Chapter 282

It's been two weeks since I took out Baba Yaga and since then all the people I rescued have been collected and taken home to their families and other than that I've had to deal with swarms of new fans both young and old. I learnt from Ivan that things are normally pretty boring around these parts so to have a traveller and hero with such exciting stories was real treat for everyone. Growing up in Berk which was pretty much the same with it being an island out in the middle of nowhere, I understood where they were coming from since we all went crazy when traders came by with stories and new things. Speaking of new things, I'd been able to buy a few books from some passing traders and from those who got their relatives back from Baba Yaga as a way of saying thanks for what I did and knew they'd look good in my library.

Besides that, a day after my battle against Baba Yaga, I'd woken up to a gift from the gods of this land which actually spooked me at first but who could blame me since waking up to a human skull made of purple crystal would scare anyone. This skull looked to be made of pure purple crystal and on its head was the symbol of the gods of Russia, so it was easy to tell it was a gift from them. Still though I wasn't going to risk touching it out of the blue without protection, so I kept an eye on it as I went to get dressed in my usual gear, but when I approached my shadow coat, the skull slowly floated up and hovered towards it. This is when my shadow coat extended its shadow beneath the skull and let it float down into it before it glowed faintly before my coat followed it with the shadow glowing as if it were pulsing with power. For a few seconds, I stood there and watched but I kept my guard up and my star sword out and at the ready along with my eagle shield unfolded and in front of me. It was then the shadow lifted off the ground and formed a large ball of darkness that slowly unfurled and took the form of my coat with the darkness slowly being pulled in and off the leather. When it was done my eyes widened since my coat looked as if it had gone through a complete transformation, formwise since I was having a hard time believing this was the same coat I always wore.

The coat now had a new belt on its waste area with a diamond shape lock attachment to the tongue of the belt, the diamond itself was silver but one end was longer pointing towards the right as the other ends were shorter with a purple diamond in the centre of it, with the belt appearing on the right side and left hip with the rest of the belt having a belt clip that was in the shape of a square with a water ripple pattern on top of it. I also noticed that on the diamond on the right and from the square there is an attachment holes for the two pieces to connect and hold together to keep the belt in place when wrapped around my waist. On the sleeves were three smaller belts that took form around the wrist area each with its own belt loop holding new arm guards in the shape of a large silver diamond pyramids with one end longer pointing towards the elbow, each with a purple diamond in the centre of.

The lining edges of the coats front now had silver leather traveling up and traveling around the neck of the coats flaps where I also noticed two diamond-shaped pins similar in the same shape as the guard and belt Buckle guards embroidered on the collar of the coats corners pick up and also noticed a new chest pattern had formed looping over the shoulder and onto the back and upon the edges of the chest of the coat. Six diamonds also appeared on it with each pointing in a diagonal direction towards the shoulders as the small ends pointing towards the centre of the chest while the longer ends pointed towards the shoulders.

Also, a leather belt had taken form around the right shoulder of the coat with a clip that holds another belt that travelled underneath the right arms pit while the other arm straps straight across from the top of the right shoulder down to the side left of the coat beneath the left arm, holding a pauldron in place. This pauldron took the shape and design of a night Fury's head and upon the night fury's forehead was the Night Fury symbol I use as my mark. Finally, I noticed that the coats original colour now had a tint of a shade of purple sparkling within the leather itself as the sunlight shone on it and I could tell that it was the magic traveling through the leather itself giving it a whole new look to my coat. (AN: I know it's hard to picture but it will be on my pinterest page, just replace the shoulder guard with the nightfury head.)

As freaked out as I was, I had to admit my coat did look a lot cooler now but at the time I still didn't know what the skull did to my coat like if it had granted it new abilities or if the pauldron was a part of the coat and couldn't be removed. Knowing there was only one way to find out, I put them on and got to work on seeing if they could do anything new and I was not disappointed. The abilities that the skull gave my coat really weren't anything to joke about and in some cases were really creepy, but they were definitely going to be useful. The first ability I discovered was how the shadow can now form crystals out of it that are palm sized which then float into the air where they shatter before the shards come together to form a purple crystal skull that was half the size of my fist. These skulls however had an ability that actually gave me a scare when I first found them since they're able to float into shadows and disappear into them forming a trap, but they were also connected to the arm guards. The right arm guard shows what the skulls see while the left shows the insides of the cells the men are pulled into, in the reflections of the metal so I could see what they see and trigger them when I wanted to.

