As the T-00, also known as the Tyrant, marched forward, the relentless gunfire from Echo Six bounced off its bulletproof overcoat like pebbles against steel. Dee-Ay gritted his teeth as he muttered, "Shit, it's not going down."
Tweed echoed his sentiment, "Shit!"
Even Harley, who rarely showed fear, cursed under his breath. "Shit! This big son of a bitch isn't slowing down!" He fired off more rounds, but the massive creature barely flinched, each step as heavy and menacing as the last.
Shona scoffed at his panicked teammate. "You think bullets are gonna work? That coat's reinforced. It's designed to withstand everything we've got!"
Harley, not one to back down, scowled and yelled back, "Then let's see if this works!" He hurled a pair of grenades at the Tyrant, the live explosives landing at its feet.
BOOM!
BOOM!
A split second later, a series of deafening explosions erupted, sending shockwaves through the air and kicking up a thick cloud of dust and debris. Ash, Pikachu, Lucario, and the rest of Echo Six braced themselves against the powerful blast, shielding their eyes from the flying rubble. For a brief moment, there was silence. Ash's heart raced, hoping the explosions had at least slowed the monster down. But as the smoke cleared, a massive silhouette began to emerge from the haze—completely unscathed. The T-00 walked out of the debris, its glowing white eyes fixed on Echo Six and Ash. It was as if the explosions had done nothing but irritate the hulking creature.
Harley cursed again, louder this time. "Shit! Are you kidding me?!"
Dee-Ay stepped forward. "That thing's gonna tear us apart unless we figure something out, and fast."
Party Girl glanced at Ash, who was standing close to Pikachu and Lucario, eyes wide but determined. "We can't just keep throwing bullets at it," she said. "We need a new approach."
Ash clenched his fists. His mind raced, thinking about how they had faced impossible odds before. He glanced at Lucario and Pikachu. They had fought tougher foes and came out on top, but this Tyrant was different—cold, methodical, and unstoppable. "Lucario, Pikachu, it's up to us now," Ash said firmly, stepping forward. "We have to take this thing down now!"
Lucario and Pikachu nodded.
"Pikachu, use Thunderbolt!" Ash commanded.
Pikachu jumped into the air, letting out a powerful cry as it unleashed a massive bolt of electricity. The lightning struck the Tyrant, causing its body to twitch slightly, but it continued moving forward.
"Lucario, Aura Sphere!" Ash ordered next.
Lucario charged up an orb of pure energy and launched it straight at the Tyrant's chest.
BOOM!
The impact sent a shockwave through the air, but once again, the T-00 pressed on, showing no signs of slowing down.
"This thing's tougher than anything we've faced before," Ash muttered. He watched as the massive Tyrant, T-00, rampaged through the streets. The hulking creature was a relentless force, crushing everything in its path, and his team was struggling to keep it at bay. A bold idea crossed Ash's mind, one that could turn the tide of the battle. "We need to get that thing away from everyone," Ash said. "I'll lure it away. If it's focused on me and my Pokémon, it won't bother anyone else."
The moment the words left his mouth, Echo Six stared at him in disbelief.
"Are you out of your mind?" Tweed scoffed. "You're asking for a death wish, kid!"
Dee-Ay stepped forward, arms crossed. "That thing's not some wild Pokémon you can toy with. It's a killing machine!"
Party Girl shook her head. "You can't be serious, Ash. You'll get yourself killed!"
But Ash didn't wait for any more protests. With a determined look, he sprinted toward the towering T-00, ignoring Dee-Ay and Party Girl's frantic yells.
"Ash!" Party Girl screamed, her voice filled with worry.
Ash turned briefly, catching Pikachu and Lucario's eyes. "You guys with me?"
"Pika!" Pikachu nodded, sparks crackling from his cheeks.
"Lucario!" Lucario growled, ready for action.
Without missing a beat, Ash began taunting the Tyrant. "Hey, big guy! You think you're tough? Come and get me!" The T-00's glowing white eyes locked onto Ash, its massive frame turning toward him. Ash could feel the weight of its gaze, but he mocked it again, waving his arms wildly. "Come on, is that all you've got?"
