A/N: I LIVE! Well kinda, sorry for the long wait but I had some personal obligations to attend to but now that I've taken care of it, I can go back to regular post. Anyways had a Question asked that Kaiser with his shirt off is dangerous for girls especially for those who can't be honest with their feeling... like a certain Half Breed Ice Oni who would go into Tsun-Tsun Overdrive to deny it. I wanted Kaiser to have that Toji Fushigoro Frame where he would have wide and strong upper body and slim lower half as to me that is the perfect body type for both Power and Agility that works with Kaiser's fighting style. Strike fast and Strike Hard as I want him to have a Aggressive and Wild style of combat that can move fast with power behind his blows.

...Also have you seen the thirst trap for that Toji Bod? Chicks go feral over it.

Anyways this chapter will be an a slow one but informative one.

Chapter 19

If you can't beat'em then... tell'em to piss off

***The Next Day***

Kaiser was waiting in front of his home in a short-sleeve red flannel shirt with dark blue boot-cut jeans and brown leather boots. His mother, Shiranui, nagged at him to be dressed and be ready for Rin to pick him up for his first day with the Task Force, as he would be given a tour of the facility. Kaiser was waiting at the front door of the Mizuki Mansion, waiting for his former combat teacher and handler to pick him up. The sound of a car's engine could be heard as it pulled up in front of the mansion as Rin arrived as she got out of her car and was standing in front of a cherry red Missan Silvia S13 200SX that had a vanity plate that read: "AIMS." She looked around, trying to see if her young charge was near. She was wearing a loose-fitting white shirt with a low v-cut that exposed her rather large breast with her black bra and a short black pencil skirt with black pantyhose along with her black high-heeled shoes. Her right foot was tapping, and her arms were crossed as she was waiting for a certain someone.

"Hey, are you ready, Kai-kun?" Rin asked him as she got out of the driver's side of her

"Yeah, Teach. I'm good to go; come on, let's go." Kaiser replied as he got into the passenger's seat.

As she was thinking, Rin was wondering if Kaiser would be alright with the other members of the Task Force and was worried that he would have difficulty fitting as he did with Gosha Academy, but she remembered that certain Young Clan Head was there to help him get adjusted.

The drive was long as the young Taimanin was staring out the car door window, thinking how much has changed in the past few days. Kaiser didn't like change that he couldn't control, and even less so when he was at the whims of others who weren't his family or friends. As his thoughts wandered, Rin decided to make small talk with him.

So, Kai-kun, how are you doing so far? You settling in okay?" She asked him.

"Yeah...guess. I mean the fact that I am being targeted by a douchebag vampire and that I am gonna be treated as a dog for the government. Yeah, aside from that, everything is peachy," he responded.

"You know your mother told me that you would get like this when you were assigned to me as your handler, Kai-kun. So try and get used to the new situation and think of it from a more positive perspective. It's only for a while, and who knows... you might like it and make a few new friends." Rin said.

"Yeah, yeah, whatever. Let's just get there." Kaiser grumbled as he felt he was being treated as a child being taken to his first day to school.

Rin looked at him and saw his expression was unchanged, as she realized that this is who Kaiser was—a boy who despises being controlled by others and someone trying to find his place in the world. Rin sighed in frustration as she knew this would happen as she was now his handler and was responsible for him.

"Fine. I know that you are not used to being around other people and you have problems with authority, but just try and do your best to get along with others. Not everyone sees you as an Outsider." Rin said reassuringly, as she wanted to help her charge feel like he was one of them, even if the majority did not accept him.

"Fine, Teach... I will try, but I make no promises." He responded.

"That's all I ask Kai-kun." She responded.

As the two continued their journey in silence, Kaiser thought of what he was going to face at the Task Force Headquarters as well as who he was going to meet there. He knew that the Task Force had a very impressive reputation as Japan's Elite Unit, but the exact nature of their mission was unknown to him. He also wondered how the others would treat him. After all, he was the infamous 'Mad Dog of Ruin' and the subject of many rumors that didn't do him any favors.

They both arrived at the Headquarters as Rin parked her car outside. She and Kaiser made their way to the front entrance as they saw Kotaro and Commander Asagi waiting for them.

