The weekend arrived swiftly, and before anyone knew it, the sun was setting on what was a perfect, sunny Saturday. The city park buzzed with excitement as crowds gathered for the Kratt Brothers' Nature Awareness and Preservation Festival., which aimed to raise funds and awareness for endangered creatures and their habitats.
Among the many eager attendees were Becky Botsford and her family and friends, including her younger brother, TJ. But unlike his peers, TJ wasn't as thrilled to be there; as he only came when he heard that WordGirl was supposed to make an appearance later that evening.
"Now TJ, remember, this event isn't just about meeting WordGirl; it's about raising awareness for the environment and its crucial preservation," his father, Tim Botsford, reminded him, his tone firm yet gentle.
However, TJ appeared less captivated by the significance of environmental conservation. With a nonchalant shrug, he took a bite from his cotton candy. "Why should I care about the environment anyway? Isn't it just a bunch of rocks and trees?"
"You know, TJ, the environment does a lot for us. It's really important that we all do our part to protect it," Becky chimed in, eager to educate her brother.
"That's right! Trees play an important role by producing clean air for us to breathe. They also provide shade and bear the fruit that we all enjoy. And as for the rocks, they provide a habitat for insects that help contribute to the health of our soil," Violet added.
TJ remained unimpressed. "Tree huggers," he muttered, rolling his eyes. "No wonder why you're such big fans of them."
As TJ finished his cotton candy, he tossed the cone behind his shoulder without bothering to check if it reached the garbage can. It landed on the ground instead. "I'm going to go explore," he declared.
"Well, okay TJ. Just make sure you're back in time for the Kratt brothers' speech!" his mother, Sally Botsford, called out. Meanwhile, Violet picked up his discarded cone from the ground and properly disposed of it.
"Speaking of which, Violet and I were also thinking of exploring," Scoops said. "You want to come with us, Becky?"
"Actually, I was thinking of exploring by myself," she replied. "I'll catch up with you later, but thanks." She walked off with her pet monkey, Bob, who had his hands full with various treats.
"Okay, see you later then, I guess," Scoops replied, his voice somewhat disappointed.
Hastily taking cover behind one of the bustling booths, Becky swiftly transformed into her superhero alter ego, WordGirl, with her monkey sidekick, Captain Huggy Face, at her side. With a swift motion, she dashed towards the back of the large stage, where the Wild Kratts crew was waiting for her arrival.
"WordGirl! Just in time! We're so glad you're here!" Koki exclaimed cheerfully.
"Yeah! I'm glad to be here as much as you are!" WordGirl replied enthusiastically.
"Would you just look at that! Look at all those people!" Martin Kratt exclaimed in awe, peeking from behind the curtain.
"Yeah! Look at all those who have come to show their support for the environment!" his younger brother, Chris Kratt, replied with a large grin. "I've got a good feeling about tonight!"
"Really? Because I have the exact opposite feeling," Jimmy Z replied nervously.
"What makes you say that, Jimmy?" Aviva asked, her concern mirroring the others'.
"I don't know. I just have this nagging feeling that something bad is going to happen," He replied.
"Like what?" Koki inquired.
"I don't know. What if the villains are up to something?" Jimmy suggested anxiously. "I mean, it's been a while since we heard anything about them."
"Now that you mention it, Zach and the others have been awfully quiet as of lately," Martin Kratt said thoughtfully.
"Yeah. Usually I'd be fighting them multiple times a day." WordGirl chimed in. "Instead, I haven't dealt with any of them in a while!"
"I'm sure it's nothing," Martin Kratt dismissed with a nonchalant wave of his hand, though a hint of concern lingered in his eyes.
"Yeah, it's probably nothing," Jimmy reluctantly nodded, though, his nervousness not entirely assuaged.
...
Watching from Zach's plane above, Hacker and a few of the villains observed the crowd below, watching with sinister delight. The unsuspecting attendees enjoyed various games and educational exhibits about different species and habitats, completely unaware of the impending chaos.
"Look at them! Those foolish Earthlings have no clue about our plan! Hacker chuckled evilly. "Soon, WordGirl, the Kratt brothers, and those meddling Cybersquad kids will be no more, and this city will be ours!"
"Speaking of which, I don't see those Cybersquad kids anywhere!" The Butcher exclaimed. "Are you sure they're here?"
"Of course they'll be here! They wouldn't dare miss an event like this! Just keep your eyes peeled!" Hacker ordered.
"Hey, Hacker?"
