Poke Dudes, I can not remember much from the anime and even less from the game, so I base my story on what I can find on the fan sites and get some inspiration from fellow Authors to get some of the names and facts right. Meh, we will see how far I can go with this.

We went to the computer terminal and looked for the videos of Bliss. She is a Pokeweb Celebrity! Bouncing Lemmy and Scolding Dos and Milo were the two most watched videos of the moment. Padma and Parvati kept Rado and Gya out of the eyes of the public. They prepared their grand entrance at the first Coordinator contest.

We have to speed our travel time up, there is not much time to do the Gym battle in Cerulean City before we have to be in Fushia City for the Coordinator competition.

11 Cerulean City

The next morning, when we wanted to leave, a man tapped on my shoulder, "Psst, boy, I can offer you the deal of a lifetime! I have a special Pokemon for sale, only 500 Pokedollars and it could be yours!"

I turned at the man, "A special Pokemon for 500 Pokedollars? That is cheap! What type I it"

The man looked around, and came closer, he whispered, "A Water Pokemon that evolves into a Dragon-Type, you will earn your badges in record time with him! For only 500 Pokedollars!"

I motioned the man to come outside to seal the deal. Eager, the man followed us. Once outside I asked the man, "Won't it inconvenience you to lose such a special type of Pokemon? After all, you are selling a Pokemon that you have caught personally."

The man shook his head, "It will pain me to part from it, but I will be satisfied with the thought it will help you on your Journey, young man."

I took 500 Pokedollars out of my backpack and held it in my hand, then I frowned, "Hmm, Sir? I think I already have one of those, here let me show you."

I let Dos out and patted his side, "Hey, Dos, this man is making money from selling your brothers and sisters to inexperienced trainers. If those trainers manage to let them evolve they will get one angry Gyarados. What should I do with him? He could have caused the death of some trainers already."

Padma and Parvati released Gya and Rado behind the man scaring him shit less. I took the Pokeball out of the man's hand, "Now, mister, imagine this was one of the Magikarps you sold to some clueless chap. What would happen? Poli, Hypnosis on this man."

Once he got Hypnotized, I asked the man only one question, "Are you a member of Team Rocket?"

The man shook his head, "No, I am not."

I looked at the girls, "This is a petty criminal, hardly worth spending time on him." We woke him up and stored our Pokemon, then I said, "Follow me if you don't want to see Dos again."

We went into the Pokecenter and presented him to Nurse Joy, "Nurse Joy, this man is scamming young trainers by selling Magikarp for 500 Pokedollars. Not only is that unethical but if one of those trainers succeeds in evolving one into a Gyarados, that Gyarados will go on a rampage."

Nurse Joy looked at the man, shook her head disappointed, then pointed to a door, "Get him in there, and I call Officer Jenny."

We left the Pokecenter two hours later, I commented, "Good deeds take time, we lost two hours with that small time crook."

Misty shrugged, "Hustlers like him can be found everywhere. Those are the hard lessons the Trainers need to learn from experience. That man could be lucky he met us, some angry trainer could go after him, and permanently deal with him."

Padma patted my back, "We'll catch up when we eat our lunch on the move, let's go."

The trip to Cerulean City was boring, Route 4 had some stronger Pokemon than Route 3 for beginners, the sad part is that we outgrew it. We only accepted challenges from the trainers that persisted in having a battle, it took my Geots only one move to deal with each opponent. Bliss patched them all up afterward.

The second night on the road, Daisy told us, "Those Pokeballs you gave me last time had some very strong electric Pokemon inside. Electabuzz, Magnetons and Electrodes. Gramps confiscated them all and set them to work in the power plant of the Town. He gave the Electabuzz to Gary to protect him. As compensation he will send a Happiny when you arrive in Cerulean City, he wants to have a word with you too."

Daisy got serious, "They were geared to deal with your Pokemon specifically. That means Team Rocket is after you and knows you are dangerous. Meowth did not translate everything, but through his actions, we could see those Pokemon belonged to men high up the hierarchy."

Padma was puzzled, "Why didn't they take them out when our Pidgeys gave a warning Wing Attack? They must have expected an attack after the first warning."

Daisy shrugged, "Overconfidence maybe? Thinking their Arbok was enough to deal with a Pidgey? You told me it was only one Pidgey that gave that warning attack. Taking those Electric Pokemon out of their balls would have warned you to make a run for it or call for backup. They knew I left Pewter City with you and I have Alakazam."

"Well, our Pidgeys knocked them out and took their Pokeballs," I said while I stretched out; "I don't know what happened to them afterward."

Daisy shrugged again, "And I don't care. Right now, I want to be spoiled and want to spoil my man and women."

I grinned when I scooped her up and carried her into our tent, "You are in the right place for it, love. We love to be spoiled, and girl, we love to spoil you."

