Chapter 20: Yura:

Aiko's POV:

I was visiting Rulan at work. I was thinking about all the villains this parasite thing has been making. They all seem to think about something before they change, like that spider woman was thinking about her web of lies, the ant guy was thinking about the disrespect he gets, the wasp woman was thinking about her obsession, and the fly guy was thinking about how he could've made a better hero than me. His words, not mine. Still, I'm seeing a pattern. It's like this parasite goes for people with certain problems.

"So, you coming to the company retreat, Rishito," asks Rulan.

"I wish," says Rishito, "I still need someone to watch Yura."

"I could do it," I said.

"And you are..."

"This is my best friend, Aiko," says Rulan, "you can trust her."

"Oh, well okay," says Rishito.

...

So, now I got Yura at my place. Yura started waddling around the living room. "How hard can watching a baby be," I asked, "if I can handle a crazy fly guy, I think I can handle this!"

...

Turns out, looking after a baby is a lot harder than I thought! I gotta feed her, change her, burp her, bathe her, and all that crying! Anway, she's napping now! Then there's a knock on the door and I answered. "Yes," I asked.

"Hello, I am Matan Sato, and this is my wife, Azugi."

"And... do I know you people," I asked.

"We're Yura's grandparents," says Azugi.

"She is being raised by our daughter-in-law's brother," says Matan.

"Oh, so you've come to visit," I asked.

"Not exactly," says Azugi, "we have come to take our granddaughter!"

"I'm sorry, what," I asked.

"She's going to be living with us from now on," says Matan.

"But isn't Rishito her legal guardian," I asked.

"He can't raise her, he's a single Father," says Azugi.

"And we know he can't get a woman to help," says Matan, "it's hard to find a woman when you're gay!"

"First of all, he's asexual," I said.

"We know, gay," says Azugi.

"No," I said, "asexual means he's not sexually attracted to anyone, male or female!"

"Oh," they both said.

"They passed conversations we've had with him made no sense," says Matan.

"That actually explains a lot," says Azugi, "now, give us Yura!"

I then slammed the door. "If I'm not dealing with infected villains, I'm dealing with crazy people," I said, "or at least jerks!"

...

After I got out of the shower, I checked on Yura and she was missing. I saw my parents were tied up. "Chrysalis Metamorphosis!" Don't worry, my parents didn't see me change!

...

Yura's Grandparents thought they could drive away, but I stopped them. "Kōkō no Tenshi," asks Azugi, "what are you doing here?"

"Uh... ever since that wasp took that guy's daughter, I've been cautious about people taking kids," I said.

"Oh, I get it," says Matan.

"Makes sense to me," says Azugi.

"Really," I asked, "I mean... I can't let you take that baby!" I then wrapped them up in a cocoon and because they weren't infected, they were just tied up.

...

I returned Yura to Rishito. "Thanks, Aiko," says Rishito.

"No problem," I said.

"Cocoa No Tenny," says Yura.

I guess the baby figured it out! Luckily, no one ever believes the baby!