"It's THE Hacker to you!" Hacker turned viciously to Chuck, who had a nervous expression on his face.
"R-right. Sorry, THE Hacker," Chuck stuttered. "I was wondering what the plan was exactly. I may have forgotten."
"Didn't you pay attention?" Zach sighed in annoyance. "Alright, look. Mr. Big is going to manipulate the nearby cell phone tower with his machine. When activated, it will create a magnetic wave infused with Lexonite."
"And when WordGirl comes into contact with this magnetic wave of Lexonite, she'll become very weak. She'll lose all her powers and be much easier to handle," Hacker continued.
"And with her out of the way, the Kratt brothers and those Earth-kids won't stand a chance against us!" Delete added, letting out a chuckle.
"Anyways, while Mr. Big is busy with that, you all keep her occupied and cause as much chaos as you can. I'll deal with those Earth-brats," Hacker explained.
"Are we sure this plan will really work?" Chuck asked nervously.
"We'll find out soon enough! It's almost time for them to go on stage," Zusk pointed out.
"Alright. Everyone, get into your positions. Time is of the essence!" Dr. Two-Brains proclaimed. "And remember, we only have one shot at this, so don't mess it up!"
...
In the depths of Control Central's storage room, Dr. Marbles and Digit were occupied with their cleaning duties, dusting and organizing the seemingly endless rows of shelves that have been neglected for eons. The air was thick with dust, making it hard to breathe, and the dim lighting cast eerie shadows across the cluttered room.
Old gadgets and forgotten inventions were piled high, some sparking faintly or emitting faint beeps, a testament to their long abandonment. Dr. Marbles wiped his brow, leaving a streak of dust, while Digit sneezed repeatedly, his circuits struggling to filter the dusty air.
"Boy, is this place nasty or what?" Digit coughed. "I'm heading upstairs to make us a snack. We're going to need it at this rate!"
"Very well, Digit," Dr. Marbles replied, not looking up from his dusting as he focused intently on his task.
As Dr. Marbles continued with his cleaning duties, he found himself in a constant battle against distractions, struggling to maintain focus. It bothered him deeply, occupying his thoughts even when he stopped to take short breaks. His desire to complete his tasks burdened him, often keeping him awake during most of the night.
As he kept working, Dr. Marbles felt a inexplicable sensation tugging at him, as if there was something from the shelves calling out to him. He couldn't quite pinpoint what it was, but the feeling persisted.
Absorbed by his thoughts, he accidentally bumped into one of the nearby shelves, causing a chain-reaction of objects that fell to the floor followed by loud crashes, leaving a mess in it's wake.
"Oh! How foolishly clumsy of me!" Dr. Marbles exclaimed, adjusting his spectacles that threatened to slip off.
With a large sigh, he bent down to gather the fallen objects, muttering underneath his breath. "No time for mishaps now, let's clean up this chaos and restore order to these wandering belongings."
Among the many scattered items, one particular item caught his attention — a weathered book with a tattered leather cover. Intrigued by it's mysterious appearance, he noted a particular gap in the cover, forming a distinct shape with four points at each end.
He knelt down once more, searching though the pile of scattered items in hopes of finding the missing piece that would seemingly fit in the enigmatic gap in the book's cover. After a through search, he eventually spotted it resting by his feet.
As Dr. Marbles picked up the peculiar object, his eyes widened with astonishment. It was an ancient golden amulet adorned with intricate patterns of stars and other mystical symbols. Each point of the amulet, mirroring the shape of the gap in the book's cover, held a miniature crystal embedded in the center. Each crystal a different color, adding to the amulet's enigmatic allure.
Driven by curiosity, he carefully grasped the amulet and carefully arranged it to fit in the small gap in the book's cover. As anticipated, a sense of wonder washed over him as the amulet perfectly slotted into place, completing the puzzle with a flawless fit.
With trembling hands, Dr. Marbles cautiously opened the book, his eyes scanning through the aged pages with growing astonishment. As he skimmed through the book's mysterious contents, his eyes shifted from disbelief to awe. "Oh my goodness... This can't be... It's... It's unbelievable! And yet – Here it is, right in my grasp!"
At that moment, Digit returned, holding a tray piled high with sandwiches and tempting snacks. Noticing the book in Dr. Marbles' hands, Digit couldn't contain his curiosity. "Hey Doc! Whatcha got there?" But before he could say more, Dr. Marbles raised a finger to shush him, covering Digit's beak.
