Yamcha sat outside his house, having heard about how well Midoriya had done. He felt proud of his student. Izuku was just taking his first steps, but he was learning fast. With enough work and effort, he would get it down in time. As he looked at the waves, he wondered how the others were doing. It was pretty common for them not to talk much, especially since he had broken up with Bulma. He felt a bit on his own path, but relaxing by the sea for the last few months had been really fun.

As he sat there, he sensed a power moving toward him—someone with energy that was strong but not threatening, and there was no ill intent in what he felt either. He looked over at Puar. "Hey, pal, I think we're going to have some guests soon. Could you heat up some tea for them, please?" He could sense how fast—or rather, how slowly—they were moving in his direction.

Standing up, he noticed he was wearing a pair of tropical swim trunks and a colorful Hawaiian shirt. He chuckled, wondering what laughs Krillin or Roshi would get at seeing him so relaxed by the sea. He smiled, reminiscing about those old days of training. He remembered how hard he worked after being shown just how weak he was by Bandages the Mummy in that fight.

He had trained tirelessly, feeling like he was just as good as anyone. But now, he realized he wasn't even close to being the best or as good a fighter as others anymore. There were aliens out there, androids, and monsters that defied the very logic of nature. He was strong, yes, but not on that level—a level of gods and demons.

He soon noticed a rather nice car pulling up near the beach where he was staying. As three people stepped out, he took a closer look. Two guys and a girl caught his attention. One of the guys had a strong, muscular build, while the other had dark hair and a gruff look. The woman had dark purple hair. Yamcha observed them closely, sensing that the strong guy had decent power—nothing crazy, but compared to the average person, it was intense. The other two seemed above normal, but overall, they felt pretty ordinary to him.

As the three figures approached, Yamcha stood up straighter, curiosity piquing his interest. First the tall man with blonde hair stood out with a suit, with yellow pants. He once had a suit like that, he wore it some. He then looked at a woman who was wearing a loose-fitting office lady outfit at that moment, that was revealing to show off her curves. He noticed her different dark blue hair and shook his head before looking at the third member. This one, a bit of a gruff looking, and disheveled looking guy with a rather tired expression on his face. He figured for some reason they happened to be looking for him.

"Excuse me," the muscular man began, his voice firm yet friendly. "Are you Yamcha?"

Yamcha nodded, a bit surprised that someone recognized him. "Yeah, that's me. Who are you?"

"I'm All Might," the hero introduced himself, his smile wide and warm. "And this is Eraser Head," he said, gesturing to the tired-looking man, "and Midnight."

Midnight gave a playful wave, her enthusiasm palpable. "We've been hearing quite a bit about you. Specifically, about your student, Izuku Midoriya. His performance at the entrance exam was… impressive."

Yamcha felt a swell of pride at the mention of Izuku. "Thanks! He's worked really hard. I've been training him."

Aizawa narrowed his eyes, his expression skeptical. "Training him how? With what exactly? You realize this is a world where most people have Quirks, right? How did a Quirkless kid manage that?"

Yamcha blinked as he stood there, unsure what the heck they were talking about. This quark thing he had overheard, but he didn't know exactly what it was. "Well um, sorry, but I don't know what a quark is. I have never had one either. I just taught him how to fight and control his energy. I guess you could call it ki or something. I just thought it would help him get stronger."

All Might's expression shifted from curiosity to intrigue. "Energy control? That's not something we typically see here. Can you explain what you mean?"

"Sure," Yamcha said, trying to clarify. "Ki is like a form of energy inside you. It can be used to enhance physical abilities or perform powerful techniques. I taught him some basics, like how to channel it for attacks and how to focus during training. He's really taken to it."

Midnight leaned in, clearly fascinated. "So, you're saying he's been training without any Quirk and still managed to fight like that?"

"Yeah, pretty much," Yamcha replied, a bit sheepishly. "He's got a lot of determination and heart. I think that's what really makes the difference."

Aizawa crossed his arms, contemplating this new information. "And you just ended up here? You don't know how?"

Yamcha sighed, shaking his head. "No clue. I got on a bus with him, and next thing I knew, I was in this… completely different world. It's been a bit strange."

All Might shared a look with Aizawa, his expression serious now. "We need to understand more about this training and what you've taught him. If he can achieve that level of strength, it could change the way we view Quirkless individuals in our society."

"Yeah, and maybe you could help us understand your techniques better," Aizawa added, his tone softer than before. "If you're willing to share."

Yamcha looked at them for a moment. How much to show, he wasn't sure, but he figured that he was in their world, and he could tell they were not a threat, they didn't feel like they had negative or dark energy to them. "Okay, I guess I can show you, but my power is very different than what you are used to."

Midnight's eyes sparkled with enthusiasm. "Different is good! We're always looking for new methods and perspectives. This could be a game-changer!"

The three heroes moved back as Yamcha requested, exchanging wary glances. All Might, in particular, kept a keen eye on him, his interest sharpened by the casual yet profound confidence in Yamcha's words.

Yamcha took a deep breath, his energy rising steadily. A bright, intense aura flared around him, pulsing with raw, untamed power. The ground quivered under his feet, the beach sand shifting and crackling as the energy radiated outward. Waves in the ocean trembled, and a faint, low rumble echoed, as though an earthquake was shaking the area.

