Clearing his throat, Farkle, the newest superhero of Royal Woods closed his eyes for a second, clasped his hands together, and began: "The powers i got is a really fascinating story to tell. Me and my family were on vacation in a town called Criccieth, which is in the northern part of Wales. A holiday if you must since we British call vacations that."

"Right." Lori nodded his head.

"So during our holiday, me and my whole family were hanging out at the beach together on a bright, sunny day, just enjoying the Pacific waters, having ice cream, "shaved ice, and whatnot. When me and me family were sleeping that fateful night in my uncle David's beach house, i was suddenly woken up by some weird, glowing white orb hovering above my stomach."

"Like a ghost?" Asked Lincoln curiously

"Something similar to that. Something like a wisp or a wraith, or anything to do with those spirits." Farkle clarified. "So anyway, i got out of bed and, with Farley following behind me," he looked at his trusted doggy, who was still panting with his tongue out. "Whenever i go, Farley always wants to come with me. So i walked all the way up the beach for about three miles just to follow that darn light. Then, finally, the light stopped and tracked it to some forest and then, believe it or not, the Grim Reaper appeared."

Both Lincoln and Lori looked in disbelief. They could hardly believe what they just heard from their new friend. The last Horseman of the Apocalypse, actually coming to meet Void. "The actual Death?" Asked Lori

"Oh, aye. In the flesh. Well... in the bones, really, under a black hooded cloak. He had eyes as red as lava under those eye sockets like like the brightest kind of lighthouse beacons, snd he was on a ghostly black horse with eyes of blue fire. Farley got scared and hif behind a tree near me. I was paralyzed with fear and didn't even know what to do, or even say in tbay very moment. I actually thought ir was over for me since seeing the Grim Reaper means that your death is coming soon."

"it must have been terrifying to meet him."

"That it was Lincoln, i have never been so afraid in my entire life when it happened that very day." Void's heart sank to his feet just thinking about thay extraordinary day. "But i was very surprised to hear that it wasn't my time to go just yet. His voice was as low as Darth Vader, and he told me: i am worthy of using a slice of his own power. I had no clue what he meant by that and raised his right hand to bestow some of his powers on me. At first, i was afraid and asked him why he did this to me

"What did he say the reason was?" Said Lincoln.

"Death said that he sensed my future and saw me being a great hero to the whole world, and he gave me some of his powers to prove it true for me." Farkle continued on. "I know it sounds crazy but it's true. The Grim Reaper gave me these powers to become a hero he envisioned me to be."

"Well, we've seen crazier things" said Lori, "Literally crazier things that happened to us and our whole family. Our sister, Lucy, has a morticians club and frequently talks with the dead."

"Like a seance?" Asked Void

"Yeah, that's it."

"So back to me, Death explained to me the powers he gave me and what i can do with them, and then, he vanished in a light with his horse, and the only thing left was the echo of his steed's demonic whiny. I was curious about what i could do, and i first used the powers to make a portal to make a few bushes disappear into the dark hole i created with my right hand, and a tree along with them. Farley wasn't scared anymore and came back to me like the good boy he is." the Bernese dog got off the couch to interact with his owner, sitting in front of him. Nothing meant more to a dog than his or her owner, especially owners that give a dog the proper love and care it needs to live its life. "Yes, you're a good boy, Farley." the new superhero patted and rubbed the pooch's head to show some love and affection to him to show how much he loves him so. "So anyway, i was scared at first when i got the powers and began to freak out a little, but i slowly realized that panicking will get me nowhere but a seizure or an epilepsy."

"Did you feel like you were dreaming?" Lori asked him curiously

"Hehehe, Lori, let me tell ye, when i went all the way back to the beach house after meeting the Grim Reaper, i did almost brush it off as a mere dream. Then when i woke up the next morning, i gave my powers another try, using it on a black widow that came into the house. I used my left hand to create a black portal to get it out. It was then i realized that it was all real. As real as the sun in the sky. When i told me parents, they didn't believe me at first."

"Well, what are the odds of someone gaining powers like that? It sounded unrealistic." said his father

"It's fine, guys. I'm not mad. So i had to show them both what i could do, and they were impressed. Though mom suggested to keep this new life for me to myself."

"Right, so that the government doesn't take my son away and use him for experiments." said his mother.

"Literally understandable." said Lincoln. "Someone like my little sister, Lisa."

"Oh yeah, she would literally use him as a Guinea pig. Though mom and dad keep telling her to stop doing that." Lori rolled her eyes. "But she'll do anything for science."