"We must notify Motherboard and the Cybersquad immediately! We can't let anyone, especially Hacker, learn of this book's existence!" Dr. Marbles proclaimed urgently. "This book could jeopardize not only Cyberspace, but the entire universe as a whole!"
Digit's eyes widened with concern. "What do you mean by that, Doc? What's in the book that's so dangerous?"
"I'll explain everything once they arrive! Come on, we have to make haste!" Dr. Marbles replied, urgency in his voice, as he hurried upstairs with Digit following closely behind.
...
"Wow, this place is incredible!" Matt exclaimed, his eyes widening with excitement.
"I agree! They've really gone above and beyond." Jackie replied, nodding in agreement.
"I'm just so glad that all of this is going to go help make a difference for animals and their habitats. Those poor creatures deserve our support," Inez added warmly, her compassion shining through.
As they marveled at the surroundings, Matt's backpack suddenly rang. Hastily retrieving his Squawk Pad, he answered the call. "Digit? What's up? Have you discovered what Hacker is plotting?" Matt inquired eagerly, hoping for some vital information.
"No, not yet, but Dr. Marbles needs you to return to Cyberspace. It's an emergency!" Digit exclaimed.
"What's the matter? What's so important?" Inez asked, leaning in to listen.
Before Digit could explain further, an announcement blared from the numerous speaker boxes throughout the park. Koki's voice echoed, informing everyone to gather at the stage for the Kratt brothers' speech.
"Oops, sorry, Digit, we have to go. We'll catch up with you later, okay?" Matt said hurriedly, ending the call and stowing the Squawk Pad in his backpack. "Come on, let's get to the stage, guys!" He urged.
"But what did Digit need us for in Cyberspace?" Inez asked, her curiosity piqued.
"He mentioned that Dr. Marbles had something important to share with us," Jackie recalled. "After the Kratt brothers' speech, we'll head straight to Cyberspace to find out!"
"Agreed. We better get moving before all the good spots are taken!" Matt declared, leading the way toward the stage.
...
"Hurry, sir, the Kratt brothers are about to give their speech," Leslie replied, a hint of urgency in her voice.
"Patience, Leslie. Everything is meticulously planned. I'm just waiting for the signal," Mr. Big replied with a sinister chuckle. "Soon, victory will be ours."
"And by 'ours,' you mean for everyone involved in the plan, right?" Leslie asked, a touch of skepticism in her voice.
...
As the audience gathered around the main stage, WordGirl appeared out from behind the curtains, microphone in hand. "Good evening, everyone! Thank you all for coming tonight. Let's give a huge round of applause for Martin and Chris Kratt!" She exclaimed, sparking enthusiastic cheers and applause from the crowd.
"Woo! Go WordGirl!" TJ shouted with enthusiasm, then added less energetically, "And, uh, Martin and Chris too, I guess."
"Where's Becky? She wouldn't want to miss this," Violet said with concern.
"I don't know. She should've heard the announcement," Sally Botsford replied, her worry evident. A nearby patron hushed her, urging her to be quiet.
Once the crowd had settled, the Kratt brothers took the stage, ready to address the audience. "Thank you, thank you all for being here and showing your support. It truly means the world to us," Martin Kratt exclaimed, happiness and excitement filling his every word.
"Yeah! As you know, the world is filled with all kinds of amazing creatures, all with their unique abilities and ways of survival." Chris Kratt continued, his enthusiasm contagious.
As the two brothers continued their speech, TJ found himself struggling to pay attention. His mind wandered, more focused on WordGirl than listening to the details about animals and their habitats. He fidgeted impatiently, his eyes scanning the area, hoping to catch a glimpse of his favorite superhero.
Suddenly, a piercing scream shattered the air as the curtains dramatically dropped behind the Kratt brothers, bringing their speech to a halt.
Revealed in the chilling backdrop were several imposing villains, accompanied by Tobey's formidable robots descending upon the stage. Panic surged through the crowd, prompting many to flee in fear, while a brave few, including Becky's family, friends, and the Cybersquad, stood their ground.
"Surprised to see us?" Zach smirked, his voice dripping with arrogance as he towered over the stunned crowd. His sinister laughter echoed through the tense atmosphere.
"What in the creature world are you all doing here?" Chris angrily demanded, clenching his fist as he addressed them.
"Isn't it obvious?" Dr. Two-Brains sneered, his voice laced with contempt. "We're here to put an end to all of you once and for all!"