The introduction tour was short, and Kaiser was looking around the base and getting a feel for what kind of people he would be working with. As he was walking around the base with Kotaro and Asagi, he saw a lot of different women around the base, which was mostly staffed by females. Some were clearly Taimanin; others were civilian contractors that the government used for various tasks.

Kaiser even saw a woman who looked like she was from the U.S.F. army, another one who was clearly an ex-yakuza, and a third who looked like a foreign spy. They were all wearing the same uniform, and he wondered if the entire Taimanin Task Force group was made up of women.

"Hey One-Eye... is it me or are there a lot more women than men here?" Kaiser whispered to Kotaro as they walked around the base.

"It's not just you... the ratio of male Taimanin is about 1:3. There are male Taimanin, but they are mostly held back by the training. A lot of them never make it through the training, and only a select few pass and become actual Taimanin." Kotaro explained.

"What? There are hardly any male Taimanin at all." Kaiser asks incredulously.

"Yeah. There are plenty of males that would want to become apart of the Taimanin Task Force, but only a small percentage succeed. You are one of the lucky ones."

"Damn... and I thought the training was the hard part, but it's been nothing compared to the discrimination here." Kaiser commented as they passed to women who looked at the two males and giggled as they walked by.

"Yeah, you're not wrong, but the women are just as strong and useful as the men; in fact, we have been seeing a steady decrease in men applying for training and missions as time goes by, so the ratio of men to women is about a bit... skewed, as far as I can remember. You have already seen that we have a few males who are part of the group and are serving their purpose here."

"Hmph...a bunch of lazy asses need more training. Well, whatever it is doesn't matter to me so long as they stay out of my way." Kaiser said, crossing his arms.

"I wouldn't worry; you should know that we have no problem keeping our own in line. No one will get in your way, and if they do, they will answer to me and Lady Asagi. You will be working with your fellow Taimanin's whether you like it or not, and I am sure you will have no problems with the women as long as they and you behave yourselves." Kotaro said.

"Hmmm..."

"You know if you would stop being so surly and maybe show some gratitude, it might make your time a bit easier here." Kotaro added that he knew Kaiser was mostly a solo act, but now that he had a team to work with, he had to learn how to work well with others.

Kaiser was still not thrilled by the idea of working with a team at all.

"Gratitude? I don't need to be grateful for anything since it was either this or house arrest; I can handle myself fine, and if anyone gets in my way, well, that's their problem." Kaiser grumbled.

Kotaro looked at him and sighed. "That is true for you, but you know, you can't just fight every single demon that appears; you will have to learn to rely on your comrades and not try to do everything on your own."

"Yeah... well, I have yet to meet a demon I haven't been able to kill." Kaiser said arrogantly as he walked with his new team.

As the duo arrived at the debriefing room, it was there that Kaiser met with a man who would have a large impact on his life.

An elderly man with white hair and a beard wearing a suit was standing at the podium with a large television screen behind him as Kaiser saw other squads and contractors take their seats, ready for the debriefing to begin.

"Hello everyone, it is good to see you all again. I am sure most of you are here because you have heard about the new missions we have been tasked with by the government. Each of these new missions is of great importance. Recently there has been a spike in demon activity in Japan, so the Japanese government has called us in to investigate the situation all around."

"For some this is business as usual, but for others this will be our first meeting, so allow me to introduce myself. My name is Nobushige Yamamoto, and I am a liaison for the Taimanin on behalf of the Japanese Government as part of Section Three. Most mission approvals and authorizations will go through me and Commander Igawa. I understand for some taking orders or having an... Outsiders like myself involved with the secretive Taimanin Clans are unwelcome, but know this: We are on the same side, and the Taimanin are not the only ones fighting against the demons of the Dark World." The man was a strict and no-nonsense kind of guy, but he also had a way with words that made others trust him.

"From here on out, we will all be working together and depending on each other. So let us work together for the safety of Japan and all of humanity." As the elderly man was giving his speech, Kaiser just looked at him and then took his seat.