The Tyrant roared, its attention solely on Ash now, and it began stomping after him. Ash and his Pokémon dashed deeper into a narrow alley, leading the monster away from the others.
Back in the chaos, Lupo noticed Ash's escape as she fought off waves of infected. "The kid's making a run for it," she growled. After taking down several of the undead with precise shots, she ordered her team, "We can't let him get away! Move!"
But as Lupo and her team moved to give chase, Echo Six intercepted them, guns raised and ready. Dee-Ay glared at Lupo. "You're not getting past us."
Ash and his Pokémon raced through the dark, narrow alleyway, their footsteps echoing as they splashed through small puddles on the ground. The air was thick with tension, and Ash kept glancing over his shoulder to see if the Tyrant was still on their tail. Sure enough, the monstrous B.O.W. relentlessly pursued them, barreling through any slow-moving zombies in its path like they were nothing more than obstacles.
Ash skidded to a stop, breathing heavily. "Alright, we've got no choice. Pikachu, Lucario—hit it with everything you've got!"
Pikachu's cheeks sparked with electricity as Lucario braced himself. They unleashed their attacks—Thunderbolt and Aura Sphere—in perfect synchronization.
BOOM!
The alley was rocked by a thunderous explosion as their attacks connected, engulfing the T-00 in smoke and debris. For a brief moment, Ash felt a surge of hope. But as the smoke cleared, his stomach dropped. The Tyrant stood there, completely unscathed, its glowing eyes locked on Ash. He wiped a nervous bead of sweat from his brow.
"Not even a scratch," Ash muttered under his breath. "Okay, time for some heavy hitters."
His hand shot to his belt, fumbling for a Poké Ball. Thankfully, his other Pokémon were still with him, and he quickly grabbed one. "Dragonite, I choose you!"
In a flash of light, his happy-go-lucky Dragonite appeared, eyes bright and a huge grin plastered across its face. Without missing a beat, Dragonite wrapped Ash in a tight hug, lifting him off the ground.
"Ah—Dragonite, not now!" Ash chuckled nervously as he squirmed out of Dragonite's grip. "We've got a problem on our hands! Use Hurricane on that thing!"
Dragonite's expression shifted to serious as it flapped its wings hard, summoning a fierce wind that swirled through the alley. The powerful gusts slammed into the advancing T-00, momentarily slowing its approach. But the Tyrant pressed forward, its sheer size and power overcoming the storm-like winds.
"Pikachu, Thunderbolt! Lucario, Aura Sphere—again!" Ash commanded.
Pikachu unleashed another burst of electricity, and Lucario followed with a powerful sphere of energy. The attacks struck the Tyrant in tandem, resulting in a massive explosion that sent the B.O.W. crashing into a nearby dumpster.
"We did it…" he whispered.
But his relief was short-lived. A low growl echoed from the wreckage, and the Tyrant slowly rose to its feet, its glowing eyes burning brighter than ever. Ash's heart sank.
"Not good…" Ash muttered. "We've got to hide!"
Without another word, Ash and his Pokémon sprinted toward the nearest building, crashing through the door in desperation. They darted inside, the darkness swallowing them up as they ducked behind shelves and debris, hoping to lose the monster.
But the heavy footsteps of the T-00 echoed behind them, growing louder as it followed into the building. The T-00 burst through the wall with a thunderous crash, debris flying in all directions. Its cold, glowing eyes scanned the dark interior, its groaning and heavy footsteps filling the room. Ash and his Pokémon huddled in silence behind some nearby wreckage, holding their breath. Dragonite had already been safely returned to its Poké Ball to avoid any extra noise or suspicion.
Ash's heart raced as the Tyrant's heavy footsteps grew louder, each step causing the floor to tremble. The B.O.W. seemed certain its target was close, its instinct driving it toward Ash's hiding spot. It slowly approached the wreckage, towering over the piles of debris. Ash's mind raced. Think, think…! In a flash of inspiration, his hand reached for another Poké Ball, his fingers brushing over it as he whispered a prayer. He released Gengar, the mischievous Ghost-type phasing through the shadows beside him, barely making a sound.
