Welcome back to the story. This arc is definitely wrapping up soon. I'm getting excited due to the next mini arcs leading up to the Chunin Exams. I want to start the Chunin Exams roughly around Chapter 20 or 21. Maybe 25 or 26. Just depends on the mini arcs honestly. Someone recently commented on Kakashi brushing off Obito's death when telling his students about it in CH5. You must all remember Kakashi went through Anbu Black Ops, and was under Danzo for a time. We know how Danzo's subordinates operates with no emotions, I'm not saying Kakashi has no emotion, but he was in mission mode. They also commented about Naruto having all chakra element affinities. The answer to why he has all five will tie in towards The 4th War Arc, but you'll have to wait until then for the answer. Naruto was randomly using Earth Style, well his mother is a retired ninja, who happens to be an Uchiha and wife of the Fourth Hokage. She's seen some shit it's safe to say. She used to be around Jiraiya back when he was around more often, and the 3rd War was happening against Iwa. I'm not going to detail every single detail in the story. Some training happens off screen, is it possible I touch back on it, absolutely. I love a good flashback sequence. Also Itachi clearly lied. If you reread the chapter he goes to the Third Hokage about it and has itachi lie. In the story it even says "or so he thought" when being told about having to do the fireball jutsu.

Also letting you know, another person has correctly identified the Blue Devil. Anyways keep guessing, it's funny. Enjoy the read.

Arc 2: Taki/Iwa Peace Treaty Arc

Chapter 12: Bijuu Chakra

Age 64

After the group agreed on their training arrangements, they decided to take a break and grab a meal. Unbeknownst to them, a man watched their every move from a distance, hidden in the shadows. His eyes were focused and calculating, waiting for the perfect moment to strike.

I should probably check in on the group of Jinchuriki, the man thought, narrowing his eyes. With a swift hand sign, he used the Body Flicker Technique, vanishing from his spot and leaving the area where the Uchiha's were gathered.

With the Jinchuriki and Sakura

Mito, Sakura, and Fu arrived at the designated training grounds where Roshi, the Four Tails' Jinchuriki, was waiting. The atmosphere was tense yet charged with a sense of anticipation, as everyone knew that training under a seasoned Jinchuriki like Roshi could be a rare opportunity to gain valuable insight and strength.

Roshi, a seasoned shinobi with a rugged appearance, raised an eyebrow as he saw the trio approach. His eyes lingered on Mito, recognizing the faint chakra aura of the Nine Tails within her. He then glanced at Sakura, noting her vibrant pink hair and serious demeanor, and wondered if she could also be an Uzumaki. Lastly, his gaze shifted to Fu, the girl with teal hair, whose cheerful expression and carefree energy contrasted sharply with the heaviness of the situation.

"So," Roshi began, his voice gruff but not unkind, "I never thought I'd see another Uzumaki after all these years. The girl with the red hair—it's unmistakable. You must be the Nine Tails' Jinchuriki."

Mito nodded, her eyes determined as she looked at Roshi. "That's right. I'm Mito Uzumaki. And this is Sakura Haruno, my teammate, and Fu from Takigakure. She's the Seven Tails' Jinchuriki."

Roshi gave a slight nod of acknowledgment to Sakura and Fu, but his focus remained on Mito. "It's been a long time since I've met an Uzumaki," he said, his tone softening just a little. "Your clan's chakra is something special—powerful and resilient. How much do you know about controlling the Nine Tails?"

Mito hesitated for a moment, then squared her shoulders. "I've been training to control its chakra, but it's… difficult. The Nine Tails isn't exactly cooperative, to be honest, its like he's not there. I've tried to make contact with it.

Roshi chuckled, a deep, rumbling sound. "The Tailed Beasts are not known for their cooperation. They are beings of immense power and will. But understanding them, reaching some form of mutual respect, that's the key. Even the smallest connection can make a difference."

Fu, who had been listening quietly, chimed in, her voice bright and curious. "I've always tried to be friends with Chomei, the Seven Tails. It's not easy, but I think we've built a good relationship. I guess it's different for each of us, huh?"