'I don't care what he says or thinks; I still can't trust them.' Kaiser thought as the others were getting up and applauding the old man. Kaiser never liked the government or authority, but he understood the purpose of having order and laws, even if he disagreed with them. Kaiser remembers from past experience that the corruption of power can turn even the most noble of men into selfish despots who only seek to control others to their will.

"Whatever... Hey One Eye, are we done here?"

Kotaro sighed as he knew Kaiser was going to be a handful when he first met him and tried to get him to join his Independent Rangers Squad, but his hope was that Kaiser's strength and power outweighed any of the negative drawbacks the young man had.

"Yes, we are done here. I'll call you when we are briefed on the new mission; until then, you are free to do whatever you want." Kotaro said as the other members were heading back to their work, Kaiser got up and headed outside of the room, passing by the elderly man on the way.

"Hold it, you there! I think I recognize you... You were that boy that caused a disturbance in Tokyo about 2 years ago. Kaiser Wrath, I believe your name was." Yamamoto said as he stopped Kaiser from heading out.

"Yeah, it is, and who is asking?" Kaiser replied and just pushed the man aside and kept walking.

"Your attitude is as bad as the rumors. If you ever plan on becoming a productive member of society, you'll need to learn some manners and self-discipline." As soon as Yamamoto said those words, Kaiser stopped in his tracks.

"Self-discipline, you say...Hmph...I see," Kaiser said and turned around. "Sir, Imma be frank with ya, have no respect for this place or these people. To me, this is just a means to an end for me."

"And what would those ends be, boy?"

"To kill demons and nothing else." Kaiser said with his eye's locking on to Yamamoto's own as he gave him his most feral grin, trying to have the old man write him off as a lost cause.

"Is that so? Well, I think it is obvious to see that you are more than what the rumors say about you... I see a strong young man with an unshakable sense of duty to protect others. You would be an excellent leader to the other Taimanin; you have the talent and character."

Kaiser had a look of shock as his best impression of a bloodthirsty killer was seen through from this old man, who almost reminded him of...

"Don't give me that. Look at me; I don't have the talent to lead anyone. I can't even lead myself. After all, I'm just a 'Mad Dog' like everyone claims."

"You're wrong, young man. You have all the qualities and all the strength needed to lead others, to have something that most leaders lack—you have honor. You just need to learn how to control yourself and your emotions."

Yamamoto was able to see through Kaiser as the young man was silent, thinking over the words that were being spoken to him as the way he talked to Kaiser reminded him of his late adopted father, Kenichi. Yamamoto saw the potential in Kaiser that no others but a few have seen before, as the old man saw something more than a 'Mad Dog' or a weapon to be used by others.

"I knew your father very well. Kenichi was a good man and a... good friend."

"You... knew my father?"

"Yes. We met during our younger days during the Taiwan Crisis conflict. He was one of my best friends and saved my life more times than I could count."

"So you fought with my old man back in the day?"

"Yes, it was during that conflict that he earned his nickname, The Rumbling Thunder Horse."

"I see, so my dad... what was he like in his youth?" Kaiser asked with curiosity, as his adopted father never really talked about his past too much when he was still alive.

"Well, Kenichi was... hmm, how do I put it? Kenichi was idealistic and quite childish, as he never took anything seriously, but he could never shy away from doing the right thing, as he never turned a blind eye to those suffering around him, even if it meant his death." Yamamoto said with clarity as he recalled his youth fighting beside his old friend.

"So dad was... a joker? That is kind of interesting to hear about my old man." Kaiser said with a smile as he found it hard to imagine that the most patient and wisest man he had ever known was a bit of a class clown. It made Kaiser feel a deeper connection with Kenichi, as he wanted to know about his adoptive father's youth.

"I know that Kenichi would want you to try and think about those things when you take on a leadership role. The path to greatness is not an easy one, but I know that you have the strength to make it through."

"You're giving me a headache, sir... and besides, I am not interested in taking any leadership position... I doubt anyone would want to follow a failure like me... which is why I will live my own way as I see fit."

"Ha! That is something your father would say before he met your mother, Shiranui... but I know that your father would have been proud of you regardless of the path you took so long as you followed it with your heart."