As for what happens when they're triggered, the skulls grow a twice the size of my head and then seep out of the shadows while opening their mouths. From their mouths chains shoot out and wrap around the victims limbs or torso before pulling them into their mouths so fast that the victims don't have time to react and even if they, another chain launches out shortly after the others with a metal band at the end that wraps around the mouth so the victim can't cry for help. Sadly though, once they've caught their victim they shatter, and their pieces turn to dust so they can only take in one victim before being destroyed.

Creating these skulls wasn't the only thing that my coat could do now though which I discovered after one of the tests resulted in me accidentally capturing Lev. I immediately went into my shadow to get him and found him in one of the cells but before we left, we found another floor had been added to my coat. This floor had only a single room that was the size of an outhouse and was made of pure purple crystal while the walls outside it were lined with the same crystal. In the centre of the room was the same crystal skull made of the purple crystal that started all this and while I was examining it, Lev let his curiosity get the better of him and he entered the room. When he did though, shackles shot out of the back wall and grabbed his limbs before pulling him into the back wall where he sunk into the crystal shocking us both. The real surprise though came when I asked him what happened, but he couldn't open his mouth before the skull projected what happened through the eyes and showed Lev's memories of what happened through his point of view. He allowed me to try it on a few other things by asking him a few things about his past and got a good show of his memories from the questions I asked, and I knew this would be helpful when interrogating captives.

As for the pauldron, I learnt it wasn't part of the coat and could be removed but to be honest, I didn't think it should be removed since they looked good together. Still though, the pauldron had its own abilities that I knew would be helpful in the future since it would save me time and help me during battles. The reason is that the pauldron could store up to fifteen of my prosthetics crystals within it and put them into my prosthetic on its own and all I had to do was will it to happen. I knew this would be helpful in future battles since the reason I rarely used the crystals during battles is because they take too much time to put into my prosthetic and it gives my opponents the chance to get the drop on me. Now I wouldn't have to worry about that since I could simply use the pauldron to do it for me while I keep my enemies at bay and then strike them with the surprise from my prosthetic.

Now after two weeks of helping the village and just enjoying some down time, I stood in front of Chief Viktor and his family with a portal door behind me and Toothless at my side. Viktor stepped forward with a smile on his face as he said.

"Hiccup all though you have not been here long, you have left a mark on our village that we shall cherish for generations to come in the form of returning our people to us, saving my daughter and freeing all of Russia from the horror that was Baba Yaga." He tossed a large bag at me. "We took a collection from all the families in the village who you reunited and from all the other villages who had their people returned to them." I opened the bag and found various forms of jewels, jewellery and gold coins. "I know you said you didn't want anything as repayment, but we refuse to let you leave with only a few books." I knew it'd be wrong to refuse them, so I put the bag into my spiderpack as I said.

"Thank you and next time I come to this land, let's hope there's no trouble from any black magic users." He smiled.

"I hope so to my friend."

"Anyways, next time your son brings up his suspicions on someone, do me a favour and listen to him since he's a pretty good judge of character." He smiled and nodded.

"I will and it shows he's going to make a fine chief when the time comes."

I smiled and bid them one last goodbye before leaving through the portal door to head home and after that, it wasn't long before I entered the portal that lead to my house. I walked out of the room that held the portal and walked right into the entrance hall before leaving through the front door and looked out at my island. I took a deep breath before letting out a sigh of pleasure as I turned to Toothless who had followed me out and said.

"It's good to be home, huh bud?" Toothless growled in agreement as I looked back out at my island. "Now let's see where everyone is."

