Tai Lung was my favorite villain but I wanted him to redeem myself, make amends with Shifu and goes back to the Valley Of Peace.
Chapter 2: Apologizes
Tai Lung and Shifu are mediating at the Peach Tree of Heavenly Wisdom.
"Inner Peace, Inner Peace, Inner Peace, Inner Peace, Inner Peace." Shifu and Tai Lung said.
"Oh Tai Lung, it's so good to have you back son. How did you come back to life?" Master Shifu asked.
"Well the chameleon brought me back to life, then she locked me in a cage. I wanted to stop her but I couldn't." Tai Lung said sadly.
"You tried to become a hero again I see." Master Shifu said.
"Yes that would be my only chance to make you proud." Tai Lung said.
"I was always proud of you." Master Shifu said.
"You will always be my father." Tai Lung said.
"You will always be my son." Master Shifu said.
"Can we meet the Furious Five, I owe them an apology." Tai Lung said.
"Okay son, let's go." Master Shifu said.
Back at the Jade Palace, Po and Zhen was talking to each other. The Furious Five arrived and they are back from their own missions.
"Hey guys." Po greeted the Furious Five.
"Hey Po." Tigress, Crane, Viper, Monkey, and Mantis.
"Who is that fox?" Tigress asked him.
"Oh this Zhen. She helped me defeat the chameleon and she is the new Dragon Warrior and I am the Spiritual Leader Of The Valley Of Peace. Zhen this is my friends the Furious Five Tigress, Monkey, Viper, Mantis, and Crane."
Zhen shakes the Furious Five hands but she went to every person at a time.
"Guys, how was your missions?" Po asked his friends.
"My mission went brilliant." Tigress answered.
"My mission was easy." Monkey said.
"My mission was good." Viper said.
"My mission was went well." Crane said.
"My mission was a success." Mantis said.
"Cool the mission me and Zhen went to was Juniper City to stop the chameleon." Po said.
"Cool but where is Master Shifu?" Viper asked Po.
"Well he is." Po is about to respond until he sees Master Shifu and Tai Lung.
"Welcome back students, I see your missions went well." Master Shifu said. The Furious Five turned back and they are shocked to see Tai Lung.
"Tai Lung you are alive." Crane said.
"What is he doing here?" Tigress asked Shifu.
"He plans to finish us all." Mantis said in anger.
"No he is not bad anymore, he changed. He made amends with me and I forgive him." Master Shifu explained to his students.
"It's true guys. After I was defeated by Po, I realized the error of my ways and I did a lot of thinking. While I was in the Spirit Realm, Oogway taught me to control my anger and found inner peace. I found inner peace thanks to Oogway. He was the best teacher in the Spirit Realm. I want a second chance and come to the Valley Of Peace. If you give me one more chance." Tai Lung said.
"If Po and Shifu are giving you a second chance, so can we." Viper said.
"Agreed." Tigress, Crane, Mantis, and Monkey.
"We should have a ceremony about the new Dragon Warrior and Tai Lung changed and return to the Valley." Master Shifu said.
"We should but there is one problem. The people of the Valley still remember Tai Lung damage, they will be in panic mode to see him again." Tigress said.
"You're right Tigress but we have to try." Master Shifu said.
At the Palace Arena all the citizens of the Valley Of Peace and the pandas have all gathered. Master Shifu begins his speech.
"Greetings everyone, I gathered you all today. We all know Po as the Dragon Warrior but he is no longer the Dragon Warrior and he is the Spiritual Leader Of The Valley Of Peace." Master Shifu announced.
All the crowd cheered. Po took a bow.
"That's our son." Mr. Ping and Li Shan said in excitement.
"The new Dragon Warrior is Zhen the fox." Master Shifu said.
"Hey guys, what's up?" Zhen told everyone and the crowd cheered.
"Now guys, there is someone who you haven't seen in a long time. He is finally home. He have a speech, and let's be nice to him, and listen what he have to say." Master Shifu said.
Tai Lung stepped out of the temple door to the shock and gasps of the audience.
"I know what this looks like." Master Shifu told everyone. "But let me explain, the malicious monster that you guys once knew is no longer a villain. Tai Lung has changed and he is no longer the cold-hearted person he used to be."
The audience calmed down but still afraid of Tai Lung.
"Tai Lung is about to start his speech." Po whispered.
"Look everyone, I know I've done all of you wrong." Tai Lung told them. "I took my anger out on you guys and I really regretted it. While I was in the Spirit Realm, Oogway taught me a very important lesson, he taught that never take my anger out on other people. I found inner peace. Back at Juniper City when the Chameleon brought me back to life, Po showed me that he was the true Dragon Warrior and I respected him. Po took me home and he is a good friend. I am sorry for all the crimes I did against the Valley Of Peace and that was the only way to make it up to you all. I know you guys don't forgive me right away but I will do anything to earn y'all trust again."
Tai Lung bowed to the audience. Everyone began to clap slowly, still they are having a hard time trusting him. Tai Lung leaves the stage.
"Good job Tai Lung." Master Shifu said.
"Thank you father." Tai Lung said.
"You're welcome." Master Shifu said.
After the ceremony, Tai Lung and Master Shifu went to Mr. Ping's Noodle Shop.
"It's time for lunch." Master Shifu said.
"Yeah." Tai Lung.
Tai Lung and Master Shifu went to Mr. Ping.
"Hello Tai Lung and Master Shifu, how can me and Li take your order?" Mr. Ping asked them.
"I would like noodles. What do you want Tai Lung?" Master Shifu asked his son.
"I would like dumplings." Tai Lung said.
"Coming right up." Li Shan said.
Mr. Ping give Master Shifu noodles and Li Shan gave Tai Lung noodles.
"Thank you." Master Shifu and Tai Lung thanked them.
"You're welcome." Mr. Ping and Li Shan.
Tai Lung and Master Shifu found a table to sit at and eat. They are having father and son bonding. Later at night Master Shifu and Tai Lung sitting at Master Garden in front of Master Oogway statue.
"Tai Lung, it's was so nice having fun with you." Master Shifu said.
"Yeah after all these years I was in the Spirit Realm. I did miss you." Tai Lung admitted.
"I miss you too." Master Shifu said.
"I am no longer evil. I hope the villagers will forgive me one day." Tai Lung said.
"They will but it will take time." Master Shifu said.
"Yes it will." Tai Lung said.
"Tai Lung, I am going to bed, see you tomorrow morning." Master Shifu said.
"Okay goodnight." Tai Lung said. Master Shifu heads to the Student barracks to get some sleep.
Tai Lung look at Master Oogway statue. Tai Lung bows to Master Oogway statue. "Thank you Oogway for helping change my ways and giving me a second chance to live in the Valley Of Peace. I made amends with Shifu and the others." Tai Lung said.
Author's Note: Tai Lung and Shifu is father and son again. That's what I wanted in Kung Fu Panda 4 but I still wish we got the happy ending for Tai Lung and Shifu to reunite. If I did a movie like Kung Fu Panda 4, I Will have a villain change of heart by helping the heroes defeat the main villain. If I do a movie happy ending, should the villain go back to the real life world and make amends or go back to the Spirit Realm? Comment on what you think?