"...Really? You think that my dad would be proud of a son who is considered a disgrace?"

"Yes. I know so because if Kenichi was here... would've done the same things for your mother as you did. Kenichi was proud to have a son like you... he would always tell me that."

"Thanks, old man... for sharing those memories with me. It was an interesting chat, and I would have liked to have talked more about my father, but... I just wish he was still here." Kaiser said as a sad look crossed his face.

"Don't think such things. I have no doubt that Kenichi would have loved to see his son grow into such a fine young man. So do not mourn his passing, as he would've wanted you to be...strong and kind to others."

"Thank you for that, sir. But there I have to go and prepare for tomorrow... maybe we talk more later."

"Ah yes. You will be taking on the next stage of your training and life."

"Yeah."

"If you ever need help or advice, don't hesitate to come see me. I might not be the best of examples like Kenichi was, but I can assist you a bit little here in the Task Force."

"I would like that. I will try and keep that in mind. Thank you once again for everything, sir."

"Good luck out there, Kaiser."

"Sir, one more thing before I go." Kaiser asked hesitantly. "Um...the mission that my mother was sent on...the one that led to her being captured and tortured...did you know scumbags who had anything to do with it?"

Yamamoto gave Kaiser a hesitant glance but responded honestly, "No, Section Three had no knowledge about your mother's mission or who gave it as it was scrubbed from the records, but... we do know it was someone high ranking in the Japanese government."

"... I see." Kaiser said with a nod.

"You have to understand that the politics and world of the government can be a confusing place. Not everyone is who they seem to be, and words to them can be twisted to mean anything. If you want to truly make a difference in the world, then you have to be patient and careful; let your opponents make the first, and then strike when you have the chance to. Only then will you know when you are in the presence of true evil."

"Yes sir. I will take all of this to heart and use it as guidance." Kaiser took Yamamoto's words to heart as he left thinking about what he and the man discussed.

Yamamoto watched the growing distance of Kaiser's back as the young man left the T.T.F. base as he was reminded of his old friend Kenichi. "I'll promise to look after him, old friend. It's the least I can do for you."

***Back at Gosha Village***

Kaiser was walking through town with a can of ice coffee as he was minding his own business as he knew that he was being watched. He was just looking around the area when he noticed that many of the shopkeepers and the women were giving him glances. Kaiser knew that they all probably received orders to keep an eye on him since he was still technically under surveillance due to his current circumstances since his handler, Rin, wasn't around. It annoyed Kaiser, as he felt he was being isolated and singled out rather than being treated as one of them. Asagi's safeguards and protection were suffocating and overbearing, even more so than what his mother would do for him.

"Hey there, cutie."

A young woman with pink short hair and blue eyes approached Kaiser with a very flattering jersey and sweats outfit as she walked up to him.

"Huh?" Kaiser said as he was completely confused as to why she was approaching him.

"Hey there. Hmmm... Yeah, you'll do. Hey, why don't you come and hang out with me at my place? I think you'll like it there, cutie." The woman asked as she giggled at Kaiser's confused expression.

"Uhhh...I don't think I should..." Kaiser said as he felt like he was a piece of meat in from of a hunger she-wolf.

Before Kaiser could answer back, another voice from behind interrupted him.

"Sorry, Kozuki-san, but he has other plans today." Rinko interjected, as she had a jealous look on her face.

"Oh... I see that Rinko-chan has got ya by the balls. That's a shame; oh well, if your around, come by and visit Izakaya Sana, where the drinks are as strong as the food... and women." The woman said before she turned to leave.

"What the hell was that all about?" Kaiser said with a confused look on his face.

"You have no idea how many girls are constantly trying to ask you out and get to know you." Rinko said as she sighed.

"Why would they want to do that?"

"Because you're good-looking, you're strong, and you have an aura about you that makes girls want to be taken care of by you, not to mention that they recently heard you joined the Taimanin Task Force, so obviously they would try to get close to you to earn points with Lady Asagi."

