At first there was nothing but a black screen, eventually the lights switched on with a couple of clicks to find a TV studio with an oval table in the middle, on the left stood KT7 and on the right stood RAM.

KT7: Kids, fun little bundles of joy…

RAM: Unless you see one in an abandoned building in the middle of the night, then you'd best run as far as you can in the opposite direction, lest they consume your soul.

KT7: Like Freddy Fazbear, killer animatronic mascot from Five Nights at Freddy's…

RAM: And Spooky, adorable little ghost girl with a house full of horrors.

KT7: Me KT7

RAM: And my name is RAM, and together we will analyse their strengths and weaknesses to see who would win a Fanfiction Death Battle.

KT7: You need a job, desperately, and unfortunately for you no-one is hiring…

RAM: But there is, one, vacancy available to you, under the help wanted section of a newspaper you find a position as a night time security guard for an abandoned pizzeria.

KT7: Why an abandoned pizzeria needs a security guard is beyond me…

RAM: You get the job easily, might have something to do with the fact this place is one of the branches of the now defunct Freddy Fazbear's pizzeria, shut down after the period where children went missing, known as the bite of '87.

KT7: With only a guy leaving messages on your phone to help you out, you hunker down for the night.

RAM: And hope you make it out alive after 6AM.

KT7: Wait, what?

RAM: It turns out this pizzeria, has a few ghosts, not metaphorical ones, but literal ones, all hiding within the trademark animatronics that litter the building, the most notorious of which is the leader of the animatronics, one in the shape of the company's mascot: Freddy Fazbear…

KT7: I don't know why you should be worried about him, he looks kind of cute.

RAM: Don't let that sweet exterior fool you, inside the suit is a vengeful ghost, waiting to turn you into one of them.

KT7: Okay, that's less cute.

RAM: Cute is definitely not a word to describe him, the animatronic was originally designed to be a mascot suit, but were thrown away due to the springs inside them malfunctioning and impaling the person inside them.

KT7: What a gruesome way to go.

RAM: Do you know what's even more gruesome?

KT7: No, what?

RAM: Remember those missing children…?

KT7: Yeah…?

KT7: …Oh no!

RAM: It was later discovered that the bodies of many children had been stuffed into the suits, contorting them until they broke.

KT7: That's horrible, I wouldn't stand for that!

RAM: Neither did the children.

KT7: Huh?

RAM: Their vengeful souls ended up possessing the animatronics. Looking to get revenge on the one that killed them.

KT7: Unfortunately, that meant killing any adult they could find. And that included innocent security guards.

RAM: They may be children, but inside that suit had everything they needed for their revenge.

KT7: The suits are strong enough to kill adults in one attack, and can move fast enough to move across a building in minutes, and move between rooms between you flicking from one camera to the next.

RAM: But what really set's Freddy apart from the rest of the animatronics is his intelligence. He's smart enough to hide in the dark corners of camera to make it harder for you to spot and potentially miss him, giving him enough time to reach your office before you realise where he is.

KT7: That's not to say that he's smarter than the average bear he can be fooled into believing that you're an animatronic, just by putting on a Freddy mask on.

RAM: And while the child's soul is safe within the animatronic, the suit can be damaged by fire and high volts of electricity.

KT7: And while they'll try and end any adults that cross their path, they are possessed by children, and have a soft spot for their fellow pre-teenage humans.

RAM: Although, if they happen to be on the back foot, they can enter a berserk mode, increasing their speed and strength in a bid to catch up to their target and end him before 6 AM, where they'll shut down for the day.

KT7: Luckily for you, you're able to survive the night, and the horrors of the pizzeria for 5 nights. Now that you've fulfilled your contractual obligations, maybe it's time to find a new job, maybe working as a security guard at their sister location.

RAM: But be warned, if you find yourself alone in your office, and hear the sound of a slow, eerie melody, keep your eyes peeled, for lurking in the shadows maybe the final moments of your life in the guise of a possessed animatronic bear.

A chilling melody starts playing, before Freddy jumps out towards you.

RAM: In your town, there's an abandoned mansion, resting on top of a hill, rumours say that it's haunted. Hundreds of people went into the mansion and never returned.

KT7: But you decide you're no coward and promptly ignore all of the red flags and enter the mansion.

RAM: There you find the sole resident of the mansion, a little ghost girl by the name of Spooky.

