Chapter 23: The Butterfly and the Dragonfly:
Kōkō no Tenshi's POV:
I fired energy blasts at Tombo, who retaliated with a fire breath. "Dragonflies don't even breathe fire," I said.
"And butterflies don't shoot energy blasts," says Tombo.
"Fair point," I said.
"Why are you trying to save them," asks Tombo, "the Atos are the real villains!"
"Look, I'm not too fond of them myself," I said, "but I can't let you kill them!"
"If I have to get through you first, then so be it," says Tombo.
"You wouldn't be the first," I said. I then flew to the sky and Tombo flew after me.
We then fought in the sky. We started punching and kicking each other, but then Tombo knocked me out of the sky. Now, in cartoons, the clouds are solid and soft, in real life, I just go through them, but I grabbed on to a flagpole. I did not think it would work. Then it breaks and I fall into a dumpster. I then got back to flying and went after Tombo.
...
Just as Tombo was about to go after the Atos, I wrapped her in a cocoon, and she turns back to Reinako. "Wha-what happened," asks Reinako.
"You tried to kill us you maniac," says Taisei.
"That happened because you were going to tear down her grandmother's house," I said.
"Because it's so old, it's breaking down and dangerous," says Taisei's Dad.
"That... actually that's fair," says Reinako.
"Maybe there's a deal we can make," I suggested.
...
So, the house is now being fixed up. Reinako was happy she was able to save her grandmother's home. I just know her Grandmother's proud. Unfortunately, the Atos are still pressing charges against her, but the law's the law. I then flew off.