"Ehh? Are you joking, Rin-Rin? I'm Kaiser Wrath, the 'Mad Dog of Ruin', 'Disgrace of the Mizuki', and an Outsider to the Taimanin. What woman aside from you would want a guy like me...I'm hot-tempered, stubborn, and always ill at ease... I'm surprised that someone like you would even have feelings for someone like me...I would have thought that you would prefer a more proper or more mature guy."

"Don't be silly, Kai-kun. You're not that bad."

"Rin-Rin..."

"I know you better than that, Kai-kun."

"(sighi) I'm sorry, I just think I'm not good enough for you sometimes. Your Rinko Akiyama, the Master of the Akiyama's Itto Sword style, Stand-In Matriarch of the Akiyama Clan, one of the Ace's of the Next Generation, and your also the girl that everyone wants but can't have...and I'm just...well, I ain't no gold star, that's for sure."

"Kaiser..."

"It's true that I'm not the best guy you could have as a boyfriend... but I will do everything I can to protect you and make you happy."

In that moment, Rinko's face turned red as she heard her childhood crush proclaim such things to her even if they were in public, as she lost herself in Kaiser's emerald eyes as their faces inch closer and closer.

"Kai..."

"Rin-Rin..."

As the secret couple stood there, another voice made its presence as Rinko's younger brother Tatsuro ruined the moment.

"Senpai! Oh wait, I mean, Shisho. I'm glad to see you in good health after I heard you got attacked. I knew you'd be okay since you're the Strongest Taimanin in the village. I am ready to start training whenever you are ready."

The secret couple separated quickly as Kaiser sighs while he gritted his teeth as Rinko giggled at her younger brother's antics.

"Yeah, yeah, yeah, I know... (sigh) Alright, Runt, first we are going to train your body so that it gets stronger. If the so-called strongest ever is going to teach you how to kick ass, then you need to work hard on your foundation."

"Yes, Shisho!"

"Also, you can call me Kai or even Aniki if you want."

"Hai Aniki!"

"You really are a big fan, aren't you? Don't worry. I'll train you so that you can be the greatest ass kicking bad ass after yours truly. I just have some strict rules for you to follow."

"Rules? Tatsurou asked as he tilted his head to the side.

Yeah, just some rules that I want you to follow if I am gonna train you."

"I'm ready, Big Bro!"

"Alright then, Rule Number #1: No Heroics. You are weak, and that's a fact, so you have nothing to prove to me, your sister, or anyone because that's gonna get you killed. That's going to change, but it'll be a slow process. So you need to do what I say and when I say it. Is that understood?"

"Yes, Aniki."

"Good. Rule Number #2: You will follow my training regiment to the letter. This is something that your sister is going to have a hard time understanding, but you can do this because you are my student now and a failure is not even an option. You will be strong because I will make you so, which means you are also forbidden from using your Ninja Art. We are going to work on your foundation first before we do anything more advanced. It's a process, and results won't be over night, but if you follow me and train hard, I will make you into a Badass Motherfucker."

"Yes, Aniki. I'll do whatever it takes."

"That's what I like to hear. Finally, Rule Number #3: You are not allowed to Die. You are my Disciple and my... Lil'bro, so please... Don't do anything stupid. You will understand one day why I am so hard and asshole to you, but until then, survive and thrive.

Tatsurou's eyes widen at the words that Kaiser parted with him as he can see that his male role model truly did care for him as a kid brother, as he wanted Tatsurou to be strong.

"And last but not least. Rule Number #4: Is going to be the hardest one to follow. No hitting on my little sister. I mean it Runt, I can tell that you have a thing for her, and you might not think that it's a big deal, but to me, she is my family, and that comes first... So if I find out... May God help you, Tatsuro."

Kaiser threatened, but Rinko elbowed him to get him to take it easy on her brother, as Kaiser wanted to bully Tatsuro a bit more.

"Aniki, I know that you care for your sister, and I won't try anything to hurt her. I just really look up to her and want to be as strong as to stand beside her."

"Well, if you say so. I'm just worried that you are trying to get her into bed. I might just have to teach you a lesson."

"Kai-kun!" Rinko yelled at Kaiser, which made him chuckle as he raised his hands up in defeat.

"Alright now that is over, we are going to be training today."

"Yes, Aniki."

