Needles- Tamayo.

Everyone knew Tamayo was a doctor, it was the one thing she was proud of about herself. The thing they didn't know was her fear of needle. It was a bit odd for a doctor to be scared of needles. They were something she worked with every day, but that never eased her fears.

She had just finished treating her last patient when she noticed something. A needle was out of place. That was odd, normally she was very careful about making sure they got back to their correct places. Walking over to it, she noticed something was different about it, so she picked it up. somehow it was filled with some unknown liquid. Clear liquid. Knowing something was wrong wasn't going to do her much good, she needed to know more. had someone put it there? What was in it? so she took it to her microscope in the other room. Carefully placing it down on the desk, she started to prepare the microscope. Taking a slide, she looked over grab the syringe. Nothing. It was gone.

Panicking she stood up. instantly she felt something in her foot. A needle. Somehow it must have rolled off the table. She saw it sticking out of her, like a knife. And she felt the tip of the needle dug into her skin. But the real question was if she'd been infected with anything. She pulled it out of her. Oh dear. Whatever was in it had been injected into her. Wasting no time, she took a sample from what was left. Practically throwing it into the microscope with panic. She was already on the edge of crying; this was possibly her worst nightmare coming to life. She had to wait for the results and that was torturous.

She saw it, the results. She wasn't absolutely certain, but she could tell it was bad. it was something she'd never seen before, somehow, she could tell it was made by a demon, maybe it was just an instinct or some sign she couldn't quite name. it didn't take her long to realise that this was planned.

That was when she started to notice something. Her hand was first. Poking out of it was a singular needle. But the thing was it was only the tip of it. looking closer she could see that it wasn't broken off or anything, that was in fact the tip. It took all her might to not try touch it, she feared somehow, she'd make it worse. Tears stared forming in her eyes as she noticed another, this time halfway down her arm. Still in the wrong way. By some stroke of luck or maybe misfortune she saw, out of the corner of her eyes, the light reflecting. Her eyes followed it to near her ankle. The needle was piercing her skin from the inside out. worming its way out her flesh.

She could only look on in shock as more and more needles formed all over her skin, bursting out. somehow full syringes started dropping out from the ceiling. Banging on the floor. They were everywhere. Falling from the ceiling, cluttering her floor, throwing themselves out her skin. Her own worst nightmare had come true.