Sakura, who had been standing quietly, finally spoke up, her voice calm but determined. "I may not be a Jinchuriki, but I want to help however I can. We're a team, and that means we face these challenges together."

Roshi looked at Sakura with a thoughtful expression. "You've got a strong spirit, girl. I can see why you're here with these two."

Sakura smiled slightly, feeling a mix of pride and humility. "Thank you. I've worked hard to get where I am, and I'll keep working hard to support my friends."

Roshi nodded approvingly. "Good. A strong will is important, whether you're a Jinchuriki or not. Now, let's get started. There's much to learn, and not just about controlling your Tailed Beasts."

As they prepared to begin their training, the man who had been observing from the shadows appeared nearby, his presence unnoticed by the group. He watched them with keen interest, his mind racing with thoughts about the potential of the Jinchuriki and their allies.

This is going to be interesting he thought to himself, a smirk forming on his lips. Very interesting indeed.

As the group finished their break, Roshi clapped his hands to get their attention. "Alright, let's move on to the next part of our training. Now that you've started to connect with your Bijuu, it's time to work on synchronization. This exercise will help you align your chakra with your Tailed Beast's, allowing for smoother transitions when drawing on their power."

Fu, always eager to learn, bounced up from her spot. "Sounds fun! What do we have to do, Roshi-sensei?"

Roshi smiled at her enthusiasm. "We're going to practice chakra synchronization exercises. The goal is to align your chakra with your Tailed Beast's energy flow. It's like tuning into the same frequency. The closer your chakra matches theirs, the easier it will be to use their power without resistance."

He turned to Mito. "Let's start with you, Mito. Stand in the center and close your eyes. Focus on your chakra, feel its flow, and then try to sense the Kyubi's chakra. Don't force it; let it come to you."

Mito took a deep breath and closed her eyes. She felt the steady rhythm of her chakra, pulsing gently within her. Slowly, she reached out with her senses, trying to feel the presence of the Nine Tails. At first, it was like trying to see through a thick fog, but then she felt it—a deep, powerful surge of energy, dark and vast, swirling just out of reach.

She focused on that feeling, trying to synchronize her own chakra with it. The Nine Tails' energy was wild and untamed, but Mito focused on calming her own chakra, matching its intensity without losing control. She could feel the fox's presence, a massive weight pressing down on her, but she didn't flinch.

Roshi watched her closely. "Good, Mito. Keep that connection steady. Remember, it's not about overpowering the Kyubi's chakra, but about aligning yours with it. Find a rhythm that matches both of you."

Mito nodded, concentrating harder. She could feel fox's chakra swirling around her, like a fierce wind in a storm. She tried to find a calm within the chaos, focusing on the flow rather than the force. Unfortunately the chakra did not last long.

Roshi nodded approvingly. "That's good! You're getting closer to having the Bijuu Chakra Cloak."

Fu watched Mito intently, then stepped forward eagerly. "Can I go next? I want to try!"

Roshi chuckled at her enthusiasm. "Of course, Fu. Remember what I said—focus on the flow, not the force."

Fu nodded, closing her eyes and taking a deep breath. She quickly found her own chakra, a light and bubbly energy that flowed effortlessly. Then, she reached out with her senses, feeling for Chomei's chakra. It was a lighter, almost whimsical energy, fluttering like wings in a gentle breeze.

Unlike Mito's experience, Fu found it easier to sync with Chomei. She felt a familiar connection with the Seven Tails, their energies aligning almost naturally. A soft green glow surrounded her, indicating a successful synchronization.

Roshi watched with a satisfied smile. "Well done, Fu. You've already established a good bond with Chomei, and it shows. Keep nurturing that connection."

Fu opened her eyes, grinning widely. "Thanks, Roshi-sensei! I'll keep working on it!"

Sakura, seeing her friends' progress, stepped forward. "I know I'm not a Jinchuriki, but is there anything I can do to help or improve my own chakra control?"