I began looking through the eyes of my automatons and smiled at the sight of my family members doing their own thing all around the island. Blanca was walking through the bamboo forest with Xiu in her arms and Verta next to her, Astrid was in the jungle training her tiger style among the branches, Hadasa was tending to the garden, Chara was with Arachne doing a weaving lesson and when I saw Brant I couldn't help but smile with pride. The reason for this is he was walking through the woods with Twilight at his one side and on his other was none other than the young wolf walker Robyne and it was easy to tell they were getting closer and the way they were looking at each other, not just as friends. I chuckled and thought about how the young wolf walker might end up becoming my daughter-in-law in a couple of years and knowing how kind she was, I couldn't complain. Now knowing where my family members were, I decided to check out things on Berk and smiled seeing my parents enjoying lunch together, Gobber working in the forge and everyone just doing their own thing. Seeing no problems happening I decided to go let everyone know I was back, starting with Astrid since she often got so caught up in her training that she'd lose track of time and how tired her body gets. With this in mind I mounted Toothless and said.

"Let's go how my vicious jungle cat is doing before she over trains again." He growled and rolled his eyes while shaking his head. "I know bud, I know." I then smiled. "Don't worry, just drop me off and I'll take care of the rest so you can go greet some of your females." He looked at me annoyed. "No need to be embarrassed bud, I've seen the way the female fury's look at you and how you look at them." I mounted him. "So, let's get going since the sooner you drop me off, the sooner you can go hang with the females." He just let out an annoyed growl and we took off.

Finding Astrid didn't take long since all I had to do was follow the sound of growls and the scratches on the trees and as soon as I had her trail, I let Toothless go find his flock and do his own thing. Now I was standing on a tree branch with one of the macaws sitting on my shoulder as I watched Astrid train and had to admit her movements were a beautiful thing to watch with the sun shining down on her and her sweat glistening on her skin. I silently dropped to the ground using my ninja training to muffle any sound coming to a near completely silent landing and slowly walked up to Astrid from behind. She quickly turned around to deliver a high sweep kick which I caught as I said.

"Not bad my dear leopardess but you'll have to be a lot faster if you want to lay a strike on me." She smiled as she pulled her leg back.

"I'll only lay one on you if you got into trouble again on your latest trip." I shrugged.

"Just helping a kingdom face an army of giants and defeating an insane witch."

"Why do I get the feeling you're not giving me the full story?"

"Because I'm not since they'd take too long, and I figure it'd be best to wait till after I've had a nice dinner prepared by the wonderful women I love." She rolled her eyes. "For now, though, I'd love a sparring match against my magnificent, red blooded leopardess." She got into her fighting stance.

"Then get ready because this leopard is ready to pounce." I smiled and she launched herself at me before we began our spar.

Nightfall

Today had been eventful after I got back since I had to let the islanders know I was back after I had a good workout with Astrid, and then I had to unload all the stuff I brought back with me from my trip. When I brought out the mortar and pestle and placed them in my trophy room it got a few looks from my family with Brant asking what kind of trophy they were to which I chuckled and ruffled his hair as I told him that he'd find out with everyone else when I showed them where it came from. Then I had to go let my parents know I was back which of course lead to the whole of Berk finding out and wanting to know how my trip went and if I'd discovered any new things. As expected, I was practically dragged to the great hall by the crowd and sat down in my usual place before I began the illusions of my adventures. By the end, everyone was impressed with all I'd accomplished but Snotlout complained that I was crazy for giving up all that treasure that the giants had. I glared at him and told him that I already had more than enough treasure in my own vault and did not need even more since I rarely if ever use it to begin with. He then went on to say if I had so much than why don't I give him some of it with a few people joining him in the suggestion until my father shut them all up and went onto explain that it was treasure I earned and mine to do with as I pleased.