"Let's go to your place and begin over there." Kaiser said as they headed towards the Akiyama Clan's compound.

The Akiyama Family's Compound was considered one of the large and more traditional clan housing. Model in a Shoin-zukuri style with the buildings constructed in the traditional manner, with a wooden entrance and tatami rooms. The Compound layout was a large main building, and multiple smaller building around it with some storage sheds and huts for the smaller family members. It was built with a Japanese aesthetic in mind as the Akiyama lineage can be traced back to the Sengoku Era, with a central courtyard, covered with a veranda, which was surrounded by a small garden.

As Tatsuro approached the compound, he could see that the garden was well-kept and the house had a warm and welcoming atmosphere to it. The main building was made of wood, with a large, covered veranda that was adorned with potted plants and a kotatsu. The house had a few smaller buildings, which were connected by a path made of wooden planks. The Akiyama Household was known for its extensive martial arts training in the Itto Sword Style, and the compound was filled with different weapons and a Dojo. It was here where Kaiser and Tatsuro would start their days training and improving their skills in martial arts.

"This is good for practicing and to get a good stretch. We'll start with some stretches and some basic movements. Don't worry about getting a cramp or being tired as this is the most important part of our training."

"Aniki, I'm ready."

"Hmm, Okay then, let's start with a 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, and 100 squats"

With a quick nod, the two men got to work, with Tatsuro following Kaiser's lead. After the first few push-ups, Kaiser noticed that Tatsuro seemed a bit out of breath and slowed his speed down.

"Alright Tatsu... from here on training is gonna be like hell and suffering will be a constant. I won't hold back and I will break you down...but I will build you into a demon killing machine... so persevere and fight on."

"I am!"

Kaiser smiled, as he knew that Tatsuro was committed and willing to put in the same effort as he did. He was pleased that Tatsuro was able to withstand the intense training and push his limits, even if it was painful or at times, felt impossible to do.

However, Tatsuro's training wasn't just physical but mental as well. Kaiser had him swim in cold water pond near the compound.

"Are you serious?"

"Dead serious,Runt. Now come on."

Tatsuro was hesitant to follow his teacher's orders but eventually did so. The moment he got into the water he could feel the chill of the water. The water was cold and he felt his body shiver but after a minute, the coldness of the water subsided as his body acclimated to the temperature.

"Alright now begin your basic training. Start with the basics of swimming and then we will move onto other things. Remember you are not allowed to rest until I give you the command."

Tatsuro didn't even have a chance to complain or object as his teacher immediately started his training. After a while, he was exhausted and the feeling of his limbs becoming numb began.

"Ok, that is enough for now."

"Can I rest now, Kai-san."

"No, you are not done yet."

Tatsuro had a look of shock on his face as Kaiser headed towards the dojo.

"Aniki! where you going?"

"To the Dojo for the final part of your training."

Tatsuro was about to ask for clarification on what the final part of his training entails but was immediately cut off.

"Enough talk. Now hurry."

Tatsuro obeyed and quickly followed after Kaiser. He wanted to be worthy and wanted to be like him. Tatsuro wants to become strong like his Elder Senior Brother. Tatsuro's admiration for Kaiser is so great that Tatsuro would follow him to the gates of hell if need be.

"What are you doing?"

"We're going to work on your endurance and stamina with a simple hand to hand spar."

"What do you mean, Aniki?"

"We're going to toughen you and your gonna learn how to take a hit. I will be attacking and you will have to defend. Either Block or dodge my attacks...I'll being hold back but if I hit you, it will hurt. Ready, set, go."

As Kaiser flexed his muscles and his form were flawless as anyone looking could tell that he spent year perfecting his body and fighting style. He was like bullet as his speed was too much for Tatsuro who struggled to keep up with him. Kaiser proceeded to kick and beat Tatsuro ruthlessly. Tatsuro knew that he was no match for his teacher, so he kept fighting and accepted it. After a while, Tatsuro's body started to tire out, and his breathing became ragged as he struggled to keep up with his teacher.

"Hey, Kai-san...can we...take a break for a bit?"

"You still can't win."

"I know, but my body can't keep up with yours. I'm tired, and it's cold, let's stop."