We kept the camping site awake that night until Bliss had enough and used Sing.

Daisy returned home with a smile, we continued our travels, our Gyarados and Milo were exchanging moves, Dos and Milo learned Ice Fang, Gya and Rado learned Dragon Dance. It is handy having a stream next to the Route, but we are scaring the crap out of the locals, Mila and Lotic are swimming along with Milo counting the days that they can evolve.

Misty named her Feebas Tica. There are not that many names you can extract from Milotic after all. The poor thing is in love with Milo and is working her ass off to please Milo. That and Misty's extra care made her improve rapidly.

Chari and Riza learned Quick Attack from Nine and Nine learned Fire Fang from them.

Bliss tries to teach Tuffy Heal Pulse, I read on the Pokeweb that sometimes they are born with it. Meh, she can try.

Staryu, Poli, and Blazy are on Blizzard practice, Vapo however, still has an attitude problem, she is coming around but it is a slow process. The food is helping with it.

Our Pidgey got Hurricane down and are now perfecting their moves.

We got serious when two days later Cerulean came in sight. First, we let our Pokemon be checked by Nurse Joy. I contacted Professor Oak while we waited, Daisy answered the call, "Hey, Harry, Padma, Parvati, and Misty. I see you have arrived, I'll fetch Gramps, I'll be right back."

Oak appeared, and had a serious look on his face, "You are making big waves, young man, it seems I was right by sponsoring you. It also draws the attention of the wrong people to you. Daisy told me how you dealt with those grunts from Team Rocket. I hope you don't turn into a cold-blooded killer. On the way you handle Pokemon, I have hope for your future."

He smiled, "Daisy will send another Happiny to you tomorrow when you are in the Pokecenter. If you want a bit more security, I can send one of my Pokemon to guard you."

Daisy called out, "That is not necessary Grandfather, Alakazam has a marker on them. They only have to call me and I'll be there in a second. Harry, call me when you are in the Pokecenter tomorrow."

Misty led us to her home, we will be staying there.

Padma and Parvati called them out, I explained to the birds while showing a picture on my Pokedex, "This Pokemon is a Smeargle, it prefers city areas to live in, mostly in the older sections, this Pokemon is important to us, we can sell it for a lot and give them a safe home at the same time."

I showed some graffiti on a wall, "See these markings on the buildings? That is their way of marking their territories. Every time we are in a city, I want you to look out for them."

Padma asked puzzled, "What is so special about a Smeargle besides vandalizing buildings with their graffiti?"

I smiled, "They have a special Move named Sketch, that Move copies any Move it sees, and it can use it as if it is their natural Move. Now, can you tell me how TM are made?"

Misty gasped, "Of course! A TM machine removes a Move from a Pokemon, and that Pokemon has to learn that Move all over again. A Smeargle uses sketch to copy that Move and when that Move is removed, it only has to sketch it again so the source Pokemon doesn't have to learn that move again. That is a goldmine! Sylph Co will pay a fortune for a Smeargle!"

I nodded, "And who is better than to look for them? Guys, when you find one, call me and we will catch him or her. Or talk to it and make an offer. Listen, this is what I can promise it…"

A Pigo was the first to call me over, she spotted a young Smeargle that did not have a territory yet and talked it to let me do my sales pitch. I got in front of Smeargle and lowered myself to his eye level.

I smiled, "Hello Smeargle, I know that it is hard to get your own territory, all the good spots are taken by the older ones. I can make it so that you can have your own spot and never have to look for food or a mate. You have a unique talent that some people are willing to do a lot for. I can negotiate for you so that you have the best living quarters. Instead of painting walls with your marks, you can create Art, and do paintings on canvas."

Smeargle looked suspicious at me, I pointed to Pigo, "Ask her if I am telling the truth, she is not my Pokemon."

They held a long conversation, I could not follow it when they were talking among themselves. I have to work with mental images and the fact they somehow understand Human language. Pigo must have been convincing, because Smeargle nodded and faced me, "Smeargle!" she said and sent a mental picture that she agreed.

I gave her some Berries and offered a Pokeball, "Touch it and let it take you in. It will take a few days to arrange everything, I will send you to my friends in Pallet Town, there is a herd of Rapidash that is living on our land, and friends of mine are creating a Berry Farm. Or… you can stay with us."

Smeargle sent the 'stay with you' to me and touched the Pokeball. That was easier than I thought it would. I smiled at Pigo, "Tonight's dinner will be special, Pigo, you did great! See if you can find another, they are good at hiding."

Before dinner time, I convinced two more young Smeargles to join, the old ones are or too good at hiding or just refuse to listen. Anyway, I took extra care of dinner, more Berries, and different kinds of Apricorns, we stocked up on meat and vegetables and a big part went into the meal.

