for a long while, but eventually we'll have to do something about it." Tsunade answered.

"This is crap." Yorukō said before storming out of the room, Yuina and Kori following suit.

"When do we leave?" Sayuri asked the Hokage.

"Preferably before the end of the day." Tsunade told the reanimation.

"Understood. I'll let them know." Sayuri said with a bow as she exited the room.

"Yorukō-kun, wait up!" Yuina shouted at her boyfriend as the latter gained considerable distance from his group since leaving Tsunade's office. Frustrated and not wanting anyone to see it, the teen angrily walked down the streets of the Hidden Leaf with little to no concern for many around him, going as far as to push through and shove people that could potentially have been in his way.

"I don't think he can hear us, or rather doesn't want to." Kori pointed out.

Yuina sighed as both her and Kori picked up the pace once more, the pair apologizing for Yorukō's behavior to the people he pushed out of the way. They both managed to catch up to Yorukō's location when Kori spotted the teen sitting on a bench underneath a cherry tree towards the outskirts of the village.

"After all this time, after all the facts have been shown, this son of a bitch wants us to go back home, with the added possibility of being hunted and/or killed?" Yorukō said to no one in particular, thinly veiled anger evident in his voice.

"Yorukō-kun!" Yuina called out, breaking the teen's self-rant.

"Ah, Yuina-chan." Yorukō answered: "What's up?"

"You were going so fast we couldn't catch up to you!" Yuina explained to her boyfriend: "We'd have never caught up to you if you never stopped at this bench."

"Sorry about that." Yorukō apologized with a dry chuckle as he looked at the tree surrounding the bench: "Isn't it a little odd that after all this time, they want us back, no strings attached?"

"I have to agree." Kori added in, bringing both teens' attention towards her: "It would be weird that us of all people were chosen to do something so…high-profile."

"Right." Yorukō said: "Unfortunately, orders are orders."

"You're right." Sayuri said, appearing before the teens via smokeless shunshin: "We were told to leave preferably before the end of the day."

"That's so little time!" Kori complained: "How are we to tell Aya that we're moving all of a sudden?"

Yorukō and Sayuri suddenly froze before the former facepalmed. He rose out of the chair when he lightly stretched, his blue eyes gazing upon the beautiful afternoon sky, an extremely rare tear falling from his right eye. Moments pass before the teen wiped the tear off his face before composing himself to face his family. "Well, I'll have to break the news to her, and we have to pack essentials to leave."

"I still find it odd." Kori commented.

"I agree." Yuina added.

After Yuina's and Kori's remarks, Team 1 all disappeared via smokeless shunshin from the cherry tree and resurfaced at their home. With everyone heading inside, Yorukō was the first to notice Aya in the living room laying on a couch. Sensing them, the young girl rose from the couch and ran towards the Hasegawa heir.

"Sensei!" Aya cried out: "Welcome back! Can we train again today?"

"I wish we could." Yorukō said to his student: "However, we were ordered to head back to the Hidden Frost on some permanent mission, so we came here to grab what we need and leave."

"But…I've made so many friends here at the academy!" Aya pouted, tears beginning to well in her eyes as she looked up towards Yorukō: "Do we really have to?"

Yorukō's heart panged for the young girl, wishing he was indeed lying to her. He thought that it would've been easier for him to break the news to her but was quickly wronged when he looked down to see her tears. He began trying to find ways to better explain it to her, but he kept reaching standstills. He was granted a moment's reprieve when he felt Yuina's hand over his shoulders, the kunoichi going in front of him to kneel and face Aya: "It's not as if we can't ever come back to the leaf, Aya-chan. We're just going back home for a while to figure this out."

"Are you sure?" Aya asked: "Yorukō-sensei said it was going to be permanent!"

"He didn't mean that, right…Yorukō-kun?" Yuina asked while looking Yorukō out the corner of her eye.

"Maybe 'permanent' is a stretch, you know?" Yorukō nervously said, sweat rolling down the back of his neck.

"Well, if Yuina-neechan says it like that, then that's okay!" Aya said chirpily, causing everyone to release a breath no one realized they were each loading.

"Might I suggest we get to packing what we need?" Sayuri said to the group who all nodded at her suggestion. Within moments, everyone scattered from the living room to their respective quarters and grabbed mostly equipment. After around two hours, the team/family/group met at the front door when they all walked towards the nearest exit by their home. Aya looked around the village along with Sayuri, both having smiles on their faces when looking at the scenery.

"Maybe I'll get to see her again…" Kori muttered to herself which Yuina caught onto.

"What was that you just said, Kori?" Yuina curiously asked.

"N-N-Nothing!" Kori stammered, her face getting redder than a tomato. Not interested enough to try and pry more, Yuina left it as it is.

"Hey, isn't that Tsunade and her assistant at that gate?" Yorukō asked, catching everyone's attention.

"It is!" Sayuri exclaimed: "What's she doing here? Normally the guards are the ones to see us off."

"Whatever it is, we ought to hurry and find out." Yuina said, earning nods from everyone. Yorukō grabbed Aya and held her as the group began sprinting towards the Hokage. Once they arrived, Yorukō tried letting Aya go but she tightened her grip to such a degree that it'd only cause problems if Yorukō removed her, leading the teen to hold her as if she were his child.

"What brings you here, Lady Tsunade and Shizune?" Kori asked.

"Well, I commend you for following the order I gave you guys." Tsunade told the group, much to their confusion.

"We did as we were told. The order was legitimate from what you told us." Yorukō told the Hokage.

"Did you even read that scroll?" Tsunade asked with a chuckle.

"…No?" answered both Yuina and Yorukō.

"Well, if you did, you'd have seen this." Tsunade reached in her pocket for an exact replica of the 'scroll' and showed it to the group and opened it: "It reads:"

To the Hasegawa Family…

I would like to say to you from the bottom of my heart…

You have just been PRANKED by your Hokage! You do not need to leave the village.

We appreciate all you've done over the last year.

"…A-A-Are you serious?" Yorukō incredulously asked: "Then where the hell did all that crap about the Daimyō come from?"

"The Daimyō part was indeed real, Yorukō," Tsunade began explaining as she began laughing: "but it had nothing to do with the Frost or you guys for that matter. It was just a nice opportunity to see if you'd play along or not. If you did open that scroll, you'd have found out immediately!"

"We got pranked by an old hag…" Yorukō muttered.

"What was that?!" Tsunade indignantly asked.

"Nothing." Yorukō said, suddenly devoid of all emotions and energy. He turned around and headed back home, his family following suit. As the teen walked, some emotions and energy returned as he began chuckling which escalated to a full-blown laugh, prompting everyone to join him.

"That was funny now that I think about it." Yorukō observed: "Why didn't we open the seal like we always do when we get briefed by her?"

"No idea, but it was funny to a sense." Sayuri said to her son.

"We have to think of a way how we're going to get her back for this one day." Yorukō said, earning nods from everyone.

As the teens and adult walked home, they conversed with themselves on getting back at the Hokage as this prank must be paid…thus beginning the movement known as…Project April Fools' Day!

A/N: Enjoy the chapter. I wanted to say more here but at the time of writing this and posting it, I am very crunched on time, but I will explain my absence better in Chapter 7, which I promise will be released sooner than later.