"Oh, you don't need to worry about the cold or being tired...tell me did your sister become as strong as she was because she was tired or cold, or what about Yukikaze or Asagi or even my Mother. Power comes from overcoming personal suffering and struggles...So will you quit now or will you suffer for more power?"

Tatsuro didn't answer at first but continued to struggle to keep up as his teacher kept a steady pace ahead of him. The training lasted till late into the evening. By the time that they were done, both of them were covered in sweat, and out of breath. The only thing keeping the two men going was their own willpower and desire to succeed. After a while, he finally relented and gave up in the spar.

"I give up, I will never be able to beat you, I'm sorry...Aniki."

"Sorry for what?"

"I'm sorry I could not beat you and for being weak."

"Why would you apologize for that? You didn't do anything wrong, you did your best and kept fighting. You just realized that you could never beat me and that is not a bad thing, if anything this is a good thing. If you don't know your limits and stop struggling then you will never accomplish anything, so you are apologizing for trying or fighting is not something to be ashamed of. If I have taught you something it is that you need to realize what you are truly capable of and understand that you too can be become strong."

"But I am not strong like you."

"Strength isn't about ability or skill. There is a difference between strength and power as one is useless without the other. Having strength means nothing if you do not have the will to act on your desires or will. Power is desire or ambition that can be made manifest into reality, to change outcomes into what the user wants. Tell me which one is more useful?"

"The will to achieve something and the power to accomplish it."

"Very good, because we all start out as weak but that can only change if you have the Will to fight or struggle? You are my student now and have a long way to go before you are even considered my equal. Yet, you are already capable of doing things that I cannot do, and you are improving every day. Your weakness now is not something to be ashamed of, it is a sign that you can still improve and learn. So don't look down on yourself, your sister and everyone who matters have high hopes for you...Fight even if it is in vain for only you can ask the dead whether you tried your best or not."

Kaiser picks Tatsuro up as he stands him on his feet.

"Alright now that warm up is over now let's get to you next part of the workout."

"Ehh...Aneki, what do you mean?"

"Hehehehe what? You thought we were done...no Tatsu-kun we are far from done. We are done when I say we are done. By the end of tonight your gonna wish you choose another person to teach you."

Kaiser laughed sinisterly as he made Tatsuro work out until the point of exhaustion as the young boy understood the meaning of pain. It was already night time when Kaiser finished with training Tatsuro.

The boy could barely stand and had his older sister Rinko help him walk home when they were done. As Kaiser finished up he decided to head home towards Mizuki Mansion. He looked up at the star filled sky and for a brief moment thought back on his past and felt sadness that he was alone. Kaiser Saw Zenki the ghost butler as he greeted him at the front door.

"Sup Zenki, good evening."

"Good evening, Master Kaiser. Please come in I will prepare you some coffee."

"Thanks old man, I could use some fresh coffee."

Zenki lead him to the sitting room were Shiranui was waiting for her son.

"Welcome back Kai-kun, how was training with Tatsuro-kun?"

"It was fun I have not had this much fun since in a while. But the kid is really something, he's got talent but he just needs to grow a spine and be a bit more assertive. I blame Rinko and his mother for spoiling the kid, but I'll whip him into shape in no time."

"I'm glad to hear you had fun. Here have some stir fry I had Zenki make, it's you one of your favorites."

"Thanks mama, it looks delicious. But, why are you still awake? I figured you would be asleep by now."

"Oh, I was just thinking about how things... so much has changed since you came into our lives, I look back fondly on those days. Though, I wonder...what would have happened if we had never met?... Now you need to hurry up and drink your coffee so you can get to bed and sleep, My Dear."

Kaiser stood silent as he looked at his coffee before speaking. "Mama...Why did you pick me up from the Rain that day...I was a no one and a complete stranger. You risk your family and happiness for a Outsider like me. I...I...I know that I don't belong here and I know that I'm different even by Taimanian standards," Kaiser sighs as his mother gives a worrying look, "but...I know your tired of hearing this but what I want to say was thank you... Thank you for saving me from the Rain and Loneliness as a child all those years ago. Thank you Shiranui Mizuki...I truly do love you, Mama."

