Bamebeitta then looked at the fallen Segunda Espada and sighed. 'Well, that is not what I was expecting, but I am glad that it is finally over.'
The Soldats then helped Kyiv over to the woman. 'Then what were you expecting?' He asked curiosity
Bamebeitta then frowns. 'Well...that she would most likely attack me and I would have sacrificed myself by launching a small bomb into her body, directing it at her soul sleep and chain and denote it. While hopefully, having these fellows here finish her off while she was powerless' She then narrowed her eyes on the lifeless eyes of the Hollow. 'But I didn't think my words would be enough to do herself in.'
Kyiv then looked at Tia Harribel with pity and then averted his gaze. 'She wanted to redeem herself and avenge her friends...but she couldn't live with the fact she had to become a monster to make it happen.'
Bamebeitta looked at Kyiv and then at the dead Tia and took another deep breath. 'You know...that is the one lesson I try to drill in my student's heads...never go into a war unless you know and are willing to pay the price in fighting it. Otherwise, you may regret getting your victory...shamed no one taught her that' She then looked over to the horizon. 'But anyway, we wasted enough time here. We must get to the Palace of Governance and retreat to the Black City before more Arrancar come.'
Kyiv then widens his eyes. 'There are still that many in the city?
Bamebeitta then snorted. 'Mainly because we don't have that many apprentice knights or Special agents to deal with them...' she grabbed her fists. 'And right now, the only way to send the Arrancar running is to defeat the last of the Espada...Yammy Regou'
Jeager then smiled. 'Well, with The grandmaster and Robert fighting against him, I am sure they can win against him.'
Bamebeitta paused and narrowed her eyes' I hope you're right, Jeager.'
Meanwhile, in the upper districts
The Soundtrack of Choice: My Brother from Berserk
Robert and Hashwalf were breathing heavily as they stood before the Gaint Espada as he slowly walked out of the ruins of several large mansions that had been blown apart in pieces. All the while, he was looking barely winded.
'Oh, come now, don't me. You two are at your limit already?' he teased while stretching his arms. 'I'm just now starting to break a sweat!'
Hashwalf then glared down at the Prima and readied his blade; for a while, they managed lead Yammy far enough away from the Palace of Governance to allow their wounded allies to retreat to the black city. The Espada, as he's rank suggested, proved to be a far more powerful opponent than he or Robert ever anticipated.
It wasn't just his strength that made him formidable, but also his speed and endurance. Which were all refined in a basic yet devastating fighting style that pushes all those traits to their peak. To the point that it took all the skill and power they had just to survive fighting against such a monster.
Of course, that is only in terms of skill and raw power.
'Rain of the guiding arrows!' Robert called out as he shot ten thousand reshi bullets from his twin guns. Which each being enchanted by the navigation power of his Schrift. So that it would be impossible for the Prima to dodge or even block them.
However, Yammy simply smirked at the incoming projectiles.
'Bala blindaje' He uttered, and without even making a stance, the Espada released an omnidirectional blast of energy from all around his body that completely disintegrated all of the homing bullets at once. While also leaving behind a huge crater that expanded hundreds of feet beneath the man's boots.
'Don't tell me you thought little tricks like that will stop me, right?' Yammy taunted while barring a vicious grin. 'Otherwise, I might have to get serious.'
But then, right when the giant was about to attack Robert, he was intercepted by Hashwalf, who swung his longsword which Yammy dodged with ease.
Only to find out that there is a cut across his chest, much to his confusion.
'It would seem that you have misunderstood your situation Espada' Jurgram explained while flicking the blood off his sword. 'The only reason that you even had the advantage over us. Is because we reserved using our Schrifts until you were lured away from our headquarters' He then readied his longsword towards Yammy. 'And now you will know exactly how outmatched you truly are.'
The Grandmaster then lunged at the Espada with his blade again, and the latter tried to dodge it, only for him to still get cut to his right side. Then when Hashwalf attempted to launch another strike, Yammy decided to unleash another bala blindaje. But Hashwalf sliced it through with ease before landing another cut at the man's stomach.
'Bastard!' Yammy growled in frustration as he tried to attack Jurgram with his fists, only for the latter to dodge out of the way and launch a Quincy arrow at Espada with a swing of the sword, and when the giant man tried to block it with his arms the projectile exploded and leaving both of his limbs badly burnt.
'Now, has the realization sink in yet, Espada?' Hashwalf boasted. 'For regardless of all your strength and skill, before the power of my Schrift, the balance it is nothing' he then pointed his blade at his wounded opponent. 'For any attack that you intend to avoid will be landed, and any defense you muster will be breached, and as such, the outcome of this fight is already decided in my favor.'
Yammy stared at the Grandmaster for a moment...and then smiled cruelly.
'Any attack, you say?' He mused before instantly appearing behind Hashwalf's back, much to his shock, and quickly swung his sword at his enemy...only for Yammy to reappear on his left side and gut punch him with enough force and damage to make the Grandmaster cough up blood before send flying and crashing into a nearby building.
'Avoiding and blocking an attack is one thing,' Yammy explained as he chucked darkly. 'But if it's another thing entirely when you can't react to it.'
Hashwalf then struggled to get up to his feet as blood dripped down his forehead while holding his stomach with his right arm. At the same time, the Prima looked at him with amusement.
'Do you still think the fight is in your favor, Grandmaster? Yammy said sarcastically. In contrast, Hashwalf continued to glare down at him.
'More than you know,' He responds evenly and then conjures a shield in his left hand, While the Espada just snorted at him.