KT7: Aww…she looks cute.

RAM: Don't say that, Spooky hates being called cute, it one of the reasons that she's currently haunting the mansion.

KT7: Really?

RAM: Yeah, we'll get to that. Needless to say, Spooky challenges you to a game, make your way through 1000 rooms and you can leave the mansion.

KT7: Well that doesn't seem too bad, look at all the cute cardboard cutou- WHAT THE HELL IS THAT?

RAM: Oh? You mean the specimens? Yeah, she kind of forgot to mention that huh?

KT7: WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?

RAM: Well, turns out this place used to be a research centre, resulting in many different types of specimens roaming around the mansion, and they're not here to play tag.

KT7: Why would Spooky not say anything?

RAM: Well, as the master of the house, she has full control over all of the specimens. And probably intends to kill you.

KT7: WHY?

RAM: Well, she has done this before, many of the pervious people that have entered the mansion have either died by the hands, (or mouths), of the specimens, or have been so terrified that their desire to kill any specimens in their way overtook them and thus became a specimen themselves. Like I said, don't call her cute.

KT7: Hey, uh…we've been down three elevators now, why do I see the outside landscape out of the window?

RAM: Well, that's another feature of the mansion, through a mixture of spacial and reality manipulation it can manipulate the rooms in any way possible, you could pass through one door into a room, turn back around and pass through the same door and end up in a completely different room. At one point it even created an abandoned expansive multi layered underground hospital, which even Spooky didn't know existed, and she's supposed to be the master of the house.

KT7: Okay, now I can see why she's got the name 'Spooky'

RAM: Well considering she can teleport, restrict people's speed and can control the souls of individuals who've died within her mansion instantaneously, she's rather a force to be reckoned with.

KT7: She can even go intangible, like a real ghost... oohhhh~

RAM: But she can't turn intangible while holding physical objects, such as…a hunting knife.

KT7: Aren't there supposed to be legal restriction on those things?

RAM: Well when Spooky wants to act scary she doesn't go for half measures, and that, unfortunately, was what eventually killed her.

KT7: She got killed because she was scary?

RAM: Well, when you have a costume based off Edgar Allen Poe's The Masque of the Red Death, paired with an alcoholic war veteran father suffering with PTSD who is trying to shoot all of the demons his nightmares manifest with a shotgun and…

KT7: Oh…that's… pretty sad actually…

RAM: Luckily, there was a way to free all of the souls trapped in the mansion, by opening a rift to the afterlife, all of the souls trapped within the mansion were able to move on to the afterlife and find peace.

KT7: She might not have been the scariest ghost to exist, but she sure showed everyone that crossed her path some scary scenes, she sure lives up to the name of Spooky.

Spooky: Hello…and welcome to my abode…

Inside a dark hallway, was various furnishings of the new branch of Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria, located in a supposed 'haunted' mansion located on the top of a hill. The hallway was renovated with tables, booths and of course, the animatronics.

Inside the security office sat the night guard, checking the security cameras, when he noticed one of the animatronics was missing, he leant in closer to the screen, trying to figure out where it had gone, had it fallen over? Had trespassers stolen it? Oblivious to the looming shadow emerging behind him.

Spooky hovered down from the ceiling, only to find her home cluttered with strange objects, she gave an angry pout. "Who's ruined my home?" she pulled out a hunting knife and began to attack, the objects in the room, she pulled the table over, she ripped the wallpaper, and then she spotted a figure slumped in one of the booths. "Hey you! What did you do to my home?" she cried, floating towards the figure, handling the knife very tightly. But as she approached the figure and grabbed hold of his shoulder, the figure collapsed to the floor, multiple puncture wounds covering his body, and more annoying, his soul nowhere in sight.

Spooky turned back to view the wreck that was her old hallway. "Okay!" she shouted angrily "Who took his soul?"

To the side eerie music started playing, spooky turned her head and floated a little towards the sound emerging from the dark shadows. Spooky raised her knife, holding the handle tightly, but as the music faded, she didn't notice the animatronic bear lunging out of the darkness behind her.

Fight!