Misty claimed a training hall for tonight and we let all our Pokemon out. I introduced the three newcomers, "Guys and Girls! Meet our new friends! I call them Red, Yellow, and Blue, as you can see that is the color of their paint. Let's eat!"

Red, Yellow, and Blue were a bit overwhelmed, Dos, Milo, Gya, and Rado are very impressive when you see them for the first time. Soon, they settled in, babbling with our Pidgeys. Nine, Poli, and Blazy joined the conversation. Arceus knows what they are talking about.

After dinner, I explained what the plan for tomorrow was going to be, "The Gym fight tomorrow will be a hard one, Misty's sisters don't like me, so they will send a strong Pokemon out. Geots, this will be your turn to shine. We let Misty first do her battle, is that alright, Misty?"

Misty nodded, "It is, Harry."

I smiled, "Now let's have some fun with our new friends. Red, Yellow, and Blue, we are going to show some Moves, try to record it with Sketch. We have to train Sketch until you can copy that move from the first time. Pay good attention, Poli, use Water Gun on that wall, please, and do it every twenty seconds until they get it. Then Blazy do Bubble Beam, Staryu do Brine."

I looked at our Pokemon, "First we teach them Water Moves, then Ice Moves. After that, we do Fire Moves. The colors may indicate what type of Moves are easier to learn. I expect Blue will have a talent for Water Moves, Red for Fire Moves, and Yellow for Electric, although we don't have electric Pokemon to test that."

I turned to the three Smeargles and said, "I suspect you have secondary affinities too, like yellow paint mixed with blue paint will get you Green, so Grass type Moves will be easier. Mix red and yellow and you get Orange. Red and blue will get you, Violet. But that is my belief, we can only test it."

Red, Yellow, and Blue are young Pokemon, learning Moves like Tackle and Scratch are done with one example, Dragon Dance took a lot of tries to get it right. They got exhausted after they learned fifteen Moves, Bliss healed them up with Heal Pulse, then we called it a day.

Red, Yellow, and Blue were happy, up to now they only had Tackle, Tail Whip, and Quick attack copied from Rattata, with the moves they learned just now, they can bash the older Pokemon to get better territory… they don't even have to fight to get a new home!

The trainer can switch between his two Pokemon at will. The battle starts when two Pokemon are in the arena! Begin!"

Violet took out Goldeen, "Goldeen, you are up!"

Misty: Staryu, come out, Blizzard, then Confuse Ray

It is something we trained on, the surprise attack, make the first strike count and the battle is half won. Staryu came out of his Pokeball and used Blizzard on Goldeen. The Move on itself was not that effective, but it froze the water and limited Goldeen's movement. So it could not evade the Confuse Ray.

Violet did not expect that aggressiveness from her baby sister and panicked, she thought it would be a simple fight, her Goldeen kicked Staryu's butt the last three times they sparred.

Violet: Goldeen Horn Attack!

Goldeen was confused and attacked blindly, missing Staryu with inches, Staryu did not wait for an order and gave Goldeen a Rapid Spin when she passed by, slapping Goldeen out of the water, and knocking her out. A flawless victory!

Lily called it, "Goldeen is not able to battle anymore. Gymleader select your second Pokemon!"

Violet narrowed her eyes and commented, "You learned a lot, Misty, let's see if you can handle Horsey."

Violet: Horsey come out and do Dragon Breath.

Misty: Evade with Swift and Rapid Spin.

Violet: Intercept with Twister.

Misty: Bubble Beam and Tackle

Staryu's Bubbles stopped the Twister and Staryu tackled Horsey when the Twister was almost done, both taking damage, although Horsey got it worse.

Misty: Tackle and Rapid Spin

Violet: Dragon Pulse!

Staryu's Tackle came through, but the Rapid Spin was too late. Staryu got the Dragon Pulse at full force, it was too much to take and Staryu fainted. Horsey did not look good either.

Lily called out, "Staryu is no longer able to fight, trainer, select your second Pokemon!"

With a sigh, Misty recalled Staryu, "You did your best, Staryu, this was a mistake from me."

Misty: Blazy Bite!

Horsey was resistant to Water Moves, so Bite was Blazy's best shot as it was a Dark Move. Blazy rushed to Horsey and used Bite,

Violet: Horsey, Dragon Pulse again!

Misty: Finish it with another Bite!

It was too late for Horsey, the Bite did too much damage and her Dragon Pulse was reduced in strength, Blazy's second Bite won the battle.

Lily announced, "Horsey is no longer able to battle! The Match goes to Trainer Misty from Cerulean City. Congratulations."

Violet gave Misty her badge, "You changed, Misty. Not only did you grow up, you became a good trainer too, your Staryu improved a lot."