'A shield!?' Yammy laughed. 'What good do you think that would do for-AAAGH!'
The Prima then suddenly spat out blood from his own mouth, and then notice he had a massive stomach wound, and to his further bafflement, he also realized that Hashwalf was completely healed of his injuries.
Robert then looked over the battlefield as he saw that the Yammy was once more severally injured.
'It is useless Espada...' The old man thought while the Prima began to stagger. 'Even if one were to land a blow on the Grandmaster.' Then eyed Hashwalf's shield that cuts and dents on it before mending itself. 'His Schrift the Balance will merely reverse that too through his shield of hope. For it is a power that manipulates the concept of fortune itself. Whenever it means turning the tide of a battle in one's favor or even reversing his misfortune back onto his opponents'
He then began to ready his gun. 'And So long as Hashwalf can control your fortune, you will never be able to defeat him'
Yammy then looked at his wounded stomach and then at the uninjured Jurgram and then sighed.
'Well, I will admit, you actually might maybe be someone worthy enough to fight after all' he then drew out his zanpakuto. 'I just hope you still hold yourself up after I go serious on you'
He then places the blade near his face
'Enraged Ira'
Soundtrack of Choice: What You Can See in Their Eyes
A Titanic explosion of red Spiritual pressure then erupted from Yammy's body that seemed to flood the entire upper district. Causing buildings to collapse and roads getting uprooted. Then when it died down, the Prima was in his Reccion form.
He was completely shirtless, while his mask fragments fused with his face and jaw. His back was covered with black tubs along the row of his spin, while his arms had matching nodules that came out of them. His waist was covered in a red lion cloth, and his legs and feet became white and dinosaur-like while sporting a long clubbed-like tail from his back.
And yet, from what Hashwalf and Robert could sense from the transformation, It felt like they were being looked down on by a massive giant Beast. Even when Yammy himself hadn't gotten any bigger.
'You know outside of training, this is the first time I actually used the compacted form of my Resccion. With it usually being much larger,' Yammy muttered while flexing his fingers, while Hashwalf looked at him in surprise.
'Did he just say compacted?' the Grandmaster thought with confusion and dread as Yammy continued.
'I mean I sort of missed looking down at my enemies from several stories high before squishing them like bugs...' Yammy then glared menacingly. 'But I would gladly crush them on an eye level, then be used as some oversize target practice.' He then eyed Hashwalf and grinned at him. 'But enough of me pouting. 'He then flexed up his arms. 'Let's get on with round two!'
He then rushed at the Grandmaster with such speed and force that the ground burst open from his feet as the Espada lunged his left fist. Jurgram raised his shield to block it at the last second. Yet the impact of the blow was so great that it broke his arm and sent him flying high into the air.
'Hashwalf! Robert cried out, but before he could do anything, Yammy already used sondio to appear behind his Hashwalf and shot his elbow at his back and crack his spin, making him grunt out in pain and then just right before he was sent flying again, the Espada kneed him right in the center of his forehead, drawing blood and nearly caving his skull in before grabbing the man's head, slamming it into the ground with enough strength to shatter it and proceeding pound the Grandmaster repeatedly Which in turn began shaking the entire environment around them in the process and crushing the ground beneath the Hashwalf in an ever growing crater.
'SO TELL ME, QUINCY!' Yammy roared at his opponent while continuing to punch him. 'Are you still able to do that reverse damage thing even as I continue to beat you up, because if not, I ant letting up!'
BOOM!
Suddenly The Prima was shot in the back by several bullets, much to his surprise, and while they didn't do any actual damage, it was enough for Yammy to turn his head to face the one who shot them, who was Robert.
But more importantly, left the Espada off guard.
AAAGH! Yammy screamed as Hashwalf used his blade to slice off Primia's left arm, forcing him to stagger away.
'You will pay for that, you Bastard!' The Espada cursed as he tried to lung at the Grandmaster.
But it was too late.
By raising his shield at his charging foe Hashwalf transferred all of his injuries to Yammy, causing him to stop his charge and fall down as multiple bleeding wounds and broken bones instantly ravaged his body. At the same time, the Grandmaster sighed in relief.
'To think that even with the Balance, he still would have killed me if Robert hadn't distracted him...' Jurgram thought as he began to readjusted himself. 'Thankfully, with those injuries, he shouldn't even be able to fight anymore, let alone use his-!?'
Hashwalf and Robert then winded their eyes in disbelief as Yammy steadily got up from the ground and continued to grin with bloodlust. In contrast, his spiritual power began to rise rapidly.
'Oh, you punks have done it now...' The Primia said as the blood from his wounds began to steam. 'YOU MANAGED TO PISS ME OFF!'
Then with a flex from his left shoulder, Yammy regenerated his missing arm while the rest of his cuts and broken bones healed—much the Sternritter's and the Grandmaster's shock and horror.
'High-speed regeneration!?' Robert yelled out, but Yammy merely laughed at him.
'Hah, this is far beyond that, for It is the ability of my Recession Ira! Which transfers all my rage into power that I can use to enchant and heal myself, and the more rage I feel, the greater my power becomes!' He shouted out as a massive surge of spiritual pressure blasted through Hashwalf and Robert, its intensity nearly suffocating them. 'In fact, it is the main reason I am the Prima to begin with, for regardless of what little tricks the rest of the Espada can do, to make up for their weakness...' He then began to charge a cero in his newly reformed left hand at the two quinces. 'None of them can compare to my overwhelming ever-growing might!'
He then fired the Cero, which unleashed a blast so large that it reached the size of a mountain before consuming the entire district in a flash of bright crimson light.