Roshi nodded thoughtfully. "Absolutely, Sakura. Your chakra control is already impressive, but there's always room for improvement. Let's work on refining your chakra flow even further. Try to concentrate all your chakra into a single point, like your fingertip, and maintain that focus without letting any chakra leak out."

Sakura nodded, focusing intently. She concentrated her chakra into her right fingertip, forming a small but precise ball of energy. She held it there, keeping the flow steady and controlled, not allowing any energy to dissipate.

Roshi watched her technique with admiration. "Very good, Sakura. Your control is excellent. Now, see if you can maintain that while moving. Walk around the training ground without letting the chakra disperse."

Sakura took a deep breath and began to move, carefully maintaining the chakra at her fingertip. She walked slowly at first, then gradually increased her pace, keeping the energy stable and concentrated.

Mito and Fu watched her, impressed by her precision and control. "Wow, Sakura! That's amazing!" Fu exclaimed, clapping her hands.

Mito nodded in agreement. "Yeah, you're incredible, Sakura! Your chakra control is even better than I realized."

Roshi chimed in, "you will be a fine medical ninja should the need arise."

Sakura smiled, feeling a surge of pride and gratitude. "Thanks, guys. I've been working hard on it. I want to be as strong as I can so I can support all of you."

Roshi continued to guide them through various exercises, each tailored to their unique abilities and needs. Mito focused on refining her synchronization with Kurama, slowly but surely making progress. Fu practiced channeling Chomei's chakra more effectively, learning to enhance her own abilities without losing control. Sakura worked on her chakra precision, honing her skills to become an even stronger asset to her team.

As the sun dipped below the horizon, casting a warm glow over the training grounds, Roshi called them to a stop. "That's enough for today. You've all done well. Remember, mastering these techniques takes time and patience. Don't rush the process."

The three girls nodded, feeling a sense of accomplishment despite the challenges they faced. They were tired but energized, eager to continue their training and grow stronger together.

Mito looked at Roshi, determination burning in her eyes. "Thank you, Roshi-sensei. I'm going to keep trying to connect with Kyubi. I know it's not going to be easy, but I'm ready for the challenge."

Fu grinned, her enthusiasm infectious. "And I'm going to keep working with Chomei too! We're going to become the best team ever!"

Sakura nodded, her expression serious but hopeful. "And I'll keep training to support both of you. We're all in this together."

Roshi smiled at them, a sense of pride swelling in his chest. "Good. That's the spirit. I'm proud of all of you. Now, go get some rest. We'll pick this up again tomorrow."

Mito decided to speak up, "Well, I got to go somewhere, Kakashi-Sensei told me to check on something," she lied.

With the Uchiha, Keiko, and Kurotsuchi

As the sun dipped below the horizon, casting long shadows over the training grounds, Sasuke stretched and glanced at the others. "I think that's enough for today. We've covered a lot, and you've all made some good progress," he said, his tone relaxed but satisfied.

Naruto nodded in agreement, wiping some sweat from his brow. "Yeah, it's been a long day. We should rest up and be ready for tomorrow."

Keiko, who was panting slightly from the intense training, nodded gratefully. "I could definitely use some rest," she admitted, a small smile playing on her lips. "Thanks for all the help today. I've learned a lot."

Kurotsuchi grinned at the group. "How about we celebrate a bit? There's a great place in the village that serves the best yakitori. Naruto, care to join me?"

Sasuke and Keiko got the hint and decided to walk back to their quarters. Naruto blinked in surprise but then smiled back. "Sure, why not? I'm starving after all that training."

As Naruto and Kurotsuchi started walking toward the village, Sasuke, Keiko, and the rest of the group began to make their way back to their quarters. Mito, who had been observing the training from a distance, noticed Naruto leaving with Kurotsuchi. Her expression shifted from one of curiosity to one of simmering jealousy.