Misty nodded, "Thank you, Violet, it is all thanks to Harry and the Twins."

Lily announced my Match, "This is an official battle for the second Badge between Harry Potter and Gym leader Daisy! In a 2 vs 2, the Gym leader has to start and can not exchange Pokemon. The trainer can switch between his two Pokemon at will. The battle starts when two Pokemon are in the arena! Begin!"

Did I tell you the Bitch hates me? She does, the proof you ask? She started with a fucking Blastoise!

Bitch: Blastoise, come out!

The bitch looked smug at me, why does she take that giant turtle out for a second badge match? I glared back it was time she met my Geots.

Right Geot is the male, Left Geot is a female, that is how I keep them apart. I have to let Right Geot start the fight, it is a male thing, he has to impress her or lose her to Pigeo. That one has the two Pidgeys from Susan as fan girls, which added to his sexiness, so you have to understand the pressure Right Geot is under.

The stakes were high, he has to win or watch his bird shag Pigeo. True, he has his own cheerleaders, but losing the main girlfriend to Pigeo is not an option! Pigeo took to the sky, skilled in avoiding Water Guns he would easily avoid everything from Blastoise.

Bitch: Blastoise, shoot that bird out of the sky with Water Gun!

To motivate Right Geot, I called Left Geot out of her ball and let her sit on my shoulder. That is psychological warfare! Although now it is like telling a kid not to kick the leg of a soldier. That was until Blastoise kept on missing Geot.

If you are used to dodging four Water Guns at the same time, one is easy-peasy. Whenever Geot saw an opening, he used a Metal Wing/ Wing Attack on Blastoise's head or Tail and occasionally a Peck on his head.

Blastoise got angry when Geot did a Metal Crush on his tail and squeezed the tail in his claws. Not listening to Daisy anymore, Blastoise started to use Hydro Pump at Geot to blast him out of the sky. While Geot was evading the Hydro Pumps, he started on Hurricane and combined it with Twister.

Blastoise was too angry to retract in his shell and took the whole damage, Blastoise got sucked up in the Twister Hurricane and lifted from the floor, then he began to spin around in the twister and got ejected at full force.

Geot did not give Blastoise a chance to recuperate and attacked Blastoise's head with Air Slash and another Peck. Geot flew right up and did another Twister Hurricane before Blastoise got his wits together. When it was done, Geot did a third one with his last bit of energy. That was the final drop in the bucket, Blastoise fainted.

Geot looked at me… or he looked at left Geot, and called out, "PIDGEY!" then he started glowing and evolved. When the lights dimmed, a Pidgeotto the size of a big Pidgeot was hovering in front of me… or Left Geot. "Pidgeotto!"

I chuckled at Left Geot, "That man of yours is mighty impressive, why don't you take the next one and show him you are awesome too? Right Geot, stand beside me and watch your girl in action."

Lily came back to her senses, "Blastoise is unable to fight anymore, Gym Leader pick your second Pokemon."

The bitch had a complicated expression on her face, her Blastoise was creamed by a Pidgey! That horny bastard did not say a word during that battle! She made a decision…

Bitch: "Lapras, come out!

Me: Left Geot, don't kill it.

Bitch: Lapras, Ice Beam!

Geot started her aerial dance, evading all the Ice Beams and retaliating with Air Slash and Metal Wing/ Wing Attack on the soft parts of Lapras. Well, it is easier to hit an elephant with a bullet than a Hummingbird, or in this world, a Snorlax and a Pidgey. To impress her hubby, she too did the Twister Hurricane combo, she only needed to do it twice to let Lapras pass out.

Left Geot hoovered in front of Right Geot, "Pidgey!" and evolved too. "Pidgeotto!"

The Bitch was stunned, her Lapras was knocked out by a tiny bird! No matter what she commanded, that shitty bird evaded it all!

Lilly announced the winner of the match, "Lapras is not able to fight, the winner of this battle is Harry Potter."

Bitch handed me my well-earned Badge, I softly said, "If the League ask why you used two strong Pokemon on a second Badge fight, tell them I asked for it, or you will get in trouble."

The Bitch sighed, "I underestimated you, Harry Potter. Misty chose well. We won't stand in your way. Those are the biggest Pidgeottos I ever saw."

I smiled at her, "Thank you, miss, our motto is Work Hard, Play Hard. The fight pushed Left and Right Geot to evolve, that is always an awesome sight to see."

Our unofficial motto is Work Hard Fuck Harder, but this is recorded and kids are watching it. Brock's comments on our fight were bleeped out and he got a warning to watch his language.

The girls admired my Geots, Misty said, "Harry, they are as big or bigger than Pidgeots!"

I patted Right Geot, "And soon we will be flying together."