The Tyrant growled lowly and tossed aside the wreckage, its strength effortlessly flinging debris to the side. For a split second, it paused, seemingly surprised to find nothing. Its glowing eyes narrowed, scanning the room again, confused as to where Ash had vanished.
But Ash and his Pokémon were already gone, thanks to Gengar's unique ability to phase through objects. They had silently slipped through the floor, disappearing from the building entirely. Now they stood in another dark alley, far from the Tyrant's sight.
Ash let out a shaky breath of relief, a small smile forming as he turned to Gengar. "Thanks, buddy. You really saved us back there."
Gengar grinned mischievously.
The brief moment of relief was shattered as the Tyrant burst through the building wall again, debris flying everywhere. Ash and his Pokémon gasped, eyes wide in shock as the hulking figure charged toward them. Before anyone could react, the T-00 snatched Ash off the ground, lifting him effortlessly by his white shirt. His feet dangled several feet above the pavement as the monster's powerful grip tightened around him.
Ash gritted his teeth in pain, glaring down at the B.O.W. "Let me go!" he spat, defiant even in the face of the creature's crushing strength.
For a brief moment, the Tyrant seemed to ponder the command, its glowing eyes locked on Ash. But instead of complying, it hurled Ash through the air like a ragdoll. Ash's body collided with the alley wall with a sickening thud before he crumpled to the cold pavement, groaning in pain.
Ash's Pokémon cried out in panic, their eyes full of worry for their Trainer. But then they steeled themselves and launched into the attack. Gengar unleashed a dazzling burst of Dazzling Gleam followed by a swift Shadow Ball, while Pikachu fired off a powerful Electro Ball, and Lucario struck with his Steel Beam attack. The alley was filled with flashes of light and energy as the Pokémon gave it their all.
But the T-00 barely flinched. It absorbed their combined attacks like an immovable wall. With a growl, it retaliated, its fists flying as it struck Gengar and Pikachu, sending them crashing into the walls. Lucario leaped in to block a punch but was knocked back with brutal force. The B.O.W. turned its attention back to Ash, who was struggling to push himself up off the ground. Groaning, he barely managed to lift his head before the Tyrant loomed over him. The creature clasped its hands together, raising them high above its head, ready to deliver a fatal blow.
But just as its fists were about to slam down, Ash's body suddenly emitted a bright, blue light. His eyes snapped open, glowing with an intense blue aura. In one swift motion, Ash raised his hand and caught the Tyrant's descending fists, stopping the attack mid-air. The sheer force of the impact caused the T-00 to flinch, its expressionless face showing the slightest hint of confusion.
Ash slowly stood up, his body radiating with the mysterious aura. His blue eyes burned with anger and determination as he glared at the B.O.W., now completely unfazed by its massive strength. "Not today," he growled through gritted teeth.
With a surge of power, Ash pushed the Tyrant back, forcing it to stagger. He formed a glowing sphere of energy in his free hand—a powerful Aura Sphere—and without hesitation, slammed it directly into the Tyrant's chest.
BOOM!
The explosion sent the B.O.W. flying through the alley, crashing through several buildings with an earth-shaking boom that echoed across the city.
Ash stood there, panting heavily, as the blue light around him slowly faded. His muscles ached, and he could feel the toll of the power he'd just unleashed, but for now, he was still standing. His Pokémon, battered but determined, gathered around him. Before Ash could fully catch his breath, a figure stepped out from the shadows—Four Eyes, one of the U.S.S. Delta Team operatives. She clapped slowly, a smirk curling at the corners of her lips within her half gas mask as her eyes glinted in the dim light.
"Well, well," she mused, her voice dripping with curiosity. "You're far more interesting than I expected."
Ash tensed, his eyes narrowing as Four Eyes slowly approached. He clenched his fists, unsure of her intentions but knowing he couldn't let his guard down now. "What do you want?" he asked, his voice steady despite the exhaustion weighing him down.
Four Eyes stopped a few feet away, her gaze appraising him. "Oh, nothing much. I'm just here to observe... and maybe test a little experiment on you." Her smirk deepened within her half gas mask.
