Out in the hallway, Deku kicked a trash can. "They are both so dumb!"
"They'll figure it out…I'm sure." Reiko attempted.
Deku huffed. 'He better be sorry. My sister is totally gonna shift the blame, but if he keeps up he really is gonna destroy her wings. He needs to suffer so he won't do this again!" Deku kicked again.
Reiko stared at him. "Wow…"
"Wha?" Deku was distracted by her cuteness.
Reiko blinked "I've never seen you get that mad!"
Deku muttered. "If it was you in pain I'd be even madder!"
"I….you…you would not!" Reiko said in denial.
Deku muttered, "Sure I would. Your way cuter than my sister…"
"I'm not though!" Reiko denied.
Deku blushed and fidgeted. "To me you are." He couldn't look her in the eye.
"I am?" Reiko blushed a bit.
Deku nodded. "oh yeah!" He pulled out a shiny coin. "I got this out of a grab bag at the comic store! Is it lucky?"
Reiko took it and smiled. "It will be now!"
Deku's eyes widened. "can I see?"
Reiko handed it to him. "It's got some luck…"
"No no I-I wanna see you grant luck!' Deku pleaded.
Reiko smirked and the coin glowed.
"whoa…that's so cool!" Deku started muttering and taking notes.
Reiko beamed with pride. He was taking notes over HER quirk.
Deku drew a diagram of the glowing coin.
Reiko looked over his shoulder.
Deku blushed. "how'd I do?"
"Y-you did good." Reiko smiled.