Midnight's eyes widened as she braced herself against the tremors, her usual playfulness replaced by shock. "That… that's unreal," she murmured, unable to tear her gaze away.

Aizawa squinted, his face impassive, though his clenched jaw betrayed his surprise. "This isn't a Quirk," he muttered, more to himself than anyone else. "This is something else entirely."

All Might's grin faded, replaced by a look of serious contemplation. He'd never seen anything like this before; even his own immense strength didn't manifest in such an overwhelming display of raw energy.

Yamcha let his power settle, allowing his aura to shrink back to normal, and the earth's shaking ceased. He gave them a small smile. "Like I said, where I come from, I'm on the lower end of the power scale. But it's enough to train Izuku, and that's what matters here."

All Might was the first to speak, his voice filled with respect. "I see now why Izuku's progress has been so… remarkable. You've given him something more than training; you've given him a path most wouldn't even think possible without a Quirk."

"Yeah," Yamcha said with a nod. "Back home, we don't need Quirks to get stronger. Anyone with the right mindset, training, and some spirit can reach this level or beyond."

Aizawa, still watching Yamcha closely, asked, "And you're saying Izuku could one day reach this level?"

Yamcha grinned. "If he works hard enough, yeah, I think he could. The kid's got heart—and that can take you pretty far."

All Might's eyes brightened as he looked out over the waves, now calm once again. "It's inspiring, really. Maybe… just maybe… you're right, and power isn't limited to Quirks."

Midnight chimed in with a playful smirk, "Well, Yamcha, looks like you're not just here for a beach vacation, after all. Seems you've got a lot to teach us too."

Yamcha laughed, scratching the back of his head. "Guess so! Looks like I'll be sticking around a while, then."

After Yamcha moved away to let them talk, All Might, Midnight, and Aizawa exchanged glances, each clearly taken aback by the demonstration they'd just witnessed. The idea of bringing someone with Yamcha's mysterious and overwhelming power into U.A. as a teacher was both intriguing and daunting.

Midnight folded her arms thoughtfully. "I'll admit, I didn't think much of him at first. Just another beach bum with a good story. But seeing that… Whatever he's using, it's powerful—and not something you see every day. Imagine if he taught our students to harness even a fraction of that."

Aizawa nodded, his gaze distant as he considered the implications. "If he's serious about not having a Quirk and has achieved this strength through training alone… he could offer our students a perspective we can't. And as he said, if Izuku Midoriya reached even a fraction of this level through his guidance, Yamcha's methods might offer a huge benefit to others." He glanced at All Might. "Plus, this is a chance to keep him close, make sure he's not a danger to anyone."

All Might placed a hand on his chin, his expression one of deep thought. "I agree. Yamcha's power is foreign to us, and that makes him an unknown. But I can tell he has a good heart and genuinely cares about Izuku. If he's willing, having him at U.A. would allow us to understand his abilities better—and how they could help our students reach new levels."

Midnight nodded, a smile playing at the corner of her mouth. "And let's face it, he's the kind of wild card that might get the students to think differently about their own strengths and limits. I'll handle any paperwork needed. After all, he might need some convincing, given that he's technically… lost in another world."

Aizawa gave a rare smirk. "We'll make it worth his while. If he's already trained one student successfully, he might be more than willing to pass on his knowledge, especially since he's clearly got nowhere else to be."

All Might gave them both a resolute nod. "Then it's settled. We'll bring Yamcha in and make him an offer. Let's just hope he's as open-minded as he seems."

The three of them approached together, as they had not even figured out what the flying cat that was with the surfer looking guy was or did. All Might, ever the diplomat, stepped forward with his usual grin.

"Yamcha," he began, "we've been discussing your… rather unique abilities, and we'd like to make you an offer. You've already shown that you have what it takes to train a student like young Midoriya, and we believe that knowledge could be invaluable here at U.A. High. How would you feel about taking a teaching role with us?"

Yamcha raised an eyebrow, crossing his arms as he considered the offer. "A teacher, huh? I mean, I didn't really plan on teaching when I got here… wherever 'here' is," he said with a chuckle. "But if it means I can help out Izuku and maybe keep learning more about this place, I'm up for it."

Aizawa gave a short nod. "It'll give you stability here and access to some of our facilities. We're still learning about what makes your training effective without a Quirk, and that insight could benefit our students greatly."

Midnight chimed in with a grin. "And you might find a few students with potential who could pick up a thing or two from your techniques."

Yamcha shrugged, his trademark smirk on his face. "Well, it's not every day I get asked to be a teacher. Guess I can give it a shot—at least until I figure out how I got here or what's next." He gave them a thumbs-up. "So, you got yourselves a teacher!"

All Might clapped him on the back, his grin widening. "Welcome to U.A., Yamcha! Our students are in for quite a journey with you around."

He talked to them for a bit, getting directions, and the fact he had to go to a teaching orientation, and training for that. He was to show up at their offices the next day, and get to work on paperwork, and figuring out the legal elements of being a person who wasn't from either a world, city, nation, or wherever he was, though he knew it wasn't at least the same world.

After they left, he turned towards his old pal and cat and smiled.

"Well, it seems like life has taken another strange twist," Yamcha said looking over at Puar, "I guess we have to pack again or prepare for a job. Haven't had one of those in a while," he said both to Puar and to himself. He wasn't sure why or how he ended up here, but his life was changing a lot, and it was a wild rise for sure.