At the Village – Dinner with Naruto and Kurotsuchi

Naruto and Kurotsuchi walked side by side through the bustling streets of Iwagakure, the warm evening air filled with the sounds of laughter and chatter from the villagers. As they reached the yakitori stand, Kurotsuchi waved to the owner, who greeted her with a wide smile.

"Ah, Kurotsuchi! It's been a while since you brought a friend," the owner said, his eyes twinkling as he looked at Naruto. "What can I get for you two?"

"We'll have a few skewers of your best yakitori," Kurotsuchi said with a grin, taking a seat at the counter. Naruto sat beside her, glancing around at the lively scene.

"This place seems popular," Naruto commented, watching as the owner skillfully grilled the skewers over an open flame.

"It is," Kurotsuchi replied, leaning back in her chair. "I grew up coming here. It's one of the best spots in the village."

Naruto smiled, feeling relaxed in the comfortable atmosphere. "Thanks for inviting me. It's nice to take a break and enjoy some good food."

Kurotsuchi nodded, her expression softening. "Yeah, I figured you could use a break after all the training. Plus, I wanted to get to know you better. There's something about you, Naruto. You're different from the others."

Naruto blinked in surprise. "Different? How so?"

Kurotsuchi laughed lightly as she blushed. "I don't know... Maybe it's your determination or the way you fight. You're strong, but there's also this kindness in you. It's not something you see every day, especially in a shinobi."

Naruto chuckled, scratching the back of his head. "I guess so. I've been through a lot, and I try to learn from everything. But, to be honest, I'm still trying to figure out who I am and what I want to be."

Kurotsuchi nodded thoughtfully. "Aren't we all? It's not easy finding your path, but I think you're doing just fine."

As they continued their conversation, Mito watched from a distance, her fists clenched at her sides. She had followed them quietly, her heart sinking as she saw Naruto laughing and enjoying Kurotsuchi's company. A mix of jealousy and frustration welled up inside her, and she felt a burning desire to confront Kurotsuchi.

She thinks she can just waltz in and take Naruto away? Mito thought angrily. She doesn't know anything about him or what he's been through. I won't let her get between us.

Determined, Mito turned on her heel and walked away, her mind racing. She knew she couldn't confront Kurotsuchi now, not without causing a scene. But she vowed to herself that when the time was right, she would make sure Kurotsuchi knew exactly where she stood.

I'll make her understand, Mito thought fiercely. When the appropriate time comes, Kurotsuchi will know that Naruto belongs to me.

As Naruto and Kurotsuchi continued to enjoy their dinner, Mito's resolve only grew stronger, her jealousy fueling her determination to fight for what she believed was rightfully hers.

After finishing their meal, Naruto and Kurotsuchi began the walk back to the hotel that Onoki had provided for the Taki representatives. The streets of Iwagakure had shifted from the bustling energy of the day to a more relaxed, serene atmosphere as the night took hold. The evening air was cool, carrying with it the earthy scent of the rocky village—mixed with the subtle aroma of grilled food and the sweet smell of blooming flowers from nearby gardens.

The sounds of laughter and soft conversation floated out from the open windows of restaurants and homes, creating a peaceful hum that filled the air. The soft clinking of dishes, the gentle rustle of the evening breeze through the trees, and the occasional bark of a dog added to the calm and welcoming environment. Lanterns lined the cobblestone streets, casting a warm golden glow that reflected off the stone buildings, guiding their path as they walked side by side.

Naruto stretched his arms behind his head, taking in the relaxed atmosphere of the village. "It's really nice here at night. Peaceful."

Kurotsuchi smiled at his comment, her hands tucked casually into her pockets. "Yeah, it is. Iwagakure might be a bit rough around the edges during the day, but the village really comes alive at night in a different way."

Naruto nodded, feeling the same sense of calm she did. "I can see that. It reminds me that even shinobi villages can have places where people can just... be at peace."

Unbeknownst to them, Mito followed a short distance behind, her footsteps silent as she watched the pair. Her heart was heavy with jealousy, each shared laugh between Naruto and Kurotsuchi only deepening her frustration. She didn't care about the beauty of Iwagakure's night. The only thing she focused on was the sight of Naruto walking side by side with someone else, someone who seemed to be getting closer to him with every step.

