Batman never thought he would take up a partner in his war on crime until Dick Grayson loses his family during a circus performance and decides to take the orphaned acrobat under his wing so he can become Robin. The timing is right for this too as a pyromaniac with a jetpack called Firefly wants to burn Gotham down to the ground that will require the Dynamic Duo to save the city.

Its been two days ever since everyone in the Justice League found out about the universe had reset itself and evidence pointed to perhaps it has done so at least several times before. And now Jason has a question only his little brother can answer.

Batman doesn't know who the Joker is, where he's from, or what his goals are, beyond inflicting suffering. So, when racing to save his son Jason from the Joker, Bruce doesn't know what to expect. …But another man's son may or may not know exactly what to expect. The Joker teasingly calls himself Jack Napier, but his real name isn't far off: Jack Drake. And his son knows it.