Freddy grabbed Spooky by the head, slamming her to the ground, before slamming her against the wall, causing Spooky to grunt in pain, readjusting his grip around her throat, Freddy leaned in towards her, staring at his opponent eye-to-eye before opening his mouth. Spooky retaliated, stabbing the knife into his animatronic eye, causing Freddy to yell out a loud static sound and cause his suit to jerk open, Spooky stared at the soul trapped inside. "You think you can hide from me?" But before she could react, Freddy's suit slammed back shut, and the animatronic bear swung round and threw Spooky across the room, before yanking the knife from his eye.

As Spooky tumbled through the air, she righted herself, and continued the momentum as she phased through the door. Freddy ran after her, reaching the door he ripped it off the doorframe, only to see the exact same room from a different perspective.

"You're in my domain."

Freddy turned around and spotted the little ghost girl floating near the ceiling.

"This is MY House, and you should respect your host."

Freddy rushed back into the middle of the room, as Spooky flew down from the ceiling at high speed, as they braced to clash against each other. Freddy swung the knife at Spooky, only for it to pass right through her. Spooky flew under his arm, grabbed a glass bottle on the table behind him and flew up to hit Freddy on the head. Freddy twisted round drawing the knife upwards to counter the bottle, shattering the bottom part of it, Spooky tried to swing the broken bottle towards Freddy's head, but Freddy grabbed hold of Spooky and tossed her towards the stage resulting in Spooky getting winded and the broken bottle flying out of her hand.

As Spooky regained her composure, she could see the animatronic bear walking towards her in a calm, purposeful manner, running one of its metal fingers across the blade of the knife. It wasn't bothered about chasing after her, he would get her, eventually. That pissed Spooky off.

Spooky looked around, and found a fire cabinet containing a long, sharp axe. Spooky phased her hand through the glass and with a quick yank, pulled it out from the cabinet. She stared down the mechanical intruder.

"Get out of MY HOUSE!" she screamed.

Suddenly Spooky was grabbed from behind by a pair of arms, holding her tight. Spooky looked up, and saw the upside down face of a purple animatronic rabbit staring back at her. Spooky looked towards her original assailant, who had suddenly appeared in front of her and with something resembling a broken, static laugh he thrusted the knife down towards Spooky, only for Spooky to teleport out of the way at the last second, causing Freddie to stab Bonnie instead, the other animatronic screaming out in a glitchy cry.

"So, you've got some friends, huh?" Spooky called out in the darkness.

All of the animatronics slowly turned their heads towards the sound of Spooky's voice.

"Well, I've got a few house guests too!"

As Spooky pointed to the ensemble of murderous mechanical creatures, various specimens burst through the doors leading out of the room and waited for her command.

"I only need one of you to become my new specimen. Get Them…" The specimens all launched towards the animatronics. Specimen 3 rushed towards Chica, only to get trampled on underfoot. Foxy tried to land an attack, but missed Specimen 4, who attacked back and landed a hit on him.

Spooky flew through the air, her axe in hand, slicing at Baby as she tried to jump her, she was only after one of the home invaders, she wanted the bear.

Freddy rushed into the fray lashing out at Specimen 10 as it tried to attack him, he was only after one being, he wanted the girl.

As the two beings approached, Freddy went to slash at Spooky, only for Spooky to fly down, and hack at the animatronics' leg, causing Freddy to scream out and whack her over the head with the handle of the knife, slamming her to the floor, as Spooky looked up, she noticed Freddy had spun the blade around, getting ready to stab her. Spooky flew out of the way as the knife impaled into the floorboards, and tried to attack him from behind, only for Freddy to yank the blade out with ease, and backhand her, sending Spooky tumbling backwards through the air, barely able to block the attack with the axe handle.

As the fight carried on, Specimen 2 launched a slimy attack at Bellona, the slime causing her circuits to malfunction, and, as she recoiled in pain, loose sparks flew through the air and landed on the table, setting fire to the tablecloth, rapidly enveloping the table, before spreading across the room.