The rest of my day as expected was spent going through a question and answer session before I was finally able to leave the Great Hall and catch up with my family and see how things have been while I was away. Brant and Chara have kept up their training and each reached the next level of their chosen fighting style with Brant focusing more on direct confrontation with foes while Chara preferring to rely on speed and stealth as her style. Xiu is still less than a year old and spent most of her time in the nursery under the watch of Zhang Yong and the rest of her time with one of her other family members. Blanca had been helping to train her people to gain human forms and was successful in helping two more of them succeed, Hadasa had spent most of her time outside with the plants of the island, practicing with her powers to keep them healthy and Astrid had been keeping up with her own training, developing her own way of fighting like I had.

Now though, like always after returning from a long trip away, my day had ended with me kissing each of my children goodnight before going to my own room to enjoy an evening with my waiting wives. This leads to the present with me lying in bed, covered in sweat with my wives being the same but they were each passed out after our nightly activities. I on the other hand was laying down while staring up at the ceiling and wondering what the future held but I knew that for now I needed to keep calm and just enjoy some down time. Maybe take my kids on a few raids on bandit camps to help with their training and just to help keep the archipelago a little safer and the people can sleep a little easier at night. The way I see it, the training mirror was a good way to gain experience but it's better to get out there and enjoy getting some real-world combat and infiltration experience as well. I sighed knowing it was something to plan out for the future since for now I needed to just kick back and relax a bit after a long trip away from my family. With this in mind I drifted off into the realm of sleep while wondering what the future held for me and my little family.

2 weeks later

It's been two weeks since I returned to the archipelago and since then things have been pretty relaxed with me able to take time to enjoy some time with my family, ride on Toothless, play with my animals, go through chieftain training and enjoy a little me time in my invention room to come up with some new designs and build a few new items. I had been able to build a few of these items like new dragon stables with feeding stations that fill up with fish when a dragon steps onto a platform, a new fire prevention system and a few new weapons for Berks defence.

Now though, I was enjoying some down time on my island, in my training mirror which had created a bamboo forest with a large boulder which I was now sitting on with my ninja masters on either side of me. As for why we were doing this, it was to observe Brant who was going through one of his training sessions in which he was to use his surroundings by making them fight for him and so far, he was doing pretty well against his opponents in the form of normal bandits. So far he'd tricked them into bringing bamboo shoots down on themselves, striking them in the faces with them by bending the branches, knocking loose some rocks to fall down on the bandits and made them slip into a river by tossing mud in their eyes using his spear. All in all, his training was going great, but he was facing one weakness in his fighting style which would need to be repaired since he wanted to start coming with me on more missions. It was then he finished his last opponent and walked up to us before bowing and making me smile as I said.

"You did a great job son but there's one issue." He looked at me.

"What is it?" I stood up and walked towards him.

"I know you prefer to fight long range style with your spear most of the time but you're using it too much, making and that makes you vulnerable to close combat attacks." He nodded. "Shrink the pole back down to the size of a short sword and focus on training with it in that form for a bit and the problem should be solved." He nodded and shrunk his spear down. "Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go get some of my own training done outside of the mirror." He nodded before he got back to training as I left for the way out of the mirror but the second I left I was greeted by one of my snake guardians who had the head of a snake and an upper torso covered in scales.

"My apologies for the intrusion master but a message has come from Berk, you are needed there by your father to help deal with a visitor who wishes to speak with you."

"Any information on our guest?" He shook his head.

"No, all that the message said was that he seemed to be wealthy, has a large man with him for a bodyguard and for some reason your father believes he may give you a headache and wishes for you to hurry as he is presently giving everyone on Berk a headache with his behaviour." I sighed and nodded before I went to find Toothless so we could take off to see what this new guest wanted.

Half an hour later

It's been half an hour since I was informed about Berk having a visitor and since then I've gotten Toothless and arrived in the Great Hall after putting him into my shadow to avoid spooking the visitor. Along with this I'd finally met the guest and his bodyguard and now knew why my father was given a headache by them since the guest goes by the name Claude and he was a very wealthy merchant who was well known around the archipelago for his business deals and how it's said that he could convince anyone to do anything. Sadly, he is not that well-liked by the people since he's known to be so arrogant he makes the Jorgensons seem humble and he's also known to be a real ladies man going so far as to seduce the wives of his business partners into his bed and then dump them when he was done. Along with this he had no trouble showing off his wealth in the form of a bright red vest with golden buttons, white silk shirt with brown pants, three jewelled rings on each hand, a large gold chain with gold pendant that had a large emerald on it and clean short blond hair. Still though, the man had many connections in various business' which granted him a great deal of power since he was also known as someone who could get anything that was needed no matter how rare which is why nobodies bludgeoned him yet.

