Chase groaned as he turned over onto his back and put a paw on his head and paw on his side. His vision heavily impaired and a hunger he's never felt before.

Crackling and wood burning could be heard as a warm sensation surrounded his body. Slowly his eyes cleared up and he noticed walls made of logs stacked on top of each other. He laid still. Even the slightest movement ached his body.

"Good. You're awake." A voice rung through his head. Normally his first response would be to jump up and throw up his guard. But he sat still, dazed and light headed.

Then he was out again.