At that moment, WordGirl appeared behind the villains, her stance resolute and unshaken. "Sorry to burst your bubble," she declared, her voice steady and confident, "but I've taken each of you on individually countless times. Facing all of you at once will be just another day's work."
At that moment, Hacker stepped forward, flanked by his henchmen and the other Cyberspace villains, much to the shock of the Cybersquad. WordGirl's eyes widened in surprise as she confronted this unexpected new threat.
"Oh really?" Hacker sneered, his voice dripping with disdain. "Do you really think you can handle all of us at once?"
WordGirl squared her shoulders, her gaze unwavering. "I've faced many challenges before, but this... this is something new. And I'm ready for it."
Hacker's smirk widened. "You're brave, I'll give you that. But bravery alone won't save you from our combined might."
WordGirl remained undeterred, her eyes flashing with defiant determination. "I've faced tougher challenges before. Your combined forces are no match for me," she declared, her voice steady and confident.
"We'll see about that, ZING!" Seymour Smooth taunted, his grin widening maliciously. His gleaming teeth, dazzling with an almost supernatural shine, threatened to blind anyone who looked directly at them.
As Seymour's attack whizzed by, WordGirl deftly maneuvered through the air, putting distance between herself and the villains.
"GET HER!" Hacker bellowed, frustration clear in his voice as he pointed at WordGirl, signaling the villains to spring into action.
"SAUSAGE CYCLONE!" The Butcher roared, unleashing a flurry of sausages aimed at ensnaring WordGirl. Captain Huggy-Face sprang into action, heroically intercepting the barrage and swallowing the sausages in a single gulp.
"I bet those sausages would taste better with some mustard!" Chuck cleverly chimed in, expertly wielding his condiment ray and enveloping the monkey in a gooey mustard cocoon.
As chaos erupted, the other villains joined in the mayhem, tearing through the park with reckless abandon. Meanwhile, Martin and Chris Kratt found themselves ensnared by Donita's pose-beaming mannequins, their attempts to escape thwarted.
"Don't even think about escaping, darlings!" Donita taunted with malicious delight.
A terrified bystander, witnessing the mayhem, screamed in panic, "HEELLLPPP!!! THE VILLAINS ARE ATTACKING THE PARK AND HAVE CAPTURED THE KRATT BROTHERS!!!"
He paused mid-scream, confusion replacing his fear. "Wait, is this the police station?" He asked, his panic momentarily giving way to bewilderment.
Watching the chaos unfold from behind a destroyed booth, the Cybersquad looked on with confusion and horror. Hacker had somehow managed to find his way into the real world and teamed up with the other villains. Questions swirled in their minds as they tried to understand how and why Hacker was there.
"How did he get here?" Inez whispered, her eyes wide with shock.
"And why is he working with these guys?" Jackie added, glancing nervously at the villains wreaking havoc.
"We don't have time to figure that out right now," Matt said, his voice steady despite the panic around them. "We need to stop them before they cause more damage."
"Right," Inez agreed, determination replacing her fear. "But we need a plan. We can't just charge in recklessly."
"Exactly," Matt said, scanning the chaos for a moment before pointing. "Come on, let's go help free the Kratt brothers, than maybe see if we can help WordGirl."
"Got it," Jackie replied, nodding firmly.
"Oh, I sure hope this works!" Inez worriedly replied.
As the chaos ensued, WordGirl swiftly subdued the remaining villains, leaving Tobey's robots in a heap of dismantled parts. Meanwhile, Matt stealthily approached Donita from behind and snatched her remote control for the mannequins. With a quick press of a button, he freed the captured Kratt brothers.
"Hey! Give that back, kid!" Donita demanded, lunging to reclaim her remote. But Jackie and Inez arrived just in time, stepping in to help defuse the situation.
"What do you think you're doing, youngsters?" Gourmand growled, brandishing his dough gun threateningly.
"Don't even think about it, Gourmand!" Chris Kratt shouted, rushing forward to disarm him.
"Let go, Green Grape!" Gourmand shouted, struggling to maintain control of his weapon.
Amidst the confusion and chaos, Zach yelled, "Stop those kids and don't let the Wild Rats escape!" But in the heat of the struggle, Gourmand accidentally pressed a button on his dough gun. In an instant, he, Donita, and Zach found themselves trapped inside a colossal dough ball, while the Cybersquad and Kratt brothers narrowly avoided getting caught in the sticky mess.
"Phew, that was a close one!" Inez exclaimed in relief.