As for his bodyguard, Crackskull, he was a man who was a head taller than my father and all muscle with his face being covered by a short black beard only showing his grey eyes and wearing a dark leather chest plate, metal arm guards a helmet that covered both sides and the back of his head and he also had two axes on his back, held there by a harness and on his right shoulder was a tattoo of the symbol for the mystery class. Personality wise it was hard to tell since the man was always so stiff and didn't say a word even when one of the tribe members asked him a question, he'd just stand there, stone faced.

As for how he had been causing headaches for my father, he'd continuously been insulting the village and great hall, calling the huts filthy shacks, the stone paths muddy walks, the Great Hall a decorated cave and most of the people savages. Honestly, we all put in a lot of work to make our homes comfortable and maintain the Great Hall that was made by our tribes' founders who first settled here, and we all work hard to maintain it. To hear someone, insult all our hard work really struck a nerve with all the people of Berk and it was easy to tell my parents were having a hard time keeping the people from at the very least hitting him.

Then there's what Claud had been doing to get on my nerves, he'd been trying to convince me into opening the bazaar early despite the fact that it wasn't possible as it was already opened two weeks ago so we had to wait a few more before it could open again but he wouldn't listen. Furthermore he would not stop asking me to show illusions of the markets of the cities I've been to claiming he wanted to know what products the foreign places offered that he might be able to sell himself if he can work out a deal with the traders. The thing that made my blood boil to new heights however was the way he was looking at Astrid who was there as a member of the Berk guard. It was easy to tell he was undressing her with his eyes and the way he licked his lips while looking at her showed what he was thinking about concerning her and it was clearly agitating her. Now after half an hour of listening to him brag about his success and make my wife uncomfortable, I decided it was time to put an end to it all and said.

"Alright, I think we've wasted enough time so just tell us what you wanted to talk to me about since I highly doubt you came all this way just to ask about the places I've been and the bazaar I open up." He smiled.

"You are quite the smart man Hiccup, the reason I'm here is out of curiosity about the dragons you possess like the nightfury and its supposed flock." I raised an eyebrow. "For as far back as I can remember the nightfury has always been the stuff of mere legends to me and was hoping to see them myself and I do not intend to leave until I see at least one." I knew his kind and knowing it would only be a bigger headache to deny him I expanded my shadow and let Toothless out as I gestured to him.

"Here he is, my nightfury and best friend, Toothless." Claude immediately began examining him.

"Impressive but I expected a bit more." Toothless growled before he turned to me. "Still he'll do." I raised an eyebrow as he turned back to me. "How much will you take in exchange for him?" I took a deep breath to calm my nerves.

"He's not for sale nor are any of my other dragons." He chuckled.

"Please Hiccup, if there's one thing my business has taught me it's that every man has his price and you just have to find it."

"I can assure you that when it comes to my dragons and animals, I have no price for you to find." He simply smiled and snapped his fingers before three of his men holding chests walked forward before opening them to reveal gold, jewels and books in each respective chest.

"All of this for your nightfury." I chuckled.

"Please, I make more than this by looting a sunken ship and that's just a hobby of mine." He gave an annoyed look before snapping his fingers, signalling his men who closed the chests and stepped back.

"I see treasures are not what you desire." He then smiled.

"Then how's about women as I have quite the number of beauties at my beck and call who I will gladly allow you to enjoy for however long you wish." I had to quickly signal Astrid to keep calm and her claws sheathed while I looked at Claude with disgust.

"No thanks, I've already got three wonderful wives who I love, and I will not betray them for a few evenings of pleasure with other women." He looked at Astrid and then back to me.

