Chapter 1527 Tournament of Strenght

It was time for the tournament as many came to see it, Erza was gettig ready as she checks her gear inside a locker room.
"It's time to go." She smiles.
Erza goes out and she saw Meiko waiting.
"You ready girl?" Meiko said.
"Yes." She nodded. "I will be going out to face my opponent."
"Well good luck out there." Meiko said.
Erza goes forward and enters the arena, there was her opponent a man known as Mohammad Alai Jr.
"The first match will be Erza Scarlet vs Mohammad Alai Jr!"
"So they're letting more girls enter, well this should be interesting." Alai said.
Erza stares at him and she noticed her father watching from the seats, she smiles before turning serious.
At a seat Yujiro watches and he smirks. "Well let's see how your daughter does against this guy Alex."
Baki and Retsu watched from they're sides.
"Alai, I haven't seen him for a while." Baki said.
"Well let's see how good he's gotten." Retsu said.
The matxh started and Alai throws a jab that was fast for a normal person, but Erza blocks it with one arm.
Alai got surprised before she punches him in the face with her own jab. Alai got pushed back and attacks many times but she raises her arms and dodges many times while moving around.
"That's a boxing style." Retsu said.
"It seems she's using that to face Alai, her is more of a out-boxer." Baki said.
Erza dodges many of the attacks making Alai miss many times, the out-boxer moves out of the opponent's range and striking them with fast attacks. Erza throws many punches on the side making Alai grunt.
'She's good. I better defeat her quick.'
He charges forward and stomps down making Erza look, he uses Eartl Logic, which by strongly kicking the ground they make they're punch more powerful with the force. He throws a powerful punch making Erza block it with her arms.
She got sent up but Erza rolls into a ball position spinning before she landed on her feet.
"Good recovery." Alex said.
"Your quite nimble, but it will take more than that to defeat me." Alai said.
She smirks. "Oh really." Erza goes into the stance of the Hokuto Shinken.
"That's her father's style." Baki said.
"Could she have learned to master it?" Retsu said.
Alai felt her power rising and he got nervous, he charges at her and jumps up doing a flying punch.
She then jumps up and performs a flying kick to strike too as they pass by each other. "Hokuto Hiei Ken!"
They landed on the ground with a silence there but then Alai grunted as he fell down defeated.
"The winner is Erza!"
She cracks her neck and goes forward with Alex nodding since Erza managed to defeat her opponent.
"Well..." He saw Oliva sitting next to him. "It seems your girl is pretty good. Baki fought Alai and won. I wonder if your and Ogre's kid will fight."
"We'll have to see the results, since they're in different groups." Alex said.
"If it happens it will be a very exciting match." Oliva grins. "Oh but I heard Baki's brother is in her group."
Alex looks at him. "Really?"
"Yes, so let's see if she can beat him." Oliva said.
The next match had Cosmo fight a feral guy but he dodges his strikes and puts him in a triangle choke.
"Well too bad for you." Cosmo smiles.
He kept the pressure before he passes out, Cosmo got off and stood up.
"The winner is Cosmo."
"So he's a grappler." Retsu said.
"He's very skilled." Baki said.
Watching the matches as a man called Kaku, a old man wearing shades.
"Hmm, it seems these new kids are very good." Kaku said.
He saw the power of Alex and he was amazed someone managed to match Ogre, someone that can match his power and combine martial arts is a amazing for someone.
"But this Erza Scarlet, she's the daughter of the Berserker, she has a potential inside of her to reach her own father's level." Kaku said.
Kaku has been watching Erza and her fighting style that she learned from her father has elements of chinest styles. So he's curious about the unique style this family has.
Erza goes down a hallway and she through a phone Meiko fighting against a big muscular man. The guy tries to hit him but she appears behind him and in slow motion she striked him in his pressure points causing the guy to fall down.
"I expected as such." Erza smiles.
She looks up and got surprised, she saw Yujiro leaning against a wall looking at her.
"Well we finally meet face to face... Erza." He said.
Erza narrows her eyes. "Your the one that fought father."
"Yes, I was curious about your strenght. You did alright against that other guy, I wonder how strong you are compared to Alex." Yujiro said.
She stares at him and his eyes seem to glow as he stares down at her.
"If you think you can scare me, you'll have to do better than that." Erza said.
He chuckles. "I see, well Erza you better make sure you get to the end. I wonder how you'll fair against Baki."
"You want me to fight your own son." Erza said.
"Of course, that will truly make a better test of your strenght and skill." Yujiro said. "I can tell you have Alex skills."
Erza frowns. "I don't have the demon back but I have my father's other abilities."
"Oh that one. But just because you don't have it now doesn't mean you won't. Compare to my other failure of a son, you have more potential in having it." Yujiro said.
He then leaves and she looks at him as he went away. She can tell he's curious about how much stronger she is compared to everyone else so Yujiro wants her to fight Baki.
'He considers his other son a failure. But could I really get it?' She touches her own back.
Baki and Retsu did they're own fights and they moved forward through the brackets as many wonder who will fight next.
Alex goes out and many looked at him with a worried since he's the one that fought Yujiro to a stand still.
He was facing against Kaioh Son who lifts his hands showing rings, he puts pressure as the rings on his fingers break from it.
"I will test my strenght against you." Son said.
The match started and he charges at Alex who jabs him in the throat. Son grunted as he stands there, then he falls down defeated.
The crowd got surprised to see that.
"Not even a second."
"He just did one blow."
Yujiro chuckles seeing that. "Well it seems Alex didn't want to waste his time with the weaklings."
He would have done the same so he can get to the best ones.
"The winner is Alex!"
Alex goes forward as some carried Son away, theres still many others fights to go on and theres more matches to go before the real ones can start.
'We'll have to keep on going.'
He then noticed a small figure wearing a black cloak watching him curious to who's watching them. The the figure goes off and Alex wonders who that is.
'Who's that?'
Alex will wonder about that later since he still needs to go. As the tournament will continue.
Note: Erza tested her strenght against a Baki fighter, the characters passed forward as more fighters will come to test them out.