As they continued toward the hotel, the streets grew quieter, the distant sounds of laughter and conversation fading into the background. The soft glow of lanterns illuminated their path, and for a moment, Naruto and Kurotsuchi walked in comfortable silence, both lost in their thoughts.

Finally, they arrived at the hotel, a modest yet elegant building nestled against the side of a mountain. The soft light from the windows cast a welcoming glow on the cobblestone path leading to the entrance. Naruto stopped at the steps, turning to Kurotsuchi with a smile.

"This was fun," Naruto said, his tone genuine. "Thanks again for inviting me."

Kurotsuchi grinned back, shifting her weight slightly. "I'm glad you came. I wasn't sure you'd say yes, but I really enjoyed spending time with you tonight."

Naruto rubbed the back of his neck sheepishly. "Yeah, me too. It was nice to just relax after everything today."

There was a brief pause, and Kurotsuchi glanced down for a moment, as if gathering her thoughts. When she looked back up, her expression softened. "I… I hope we can do this again sometime, Naruto. I don't know what it is, but there's something about you that just feels easy to be around. You're different from the others I've met."

Naruto blinked, surprised by her honesty, but he smiled warmly in response. "Yeah, I'd like that. You're pretty easy to be around too."

Kurotsuchi's cheeks flushed slightly at his words, and before Naruto could react, she quickly leaned in and kissed him lightly on the cheek. The touch was brief but soft, and before he could even process what had happened, Kurotsuchi had already pulled away, her cheeks red.

"Well, good night!" she said quickly, turning on her heel and rushing into the hotel, leaving Naruto standing there, blinking in confusion.

Naruto stood frozen for a moment, the warmth of her kiss still lingering on his cheek. "Uh… good night…" he muttered to himself, watching as the door to Kurotsuchi's room closed behind her.

Hidden in the shadows, Mito watched the entire interaction, her eyes wide with shock and fury. Her nails dug into her palms, her jealousy boiling over as she saw Kurotsuchi kiss Naruto on the cheek. She felt like a fire had ignited inside her, burning with a rage she hadn't felt before.

How dare she? Mito seethed, her fists clenching tightly.

Her mind raced, filled with a storm of emotions. She wanted to storm in there, confront Kurotsuchi, and make her understand that Naruto wasn't hers to claim. But she knew she couldn't act now—not yet. Mito knew that a direct confrontation here would only cause a scene, and the last thing she wanted was for Naruto to see her like this. She needed to be patient, to wait for the right time.

Mito stormed through the quiet streets of Iwagakure, her chest heaving with anger. Every time she closed her eyes, she could see it—Kurotsuchi leaning in, kissing Naruto on the cheek, and running away with that smug, flustered look on her face.

The calm night around her did nothing to ease the fire burning inside. It only made it worse, as if the peacefulness was mocking her rage. The lanterns flickered, the night breeze rustled the leaves, and the faint sounds of distant laughter filled the air. But all Mito could hear was the pounding of her heartbeat and the taunting voice in her mind.

How dare she… how dare she think she can take Naruto away from me? Mito's fists clenched tighter with every step, her nails digging painfully into her palms. I won't let her. I'll never let her.

Then, through the roar of her anger, a low, deep laugh echoed in her mind. It was a sound that seemed to come from everywhere and nowhere all at once.

"Heh... So, the little vixen has competition now?" The voice was dark, dripping with amusement, like someone relishing her fury.

Mito froze, her eyes wide as she looked around wildly. "Who's there?!" she demanded, her voice trembling with both fear and anger. But there was no one in the streets around her—just empty shadows and the soft glow of the lanterns. The laughter came again, louder this time, and Mito's heart pounded harder.

"You really are clueless, aren't you? I'm right here… inside you."