"Is she one of them as I can see you have at least some form of trust with her." I nodded.

"Yeah, she's one of my wives and one of my most trusted allies on the battlefield." He nodded while looking Astrid up and down.

"Well I have to say you have good taste in women." He then turned back to me. "If it's not valuables or women you want than how's about land as I have an abundance of places I've bought with my profits and will even allow you to take your pick of them." I sighed in annoyance.

"No, I have multiple homes all over the world and my own island so new land is not something I'm looking for."

"Well I'm sure there's something I can use to buy your nightfury from you."

"There is nothing you can offer for him that I'll be willing to take but while we're on the subject, why do you want him so badly anyway?"

"I'm a collector of exotic things Hiccup and although a nightfury may not be exotic with it being from the Archipelago, it is rare and I have a number of buyers who have been wanting to get their hands on one for one reason or another." He then gave smile. "And I like to keep my customers happy, especially the wealthier ones with multiple connections to other wealthier people who are looking to for a place to buy things and I'm always looking to expand my business."

"Well you won't be using any of my dragons to expand your business." He gave an annoyed look before letting out a sigh and nodding.

"I understand Hiccup so I will leave for now but rest assured" He gave me an annoyed glare. "in the end I always get what I want." With that said he stood up and left with his men following as Astrid walked up and asked.

"This isn't over is it?" I shook my head.

"Not a chance and I have the feeling it's going to be one big headache for us." She groaned.

"Maybe we should just stay off Berk until he's gone." I shook my head.

"No, he may be a headache but we've both got responsibilities to Berk." She nodded before I smiled. "How's about we go for a flight to calm our nerves and just spend some time together." She smiled.

"That sounds nice." With that said we left to enjoy a quiet flight together.

5 days later

It's been five days since I was called to Berk to meet Claude and since then, I've been forced to spend most of my time on my island not by force but by choice. The reason is Claude has been breathing down my neck ever since I turned down his offer to buy Toothless from me and had basically been shoving treasures down my throat to try and convince me. What's worse is he'd begun offering up women that he'd brought with him for 'entertainment' and having them try to seduce me in various ways whenever I was out in the village. This proved to be a big headache for not only me but both my dad and Gobber since their seduction attempts happened during my lessons to be chief or when I was helping Gobber in the forge. Speaking of ladies, Claude had taken the liberty of flirting non-stop with my wives whenever he saw them which really made my blood boil but fortunately my wives always shut him down, and they did it hard. He'd just smile at this though and whisper about how he always got what he wanted no matter what stood in his way, but I knew he wasn't touching my wives.

Now however he'd turned to a tactic that I'd learnt he'd used multiple times to trick business partners who weren't too big on deals into going with them and signing the contracts while also using this technique to get women into bed, mainly wives of his business partners. The trick was he'd throw a big party and feed his guests strong alcohol while he had watered down alcohol so while his future partners got drunk, he'd remain sober and trick them into signing unfair contracts or taking their drunk women to bed for entertainment.

Now with-it being Claude's final day here on Berk, he had decided to grant Berk a true party with some of his finest foods, wines and entertainment but I knew what he was really planning. The way I knew if I had my ninja tailing him and keep watch if he tried anything and they informed me about both his tactic and how he intended to use it tonight to trick me into signing over not only Toothless, but one of every dragon and animal breed I have for one gold coin while I'm drunk. When I learnt this, I was so angry I walked outside and punched a boulder with my prosthetic, shattering it and gaining the attention of Bill and Moll who were walking by in their human forms. This of course lead to me explaining what I'd learnt to them and it was easy to tell they were both disgusted by what they heard and offered to help anyway they could but I just told them to be on patrol and watch out for the kids since his men might try something while we're gone. They agreed to do it but told me to be careful and keep an eye on everyone at the party since there's no telling what Claude and his men might try at the party.

