Chapter 17
To be forewarned
Back in the dark realm of Titania, Emperor Mordred seethed with rage upon learning of the Rangers' newfound power.
Khaos, battered and bruised, stood before his emperor. "Inexus, the temple guardian, intervened. The Rangers now possess the Keystone Morphers and The Trident."
Mordred's face twisted in fury. "Hel will not be pleased."
Xanax, Hel's right-hand warrior, appeared beside Khaos. "The goddess demands an audience, Emperor."
Mordred's expression darkened. "Summon the dark lords. We must reassess our strategy."
In the underworld, Hel's throne room trembled with the goddess's wrath. "Mordred's incompetence is staggering," she spat.
Xanax stood before her, unwavering. "The Rangers' power grows, but we can still crush them."
Hel's gaze pierced the shadows. "I will not be denied. Prepare our armies for war."
Meanwhile, in the Sanctum, Moira gathered the Rangers around her. "Now that you possess the Keystone Morphers, you must understand the risks."
Jason's eyes narrowed. "What risks?"
Moira's expression turned grave. "The Morphers' power comes with a price. You must learn to wield it wisely."
Hestia's gentle voice added, "And be prepared for the consequences of your newfound abilities."
The Rangers exchanged uneasy glances, sensing the weight of their responsibilities.
In the underworld, Hel's voice echoed through the dark halls. "The solstice approaches, and the gods will be weakened. Our chance to strike has arrived."
Mordred's eyes gleamed with ambition. "The Olympian Famed Bowl of Fire will be ours."
Hel's gaze settled on Xanax and Khaos. "You two will lead the joint armies. Khaos, this is your chance to redeem yourself."
Khaos's face twisted in determination. "I will not fail again, goddess."
Xanax nodded curtly. "The Bowl will be ours."
Meanwhile, in the Sanctum, Moira's sudden scream shattered the calm. She crumpled to the ground, her eyes wide with terror.
Hestia rushed to her side. "Moira, what's wrong?"
Moira's breath came in ragged gasps. "A vision... the gods... in danger..."
The Rangers exchanged worried glances.
Jason helped Moira sit up. "What happened?"
Moira's voice trembled. "I saw the Bowl of Fire, and the gods' power dwindling. We must warn Olympus."
Hestia nodded. "We'll establish a connection immediately."
With Hestia's guidance, the Sanctum's ancient artifacts hummed to life. A shimmering portal materialized, linking the Sanctum to Olympus.
Moira's eyes locked onto the portal. "Athena... Ares... we must reach them."
The Rangers stood vigilant, sensing the gravity of the situation.
As the connection stabilized, Athena's concerned face appeared within the portal. "Moira, what's amiss?"
Moira's voice poured out in urgency. "The solstice... Hel and Mordred's plan... they'll steal the Bowl of Fire."
Athena's expression turned grave. "We'll assemble the gods. Prepare the Rangers for battle."
The Sanctum fell silent, the weight of the impending war settling upon its occupants.
Moira's eyes burned with intensity as she turned to the Rangers. "If Hel and Mordred claim the Bowl of Fire, they'll be one step closer to Ragnarok. The Trident's loss won't hinder them."
Jason's grip on his Morpher tightened. "We can't let that happen."
Emily's voice was resolute. "We'll defend the gods and the world."
Hestia's gentle face hardened. "Prepare yourselves, Rangers. This will be the battle of your lives."
Chris, now wielding the White Keystone Morpher, stood tall. "We're ready, Hestia."
Sofia's eyes flashed with determination. "We've come too far to fail."
Matt's voice was steady. "We'll protect the Bowl and Olympus."
Hestia's gaze swept across the Rangers. "Athena will mobilize the gods. You must work together to defend the realm."
Moira's voice added gravity to Hestia's words. "Ragnarok's consequences would be catastrophic. Worlds will collide, and the fabric of reality will unravel."
The Rangers exchanged solemn glances, understanding the stakes.
With a deep breath, Hestia began to outline their strategy. "Athena will lead the gods' defense. You, Rangers, will infiltrate Hel's and Mordred's armies, gathering intel and disrupting their plans."
The battle plan unfolded, and the Rangers listened intently, their minds racing with tactics and strategies.
As they prepared for the impending war, the Sanctum's atmosphere thickened with anticipation. The fate of the world hung in the balance.