Mito's breath caught in her throat as the realization hit her like a ton of bricks. She knew that voice. She had heard whispers about it in the past but had never truly encountered it before. *The Kyubi...* The Nine Tailed Fox.

Suddenly, the world around her blurred, and Mito felt herself being pulled away, her vision twisting and spinning until she was no longer standing in the quiet streets of Iwagakure. Instead, she was in a dark, damp place, the air heavy with the scent of wet earth and something far more ancient and powerful. Water dripped from unseen sources, echoing in the vastness of the space.

Her eyes widened as she saw it—the massive iron bars of a cage that stretched high above her, and behind those bars, two enormous, glowing red eyes stared down at her. The great fox, its fur dark and menacing, sat coiled behind the bars, a wicked grin spreading across its monstrous face.

"So… you finally decided to notice me," the Kyubi purred, its voice a low rumble that sent chills down Mito's spine. "Took you long enough, little Uzumaki."

Mito took a step back, her heart racing. "You… you're the Nine Tails."

The Kyubi let out another dark chuckle, its sharp fangs gleaming as it leaned closer to the bars. "That's right. I've been here all along, watching… waiting for the moment when you'd finally let that sweet anger take over."

Mito's eyes narrowed, her fists clenching again. "I don't care what you're trying to do. I'm not going to let you manipulate me."

"Manipulate you? No, no, little one," the Kyubi sneered, its massive claws clinking against the ground as it shifted. "I'm just offering you… an opportunity. You want to get rid of her, don't you? That little stone vixen who thinks she can steal what's yours?"

Mito's breath hitched, and the fox's grin widened, sensing her hesitation.

"Let's not pretend. You know what you want. I can feel it. You want to destroy her. Crush her beneath your feet until she's nothing but a memory. And I can help you."

Mito shook her head, trying to push away the voice, but it was no use. The Kyubi's words seeped into her mind, digging deep into her already fragile emotions. "I don't need your help!" she shouted, her voice trembling with defiance. "I can handle this on my own."

The Kyubi laughed again, a sound that echoed through the entire mindscape. "Oh? Handle it on your own, can you? And how do you plan to do that, little girl? By standing there and watching as she wraps him around her finger?"

Mito's hands shook, her anger flaring even hotter, but the Kyubi pressed on.

"She kissed him, didn't she?" the fox taunted, its voice a mocking hiss. "Right in front of you. And you stood there, did nothing. You're weak. But it doesn't have to be that way."

Mito felt the sting of those words like a slap to the face. "Shut up!" she yelled, her voice breaking. "I'm not weak!"

The Kyubi's eyes gleamed with triumph. "No? Then prove it. Take my chakra. Use my power, and you can make her pay. You could crush her with a single strike, make her disappear from his life forever. All you have to do… is accept it."

The offer hung in the air, heavy and tempting. Mito's heart pounded in her chest, her mind racing with images of Kurotsuchi's smug smile and that kiss—the kiss that made her blood boil.

I could do it... a small voice inside her whispered. I could use that power. I could destroy her, and no one would stand in my way.

But deep down, another part of her fought back, a part that remembered her training, her friends, and the person she wanted to be. I'm not like that... she told herself, though her resolve was faltering.

The Kyubi seemed to sense her inner struggle, and its grin widened. "Come now, little Uzumaki. You know what you need to do. Stop fighting it. Stop pretending you don't want this."

For a moment, Mito stood frozen, her mind torn between the temptation of the Kyubi's power and her own moral compass. Then, with a sharp breath, she shook her head, her fists clenched tightly at her sides. "No," she whispered, her voice filled with uncertainty but still defiant. "Not like this."

The Kyubi let out a disappointed growl, its eyes narrowing. "You'll be back. You'll come crawling back to me when you realize just how weak you really are. But by then, it might be too late. Mark my words, girl. You can't keep me locked away forever."

Before Mito could respond, the mindscape around her faded, and she was suddenly back in the real world, standing in the dark street, her heart still racing from the encounter.

She stumbled back to the hotel, her mind spinning. She knew she had resisted the Kyubi—for now. But its words had left a mark, a dark seed planted in her thoughts.