"Ew, ew, double ew! What is this stuff?" Jackie grimaced in disgust, inspecting the sticky dough.
Amidst the commotion, Martin's voice, filled with a mix of anger, worry, and relief, called out to their young rescuers. "That was quite a daring move you kids pulled off. Are you all alright?"
"Yeah, we're fine," Matt replied, a sense of satisfaction in his voice.
"Thank you for freeing us. We really appreciate it." Chris Kratt replied, offering a soft smile.
"No problem at all. We're always happy to lend a hand!" Jackie said with a cheerful smile.
Their attention was abruptly diverted as they noticed Zach's Zachbots capturing Koki, Jimmy, and Aviva, dragging them toward an unknown destination. "Oh no! We need to stop them!" Martin shouted urgently.
"Don't hold your breath!" Hacker proclaimed as he stepped forward, a smug grin on his face. "You Earthlings and your meddling never cease to amuse me."
"You won't get away with this, Hacker!" Matt shouted, his anger boiling over.
"Oh, but I already have!" Hacker sneered. "Once I all you all taken care of, this world, as well as Cyberspace, will be all mine!" He evilly declared.
"Do you really think we're just going to stand around and let that happen?" Jackie angrily demanded. "Well, you've got another thing coming!"
"You're all so predictable," Hacker scoffed, shaking his head. "Always the heroes, always ready to save the day. It's quite tiresome, really.
As the heated exchange continued, Inez noticed WordGirl clutching her head and stumbling. Her keen eyes caught the faint, glowing pulse coming from the cell phone tower nearby.
...
"We're being completely overwhelmed here! It's time to initiate the next phase of the plan; forget the signal!" Dr. Two-Brains urgently conveyed, while Mr. Big attentively listened through his walkie-talkie.
"Don't worry, I've got it under control!" Mr. Big declared, ending the call decisively. "Leslie, it's time!" He commanded.
Leslie quietly nodded, swiftly making her way to the control panel and pulling the lever. The panel sprang to life, transmitting a potent magnetic wave infused with Lexonite that rapidly spread throughout the park.
As WordGirl engaged in battle, she began to feel its effects. "W-What's happening? Why do I feel...dizzily?" She muttered, her vision blurring and her strength ebbing away.
Unbeknownst to her, The Whammer unleashed a mighty shockwave, sending her crashing to the ground. "Wham! Down you go!" He bellowed triumphantly.
"Oh no!' Inez shouted fearfully as she pointed towards the weakened heroine.
Hacker's laughter echoed ominously. "Looks like your little superhero is out of commission. And soon, so will you be!" he taunted, relishing the chaos.
The Cybersquad swiftly dashed off the stage, accompanied by the Kratt brothers and TJ, who emerged from behind the recycle bins.
"WordGirl! Are you alright?" TJ asked worriedly.
As the dust settled from the blast, WordGirl lay sprawled on the ground, her helmet knocked off. The crowd gathered around her, gasping as they recognized the face of their beloved superheroine.
"Becky Botsford?" Inez gasped, recognizing the girl.
TJ, standing nearby, froze in disbelief. His eyes widened as the pieces clicked into place. "WordGirl... is my SISTER!?" He exclaimed, his voice trembling with shock and astonishment. The revelation hit him like a thunderbolt, shattering his perception of reality.
Meanwhile, Tobey stood nearby, his expression a mixture of disbelief and awe. His infatuation with WordGirl had been no secret, but discovering that the object of his admiration was one of his classmates, one that he butted heads with frequently, left him speechless. His heart raced with a whirlwind of emotions as he struggled to process this unexpected twist.
Confused and weakened, WordGirl uttered in a feeble voice, "What's happening two me? Why do my legs feel so weaky?" As she reached up to touch her head, a sudden wave of realization washed over her, and her eyes widened in shock.
"Oh my, we've done it! We've finally defeated WordGirl!" Gourmand exclaimed triumphantly. The other villains erupted in victorious cheers. "Or should I say, Becky Botsford!" he added with a taunting sneer.
"Now, it's just you all standing in our way," Mr. Big stated menacingly. "I suggest you refrain from any foolish attempts of resistance and come with us."
With the villains closing in, they cautiously retreated, unsure of their next move. Suddenly, TJ shouted, "RUN!"
In a state of alarm and driven by instinct, they seized WordGirl and raced into the dense forest, the villains giving relentless chase as Hacker shouted at them. "AFTER THEM!!!!" As they ran, the underbrush scratched at their legs and branches whipped their faces. The sounds of their frantic footsteps and the distant shouts of their pursuers filled the air.