Now the night had arrived and the party in the Great Hall had entered full swing with everyone having a good time drinking, eating, talking, watching the shows and just having a good time but it was the kind of good time that made me glad I left the kids at home. The reason for this is the people who were drinking were drinking from the barrel being held up by Claude's men and there were even a few people in the barrels, those who were eating were eating like pigs with food covering their hands and faces, those who were talking were mostly making bad jokes and could barely be understood since they were so drunk and the entertainment was women who were barely wearing anything, dancing on tables or on men's laps. Honestly, it reminded me of my time in Rome when I was sent to investigate a governor named Flavius who threw a party as a way to get me drunk so I wouldn't discover he was pocketing the majority of the tax money. (AN: Chapter 228 guys.) I remember how Flavius had been arrested but I had to walk on eggshells around my wives the next day since they'd fallen victim to the wines and had to deal with the hangovers the next day.

Fortunately, Astrid and Blanca had learned their lesson about drinking the alcohol and had made it look like they drinking it when they were pouring the contents somewhere else but to be honest, they could dump it on the floor and it'd make no difference as it had more drinks on it than there were in the barrels. Still though, nobody noticed, and I had to do the same since I needed Claude to believe I was drunk when he offered me the contract to sign and tried to take my wives to bed. I knew it would be soon since the party had been going on for six hours and things had finally begun to calm down with most of the people being either passed out somewhere, at home with their wives or someone they met or just stumbling around drunk.

As for me and my wives, I'd sent them home before things got ugly while I continued to stumble around the Great Hall with a goblet in my hand as I acted drunk. While I did though I looked around the hall and saw that it was a mess with drinks scattered everywhere, furniture overturned along with barrels, some barrels with both men and women passed out in them with some in them together, plates shattered, food smashed on the floors and walls and some people just stumbling around looking as if they would collapse at any second. It was then one of Claude's female entertainers with long flowing red hair, green eyes, a red top that just wrapped around her chest and cupping her breasts and pants that just barely reached above her thighs walked up with a smile on her face and said.

"Excuse me sir Hiccup but master Claude wishes to speak with you." I nodded and allowed her to take my hand and lead me to the table where she sat me down on one end with Claude sitting opposite to me as the girl began playing with my hair, probably to keep me distracted.

"Alright Claude, what is it you want because I was enjoying a drink when your pretty thing got me." I made sure to slur my words as he grinned at me and pushed a parchment with a contract written on it and quill forward.

"Don't worry Hiccup, I just need you to sign this and you can go back to your drinks and as an apology you can take this beauty with you to keep you company and feed you your drinks." I pretended to smile as the girl caressed my face from behind and pressed her chest into my back.

"Now that sounds nice but what do I have to do?"

"Just sign on the bottom line." I looked down at the contract which as expected was the one sign over Toothless along with every one of every dragon and animal breed I have for one gold coin and picked up the quill.

"One question though." He sighed and I could tell he was getting annoyed.

"What is it?" I then channelled a light blue crystal in my prosthetic, freezing the quill before shattering it in my grip as I asked in a clear voice.

"How stupid do you think I am?" I stood up, pushing the woman away as I took the parchment in my prosthetic and held it towards Claude. "This contract would hand over one of all the dragon and animal species I have including Toothless." I channelled a red crystal and ignited the contract making Claude lose colour in his face. "Now I want you to listen to me and listen to me well, try anymore stunts like this and you will find yourself locked in a cage at the bottom of the deepest pit in the ocean." I then stood up and walked away but turned my head back. "And just to ensure you don't try anything, I'll be having you and your people watched until you're all off the island." I then made my way out of the hall while whispering an order to my ninja who were in the shadows, to watch over him and his men since I knew from my past experiences that chances are this was not the end of it.

AN: And that brings an end to this chapter and it would have been out a lot sooner but work's been busy since my boss entrusted me with a big job that I only got done today and needed to be done ASAP and took a while to figure some things out for the chapter. Anyway, I hope you all enjoyed it and will review kindly if you actually review it since I've been pretty disappointed with the lack of reviews I've been getting since I love reading them so much. For now I hope you enjoyed the chapter and have a nice day.