As she quietly entered her shared room, she saw Sakura already asleep, her soft breaths filling the room. Mito stood by the door for a moment, her hands trembling as she remembered the Kyubi's taunts.

"I'll show him," Mito whispered to herself. "Tomorrow… tomorrow during training, I'll tap into the Kyubi's chakra. But on my terms. I'll control it. And Kurotsuchi... she'll see just how powerful I really am."

With that vow burning in her heart, Mito lay down beside Sakura, her mind filled with dark promises. Tomorrow, she would take the first step toward mastering the Kyubi's power. And when the time came, Kurotsuchi would pay.

Well, I've finally finished chapter 12. About time am i right, anyways as you seen in this chapter, i'm guiding all the characters to a set path. A showdown between Kurotsuchi and Mito is inevitable. Naruto is starting to catch on to Kurotsuchi's feelings. Our friend is lurking in the background. He is determined to test the strength of the Uchiha, The Jinchuriki, and Iwa's princess' strength. Anyways Chapter 13 main focus will be on Sasuke, Keiko, and Sakura. Sakura will be switching between groups during the training sessions. Chapter 13 will touch on Kakashi watching the maturity of Sasuke as Sasuke works diligently to resolve Keiko's hatred to the Uchiha clan and direct it to Itachi. The love triangle between Kurotsuchi, Mito, and Naruto will also get a small part in the next chapter. Let me know if you'd like to see Mito tap into the Kyubi's chakra and wreck havoc.

personal note: I've been dealing with getting a new place and phone. My laptop took a shit on me and died, and my phone overheated too much. Trying to get settled and what not.

Post Credit Scene 1

Minato Namikaze had brought 'Izuna Uchiha' to Konohagakure's interrogation and Torture Department. In front of Izuna stood Minato Namikaze, Inoichi Yamanaka, Hiashi Hyuga, Fugaku Uchiha, Ibiki Morino, and the Third Hokage.

After one hour of conversation on what to do with the man once he is either proved to be telling the truth or lying, the interrogation starts.

"Izuna, I wish we didn't have to go through these measures, but the Third Shinobi War is about to end and we cannot be too safe," Hiruzen stated. Everyone in the room viewed the Uchiha before them.

Hiashi had his Byakugan active and was reviewing the chakra network of the teen before him. "His Chakra network is similar to Uchiha-sama, I suppose he is a relative of yours." He says to Fugaku. Fugaku nods at the Hyuga.

Izuna, seeing a way out, speaks, "I guess this verifies my story?"

Ibiki laughs, "don't you wish. Inoichi here will do a mind sweep to make sure you are who you say you are."

Izuna didn't make any revealing mistakes, like getting nervous. Instead Izuna smiled, he had waited for this moment. Inoichi prepared to enter the mind of this teen.

Inoichi used his signature hand sign to enter the mindscape of Izuna Uchiha. Now inside the mind, he walked around the place. "More empty than I have ever seen," he spoke to no one.

A voice spoke behind him, "I try to keep my mind empty. Bad for when people want to lurk around." Inoichi turned around to see Izuna leaning against a black wall.

The Yamanaka head was baffled, never once had he experienced this. "How are you here?" Inoichi asked.

Izuna chuckled, "my girlfriend was an Uzumaki. I had access to seals and learned some rather interesting things." Izuna activated his Mangekyou Sharingan. "Tsukuyomi," the word uttered caused Inoichi to be trapped in a Genjutsu for 36 hours.

"You see Yamanaka-san, I had a decent life. Towards the last year though, my life took a turn for the worse. I had hoped my team could be enough to stop the Eye of the Moon plan, but we were too weak. I was too weak. I used an Uzumaki space and time ninjutsu to come here. 20 years into the past. I didn't think that the Fourth Hokage would be the one to stop me so instantly though. That was a set back, but I relied on you. Your jutsu will always be believed without further investigation. It's not until a few years until Hiruzen learns that your mind transfer jutsu is able to be blocked like this. I have my own agenda here and you will help me start it by convincing Hiruzen I'm squared away and innocent."