As the fire started to take hold Freddy lunged at Spooky, causing the little ghost girl to dodge out of the way, Spooky tried to bring the axe down onto Freddy's head, only for Freddy to catch it with one hand, and pull her towards the impending slash of the knife, Spooky yelled out in pain, there was no blood, but it still hurt like hell. Freddy then yanked the axe out of her grasp and threw it away, leaving her defenceless. But before Freddy could advance forward and press his advantage, Spooky restricted his speed slowing him down long enough for various specimens to jump on him, dogpiling him. "I'm the master of this house…" Spooky calmly threatened as the flames caught up to Freddy. "And you're an intruder!" Freddy screamed as the fire took hold of his mechanical body, engulfing him in flames. Freddy collapsed to the floor, smoke pouring out from his body. Spooky turned to survey the carnage that had unfolded as the fighting died down, various specimens and animatronics littering the ground. "Finally, peace at-"

Suddenly Spooky was grabbed from behind as her assailant slammed her head into the floor. Spooky twisted her head as best she could to see her assailant, out of the corner of her eye, was Freddy, fully berserk, his mechanical body peeled away, leaving only wires, his mouth open wide ready to eat her. Spooky phased out of Freddy's grip, flying up and away from the animatronics' bite. Spooky flew up to the ceiling, she knew she wouldn't get caught out again, but she needed to finish him off, he was more determined than the rest of them, he was a threat.

Spooky spotted her knife on the floor and flew down to retrieve it, but Freddy was hot on her trail, fuelled entirely by rage, as soon as she picked it up Freddy slammed her down onto the ground again. Spooky squirmed on the floor, twisting round to meet her opponent square in the eye, as Freddy once more opened his mouth to consume Spooky, she saw the remnants of a soul hidden inside the mechanical wiring. Now she understood everything.

Spooky slowed her opponent's movement, giving her what little time she had left before he ate her to thrust the knife into what would have been the top part of its mouth, causing the animatronic to stagger back, but Spooky wasn't going to stop there, she thrust herself forward, stabbing the bear multiple times in the neck part of its body until it was barely holding on by a couple of wires. Spooky then slashed at the remaining wires, the speed at which she did so causing the knife to fly out her hand, but despite being headless the animatronic futilely tried to advance on the little ghost girl, not that it could do anything to her anymore. Spooky picked up the fire axe lying on the ground and with one fell swoop, brought it down on its body, shattering what little was left of its body as it crashed into pieces. The soul inside the suit tried to fly away, only for a blue ghostly energy to pull the spirit towards Spooky.

"If revenge was all you wanted…" Spooky said, as the spirit rested in her hand before she clenched her fist, forever placing the lost soul under her command. "You should have just said…" She finished, as the surrounding fire started to die down.

K.O!

KT7: Well, there's only one word for that…spooky…

RAM: Both combatants had clear advantages, Spooky was possibly stronger than Freddy, while Freddy was faster and better at stealth.

KT7: It's no use being stronger if your opponent is able to avoid you attacks and attack you from places you weren't expecting. Freddy was also smart enough to use that to his advantage.

RAM: However, Spooky had more tricks up her sleeves. After all, it would be pretty hard to land a hit on someone who is intangible, although in order to interact with physical objects such as knives and fire axes, in order to attack Freddy, Spooky would have to forgo that little advantage. Her best option would be to try and control the soul of the child that resides within the Fredbear suit.

KT7: But in order to do that Spooky would need to destroy said suit, as she can't just manipulate souls that still reside in a physical body, after all, she couldn't manipulate the player's soul until after their death, but once they died, it was instantaneous.

RAM: But luckily, Spooky wouldn't need to destroy the suit herself, as she could rely on the specimens that reside in her mansion to do most of the physical damage for her.

KT7: Sure, Freddy could rally the rest of the animatronics to his side, but even if we include different variants such as the golden and nightmare forms, the specimens would outnumber the animatronics by quite a bit, there might be hundreds of them all living in the mansion for all we know.

RAM: Even if Freddy gained the upper hand, Spooky could always escape through one of the doors inside the mansion, and it's spacial and reality manipulation would mean that even if Freddy followed her through the same door, it would send him to a completely different room to the one where Spooky ended up, or even previously undiscovered areas within the mansion like the calamari hospital, places that even Spooky herself would be unaware of.

KT7: The only way Freddy could win is by getting the jump on Spooky while she was still tangible, before trapping her soul inside the suit, and while Freddy's base speed was slightly faster than Spooky's, Spooky would be able to limit his speed, meaning that his opportunity to achieve that would shrink.

RAM: Freddy was a powerful adversary, and a stealthy schemer…

KT7: However, with Spooky's intangibility, hordes of specimens and reality warping mansion, he didn't stand a ghost of a chance…

RAM: The winner is Spooky

KT7:Whoa, talk about brutal!