"Kaiser-kun you always were a sentimental little boy who always had a gentle and kind heart, but I don't mind, I would do it all over again if it meant that I could keep you and Yukikaze safe and sound."

Kaiser sat there with his adoptive mother as he took a deep breath and decided to reveal something personal to his mother. "Mama...I need to tell you something... it's about the time when I fought with Black...there was a memory of my past but...it wasn't my own."

"Really? I was worried that you would not regain your memories after so long, but that is a good thing. But if you don't want to remember those things, then its okay if you are not ready to."

"No... I am ready. I have been thinking about it a lot and I think I should tell you."

Shiranui gave her son a concerned look but agreed to listen to him.

"I saw a foreign and ancient battlefield with knights in armor fighting against demons with advance technology and Strange Powers... but there was someone... does the name Ryzer Dal'Rathas mean anything?"

"Hmm... you said that you saw the past of the world with demons invading and knights fighting?... The name Ryzer is a name that I am not familiar with but...hmmm...The European Union Eroticists may have something, or perhaps The Onmyoji Agency, maybe the USF Research Division could have some clues?"

"I see... I know it sounds like a fairy tale story, but the more I think about it the more real it feels to me. I wonder why I was shown those memories and why? I feel like I missed something very important, like the answer is there trying to tell me something important that I have forgotten about...but right now that is not my only concern...(Sigh) everything is moving too fast for me, Mama."

"Don't be so hard on yourself Kai-kun. You have had a rough few months when you first started living with us but you have grown into a fine young man after. I am sure that there is nothing you can't handle. You may have lost your memories, but you are still the Kaiser that our save our family. You will always be the strong and fearless boy who always protect those who cry out for a hero to save, that is who you are and always been. Remember, even when you don't feel like you can do it, I will always be here for you."

"I am sorry to have made you worry Mama. I guess I am just getting a little sentimental...it's just...now that I have people counting on me I'm...scared." Kaiser took a deep breath before sipping on his coffee. "I...I'm scared of losing things that I have...sometimes I wonder if it was better if I left...If I had nothing so that I wouldn't get hurt. I worry that if I lost something important to me... you can't get hurt if you have nothing for others to use to hurt you."

"It's ok to feel like that but if you truly care for something then you should never hesitate to protect it, even if you have to fight the world, My Dear. That is how we grow and move on." Shiranui answered with a warm and motherly tone. "Just remember Kai that even if you feel alone, there is no shame in relying on those around you, as long as you don't forget that you are not alone. No matter what, Yukikaze and I will always be here for you to lean on when you are feeling down."

Kaiser got up from his chair and hugged his adoptive mother as he held her gently. "Mama...Thank you... I love you...I love you and everyone here so much...I don't want to lose anything important to me."

"We don't want to lose you either My Son. Even now, if you ever feel lost, or scared, come to us and we will all be here to help you through it... I don't want to ever lose you to. I would never forgive myself if I did."

The two stayed in this embrace for a few moments before Shiranui broke it off. "Now then, you have some work to do tomorrow, as do I. Don't stay up too late Kaiser, and remember to brush your teeth."

"(Sigh) Yes Mama I'll try not to work too hard and I'll make sure to brush my teeth." Kiser before walking to his room. " Oh Mama one more thing."

"Yes what is it?"

Kaiser lean down and kiss his adoptive mother on the lips.

"If you get lonely or want attention don't hesitate to ask me because a Man is supposed to keep his woman satisfied."

Shiranui smile seductively as she pulled him back in for another kiss. As they two quietly made their way to Kaiser's room they spent the night in throes of passion as they made love all night.

A/N: Sorry but no lemon this time as I pretty sure that I have a few with Shiranui since she is the Alpha but don't worry there will be more to come with other girls over time. Hopefully I can do something interesting with Tatsurou as he will be the first disciple as I have another one planned that Kaiser will train. Aside from that Who is this Ryzer? What Challenges will our Trepid Young Hero face? What Connection does Yamamoto have with Kaiser, What will new adventure will await the Independent Rangers? Find out in Next Chapter...