Inoichi suffered hours of brain washing. Izuna only did what he needed to do here. Inoichi finally snapped back to the real world. In front of him was Izuna who was smiling still. Inoichi couldn't explain why though. "Lord Hokage, Izuna Uchiha's story checks out." He stated.

Fugaku looked at Izuna, "come with me. I'll show you a place you can stay." Izuna left with the Uchiha head and walked towards the Uchiha compound. As they were walking, Fugaku questions the teen, "Where do you come from really?" He asked.

The teen scoffed, "Did you not hear Inoichi clear me?" Izuna said with an attitude.

Fugaku looked at the teen, "the Sharingan is a great tool and has been known to have excellent genjutsu abilities. I believe you casted a genjutsu on the Yamanaka," the man stated.

Izuna chuckled, "I have my reasons. In due time I will reveal certain things," he simply stated. "I am a close relative to you though," he added.

Fugaku didn't want to accept what he was told, but something was very familiar about him. The two continued walking to the place Fugaku had ready for him.

Damn a triple release is crazy, if you don't know what I'm referring to, it's because you're currently not following my page. I've released a rewrite for Naruto: The Darkness Within, Chapter 12 of The Uchiha Resentment, and Chapter 3 of Convergence of Souls. I'm starting to get back into writing again. Expect a chapter release every month for at least one of the stories. I'm trying to maintain this for you fanfic readers.

Post Credit Scene 2 (One Day Ago)

The Blue Devil sat perched on a weathered tree stump, its surface softened by years of exposure to the elements. Around him, the woods outside Iwagakure murmured with life, the gentle rustle of leaves and the distant calls of unseen creatures creating a peaceful backdrop. He took a sip of his favorite tea blend, a fragrant mix of earthy notes and subtle floral undertones, and sighed, a contemplative expression on his face.

Suddenly, a man materialized out of thin air, his orange mask standing out against the natural hues of the forest. The two masked figures regarded each other in silence before the newcomer spoke.

"I've heard of your recent activities," the man began, his voice calm yet carrying an undercurrent of authority. "Why did you target two of my men?"

The Blue Devil raised an eyebrow, his gaze piercing through the eyeholes of his mask. "I have my reasons," he replied cryptically.

The man in the orange mask narrowed his eye, his expression unreadable behind the mask. "Regardless of your reasons, I must insist that you cease any further actions against my organization, Shisui Uchiha," he said firmly.

The Blue Devil chuckled softly, a hint of amusement in his voice. "You think I am Shisui of the Body Flicker Technique?" he mused. "That's quite amusing. What evidence led you to that assumption, Madara?"

Madara's eye widened slightly in surprise. How did this masked man know his name? "The strength of the Genjutsu you used on my men and your ability to vanish in an instant led me to believe you are Shisui," Madara explained.

The Blue Devil's laughter filled the air, echoing through the trees. "Your assumption was close, but incorrect," he said, his voice tinged with mystery. "I have been around long before the Nine-Tails attack on the village, that you caused about 13 years ago."

Madara's surprise turned to frustration. "How did you know it was me?" he demanded, his composure slipping for the first time in years.

The Blue Devil's smile widened, his eyes glinting behind his mask. "You seem surprised, Madara. It appears I've struck a nerve," he taunted, the tension between them palpable as they stood five feet apart, each assessing the other.

Suddenly, the world around Madara shattered, leaving him standing alone in the woods, his mind reeling from the unexpected Genjutsu. As he struggled to regain his composure, a sense of unease crept over him, realizing that this mysterious masked man was far more than he had initially assumed.

This man is too dangerous. A Genjutsu casted on me?! I haven't had one casted on me since I was in that cave! Madara thought, the confidence he had built up since he was Fourteen years old had started to crack. I cannot allow him to stay alive for much longer. He plotted. This must be the Uchiha the he told me about all those years ago!