"HELP! I'M BEING CHASED BY THE VILLAINS INTO THE HEART OF THE FOREST!" a panicked man yelled, suddenly appearing next to them as they ran in panic. "Wait, is this the police station?" He asked, bewildered, just before being frozen in place by a pose-beam.
"Where are we going?" Jackie shouted uncertainty.
"I don't know, just keep running!" TJ urged, his voice filled with urgency. However, before he could finish his sentence, Donita's mannequins struck him with their pose-beam, freezing him in place as well.
As the villains closed in, Whammer prepared to unleash another powerful sonic shockwave. However, in his haste, he miscalculated the direction and inadvertently propelled them deeper into the forest, temporarily losing sight of their quarry.
After a rather unimpressive tumble down a small hill, they cautiously rose to their feet. The forest canopy above cast dappled shadows on the ground, creating an eerie atmosphere.
"Is everyone okay?" Chris Kratt asked concernedly, brushing leaves and dirt from his clothes.
"I think so," Matt responded, trying to regain his composure.
"This is really bad! Really, really bad!" Inez panicked, her voice trembling with fear as she looked around the unfamiliar forest.
"There's no need to panic, Inez! I actually have an idea of where we can hide," Matt reassured her, his tone calm and collected. He retrieved his Squawk Pad from his backpack, the device's screen lighting up.
"Wow, what's that?" Martin Kratt asked, intrigued by the device.
"It's my Squawk Pad. It's how we stay connected, communicate with each other, and get into Cyberspace," Matt explained, eager to share information despite the tense situation.
"C-cyberspace?" WordGirl inquired weakly, her confusion evident.
"Matt, are you really sure that's a good idea? Bringing them into Cyberspace and all?" Jackie asked concernedly.
"We don't have any other choice!" Matt argued, his tone urgent. "The villains are getting closer, and we don't have anywhere else to hide!"
"What's Cyberspace?" Martin Kratt asked, genuinely curious.
"You'll find out soon enough," Matt replied, offering a reassuring smile. He then initiated contact with Motherboard, urgently pleading, "Motherboard, do you copy?"
"Matt, is everything alright?" Motherboard responded, her voice filled with concern.
"Motherboard, we need you to create a portal for us, and please, we're in a hurry!" Matt implored urgently.
"What's the matter, Matt?" Motherboard inquired, sensing the urgency in his voice. "Is everything alright?"
"We'll explain later, Mother B. Please, it's an emergency!" Inez added, emphasizing the urgency. "Also, we have some friends with us, if you don't mind."
Without delay, a swirling vortex, tinged with shades of pink and purple, materialized before them. The Kratt brothers watched in astonishment as the Cybersquad leaped into the portal without hesitation.
"Woah! Come on, bro!" Chris Kratt called out, lifting WordGirl and leaping into the portal.
Though somewhat uncertain, Martin couldn't ignore the encroaching villains. Taking a deep breath, he steeled his resolve and followed suit. "Alright, here I come! For creatures everywhere!" He exclaimed, joining his allies in the portal. It closed just as the villains reached the top of the hill, leaving them staring at the empty space where their quarry had just been.
"Drats! They got away!" Buzz shouted.
"Where do you think they went?" Delete asked.
"Well, they didn't just disappear, did they?" Gourmand asked.
"They've got to Wham around here somewhere, but Wham?" Whammer asked as he forged through the surrounding bushes.
"I don't know, maybe if you hadn't whammed them deeper into the forest, we'd have caught them by now!" Chuck retorted angrily. "Wham them in the direction they're trying to go. That's a smart move!" He said sarcastically.
"Enough!" Hacker shouted. "I think I may know where they have went too." He replied. "Come on!"
"Drats! They got away!" Buzz shouted, frustration filling his voice.
"Where do you think they went?" Delete asked, scratching his head in confusion.
"They didn't just vanish into thin air," Gourmand grumbled, scanning the area.
"They've got to Wham around here somewhere, but Wham?" Whammer mused aloud, pushing through the surrounding bushes.
"Maybe if you hadn't whammed them deeper into the forest, we'd have caught them by now!" Chuck retorted angrily. "Wham them in the direction they're trying to go. That's a real smart move!" He added sarcastically.
"Enough!" Hacker bellowed, silencing the bickering. "I think I know where they've gone," he declared confidently. "Come on!"
