Summary: After the incident at Jusenkyo, Genma Saotome unleashes an unfair punishment. He sets Ranma up, an action that leads to her confinement in a Woman's Correctional Prison Facility in upstate New York, in the United States. Set in an alternate universe of Ranma and Power Rangers.

Prologue: Arrested
A woman gasped as she walked down her stairs. She rubbed her eyes. Her red hair ran down her back. She wore a red nightie. Her blue eyes stared in shock at what she saw. She held her smartphone in her right hand as she dialed the emergency number. She walked upstairs to her hallway so her intruder would not wake up.
"Hello. Yea. My name is Linda Roberts," began Linda. "Yes, I would like to report a break in at my home. There is this blond-haired girl sleeping on my couch," as she paused. "I think she's Japanese American," as she took a breath. "She is wearing a Chinese red-shirt, black pants, black socks, and black shoes. My address is…"
Linda walked downstairs and stood by her doorway. Several minutes went by in silence. She looked over, saw her intruder was still asleep, and she breathed a sigh of relief when…
{Knock. Knock.}
Linda opened the door and let the policemen and single policewoman in her home. The male policeman had short brown hair and brown eyes. He wore a standard police uniform. He wore black socks and sneakers.
His partner had black hair tied to a ponytail. Her black eyes showed her annoyance. She wore a police uniform. She wore black socks and sneakers. She walked over to the couch with her partner, and she handcuffed the sleeping girl. Ranma Saotome awoke from the sudden action.
"What's going on?" Ranma asked as she felt her hands being handcuffed. Her blue eyes showed her confusion. "Where am I?"
"You have the right to remain silent, anything you say will be used against you," the policewoman stated as she led Ranma away to the police car. Her partner followed behind her. They put her in the car and buckled her up. A moment later the confused blond-haired girl fell back asleep. The police car she was in drove off a few minutes later…
