I let out a deafening roar, the sound reverberating through the entire facility. The experiments froze in place, their instincts kicking in as they realized they were outmatched. Slowly, they began to back off, retreating into the shadows of the corridor, knowing their survival depended on it. I snapped my jaws shut after the roar, the echo still lingering in the air.
Without a word, I turned and began walking back to the reinforced door. I paused at the threshold, glancing over my shoulder at the group, who were still standing there, staring at me with a mixture of awe and confusion.
"What are you waiting for?" I asked, my voice calm and detached. "Come on."
I stood there, waiting for them, the calmness of my tone juxtaposed with the raw power I had just unleashed. There was no point in wasting more time. They had seen what I was capable of, and if they wanted to survive, they needed to move quickly. The choice was theirs, but I had no intention of waiting forever.
